Numbers 3

1 These ben the generaciouns of Aaron and of Moises, in the dai in which the Lord spak to Moises, in the hil of Synay.

۱ این است انساب هارون و موسی در روزی که خداوند در کوه سینا با موسی متکلم شد.

2 And these ben the names of `the sones of Aaron; his first gendrid, Nadab; aftirward, Abyu, and Eleazar, and Ythamar; these ben the names of `Aarons sones,

۲ و نامهای پسران هارون این است: نخست زاده‌اش ناداب و ابیهو و العازار و ایتامار.

3 preestis, that weren anoyntid, and whos hondis weren fillid and halewid, that thei schulden `be set in preesthod.

۳ این است نامهای پسران هارون کهنه که مسح شده بودند که ایشان را برای کهانت تخصیص نمود.

4 Nadab and Abyu, whanne thei offeriden alien fier in the `siyt of the Lord, in the deseert of Synay, weren deed without fre children; and Eleazar and Ythamar `weren set in preesthod bifor Aaron hir fadir.

۴ اما ناداب و ابیهو در حضور خداوندمردند، هنگامی که ایشان در بیابان سینا آتش غریب به حضور خداوند گذرانیدند، و ایشان را پسری نبود و العازار و ایتامار به حضور پدر خودهارون، کهانت می‌نمودند.

5 And the Lord spak to Moises,

۵ و خداوند موسی را خطاب کرده، گفت:

6 `and seide, `Presente thou the lynage of Leuy, and make to stonde in the siyt of Aaron, preest, that thei mynystre to hym;

۶ «سبط لاوی را نزدیک آورده، ایشان را پیش هارون کاهن حاضر کن تا او را خدمت نمایند.

7 and wake, and that thei kepe what euer thing perteyneth to the religioun of multitude, bifor the tabernacle of witnessyng;

۷ وایشان شعائر او و شعائر تمامی جماعت را پیش خیمه اجتماع نگاه داشته، خدمت مسکن را بجاآورند.

8 and that thei kepe the vessels of the tabernacle, and serue in the seruyce therof.

۸ و جمیع اسباب خیمه اجتماع و شعائربنی‌اسرائیل را نگاه داشته، خدمت مسکن را بجاآورند.

9 And thou schalt yyue bi fre yifte the Leuytis to Aaron and hise sones, to whiche thei ben youun of the sones of Israel.

۹ و لاویان را به هارون و پسرانش بده، زیراکه ایشان از جانب بنی‌اسرائیل بالکل به وی داده شده‌اند.

10 Sotheli thou schalt ordeyne Aaron and hise sones on the religioun of preesthod; a straungere, that neiyeth for to mynystre, and schal die.

۱۰ و هارون و پسرانش را تعیین نما تاکهانت خود را بجا بیاورند، و غریبی که نزدیک آید، کشته شود.»

11 And the Lord spak to Moyses, `and seide,

۱۱ و خداوند موسی را خطاب کرده، گفت:

12 Y haue take the Leuytis of the sones of Israel for ech firste gendrid thing that openeth the womb in the sones of Israel; and the Leuytis schulen be myne,

۱۲ «که اینک من لاویان را از میان بنی‌اسرائیل، به عوض هر نخست زاده‌ای از بنی‌اسرائیل که رحم را بگشاید گرفته‌ام، پس لاویان از آن من می‌باشند.

13 for ech firste gendrid thing is myn; sithen Y smoot the firste gendrid in the lond of Egipt, Y halewide to me what euer thing is borun first in Israel; fro man `til to beest thei ben myne; Y am the Lord.

۱۳ زیرا جمیع نخست زادگان از آن منند، و درروزی که همه نخست زادگان زمین مصر را کشتم، جمیع نخست زادگان اسرائیل را خواه از انسان وخواه از بهایم برای خود تقدیس نمودم، پس ازآن من می‌باشند. من یهوه هستم.»

14 And the Lord spak to Moises in the deseert

۱۴ و خداوند موسی را در بیابان سینا خطاب کرده، گفت:

15 of Synay, and seide, Noumbre thou the sones of Leuy bi `the housis of her fadris, and bi meynees, ech male fro o monethe and aboue.

۱۵ «بنی لاوی را برحسب خاندان آباو قبایل ایشان بشمار، هر ذکور ایشان را از یک ماهه و زیاده بشمار.»

16 Moises noumbride, as the Lord comaundide.

۱۶ پس موسی برحسب قول خداوند چنانکه مامور شد، ایشان را شمرد.

17 And the sones of Leuy weren foundun, bi her names, Gerson, and Caath, and Merary;

۱۷ وپسران لاوی موافق نامهای ایشان اینانند: جرشون و قهات و مراری.

18 the sones of Gerson weren Lebny, and Semey;

۱۸ و نامهای بنی جرشون برحسب قبایل ایشان این است: لبنی و شمعی.

19 the sones of Caath weren Amram, and Jessaar, Hebron, and Oziel;

۱۹ و پسران قهات برحسب قبایل ایشان: عمرام ویصهار و حبرون و عزیئیل.

20 and the sones of Merari weren Mooly, and Musi.

۲۰ و پسران مراری برحسب قبایل ایشان: محلی و موشی بودند. اینانند قبایل لاویان برحسب خاندان آبای ایشان.

21 Of Gerson weren twei meynees, of Lebny, and of Semei;

۲۱ و از جرشون، قبیله لبنی و قبیله شمعی. اینانند قبایل جرشونیان.

22 of whiche the puple of male kynde was noumbrid, fro o monethe and aboue, seuene thousynde and fyue hundrid.

۲۲ و شمرده شدگان ایشان به شماره همه ذکوران از یک ماهه و بالاتر، شمرده شدگان ایشان هفت هزار و پانصد نفربودند.

23 These schulen sette tentis aftir the tabernacle at the west,

۲۳ و قبایل جرشونیان در عقب مسکن، به طرف مغرب خیمه زنند.

24 vndur the prince Eliasaph, the sone of Jahel.

۲۴ و سرور خاندان آبای جرشونیان، الیاساف بن لایل باشد.

25 And thei schulen haue kepyngis in the tabernacle of boond of pees, the tabernacle it silf, and the hilyng therof, the tente which is drawun bifor the yatis of the hilyng of the witnessyng of boond of pees;

۲۵ و ودیعت بنی جرشون در خیمه اجتماع، مسکن و خیمه وپوشش آن و پرده دروازه خیمه اجتماع باشد.

26 and the curteyns of the greet street, also the tente which is hangid in the entryng of the greet street of the tabernacle, and what euer thing perteyneth to the custom of the auter, the cordis of the tabernacle, and al the purtenaunce therof.

۲۶ و تجیرهای صحن و پرده دروازه صحن که پیش روی مسکن و به اطراف مذبح است وطنابهایش با هر خدمت آنها.

27 The kynrede of Caath schal haue the puplis of Amram, and of Jessaar, and of Ebron, and of Oziel;

۲۷ و از قهات، قبیله عمرامیان و قبیله یصهاریان و قبیله حبرونیان و قبیله عزیئیلیان، اینانند قبایل قهاتیان.

28 these ben the meynees of Caathitis, noumbrid bi her names, alle of male kynde, fro o monethe and aboue, eiyte thousynde and sixe hundrid.

۲۸ به شماره همه ذکوران ازیک ماهه و بالاتر، هشت هزار و شش صد نفربودند که ودیعت قدس را نگاه می‌داشتند.

29 Thei schulen haue kepyngis of the seyntuarie, and schulen sette tentis at the south coost;

۲۹ وقبایل بنی قهات به طرف جنوب مسکن، خیمه بزنند.

30 and `the prince of hem schal be Elisaphan, the sone of Oziel.

۳۰ و سرور خاندان آبای قبایل قهاتیان، الیاصافان بن عزیئیل باشد.

31 And thei schulen kepe the arke, and the boord, and the candilstike, the auters, and vesselis of the seyntuarie in whiche it is mynystrid, and the veil, and al sich purtenaunce.

۳۱ و ودیعت ایشان تابوت و میز و شمعدان و مذبح‌ها و اسباب قدس که با آنها خدمت می‌کنند، و حجاب و هر خدمت آن باشد.

32 Sotheli the prince of princis of Leuytis schal be Eleazar, the sone of Aaron, preest; and he schal be on the keperis of the kepyng of the seyntuarie.

۳۲ و سرور سروران لاویان، العازار بن هارون کاهن باشد، و نظارت نگهبانان خدمت قدس، او را خواهد بود.

33 And sotheli of Merary schulen be the puplis of Mooli, and of Musi,

۳۳ و از مراری، قبیله محلیان و قبیله موشیان؛ اینانند قبایل مراری.

34 noumbrid bi her names, alle of male kynde fro o monethe and aboue, sixe thousynde and two hundrid;

۳۴ و شمرده شدگان ایشان وشماره همه ذکوران از یک ماهه و بالاتر، شش هزار و دویست نفر بودند.

35 `the prince of hem schal be Suriel, the sone of Abiahiel; thei schulen sette tentis in the north coost.

۳۵ و سرور خاندان آبای قبایل مراری، صوریئیل بن ابیحایل باشد وایشان به طرف شمالی مسکن، خیمه بزنند.

36 And vndur `the kepyng of hem schulen be the tablis of the tabernacle, and the barris, and the pileris, and `the foundementis of tho, and alle thingis that perteynen to sich ournyng,

۳۶ وودیعت معین بنی مراری، تختهای مسکن وپشت بندهایش و ستونهایش و پایه هایش وتمامی اسبابش با تمامی خدمتش باشد.

37 and the pileris of the greet street bi cumpas, with her foundementis, and the stakis with coordis.

۳۷ وستونهای اطراف صحن و پایه های آنها و میخها وطنابهای آنها.

38 Forsothe Moises and Aaron with hise sones schulen sette tentis bifor the tabernacle of boond of pees, that is, at the eest coost, and schulen haue the keping of the seyntuarie, in the myddis of the sones of Israel; what euer alien neiyeth, he schal die.

۳۸ و پیش مسکن به طرف مشرق و پیش روی خیمه اجتماع به طرف طلوع شمس، موسی وهارون و پسرانش خیمه بزنند و نگاهبانی قدس راو نگاهبانی بنی‌اسرائیل را بدارند. و هر غریبی که نزدیک آید، کشته شود.

39 Alle the Leuytis, whiche Moises and Aaron noumbriden, bi comaundement of the Lord, bi her meynees, in male kynde, fro o monethe and aboue, were two and twenti thousynd.

۳۹ و جمع شمرده شدگان لاویان که موسی و هارون ایشان را برحسب قبایل ایشان و فرمان خداوند شمردند، همه ذکوران ازیک ماهه و بالاتر، بیست و دو هزار نفر بودند.

40 And the Lord seide to Moises, Noumbre thou the firste gendrid children of male kynde of the sones of Israel, fro o monethe and aboue; and thou schalt haue the summe of hem; and

۴۰ و خداوند به موسی گفت: «جمیع نخست زادگان نرینه بنی‌اسرائیل را از یک ماهه وبالاتر بشمار، و حساب نامهای ایشان را بگیر.

41 thou schalt take Leuytis to me for alle the firste gendrid of the sones of Israel; Y am the Lord; and thou schalt take `the beestis of hem for alle the firste gendrid of the sones of Israel.

۴۱ ولاویان را به عوض همه نخست زادگان بنی‌اسرائیل برای من که یهوه هستم بگیر، و بهایم لاویان را به عوض همه نخست زادگان بهایم بنی‌اسرائیل.»

42 And as the Lord comaundide, Moises noumbride the firste gendrid children of the sones of Israel; and the males weren bi her names,

۴۲ پس موسی چنانکه خداوند او را امرفرموده بود، همه نخست زادگان بنی‌اسرائیل راشمرد.

43 fro o monethe and aboue, two and twenti thousynde two hundrid and seuenti and thre.

۴۳ و جمیع نخست زادگان نرینه، برحسب شماره اسم های شمرده شدگان ایشان از یک ماهه و بالاتر، بیست و دو هزار و دویست و هفتاد و سه نفر بودند.

44 And the Lord spak to Moises, and seide,

۴۴ و خداوند موسی را خطاب کرده، گفت:

45 Take thou Leuytis for the firste gendrid children of the sones of Israel, and the beestis of Leuytis for the beestis of hem, and the Leuytis schulen be myne; Y am the Lord.

۴۵ «لاویان را به عوض جمیع نخست زادگان بنی‌اسرائیل، و بهایم لاویان را به عوض بهایم ایشان بگیر، و لاویان از آن من خواهند بود. من یهوه هستم.

46 Forsothe in the prijs of two hundrid seuenti and thre, that passen the noumbre of `Leuytis, of the firste gendrid children of the sones of Israel,

۴۶ و اما درباره فدیه دویست و هفتادو سه نفر از نخست زادگان بنی‌اسرائیل که برلاویان زیاده‌اند،

47 thou schalt take fyue ciclis bi ech heed, at the mesure of seyntuarie; a sicle hath xx. halpens;

۴۷ پنج مثقال برای هر سری بگیر، آن را موافق مثقال قدس که بیست جیره یک مثقال باشد، بگیر.

48 and thou schalt yyue the money to Aaron and to hise sones, the prijs of hem that ben aboue.

۴۸ و نقد فدیه آنانی که از ایشان زیاده‌اند به هارون و پسرانش بده.»

49 Therfor Moises took the money of hem that weren aboue, and whiche thei hadden ayenbouyt of the Leuytis, for the firste gendrid of the sones of Israel,

۴۹ پس موسی نقد فدیه را از آنانی که زیاده بودند، بر کسانی که لاویان فدیه آنها شده بودند، گرفت.

50 a thousand thre hundrid sixti and fyue of siclis, bi the weiyte of seyntuarie;

۵۰ و از نخست زادگان بنی‌اسرائیل نقد راکه هزار و سیصد و شصت و پنج مثقال موافق مثقال قدس باشد، گرفت.

51 and he yaf that money to Aaron and to hise sones, bi the word which the Lord comaundide to hym.

۵۱ و موسی نقد فدیه رابرحسب قول خداوند چنانکه خداوند موسی راامر فرموده بود، به هارون و پسرانش داد.
