Genesis 46
1 And Israel yede forth with alle thingis that he hadde, and he cam to the pit of ooth; and whanne sacrifices weren slayn there to God of his fadir Isaac,
और इस्राईल अपना सब कुछ लेकर चला और बैरसबा' में आकर अपने बाप इस्हाक़ के ख़ुदा के लिए क़ुर्बानियाँ पेश कीं।
2 he herde God bi a visioun in that nyyt clepynge hym, `and seiynge to hym, Jacob! Jacob! To whom he answeride, Lo! Y am present.
और ख़ुदा ने रात को ख़्वाब में इस्राईल से बातें कीं और कहा, ऐ या'क़ूब, ऐ या'कूब! “उसने जवाब दिया, मैं हाज़िर हूँ।”
3 God seide to hym, Y am the strongeste God of thi fadir; nyle thou drede, go doun in to Egipt, for Y schal make thee there in to a greet folk;
उसने कहा, “मैं ख़ुदा, तेरे बाप का ख़ुदा हूँ! मिस्र में जाने से न डर, क्यूँकि मैं वहाँ तुझ से एक बड़ी क़ौम पैदा करूँगा।
4 Y schal go doun thidir with thee, and Y schal brynge thee turnynge ayen fro thennus, and Joseph schal sette his hond on thin iyen.
मैं तेरे साथ मिस्र को जाऊँगा और फिर तुझे ज़रूर लौटा भी लाऊँगा, और यूसुफ़ अपना हाथ तेरी आँखों पर लगाएगा।”
5 Jacob roos fro the pit of ooth, and the sones token him, with her litle children, and wyues, in the waynes whiche Farao hadde sent to bere the eld man,
तब या'क़ूब बैरसबा' से रवाना हुआ, और इस्राईल के बेटे अपने बाप या'क़ूब को और अपने बाल बच्चों और अपनी बीवियों को उन गाड़ियों पर ले गए जो फ़िर'औन ने उनके लाने को भेजीं थीं।
6 and alle thingis whiche he weldide in the lond of Canaan; and he cam in to Egipt with his seed,
और वह अपने चौपायों और सारे माल — ओ — अस्बाब को जो उन्होंने मुल्क — ए — कना'न में जमा' किया था लेकर मिस्र में आए, और या'क़ूब के साथ उसकी सारी औलाद थी।
7 hise sones, and her sones, and douytris, and al the generacioun togidere.
वह अपने बेटों और बेटियों और पोतों और पोतियों, और अपनी कुल नसल को अपने साथ मिस्र में ले आया।
8 Forsothe thes ben the names of the sones of Israel, that entriden in to Egipte; he with hise fre children. The firste gendrid Ruben;

9 the sones of Ruben, Enoch, and Fallu, and Esrom, and Carmi.
और बनी रूबिन यह हैं: हनूक और फ़ल्लू और हसरोन और करमी।
10 The sones of Symeon, Jemuhel, and Jamyn, and Ahoth, and Jachyn, and Sab, and Saber, and Saul, the sone of a womman of Canaan.
और बनी शमौन यह हैं: यमूएल और यमीन और उहद और यकीन और सुहर और साऊल, जो एक कना'नी 'औरत से पैदा हुआ था।
11 The sones of Leuy, Gerson, Caath, and Merarie.
और बनी लावी यह हैं: जैरसोन और किहात और मिरारी।
12 The sones of Juda, Her and Onam, and Sela, and Fares, and Zara. Forsothe Her and Onam dieden in the lond of Canaan; and the sones of Fares weren borun, Esrom, and Amul.
और बनी यहूदाह यह हैं: 'एर और ओनान और सीला, और फ़ारस और ज़ारह — इनमें से 'एर और ओनान मुल्क — ए — कना'न में मर चुके थे। और फ़ारस के बेटे यह हैं: हसरोन और हमूल।
13 The sones of Isacar, Thola, and Fua, and Jobab, and Semron.
और बनी इश्कार यह हैं: तोला' और फूवा और योब और सिमरोन।
14 The sones of Zabulon, Sared, and Thelom, and Jahel.
और बनी ज़बूलून यह हैं: सरद और एलोन और यहलीएल।
15 These ben the sones of Lia, whiche sche childide in Mesopotanye of Sirie, with Dyna, hir douyter; alle the soules of hise sones and douytris, thre and thretti.
यह सब या'क़ूब के उन बेटों की औलाद हैं जो फ़द्दान अराम में लियाह से पैदा हुए, इसी के बत्न से उसकी बेटी दीना थी। यहाँ तक तो उसके सब बेटे बेटियों का शुमार तैंतीस हुआ।
16 The sones of Gad, Sefion, and Aggi, Suny, and Hesebon, Heri, and Arodi, and Areli.
बनी जद्द यह हैं: सफ़ियान और हज्जी और सूनी और असबान और 'एरी और अरूदी और अरेली।
17 The sones of Aser, Jamne, and Jesua, and Jesui, and Beria; and Sara, the sister of hem. The sones of Beria, Heber and Melchiel.
और बनी आशर यह हैं: यिमना और इसवाह और इसवी और बरि'आह और सिर्राह उनकी बहन और बनी बरी'आह यह हैं: हिब्र और मलकीएल।
18 These weren the sones of Zelfa, whom Laban yaf to Lia, his douyter, and Jacob gendryde these sixtene persones.
यह सब या'क़ूब के उन बेटों की औलाद हैं जो ज़िल्फ़ा लौंडी से पैदा हुए, जिसे लाबन ने अपनी बेटी लियाह को दिया था। उनका शुमार सोलह था।
19 The sones of Rachel, `wijf of Jacob, weren Joseph and Beniamyn.
और या'क़ूब के बेटे यूसुफ़ और बिनयमीन राख़िल से पैदा हुए थे।
20 And sones weren borun to Joseph in the loond of Egipt, Manasses and Effraym, whiche Asenech, `douytir of Putifar, preest of Helipoleos, childide to hym.
और यूसुफ़ से मुल्क — ए — मिस्र में ओन के पुजारी फ़ोतीफ़िरा' की बेटी आसिनाथ के मनस्सी और इफ़्राईम पैदा हुए।
21 The sones of Beniamin weren Bela, and Becor, and Asbel, Gera, and Naaman, and Jechi, `Ros, and Mofym, and Ofym, and Ared.
और बनी बिनयमीन यह हैं: बाला' और बक्र और अशबेल और जीरा और ना'मान, अख़ी और रोस, मुफ़्फ़ीम और हुफ़्फ़ीम और अरद।
22 These weren the sones of Rachel, whiche Jacob gendride; alle the persones weren fouretene.
यह सब या'क़ूब के उन बेटों की औलाद हैं जो राख़िल से पैदा हुए। यह सब शुमार में चौदह थे।
23 The sone of Dan, Vsym.
और दान के बेटे का नाम हशीम था।
24 The sones of Neptalym, Jasiel, and Guny, and Jeser, and Salem.
और बनी नफ़्ताली यह हैं: यहसीएल और जूनी और यिस्र और सलीम।
25 These weren `the sones of Bala, whom Laban yaf to Rachel his douytir.
यह सब या'क़ूब के उन बेटों की औलाद हैं जो बिल्हाह लौंडी से पैदा हुए, जिसे लाबन ने अपनी बेटी राख़िल को दिया था। इनका शुमार सात था।
26 And Jacob gendride these; alle the soules weren seuene. And alle the men that entriden with Jacob in to Egipt, and yeden out of his thiy, with out `the wyues of his sones, weren sixti and sixe.
या'क़ूब के सुल्ब से जो लोग पैदा हुए और उसके साथ मिस्र में आए वह उसकी बहुओं को छोड़ कर शुमार में छियासठ थे।
27 Forsothe the sones of Joseph, that weren borun to hym in `the loond of Egipt, weren two men. Alle the soulis of `the hows of Jacob, that entriden in to Egipt, weren seuenti.
और यूसुफ़ के दो बेटे थे जो मिस्र में पैदा हुए, इसलिए या'क़ूब के घराने के जो लोग मिस्र में आए वह सब मिल कर सत्तर हुए।
28 Forsothe Jacob sente Judas bifore hym to Joseph, that he schulde telle to hym, and he schulde `come in to Gessen.
और उसने यहूदाह को अपने से आगे यूसुफ़ के पास भेजा ताकि वह उसे जशन का रास्ता दिखाए, और वह जशन के 'इलाक़े में आए।
29 And whanne Jacob hadde come thidir, Joseph stiede in his chare to mete his fadir at the same place. And he siy Jacob, and felde on `his necke, and wepte bitwixe collyngis.
और यूसुफ़ अपना रथ तैयार करवा के अपने बाप इस्राईल के इस्तक़बाल के लिए जशन को गया, और उसके पास जाकर उसके गले से लिपट गया और वहीं लिपटा हुआ देर तक रोता रहा।
30 And the fadir seide to Joseph, Now Y schal die ioiful, for Y siy thi face, and Y leeue thee lyuynge.
तब इस्राईल ने यूसुफ़ से कहा, “अब चाहे मैं मर जाऊँ; क्यूँकि तेरा मुँह देख चुका कि तू अभी ज़िन्दा है।”
31 And Joseph spak to hise brithren, and to al `the hows of his fadir, I schal stie, and `Y schal telle to Farao, and Y schal seie to hym, My britheren, and the hows of my fadir, that weren in the lond of Canaan, ben comun to me,
और यूसुफ़ ने अपने भाइयों से और अपने बाप के घराने से कहा, मैं अभी जाकर फ़िर'औन को ख़बर कर दूँगा और उससे कह दूँगा कि मेरे भाई और मेरे बाप के घराने के लोग, जो मुल्क — ए — कना'न में थे मेरे पास आ गए हैं।
32 and thei ben men kepers of scheep, and han bisynesse of flockis to be fed; thei brouyten with hem her scheep and grete beestis, and alle thingis whiche thei miyten haue.
और वह चौपान हैं; क्यूँकि बराबर चौपायों को पालते आए हैं, और वह अपनी भेड़ बकरियाँ और गाय — बैल और जो कुछ उनका है सब ले आए हैं।
33 And whanne Farao schal clepe you, and schal seie, What is youre werk?
तब जब फ़िर'औन तुम को बुला कर पूछे कि तुम्हारा पेशा क्या है?
34 ye schulen answere, We ben thi seruauntis, men scheepherdis, fro oure childhed til in to present tyme, bothe we and oure fadris. Sotheli ye schulen seye these thingis, that ye moun dwelle in the lond of Gessen, for Egipcians wlaten alle keperis of scheep.
तो तुम यह कहना कि तेरे ख़ादिम, हम भी और हमारे बाप दादा भी, लड़कपन से लेकर आज तक चौपाये पालते आए हैं। तब तुम जशन के इलाक़े में रह सकोगे, इसलिए कि मिस्रियों को चौपानों से नफ़रत है।
