Exodus 23
1 Thou schalt not resseyue a vois of leesyng, nether thou schalt ioyne thin hond, that thou seie fals witnessyng for a wickid man.
Ne disvastigu malveran famon; ne kunigu vian manon kun malvirtulo, por esti atestanto de malbonago.
2 Thou schalt not sue the cumpanye to do yuel, nether thou schalt ascente to the sentence of ful many men in doom, that thou go awey fro treuthe.
Ne sekvu la amason por malbonaĵoj; kaj en juĝo ne kliniĝu al la opinio de la plimulto, por dekliniĝi de la vero.
3 Also thou schalt not haue mercy of a pore man in a `cause, ethir doom.
Ankaŭ malriĉulon ne favoru en lia juĝa afero.
4 If thou meetist `the oxe of thin enemye, ethir the asse errynge, lede thou ayen to hym.
Se vi renkontos bovon de via malamiko aŭ lian azenon erarvagantan, rekonduku ĝin al li.
5 If thou seest that the asse of hym that hatith thee liggyth vndir a burthun, thou schalt not passe, but thou schalt reise with hym.
Se vi vidos, ke azeno de via malamiko falis sub sia ŝarĝo, ne forlasu ĝin, sed alportu helpon kune kun li.
6 Thou schalt not bowe in the doom of a pore man.
Ne forklinu la rajton de via malriĉulo en lia juĝa afero.
7 Thou schalt fle a lesyng. Thou schalt not sle an innocent man, and iust; for Y am aduersarie to a wickid man.
De mensogaĵo malproksimiĝu, kaj senkulpulon kaj virtulon ne mortigu; ĉar Mi ne pravigos maljustulon.
8 Take thou not yiftis, that blynden also prudent men, and destryen the wordys of iust men.
Donacojn ne akceptu; ĉar donacoj blindigas vidantojn kaj malĝustigas la aferojn de virtuloj.
9 Thou schalt not be diseseful to a pilgrym, for ye knowen the soulis of comelyngis, for also ye weren pilgryms in the lond of Egipt.
Fremdulon ne premu; vi konas ja la animon de fremdulo, ĉar fremduloj vi estis en la lando Egipta.
10 Sixe yeer thou schalt sowe thi lond, and thou schalt gadre fruytis therof;
Dum ses jaroj prisemu vian teron kaj rikoltu ĝiajn produktaĵojn;
11 forsothe in the seuenthe yeer thou schalt leeue it, and schalt make to reste, that the pore men of thi puple ete, and what euer is residue, the beestis of the feeld ete; so thou schalt do in thi vyner, and in place of olyue trees.
sed en la sepa jaro ripozigu ĝin kaj ne tuŝu ĝin, por ke manĝu la malriĉuloj el via popolo, kaj la restaĵon manĝu la bestoj de la kampo. Tiel same agu kun via vinberejo kaj kun via olivarbejo.
12 Sixe dayes thou schalt worche, in the seuenthe dai thou schalt ceesse, that thin oxe and asse reste, and the sone of thin handmaide, and the comelyng be refreischid.
Dum ses tagoj faru viajn laborojn, kaj en la sepa tago festu, por ke ripozu via bovo kaj via azeno kaj por ke refreŝiĝu la filo de via sklavino kaj la fremdulo.
13 Kepe ye alle thingis, whiche Y seide to you; and ye schulen not swere bi the name of alien goddis, nether it schal be herd of youre mouth.
Kaj ĉion, kion Mi diris al vi, observu; kaj la nomon de aliaj dioj ne citu, ĝi ne estu aŭdata el via buŝo.
14 In thre tymes bi alle yeeris ye schulen halewe feestis to me.
Tri fojojn festu al Mi dum la jaro.
15 Thou schalt kepe the solempnyte of therf looues; seuene daies thou schalt ete therf breed, as Y comaundide to thee, in the tyme of monethe of newe thingis, whanne thou yedist out of Egipt; thou schalt not appere voide in my siyt.
La feston de la macoj observu; dum sep tagoj manĝu macojn, kiel Mi ordonis al vi, en la difinita tempo en la monato Abib (ĉar en tiu tempo vi eliris el Egiptujo); kaj oni ne aperu antaŭ Mi kun malplenaj manoj;
16 And thou schalt kepe the solempnete of the monethe of the firste thingis of thi werk, what euer thingis thou hast sowe in the feeld. Also thou schalt kepe the solempnyte in the goyng out of the yeer, whanne thou hast gaderid all thi fruytis of the feeld.
ankaŭ la feston de la rikolto de la unuaj fruktoj de via laboro, de tio, kion vi semos sur la kampo; kaj la feston de kolekto en la fino de la jaro, kiam vi kolektos viajn laborfruktojn el la kampo.
17 Thries in the yeer al thi male kynde schal appere bifore thi Lord God.
Tri fojojn ĉiujare aperu ĉiuj viaj virseksuloj antaŭ la Sinjoro, la Eternulo.
18 Thou schalt not offre the blood of thi slayn sacrifice on sour douy; nether the fatnesse of my solempnete schal dwelle til to the morewtid.
Ne verŝu sur fermentaĵon la sangon de Mia ofero; kaj la graso de Mia festofero ne restu ĝis mateno.
19 Thou schalt bere the firste thingis of the fruytis of thi lond in to the hows of thi Lord God. Thou schalt not sethe a kide in the mylke of his modir.
La komencaĵon de la unuaj fruktoj de via tero alportu en la domon de la Eternulo, via Dio. Ne kuiru kapridon en la lakto de ĝia patrino.
20 Lo! Y schal sende myn aungel, that schal go bifore thee, and schal kepe in the weie, and schal lede to the place which Y haue maad redi to thee.
Jen Mi sendas anĝelon antaŭ vi, por gardi vin sur la vojo, kaj por venigi vin al la loko, kiun Mi pretigis.
21 Take thou hede to hym, and here thou his vois, nether gesse thou hym to be dispisid; for he schal not foryyue, whanne thou synnest, and my name is in him.
Gardu vin antaŭ lia vizaĝo kaj aŭskultu lian voĉon; ne incitu lin, ĉar li ne pardonos vian pekon; ĉar Mia nomo estas en li.
22 For if thou herest his vois, and doist alle thingis whiche Y speke, Y schal be enemy to thin enemyes, and Y schal turment hem, that turmenten thee;
Sed se vi aŭskultos lian voĉon, kaj faros ĉion, kion Mi diros, tiam Mi malamikos kontraŭ viaj malamikoj kaj premos viajn premantojn.
23 and myn aungel schal go bifore thee, and he schal lede yn thee to Amorrei, and Ethei, and Ferezei, and Cananey, and Euey, and Jebusei, whiche Y schal breke.
Kiam Mia anĝelo iros antaŭ vi, kaj Mi venigos vin al la Amoridoj, la Ĥetidoj, la Perizidoj, la Kanaanidoj, la Ĥividoj, kaj la Jebusidoj, kaj Mi ilin ekstermos:
24 Thou schalt not onoure `the goddis of hem, nether thou schalt worschipe hem; thou schalt not do the werkis of hem, but thou schalt destrie the goddis, and thou schalt breke the ymagis of hem.
ne adoru iliajn diojn kaj ne servu ilin, kaj ne agu kiel ili agas, sed frakasu ilin kaj detruu iliajn statuojn.
25 And ye schulen serue to youre Lord God, that Y blesse thi looues, and watris, and do awei sikenesse fro the myddis of thee;
Kaj servu la Eternulon, vian Dion, kaj Li benos vian panon kaj vian akvon; kaj Mi forigos malsanon el via mezo.
26 neithir a womman vnfruytful, neither bareyn, schal be in thi lond; Y schal fille the noumbre of thi daies.
Ne estos seninfana nek sennaska en via lando; la nombron de viaj tagoj Mi faros plena.
27 Y schal sende my drede in to thi biforgoyng, and Y schal sle al the puple, to which thou schalt entre, and Y schal turne the backis of alle thin enemyes bifore thee;
Mian teruron Mi sendos antaŭ vi, kaj Mi konfuzos ĉiun popolon, al kiu vi venos, kaj ĉiujn viajn malamikojn Mi turnos al vi dorse.
28 and Y schal sende out bifore scrabrouns, that schulen dryue awei Euey, and Cananey, and Ethei, bifore that thou entre.
Kaj Mi sendos krabrojn antaŭ vi, kaj ili forpelos la Ĥividojn kaj la Kanaanidojn kaj la Ĥetidojn de antaŭ vi.
29 Y schal not caste hem out fro thi face in o yeer, lest the lond be turned in to wildirnesse, and beestis encreesse ayens thee;
Mi ne forpelos ilin de antaŭ vi en unu jaro, por ke la tero ne fariĝu senhoma kaj por ke ne multiĝu kontraŭ vi la bestoj de la kampo.
30 litil and litil I schal caste hem out fro thi siyt, til thou be encreessid, and welde the loond.
Iom post iom Mi forpelos ilin de antaŭ vi, ĝis vi multiĝos kaj posedos la landon.
31 Forsothe Y schal sette thi termys fro the reed see til to the see of Palestyns, and fro desert til to the flood. Y schal yyue to youre hondis the dwelleris of the lond, and Y schal caste hem out fro youre siyt;
Kaj Mi faros viajn limojn de la Ruĝa Maro ĝis la Maro Filiŝta, kaj de la dezerto ĝis la Rivero; ĉar Mi transdonos en viajn manojn la loĝantojn de la lando, kaj vi forpelos ilin de antaŭ vi.
32 thou schalt not make boond of pees with hem, nethir with `the goddis of hem.
Ne faru interligon kun ili nek kun iliaj dioj.
33 Dwelle thei not in thi lond, lest perauenture thei make thee to do synne ayens me, yf thou seruest her goddis, which thing certis schal be to thee in to sclaundir.
Ili ne loĝu en via lando, por ke ili ne pekigu vin kontraŭ Mi; se vi servos iliajn diojn, tio fariĝos kaptilo por vi.
