2 Timothy 4
1 I witnesse bifore God and Crist Jhesu, that schal deme the quike and the deed, and bi the comyng of hym, and the kyngdom of hym,
Nakuagiza mbele za Mungu na mbele za Kristo Yesu, atakayewahukumu watu walio hai na waliokufa wakati wa kuja kwake na ufalme wake, kwamba:
2 preche the word, be thou bisi couenabli with outen rest, repreue thou, biseche thou, blame thou in al pacience and doctryn.
Hubiri Neno; kuwa tayari wakati ufaao na wakati usiofaa; karipia, kemea na utie moyo kwa uvumilivu wote na kwa mafundisho mazuri.
3 For tyme schal be, whanne men schulen not suffre hoolsum teching, but at her desiris thei schulen gadere `togidere to hem silf maistris yitchinge to the eeris.
Maana wakati utakuja watu watakapokataa kuyakubali mafundisho yenye uzima. Badala yake, ili kutimiza tamaa zao wenyewe, watajikusanyia idadi kubwa ya walimu wapate kuwaambia yale ambayo masikio yao yanayowasha yanatamani kuyasikia.
4 And treuli thei schulen turne awei the heryng fro treuthe, but to fablis thei schulen turne.
Watakataa kusikiliza kweli na kuzigeukia hadithi za uongo.
5 But wake thou, in alle thingis traueile thou, do the werk of an euangelist, fulfille thi seruyce, be thou sobre.
Kwa habari yako wewe, vumilia mateso, fanya kazi ya mhubiri wa Injili, timiza wajibu wote wa huduma yako.
6 For Y am sacrifisid now, and the tyme of my departyng is nyy.
Kwa maana mimi sasa ni tayari kumiminwa kama sadaka ya kinywaji, nayo saa yangu ya kuondoka imetimia.
7 Y haue stryuun a good strijf, Y haue endid the cours, Y haue kept the feith.
Nimevipiga vita vizuri, mashindano nimeyamaliza, imani nimeilinda.
8 In `the tothir tyme a coroun of riytwisnesse is kept to me, which the Lord, a iust domesman, schal yelde to me in that dai; and not oneli to me, but also to these that louen his comyng.
Sasa nimewekewa taji ya haki ambayo Bwana, mwamuzi wa haki, atanitunukia siku ile: wala si mimi tu, bali pia wote ambao wamengoja kwa shauku kudhihirishwa kwake.
9 Hyye thou to come to me soone.
Jitahidi kuja kwangu upesi
10 For Demas, louynge this world, hath forsakun me, and wente to Tessalonyk, Crescens in to Galathi, Tite in to Dalmacie; (aiōn g165)
kwa sababu Dema, kwa kuupenda ulimwengu, ameniacha na amekwenda Thesalonike. Kreske amekwenda Galatia na Tito amekwenda Dalmatia. (aiōn g165)
11 Luk aloone is with me. Take thou Mark, and brynge with thee; for he is profitable to me in to seruyce.
Ni Luka peke yake aliye hapa pamoja nami. Mtafute Marko uje naye kwa sababu ananifaa sana katika huduma yangu.
12 Forsothe Y sente Titicus to Effesi.
Nimemtuma Tikiko huko Efeso.
13 The cloth which Y lefte at Troade at Carpe, whanne thou comest, bringe with thee, and the bookis, but moost parchemyne.
Utakapokuja, niletee lile joho nililoliacha kwa Karpo huko Troa na vile vitabu vyangu, hasa vile vya ngozi.
14 Alisaundre, the tresorer, schewide to me myche yuele; `the Lord schal yelde to hym aftir his werkis.
Aleksanda yule mfua chuma alinitendea ubaya mkubwa. Bwana atamlipa kwa ajili ya yale aliyotenda.
15 Whom also thou eschewe; for he ayenstood ful greetli oure wordis.
Wewe pia ujihadhari naye kwa sababu aliyapinga sana maneno yetu.
16 In my firste defence no man helpide me, but alle forsoken me; be it not arettid to hem.
Katika utetezi wangu wa mara ya kwanza, hakuna hata mmoja aliyeniunga mkono, bali kila mmoja aliniacha. Namwomba Mungu wasihesabiwe hatia kwa jambo hilo.
17 But the Lord helpide me, and coumfortide me, that the preching be fillid bi me, and that alle folkis here, that Y am delyueride fro the mouth of the lioun.
Lakini Bwana alisimama upande wangu akanitia nguvu, ili kupitia kwangu lile Neno lihubiriwe kwa ukamilifu, watu wote Mataifa wapate kulisikia. Mimi niliokolewa kutoka kinywa cha simba.
18 And the Lord delyueride me fro al yuel werk, and schal make me saaf in to his heuenly kingdom, to whom be glorie in to worldis of worldis. (aiōn g165)
Bwana ataniokoa katika kila shambulio baya na kunileta salama katika Ufalme wake wa mbinguni. Atukuzwe yeye milele na milele. Amen. (aiōn g165)
19 Amen. Grete wel Prisca, and Aquila, and the hous of Oneseforus.
Wasalimu Prisila na Akila, na wote wa nyumbani kwa Onesiforo.
20 Erastus lefte at Corynthi, and Y lefte Trofymus sijk at Mylete.
Erasto alibaki Korintho. Nami nikamwacha Trofimo huko Mileto akiwa mgonjwa.
21 Hiye thou to come bifore wyntir. Eubolus, and Prudent, and Lynus, and Claudia, and alle britheren, greten thee wel.
Jitahidi ufike huku kabla ya majira ya baridi. Eubulo anakusalimu, vivyo hivyo Pude, Lino, Klaudia na ndugu wote.
22 Oure Lord Jhesu Crist be with thi spirit. The grace of God be with you. Amen.
Bwana awe pamoja na roho yako. Neema iwe pamoja nanyi. Amen.
