Romans 3
1 Then what advantage does the Jew have? Or what is the profit of circumcision?
୧ତେବେ ଜିଉଦି ନଇଲା ଲକ୍ମନର୍ତେଇଅନି ଜିଉଦିମନର୍ ଅଦିକ୍ ସୁବିଦା କାଇଟା? ସୁନତ୍ କଲେ କାଇ ଲାବ୍?
2 Much in every way! Because first of all, they were entrusted with the revelations of God.
୨ସବୁ ରକାମର୍ ଲାବ୍ ଆଚେ । ତେବେ ପର୍ତୁମ୍, ପରମେସର୍ ତାର୍ କବର୍ ଜାନାଇବା ଦାଇତ୍ ଜିଉଦିମନର୍ ଆତେ ଦେଲା ଆଚେ ।
3 For what if some were without faith? Will their lack of faith nullify the faithfulness of God?
୩ତେବେ କାଇଟା ଅଇସି? ଜିଉଦିମନର୍ ବିତ୍ରେଅନି କେତେ ଲକ୍ ବିସ୍ବାସ୍ ନ କଲେ ପରମେସର୍ କାତା ଦେଇରଇବାଟା ପୁରାପୁରୁନ୍ ନ ଅଏ କି?
4 May it never be! Yes, let God be found true, but every man a liar. As it is written, “that you might be justified in your words, and might prevail when you come into judgment.”
୪କେବେ ନାଇ । ମୁନୁସ୍ମନ୍ ସବୁ ଲକ୍ ମିଚୁଆ ଅଇଲେ ମିସା, ପରମେସର୍ ସତ୍ସେ । ସାସ୍ତରେ ଲେକା ଆଚେ, “ତମର୍ ବାକିଅ ଅନି ତମେସେ ସତ୍ ବଲି ଚିନାଇ ଉଆ, ତମେ ବିଚାର୍ କରାଇ ଅଇଲାବେଲେ ଜିତି କରି ରୁଆ ।”
5 But if our unrighteousness commends the righteousness of God, what will we say? Is God unrighteous who inflicts wrath? I speak like men do.
୫ଇତି ଗଟେକ୍ ପର୍ସନ୍ ଅଇପାରେ, “ଆମର୍ କାରାପ୍ ଚଲାଚଲ୍ତି, ପରମେସରର୍ ଦରମ୍କେ ଚିନାଇ ଦେଇସି ବଇଲେ, ସେ ଆମ୍କେ ଡଣ୍ଡ୍ଦେଇ ଅନିଆଇ କଲାନି ବଲି କଇପାରିଅଇସି କି?
6 May it never be! For then how will God judge the world?
୬କେବେ ନାଇ । ପରମେସର୍ ଜଦି ନିଆଇତେଇ ନାଇ, ତେବେ ସେ କେନ୍ତି ଜଗତର୍ ନିଆଇ ବିଚାର୍ କର୍ସି?”
7 For if the truth of God through my lie abounded to his glory, why am I also still judged as a sinner?
୭“ଜଦି ମୁଇ ମିଚ୍ କଇବାଟା ପରମେସରର୍ ସତ୍ ଅଦିକ୍ ଡିସି କରି ଡାକ୍ପୁଟା କରାଇସି ବଇଲେ, ମୁଇ କାଇକେ ପାପି ବଲି ଡଣ୍ଡ୍ ପାଇବି?”
8 Why not (as we are slanderously reported, and as some affirm that we say), “Let’s do evil, that good may come?” Those who say so are justly condemned.
୮ସେନ୍ତାର୍ଆଲେ “ଆସା, ଆମେ କାରାପ୍ କାମ୍ କରୁ ଜେନ୍ତାରି କି ତେଇଅନି ନିକ ବିସଇ ବାରଇସି” ବଲି କଇଅଇସି କି? ନାଇ, କଇ ନଏ । ମୁଇ ସମାନ୍ ଏନ୍ତି କାତା କଇଲିନି ବଲି ଦାବା କରି କେତେ ଲକ୍ ମକେ ଇଜତ୍ ଜିକ୍ଲାଇନି । ସେମନ୍ ସେଟାର୍ ପାଇ ଜନ୍ ଡଣ୍ଡ୍ ପାଇବାର୍ ରଇଲାଇ, ସତଇସେ ପାଇବାଇ ।
9 What then? Are we better than they? No, in no way. For we previously warned both Jews and Greeks that they are all under sin.
୯ତେବେ କାଇ ଜିଉଦିମନର୍ ଜିଉନା କାଉନା, ଜିଉଦି ନଇଲା ଲକ୍ମନର୍ଟାନେଅନି ଅଦିକ୍ ନିକ କି? ନାଇ, ମୁଲ୍କେ ନାଇ! ମୁଇ ଆଗ୍ତୁଅନି କଇଲି ଆଚି ଜେ, ସେମନ୍ ଦୁଇ ଦଲ୍ ଜାକ ପାପର୍ ସାସନେ ଆଚତ୍ ।
10 As it is written, “There is no one righteous; no, not one.
୧୦ସାସ୍ତରେ ଲେକା ଆଚେ, ଦରମ୍ ଲକ୍ କେ ନାଇ ଗଟେକ୍ ଲକ୍ ମିସା ନାଇ,
11 There is no one who understands. There is no one who seeks after God.
୧୧କେ ମିସା ଗିଆନ୍ ରଇବା ଲକ୍ ନାଇ । ସତଇସେ ପରମେସର୍କେ ଉପାସନା କର୍ବା ଲକ୍ ନାଇ ।
12 They have all turned away. They have together become unprofitable. There is no one who does good, no, not so much as one.”
୧୨ସେମନ୍ ସବୁ ଲକ୍ ପରମେସର୍ଟାନେଅନି ଅନି ଦୁରିକେ ଜାଇ ଆଚତ୍ । ସେମନ୍ ବାଟ୍ ବାନା ଅଇଗାଲାଇ ଆଚତ୍ । କେ ଗଟେକ୍ ଲକ୍ ମିସା ସତ୍ କାମ୍ କରତ୍ ନାଇ ।
13 “Their throat is an open tomb. With their tongues they have used deceit.” “The poison of vipers is under their lips.”
୧୩ସେମନର୍ କାତା କଇବାଟାନେ ଅଦିକ୍ ନାଡାଇବାଟା ଆଚେ, ଟଣ୍ଡେଅନି ଗାଡ୍ ଗାଲାପାରା ମିଚ୍ କାତା ବାରଇଲାନି । ଜିବ୍ତଲେ ନାଗ୍ ସାପର୍ ବିସ୍ ପାରା ଆଚେ ।
14 “Their mouth is full of cursing and bitterness.”
୧୪ସେମନର୍ କାତା, ପିତା ଅଇ, ଅବିସାପେ ପୁରୁନ୍ ଅଇଆଚେ ।
15 “Their feet are swift to shed blood.
୧୫ସେମନ୍ ମାର୍ବାକେ ଆରି ମରାଇବାକେ ତେରେପେତେ ଅଇଲାଇନି ।
16 Destruction and misery are in their ways.
୧୬ସେମନ୍ ଜନ୍ବାଟେ ଗାଲାଇନି, ତେଇ କୁରୁପ୍ନାସ୍ ଅଇବାଟା ଆରି କସ୍ଟ ଅଇବାଟା ଉବଜ୍ଲାନି ।
17 The way of peace, they haven’t known.”
୧୭ସେମନ୍ ସାନ୍ତିର୍ ବାଟ୍ ନାଜାନତ୍,
18 “There is no fear of God before their eyes.”
୧୮କି ପରମେସର୍କେ ଡର୍ବାଟା ସିକତ୍ ନାଇ ।
19 Now we know that whatever things the law says, it speaks to those who are under the law, that every mouth may be closed, and all the world may be brought under the judgment of God.
୧୯ଆମେ ଜାନୁ, ଜନ୍ ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ନିୟମର୍ ସାସନ୍ ତଲେ ଆଚତ୍, ତେଇର୍ ସବୁ ବିଦିବିଦାନ୍ ମାନ୍ବାକେ ବାଦିଅ । ପରମେସର୍ ଜେଡେବଲ୍ ଗୁଲାଇ ଜଗତର୍ ବିଚାର୍ କର୍ସି, ନିୟମ୍ ନ ମାନ୍ଲା ଲକ୍ମନ୍ କାଇ କାମ୍ ମିସା ଦେକାଇକରି, ଦସ୍ କରିନାଇ ବଲି କଇନାପାରତ୍ ।
20 Because by the works of the law, no flesh will be justified in his sight; for through the law comes the knowledge of sin.
୨୦ମାତର୍ ନିୟମର୍ ରିତିନିତି ମାନିକରି କେ ମିସା ପରମେସରର୍ ମୁଆଟେ ଦରମ୍ ଲକ୍ ଅଇନାପାରେ । ନିୟମେଅନି ସେ ଲକ୍ ଅବ୍କା ପାପର୍ ବଜ୍ସେ ପାଇସି ।
21 But now apart from the law, a righteousness of God has been revealed, being testified by the law and the prophets;
୨୧ମାତର୍ ଏବେ ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ତାର୍ ମୁଆଟେ ଦରମ୍ ବଲି ଏଜାଇ ଅଇବାକେ, ପରମେସର୍ ଜନ୍ଟା ଜଜ୍ନା କରି ରଇଲା, ସେଟା ସେ ଆମ୍କେ ଜାନାଇଦେଲାଆଚେ । ମାତର୍ ଏଟା ନିୟମ୍ ମାନ୍ଲାକେ ଅଏନାଇ । ଏ ଜଜ୍ନା ମସାର୍ ନିୟମେ ଆରି ବିନ୍ ବବିସତ୍ବକ୍ତାମନର୍ ଟାନେ ମିସା ରଇଲା ।
22 even the righteousness of God through faith in Jesus Christ to all and on all those who believe. For there is no distinction,
୨୨ଉଜେ ଜିସୁକିରିସ୍ଟକେ ବିସ୍ବାସ୍ କଲାକେ ଏବେ ଆମେ ପରମେସରର୍ ଦେକ୍ବା ଇସାବେ ଦରମ୍ ଲକ୍ ବଲାଇ ଅଇଆଚୁ । ପରମେସର୍ କେତେ ଲକ୍କେ ଆଲାଦ୍ କରି ଆରି କେତେକ୍ ଲକ୍କେ ଗିନ୍ କରେନାଇ । କିରିସ୍ଟକେ ବିସ୍ବାସ୍କର୍ବା ସବୁ ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ ଏ ଅଦିକାର ଦେଲାଆଚେ ।
23 for all have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God;
୨୩ସବୁ ଲକ୍ ପାପ୍ କଲାଇ ଆଚତ୍ ଆରି ପରମେସରର୍ ପୁରାପୁରୁନ୍ ମଇମାଇଅନି ଉନା ଅଇଗାଲାଇ ଆଚତ୍ ।
24 being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus,
୨୪ମାତର୍ ପରମେସର୍ କିରିସ୍ଟ ଜିସୁର୍ତେଇଅନି ଇନାମେ ନ ସାର୍ବା ଜିବନ୍ ଦୁକାନି ଦାନ୍ କଲାଆଚେ । ଜନ୍ ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ସେଟା ମିଲାଇଆଚତ୍, ସେମନ୍କେ ମାପ୍ରୁ ଜିସୁ ମୁକ୍ତି ଦେଇସି । ସେମନ୍ ପରମେସରର୍ ମୁଆଟେ ଦରମ୍ ଲକ୍ ବଲାଇ ଅଇବାଇ ।
25 whom God sent to be an atoning sacrifice through faith in his blood, for a demonstration of his righteousness through the passing over of prior sins, in God’s forbearance;
୨୫ପରମେସର୍ ଜିସୁକେ ଦାନ୍କଲା, ଜେନ୍ତିକି ତାର୍ ମରନ୍, ତାକେ ବିସ୍ବାସ୍ କର୍ବା ଲକ୍ମନର୍ ପାପ୍ କେମାର୍ ବାଟ୍ ଦେକାଇସି । ସେ ନିଜର୍ ଦରମ୍ ଅଇଲାଟା ଦେକାଇବାକେ ଏଟା କଲା । ସେ ସବୁ ମୁର୍ଚିକରି ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ଆଗ୍ତୁ କରିରଇବା ପାପ୍ ଦାରେ ନାଇ ।
26 to demonstrate his righteousness at this present time, that he might himself be just and the justifier of him who has faith in Jesus.
୨୬ମାତର୍ ଏବେ ସେ ତାର୍ ଦରମ୍ ଅଇଲାଟା ଦେକାଇବାକେ ସେ ସବୁ ପାପ୍, ଜନ୍ ପାପ୍ କି ଜିସୁ କୁର୍ସକାଟେ ଦାରିରଇଲା, ତେଇ ମିସାଇ ଆଚେ । ଏଟାର୍ଲାଗି ପର୍ମେସର୍ ପୁରାପୁରୁନ୍ ଦରମ୍ ଆଚେ । ଆରି ଜେତ୍କି ଲକ୍ ଜିସୁକେ ବିସ୍ବାସ୍ କର୍ବାଇ ସେ ସବୁ ଦରମ୍ ଲକ୍ ବଲି ଏଜାଇଅଇବାଇ ।
27 Where then is the boasting? It is excluded. By what kind of law? Of works? No, but by a law of faith.
୨୭ସେନ୍ତାର୍ଆଲେ ଆମେ କାଇ ବିସଇନେଇ ବଡ୍ପନ୍ ଅଇବାର୍ ଆଚେ? ନାଇ ସେନ୍ତି କାଇଟା ମିସା ନାଇ । ଆମେ ବଡ୍ପନ୍ ଦେକାଇବାକେ କାଇ ବିସଇ ଆଚେ କି? ଆମେ ପୁରାପୁରି ନିୟମ୍ ମାନ୍ଲୁନି ବଲିକରି କି? ନାଇ, ଅବ୍କା ବିସ୍ବାସ୍ କର୍ବାଟାସେ ଆମର୍ ବଡ୍ପନ୍ ଦେକାଇବାଟା ।
28 We maintain therefore that a man is justified by faith apart from the works of the law.
୨୮ଆମେ ସତଇସେ ବୁଜି ପାର୍ଲୁ ଜେ, ଗଟେକ୍ ଲକ୍ ଅବ୍କା ବିସ୍ବାସ୍ କରିସେ ଦରମ୍ ଲକ୍ ବଲାଇ ଅଇସି, ନିୟମ୍ ମାନିକରି ନାଇ ।
29 Or is God the God of Jews only? Isn’t he the God of Gentiles also? Yes, of Gentiles also,
୨୯ପରମେସର୍ କାଇ ଉଜେ ଜିଉଦିମନର୍ସେ ପରମେସର୍ କି? ସେ କାଇ ଜିଉଦିନଇଲା ଲକ୍ମନର୍ ପରମେସର୍ ନଏଁ କି? ସତଇସେ ସେ ସବୁ ଲକର୍ ପରମେସର୍ ।
30 since indeed there is one God who will justify the circumcised by faith and the uncircumcised through faith.
୩୦ପରମେସର୍ ଗଟେକ୍ସେ । ଜିଉଦି ଆରି ଜିଉଦିନଇଲା ଲକର୍ ପାଇ ସମାନ୍ । ସେମନର୍ ବିସ୍ବାସ୍ ପାଇ ସେମନ୍କେ ଦରମ୍ ଲକ୍ ଇସାବେ ବାଚ୍ସି ।
31 Do we then nullify the law through faith? May it never be! No, we establish the law.
୩୧ଏଟାର୍ ଅରତ୍ କାଇଟା, ଏନ୍ତାରି ବିସ୍ବାସ୍ କରି ନିୟମ୍ ନସାଇଦେଉଁ କି? ନାଇ, ଆମେ ଜଦି ଜିସୁକିରିସ୍ଟକେ ବିସ୍ବାସ୍ କର୍ବୁ ବଇଲେ, ନିୟମ୍କେ ମିସା ଡାଟ୍ କର୍ବୁ ।
