1 For the Chief Musician. With stringed instruments. A Psalm. A song. May God be merciful to us, bless us, and cause his face to shine on us. (Selah)
Kuom jatend wer. Gik miwergo man-gi tondegi. Zaburi. Wer. Mad Nyasaye timnwa ngʼwono kendo owinjwa; mad omi wangʼe rienynwa maber, (Sela)
2 That your way may be known on earth, and your salvation among all nations,
mondo yoreni ongʼere e piny, kendo ogendini duto oyud warruokne.
3 let the peoples praise you, God. Let all the peoples praise you.
Mad ji paki, yaye Nyasaye; mad ji duto opaki.
4 Oh let the nations be glad and sing for joy, for you will judge the peoples with equity, and govern the nations on earth. (Selah)
Mad ogendini obed mamor kendo ower gi ilo, nikech irito ji gi ratiro, kendo itayo ogendini mag piny. (Sela)
5 Let the peoples praise you, God. Let all the peoples praise you.
Mad ji paki, yaye Nyasaye; mad ji duto opaki.
6 The earth has yielded its increase. God, even our own God, will bless us.
Eka piny biro chiego cham kaka owinjore kendo Nyasaye, ma Nyasachwa, biro gwedhowa.
7 God will bless us. All the ends of the earth shall fear him.
Nyasaye biro gwedhowa, kendo piny duto koni gi koni biro luore.
