Psalms 66
1 For the Chief Musician. A song. A Psalm. Make a joyful shout to God, all the earth!
१अहो पृथ्वीवरील सर्वजणहो देवाचा जयजयकार करा;
2 Sing to the glory of his name! Offer glory and praise!
२त्याच्या नावाचा महिमा गा; त्याची स्तुती गौरवशाली होईल अशी करा.
3 Tell God, “How awesome are your deeds! Through the greatness of your power, your enemies submit themselves to you.
३देवाला म्हणा, तुझी कृत्ये किती भीतिदायक आहेत, तुझ्या महान सामर्थ्यामुळे तुझे शत्रू तुझ्या स्वाधीन होतात.
4 All the earth will worship you, and will sing to you; they will sing to your name.” (Selah)
४सर्व पृथ्वी तुझी आराधना करतील; आणि तुझी स्तोत्रे गातील; ते तुझ्या नावाची स्तोत्रे गातील.
5 Come, and see God’s deeds— awesome work on behalf of the children of men.
५अहो या, आणि देवाची कार्ये पहा; तो मनुष्यांच्या मुलांस आपल्या कृत्यांनी धाक बसवतो.
6 He turned the sea into dry land. They went through the river on foot. There, we rejoiced in him.
६त्याने समुद्र पालटून कोरडी भूमी केली; ते नदीतून पायांनी चालत गेले; तेथे आम्ही त्याच्यात आनंद केला.
7 He rules by his might forever. His eyes watch the nations. Don’t let the rebellious rise up against him. (Selah)
७तो आपल्या सामर्थ्याने सर्वकाळ राज्य करतो; तो आपल्या डोळ्यांनी सर्व राष्ट्रांचे निरीक्षण करतो; बंडखोरांनी आपल्यास उंच करू नये.
8 Praise our God, you peoples! Make the sound of his praise heard,
८अहो लोकांनो, आमच्या देवाला धन्यवाद द्या, आणि त्याची स्तुती ऐकू येईल अशी करा.
9 who preserves our life among the living, and doesn’t allow our feet to be moved.
९तो आमचा जीव राखून ठेवतो, आणि तो आमचे पाय सरकू देत नाही.
10 For you, God, have tested us. You have refined us, as silver is refined.
१०कारण हे देवा, तू आमची परीक्षा केली आहे; रुप्याची परीक्षा करतात तशी तू आमची परीक्षा केली आहे.
11 You brought us into prison. You laid a burden on our backs.
११तू आम्हास जाळ्यात आणले; तू आमच्या कमरेवर अवजड ओझे ठेवले.
12 You allowed men to ride over our heads. We went through fire and through water, but you brought us to the place of abundance.
१२तू आमच्या डोक्यावरून लोकांस स्वारी करण्यास लावले. आम्ही अग्नीतून आणि पाण्यातून गेलो, परंतु तू आम्हास बाहेर काढून प्रशस्त जागी आणले.
13 I will come into your temple with burnt offerings. I will pay my vows to you,
१३मी होमार्पणे घेऊन तुझ्या घरात येईन; मी तुला केलेले नवस फेडीन.
14 which my lips promised, and my mouth spoke, when I was in distress.
१४संकटात असता जे मी आपल्या ओठांनी उच्चारले आणि जे मी आपल्या तोंडाने बोलल,
15 I will offer to you burnt offerings of fat animals, with the offering of rams, I will offer bulls with goats. (Selah)
१५मी तुला मेंढ्याच्या धूपासहित पुष्ट पशूंचे होमार्पणे मी तुला अर्पीण; बोकड आणि गोऱ्हे अर्पीण.
16 Come and hear, all you who fear God. I will declare what he has done for my soul.
१६जे सर्व तुम्ही देवाचे भय धरता, या आणि ऐका, आणि त्याने माझ्यासाठी काय केले ते मी तुम्हास सांगतो.
17 I cried to him with my mouth. He was extolled with my tongue.
१७मी माझ्या मुखाने त्याचा धावा केला, आणि माझ्या जीभेवर त्याची स्तुती होती.
18 If I cherished sin in my heart, the Lord wouldn’t have listened.
१८जर माझ्या मनात अन्यायाकडे मी पाहिले असते, तर प्रभूने माझे ऐकले नसते.
19 But most certainly, God has listened. He has heard the voice of my prayer.
१९पण देवाने खचित ऐकले आहे; त्याने माझ्या प्रार्थनेच्या वाणीकडे लक्ष दिले आहे.
20 Blessed be God, who has not turned away my prayer, nor his loving kindness from me.
२०देवाचा धन्यवाद होवो, त्याने माझ्या प्रार्थनांपासून आपले मुख फिरविले नाही, किंवा त्याच्या कराराच्या विश्वासूपणापासून आपली दृष्टी वळविली नाही.
