Psalms 19

1 For the Chief Musician. A Psalm by David. The heavens declare the glory of God. The expanse shows his handiwork.

१मुख्य गायकासाठी. दाविदाचे स्तोत्र. आकाश देवाचा गौरव जाहीर करते, आणि अंतराळ त्याच्या हातचे कृत्य दाखविते.

2 Day after day they pour out speech, and night after night they display knowledge.

२दिवस दिवसाशी बोलतो, रात्र रात्रीला ज्ञान प्रकट करते.

3 There is no speech nor language where their voice is not heard.

३संभाषण नाही, बोललेले शब्दही नाही, त्यांचा आवाजही ऐकू येत नाही.

4 Their voice has gone out through all the earth, their words to the end of the world. In them he has set a tent for the sun,

४तरी त्यांचे शब्द सर्व पृथ्वीभर जातात. आणि त्यांचे बोलणे जगाच्या शेवटापर्यंत जाते. त्याने सुर्यासाठी आकाशामध्ये मंडप उभारला आहे.

5 which is as a bridegroom coming out of his room, like a strong man rejoicing to run his course.

५सूर्य नवऱ्या मुलासारखा आपल्या मांडवातून बाहेर येतो. आणि सामर्थ्यवान पुरुषाप्रमाणे तो आपली धाव धावण्यात आनंद करतो.

6 His going out is from the end of the heavens, his circuit to its ends. There is nothing hidden from its heat.

६सूर्य एक क्षितीजापासून उदय होतो, आणि दुसऱ्या क्षितिजापर्यंत आकाशात पार जातो. त्याच्या उष्णतेपासून कोणाचीही सुटका होत नाही.

7 Yahweh’s law is perfect, restoring the soul. Yahweh’s covenant is sure, making wise the simple.

७परमेश्वराचे नियमशास्त्र परिपूर्ण आहे, ते जीवाला पुर्नजीवित करणारे आहे. परमेश्वराचे नियम विश्वसनीय आहेत, ज्यांना अनुभव नाही त्यांना शहाणपण देणारे आहे.

8 Yahweh’s precepts are right, rejoicing the heart. Yahweh’s commandment is pure, enlightening the eyes.

८परमेश्वराच्या सूचना खऱ्या आहेत. जे हृदयाला हर्षीत करतात. परमेश्वराच्या कराराचे नियम शुद्ध आहेत, ते डोळे प्रकाशवनारे आहेत.

9 The fear of Yahweh is clean, enduring forever. Yahweh’s ordinances are true, and righteous altogether.

९परमेश्वराची भीती शुद्ध आहे, ती सर्वकाळ टिकणारे आहे, परमेश्वराचे नियम खरे आहेत, आणि सर्व न्यायी आहेत.

10 They are more to be desired than gold, yes, than much fine gold, sweeter also than honey and the extract of the honeycomb.

१०ते सोन्यापेक्षा ही मौल्यवान आहेत. अती उत्तम सोन्यापेक्षाही ते शुद्ध आहेत. ते मधाच्या पोळ्यातून गळणाऱ्या, मधापेक्षाही गोड आहेत.

11 Moreover your servant is warned by them. In keeping them there is great reward.

११होय, त्याकडून तुझ्या सेवकाला चेतावनी मिळते. ते पाळण्याने उत्तम प्रतिफळ मिळते.

12 Who can discern his errors? Forgive me from hidden errors.

१२आपल्या स्वत: च्या चुका कोण ओळखू शकतो? माझ्या गुप्त दोषांची मला क्षमा कर.

13 Keep back your servant also from presumptuous sins. Let them not have dominion over me. Then I will be upright. I will be blameless and innocent of great transgression.

१३तुझ्या सेवकाला जाणूनबुजून केलेल्या पापापासून राख; ती माझ्यावर राज्य न गाजवोत. तेव्हा मी परिपूर्ण होईल, आणि माझ्या पुष्कळ अपराधांपासून निर्दोष राहीन.

14 Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in your sight, Yahweh, my rock, and my redeemer.

१४माझ्या तोंडचे शब्द आणि माझ्या हृदयाचे विचार तुझ्यासमोर मान्य असोत. परमेश्वरा, तू माझा खडक आहेस, मला तारणारा तूच आहेस.
