Philippians 2
1 If therefore there is any exhortation in Christ, if any consolation of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any tender mercies and compassion,
ขฺรีษฺฏาทฺ ยทิ กิมปิ สานฺตฺวนํ กศฺจิตฺ เปฺรมชาโต หรฺษ: กิญฺจิทฺ อาตฺมน: สมภาคิตฺวํ กาจิทฺ อนุกมฺปา กฺฤปา วา ชายเต ตรฺหิ ยูยํ มมาหฺลาทํ ปูรยนฺต
2 make my joy full by being like-minded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind;
เอกภาวา เอกเปฺรมาณ เอกมนส เอกเจษฺฏาศฺจ ภวตฯ
3 doing nothing through rivalry or through conceit, but in humility, each counting others better than himself;
วิโรธาทฺ ทรฺปาทฺ วา กิมปิ มา กุรุต กินฺตุ นมฺรตยา เสฺวโภฺย'ปรานฺ วิศิษฺฏานฺ มนฺยธฺวํฯ
4 each of you not just looking to his own things, but each of you also to the things of others.
เกวลมฺ อาตฺมหิตาย น เจษฺฏมานา: ปรหิตายาปิ เจษฺฏธฺวํฯ
5 Have this in your mind, which was also in Christ Jesus,
ขฺรีษฺฏสฺย ยีโศ รฺยาทฺฤศ: สฺวภาโว ยุษฺมากมฺ อปิ ตาทฺฤโศ ภวตุฯ
6 who, existing in the form of God, didn’t consider equality with God a thing to be grasped,
ส อีศฺวรรูปี สนฺ สฺวกียามฺ อีศฺวรตุลฺยตำ ศฺลาฆาสฺปทํ นามนฺยต,
7 but emptied himself, taking the form of a servant, being made in the likeness of men.
กินฺตุ สฺวํ ศูนฺยํ กฺฤตฺวา ทาสรูปี พภูว นรากฺฤตึ เลเภ จฯ
8 And being found in human form, he humbled himself, becoming obedient to the point of death, yes, the death of the cross.
อิตฺถํ นรมูรฺตฺติมฺ อาศฺริตฺย นมฺรตำ สฺวีกฺฤตฺย มฺฤโตฺยรรฺถต: กฺรุศียมฺฤโตฺยเรว โภคายาชฺญาคฺราหี พภูวฯ
9 Therefore God also highly exalted him, and gave to him the name which is above every name,
ตตฺการณาทฺ อีศฺวโร'ปิ ตํ สรฺโวฺวนฺนตํ จการ ยจฺจ นาม สรฺเวฺวษำ นามฺนำ เศฺรษฺฐํ ตเทว ตไสฺม ทเทา,
10 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, those on earth, and those under the earth,
ตตสฺตไสฺม ยีศุนามฺเน สฺวรฺคมรฺตฺยปาตาลสฺถิไต: สรฺไวฺว รฺชานุปาต: กรฺตฺตวฺย: ,
11 and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
ตาตเสฺถศฺวรสฺย มหิมฺเน จ ยีศุขฺรีษฺฏ: ปฺรภุริติ ชิหฺวาภิ: สฺวีกรฺตฺตวฺยํฯ
12 So then, my beloved, even as you have always obeyed, not only in my presence, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.
อโต เห ปฺริยตมา: , ยุษฺมาภิ รฺยทฺวตฺ สรฺวฺวทา กฺริยเต ตทฺวตฺ เกวเล มโมปสฺถิติกาเล ตนฺนหิ กินฺตฺวิทานีมฺ อนุปสฺถิเต'ปิ มยิ พหุตรยตฺเนนาชฺญำ คฺฤหีตฺวา ภยกมฺปาภฺยำ สฺวสฺวปริตฺราณํ สาธฺยตำฯ
13 For it is God who works in you both to will and to work for his good pleasure.
ยต อีศฺวร เอว สฺวกียานุโรธาทฺ ยุษฺมนฺมเธฺย มนสฺกามนำ กรฺมฺมสิทฺธิญฺจ วิทธาติฯ
14 Do all things without complaining and arguing,
ยูยํ กลหวิวาทรฺวิชตมฺ อาจารํ กุรฺวฺวนฺโต'นินฺทนียา อกุฏิลา
15 that you may become blameless and harmless, children of God without defect in the middle of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you are seen as lights in the world,
อีศฺวรสฺย นิษฺกลงฺกาศฺจ สนฺตานาอิว วกฺรภาวานำ กุฏิลาจาริณาญฺจ โลกานำ มเธฺย ติษฺฐต,
16 holding up the word of life, that I may have something to boast in the day of Christ that I didn’t run in vain nor labor in vain.
ยตเสฺตษำ มเธฺย ยูยํ ชีวนวากฺยํ ธารยนฺโต ชคโต ทีปกา อิว ทีปฺยเธฺวฯ ยุษฺมาภิสฺตถา กฺฤเต มม ยตฺน: ปริศฺรโม วา น นิษฺผโล ชาต อิตฺยหํ ขฺรีษฺฏสฺย ทิเน ศฺลาฆำ กรฺตฺตุํ ศกฺษฺยามิฯ
17 Yes, and if I am poured out on the sacrifice and service of your faith, I am glad and rejoice with you all.
ยุษฺมากํ วิศฺวาสารฺถกาย พลิทานาย เสวนาย จ ยทฺยปฺยหํ นิเวทิตโวฺย ภเวยํ ตถาปิ เตนานนฺทามิ สรฺเวฺวษำ ยุษฺมากมฺ อานนฺทสฺยำศี ภวามิ จฯ
18 In the same way, you also should be glad and rejoice with me.
ตทฺวทฺ ยูยมปฺยานนฺทต มทียานนฺทสฺยำศิโน ภวต จฯ
19 But I hope in the Lord Jesus to send Timothy to you soon, that I also may be cheered up when I know how you are doing.
ยุษฺมากมฺ อวสฺถามฺ อวคตฺยาหมปิ ยตฺ สานฺตฺวนำ ปฺราปฺนุยำ ตทรฺถํ ตีมถิยํ ตฺวรยา ยุษฺมตฺสมีปํ เปฺรษยิษฺยามีติ ปฺรเภา ปฺรตฺยาศำ กุรฺเวฺวฯ
20 For I have no one else like-minded, who will truly care about you.
ย: สตฺยรูเปณ ยุษฺมากํ หิตํ จินฺตยติ ตาทฺฤศ เอกภาวสฺตสฺมาทนฺย: โก'ปิ มม สนฺนิเธา นาสฺติฯ
21 For they all seek their own, not the things of Jesus Christ.
ยโต'ปเร สรฺเวฺว ยีโศ: ขฺรีษฺฏสฺย วิษยานฺ น จินฺตยนฺต อาตฺมวิษยานฺ จินฺตยนฺติฯ
22 But you know that he has proved himself. As a child serves a father, so he served with me in furtherance of the Good News.
กินฺตุ ตสฺย ปรีกฺษิตตฺวํ ยุษฺมาภิ รฺชฺญายเต ยต: ปุโตฺร ยาทฺฤกฺ ปิตุ: สหการี ภวติ ตไถว สุสํวาทสฺย ปริจรฺยฺยายำ ส มม สหการี ชาต: ฯ
23 Therefore I hope to send him at once, as soon as I see how it will go with me.
อเตอว มม ภาวิทศำ ชฺญาตฺวา ตตฺกฺษณาตฺ ตเมว เปฺรษยิตุํ ปฺรตฺยาศำ กุรฺเวฺว
24 But I trust in the Lord that I myself also will come shortly.
สฺวยมฺ อหมปิ ตูรฺณํ ยุษฺมตฺสมีปํ คมิษฺยามีตฺยาศำ ปฺรภุนา กุรฺเวฺวฯ
25 But I thought it necessary to send to you Epaphroditus, my brother, fellow worker, fellow soldier, and your apostle and servant of my need,
อปรํ ย อิปาผฺรทีโต มม ภฺราตา กรฺมฺมยุทฺธาภฺยำ มม สหายศฺจ ยุษฺมากํ ทูโต มทีโยปการาย ปฺรตินิธิศฺจาสฺติ ยุษฺมตฺสมีเป ตสฺย เปฺรษณมฺ อาวศฺยกมฺ อมเนฺยฯ
26 since he longed for you all, and was very troubled because you had heard that he was sick.
ยต: ส ยุษฺมานฺ สรฺวฺวานฺ อกางฺกฺษต ยุษฺมาภิสฺตสฺย โรคสฺย วารฺตฺตาศฺราวีติ พุทฺธฺวา ปรฺยฺยโศจจฺจฯ
27 For indeed he was sick nearly to death, but God had mercy on him, and not on him only, but on me also, that I might not have sorrow on sorrow.
ส ปีฑยา มฺฤตกลฺโป'ภวทิติ สตฺยํ กินฺตฺวีศฺวรสฺตํ ทยิตวานฺ มม จ ทุ: ขาตฺ ปรํ ปุนรฺทุ: ขํ ยนฺน ภเวตฺ ตทรฺถํ เกวลํ ตํ น ทยิตฺวา มามปิ ทยิตวานฺฯ
28 I have sent him therefore the more diligently, that when you see him again, you may rejoice, and that I may be the less sorrowful.
อเตอว ยูยํ ตํ วิโลกฺย ยตฺ ปุนรานนฺเทต มมาปิ ทุ: ขสฺย หฺราโส ยทฺ ภเวตฺ ตทรฺถมฺ อหํ ตฺวรยา ตมฺ อเปฺรษยํฯ
29 Receive him therefore in the Lord with all joy, and hold such people in honor,
อโต ยูยํ ปฺรโภ: กฺฤเต สมฺปูรฺเณนานนฺเทน ตํ คฺฤหฺลีต ตาทฺฤศานฺ โลกำศฺจาทรณียานฺ มนฺยธฺวํฯ
30 because for the work of Christ he came near to death, risking his life to supply that which was lacking in your service toward me.
ยโต มม เสวเน ยุษฺมากํ ตฺรุฏึ ปูรยิตุํ ส ปฺราณานฺ ปณีกฺฤตฺย ขฺรีษฺฏสฺย การฺยฺยารฺถํ มฺฤตปฺราเย'ภวตฺฯ
