Luke 12
1 Meanwhile, when a multitude of many thousands had gathered together, so much so that they trampled on each other, he began to tell his disciples first of all, “Beware of the yeast of the Pharisees, which is hypocrisy.
১এনেতে অসংখ্য লোক গোট খোৱাত, লোক সকলৰ মাজত গচকা-গচকি হ’ল৷ তেতিয়া যীচুৱে প্ৰথমে তেওঁৰ শিষ্য সকলক কবলৈ ধৰিলে, “যি কপট, সেই ফৰীচী সকলৰ খমিৰলৈ সাৱধান হবা।”
2 But there is nothing covered up that will not be revealed, nor hidden that will not be known.
২“কিন্তু যি প্ৰকাশিত নহব এনে কোনো ঢাকি থোৱা বস্তু নাই আৰু যি জানিব পৰা নহব, এনে লুকুৱা বস্তু নাই।
3 Therefore whatever you have said in the darkness will be heard in the light. What you have spoken in the ear in the inner rooms will be proclaimed on the housetops.
৩এতেকে তোমালোকে আন্ধাৰত যি যি কথা ক’লা, সেইবোৰ পোহৰত শুনা যাব আৰু ভিতৰৰ কোঠালিত তোমালোকে কাণে কাণে যি কথা কৈছা, সেয়া ঘৰৰ ওপৰৰ পৰা ঘোষণা কৰা হ’ব।
4 “I tell you, my friends, don’t be afraid of those who kill the body, and after that have no more that they can do.
৪হে মোৰ বন্ধু সকল, মই তোমালোকক কওঁ, যি সকলে শৰীৰক বধ কৰে আৰু তাৰ পাছত একো কৰিব নোৱাৰে, তেওঁলোকলৈ ভয় নকৰিবা।
5 But I will warn you whom you should fear. Fear him who after he has killed, has power to cast into Gehenna. Yes, I tell you, fear him. (Geenna g1067)
৫কিন্তু কোন জনক ভয় কৰিব লাগে সেই বিষয়ে মই তোমালোকক জনাওঁ৷ ভয় সেই জনক কৰিবা, যি জনৰ বধ কৰাৰ পাছত নৰকতো পেলাবৰ ক্ষমতা আছে৷ হয়, মই তোমালোকক কওঁ; তেওঁলৈকে ভয় কৰা। (Geenna g1067)
6 “Aren’t five sparrows sold for two assaria coins? Not one of them is forgotten by God.
৬পাঁচোটা ঘৰ-চিৰিকা ক্ষুদ্ৰ পইচালৈ বিক্ৰী নকৰে নে? তথাপি সেইবোৰৰ এটাকো ঈশ্বৰৰ আগত পাহৰা নাযায়।
7 But the very hairs of your head are all counted. Therefore don’t be afraid. You are of more value than many sparrows.
৭কিন্তু তোমালোকৰ মূৰৰ সকলো চুলিও গণনা কৰা হৈছে। ভয় নকৰিবা; কিয়নো তোমালোক অনেক ঘৰ-চিৰিকাতকৈ বহুমূলীয়া।
8 “I tell you, everyone who confesses me before men, the Son of Man will also confess before the angels of God;
৮মই তোমালোকক পুনৰ কওঁ, মানুহবোৰৰ আগত যি জনে মোক স্বীকাৰ কৰে, মানুহৰ পুত্ৰয়ো ঈশ্বৰৰ দূতবোৰৰ আগত তেওঁক স্বীকাৰ কৰিব।
9 but he who denies me in the presence of men will be denied in the presence of God’s angels.
৯কিন্তু মানুহবোৰৰ আগত যি জনে মোক অস্বীকাৰ কৰে, ঈশ্বৰৰ দূতবোৰৰ আগত তেওঁকো অস্বীকাৰ কৰা হব।
10 Everyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven, but those who blaspheme against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven.
১০যি কোনোৱে মানুহৰ পুত্ৰৰ অহিতে কথা কয়, তেওঁক ক্ষমা কৰা হব। কিন্তু পবিত্ৰ আত্মাৰ অহিতে নিন্দা কৰা জনক ক্ষমা কৰা নহব।
11 When they bring you before the synagogues, the rulers, and the authorities, don’t be anxious how or what you will answer or what you will say;
১১যেতিয়া তেওঁলোকে নাম-ঘৰবোৰত আৰু ক্ষমতা পোৱা আৰু শাসনকৰ্তা সকলৰ সন্মুখত তোমালোকক হাজিৰ কৰাব, তেতিয়া কেনেকৈ কি উত্তৰ দিব লাগে বা কি কথা কব লাগে, সেই বিষয়ে চিন্তা নকৰিবা৷
12 for the Holy Spirit will teach you in that same hour what you must say.”
১২কিয়নো যি যি কথা সেই সময়ত কবলগীয়া হব, সেয়া পবিত্ৰ আত্মাই সেই মু্হুর্ত্ততেই তোমালোকক শিকাই দিব।”
13 One of the multitude said to him, “Teacher, tell my brother to divide the inheritance with me.”
১৩তাৰ পাছত লোক সকলৰ মাজৰ পৰা এজনে তেওঁক ক’লে, “হে গুৰু, পৈতৃক সম্পত্তি মোৰ সৈতে ভাগ কৰিবলৈ, মোৰ ককাইক আজ্ঞা দিয়ক।”
14 But he said to him, “Man, who made me a judge or an arbitrator over you?”
১৪কিন্তু যীচুৱে তেওঁক ক’লে, “হে ভাই, মোক কোনে তোমালোকৰ ওপৰত বিচাৰক বা ভাগ কৰোঁতা পাতিলে?”
15 He said to them, “Beware! Keep yourselves from covetousness, for a man’s life doesn’t consist of the abundance of the things which he possesses.”
১৫তেওঁ তেওঁলোকক পুনৰ ক’লে, “সকলো লোভৰ পৰা নিজকে দুৰত ৰাখি সাৱধানে থাকিবা; কিয়নো উপচি পৰিলেও মানুহৰ জীৱন তেওঁৰ সম্পত্তিৰ ওপৰত নির্ভৰ নহয়।”
16 He spoke a parable to them, saying, “The ground of a certain rich man produced abundantly.
১৬পাছত যীচুৱে তেওঁলোকক এটা দৃষ্টান্ত দি ক’লে, “এজন ধনী মানুহৰ মাটিত বহু শস্য উৎপন্ন হৈছিল।
17 He reasoned within himself, saying, ‘What will I do, because I don’t have room to store my crops?’
১৭তাতে তেওঁ মনতে ভাবি ক’লে, ‘মোৰ শস্য সামৰিবলৈ ঠাই নাই; মই এতিয়া কি কৰিম?’
18 He said, ‘This is what I will do. I will pull down my barns, build bigger ones, and there I will store all my grain and my goods.
১৮পাছত তেওঁ নিজকে কলে, ‘মই ইয়াকে কৰিম যে, আগৰ ভঁৰালবোৰ ভাঙিম আৰু এটা ডাঙৰ ভঁৰাল সাজিম৷ সেই ভঁৰালত মোৰ সকলো শস্য আৰু ভাল বস্তু সামৰি থম’।
19 I will tell my soul, “Soul, you have many goods laid up for many years. Take your ease, eat, drink, and be merry.”’
১৯তাৰ পাছত মই মোৰ প্ৰাণক কম, ‘হে প্ৰাণ, অনেক বছৰলৈ তোমাৰ বহুত ভাল বস্তু সাঁচি থোৱা হৈছে৷ জিৰাই-সতাই থাকা আৰু ভোজন-পান কৰি আনন্দ কৰা’।
20 “But God said to him, ‘You foolish one, tonight your soul is required of you. The things which you have prepared—whose will they be?’
২০কিন্তু ঈশ্বৰে তেওঁক ক’লে, ‘হে নির্ব্বোধ লোক, আজি ৰাতি তোমাৰ প্ৰাণ নিয়া হব৷তাতে যিবোৰ বস্তু যুগুত কৰি থলা, সেইবোৰ কাৰ হ’ব?
21 So is he who lays up treasure for himself, and is not rich toward God.”
২১ঠিক এইদৰে যি জনে ঈশ্বৰলৈ ধনৱান নহয়, কেৱল নিজলৈ ধন সাঁচি থয়, তেওঁ তেনেকুৱা লোক।”
22 He said to his disciples, “Therefore I tell you, don’t be anxious for your life, what you will eat, nor yet for your body, what you will wear.
২২পাছত যীচুৱে তেওঁৰ শিষ্য সকলক ক’লে, “সেই বাবে মই তোমালোকক কওঁ, তোমালোকে কি খাম বুলি প্ৰাণৰ কাৰণে আৰু কি পিন্ধিম বুলি শৰীৰৰ কাৰণে চিন্তা নকৰিবা।
23 Life is more than food, and the body is more than clothing.
২৩কিয়নো আহাৰতকৈ প্ৰাণ আৰু বস্ত্ৰতকৈ শৰীৰ শ্ৰেষ্ঠ।
24 Consider the ravens: they don’t sow, they don’t reap, they have no warehouse or barn, and God feeds them. How much more valuable are you than birds!
২৪ঢোঁৰা কাউৰীবোৰলৈ চোৱা, সিহঁতে নবয় বা নাদায়; সিহঁতৰ ভঁৰালত বা মেৰত নাই; তথাপি ঈশ্বৰে সিহঁতক আহাৰ দিয়ে। তোমালোক চৰাইতকৈ কিমান বহুমূলীয়া!
25 Which of you by being anxious can add a cubit to his height?
২৫আৰু তোমালোকৰ মাজত কোনে চিন্তা কৰি নিজৰ আয়ুস এহাতকে বঢ়াব পাৰে?
26 If then you aren’t able to do even the least things, why are you anxious about the rest?
২৬এতেকে তোমালোকে যদি আটাইতকৈ সৰুটোৱে কৰিব নোৱাৰা তেনেহলে আনবোৰ বিষয় কিয় চিন্তা কৰা?
27 Consider the lilies, how they grow. They don’t toil, neither do they spin; yet I tell you, even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.
২৭পথাৰৰ কনাৰিফুল কেনেকৈ বাঢ়ে, সেই বিষয়ে চিন্তা কৰি চোৱা; সেইবোৰে শ্ৰম নকৰে আৰু সূতাও নাকাটে৷ মই তোমালোকক কওঁ, চলোমন তেওঁৰ সকলো ঐশ্বর্যৰ সৈতেও সেইবোৰৰ এটাৰ নিচিনাও বিভূষিত নাছিল।
28 But if this is how God clothes the grass in the field, which today exists and tomorrow is cast into the oven, how much more will he clothe you, O you of little faith?
২৮কিন্তু পথাৰত থকা যি বন আজি আছে কাইলৈ জুইশালত পেলোৱা হ’ব, তাকো যদি ঈশ্বৰে এইদৰে ভূষিত কৰে, তেনেহলে হে অল্পবিশ্বাসী সকল, তোমালোকক তাতকৈয়ো বেছি ভূষিত নকৰিব নে!
29 “Don’t seek what you will eat or what you will drink; neither be anxious.
২৯তোমালোকে কি খাবা, কি পান কৰিবা এইবোৰ তোমালোকে নিবিচাৰিবা আৰু অস্থিৰ নহবা।
30 For the nations of the world seek after all of these things, but your Father knows that you need these things.
৩০কিয়নো জগতৰ সকলো জাতিয়ে এইবোৰ বিচাৰে; আৰু এইবোৰ তোমালোকৰো প্ৰয়োজন আছে বুলি তোমাৰ পিতৃয়ে জানে।
31 But seek God’s Kingdom, and all these things will be added to you.
৩১কিন্তু তোমালোকে ঈশ্বৰৰ ৰাজ্য বিচাৰা; তাতে এইবোৰ তোমালোকক দিয়া হ’ব।
32 “Don’t be afraid, little flock, for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the Kingdom.
৩২হে তাকৰ জাকটি, ভয় নকৰিবা, কিয়নো তোমালোকক ৰাজ্য দিবলৈ, তোমালোকৰ পিতৃ প্ৰসন্ন হৈছে।
33 Sell what you have and give gifts to the needy. Make for yourselves purses which don’t grow old, a treasure in the heavens that doesn’t fail, where no thief approaches and no moth destroys.
৩৩তোমালোকৰ যি যি সম্পত্তি আছে, সেইবোৰ বিক্ৰী কৰি দৰিদ্ৰ সকলক দান কৰা আৰু যি ঠাইত চোৰ নাযায়, পোকেও নষ্ট নকৰে; এনে স্বৰ্গত নিজৰ কাৰণে পুৰণি হৈ নোযোৱা মোনা যুগুত কৰি অক্ষয় ধন সাঁচি থোৱা৷
34 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.
৩৪কিয়নো য’তে তোমালোকৰ ধন, ত’তে তোমালোকৰ মনো হব।”
35 “Let your waist be dressed and your lamps burning.
৩৫“তোমালোকে কঁকাল বান্ধা আৰুতোমালোকৰ চাকি জ্বলি থাকক,
36 Be like men watching for their lord when he returns from the wedding feast, that when he comes and knocks, they may immediately open to him.
৩৬আৰু বিয়াৰ পৰা আহি দুৱাৰত টুকুৰিয়ালেই দুৱাৰ মেলি দিবলৈ নিজ নিজ প্ৰভুলৈ বাট চাই থকা মানুহবোৰৰ নিচিনা তোমালোকো হোৱা৷
37 Blessed are those servants whom the lord will find watching when he comes. Most certainly I tell you that he will dress himself, make them recline, and will come and serve them.
৩৭প্ৰভু অহাৰ পাছত যি দাস সকলক তেওঁ পৰ দি থকা দেখে, তেওঁলোক ধন্য৷ মই তোমালোকক সঁচাকৈ কওঁ, তেওঁ নিজৰ কঁকাল বান্ধি, তেওঁলোকক ভোজনত বহুৱাই, নিজেই তেওঁলোকক শুশ্ৰূষা কৰিব আৰু আহাৰ বাঢ়ি দিব।
38 They will be blessed if he comes in the second or third watch and finds them so.
৩৮তেওঁ মাজৰাতি বা শেষৰাতিও আহি যদি তেওঁলোকক সেইদৰেই দেখে তেনেহলে তেওঁলোক ধন্য।
39 But know this, that if the master of the house had known in what hour the thief was coming, he would have watched and not allowed his house to be broken into.
৩৯কোন সময়ত চোৰআহিব, সেই বিষয়ে ঘৰৰ গৰাকীয়ে জনা হলে, পৰ দি থাকি সিন্ধি দিবলৈ নিজৰ ঘৰ এৰি নিদিলেহেঁতেন; ইয়াক তোমালোকে জানা।
40 Therefore be ready also, for the Son of Man is coming in an hour that you don’t expect him.”
৪০তোমালোকো যুগুত হৈ থাকা; কিয়নো যি ক্ষণত তোমালোকে নাভাবা, সেই ক্ষণতে মানুহৰ পুত্ৰ আহিব।”
41 Peter said to him, “Lord, are you telling this parable to us, or to everybody?”
৪১তেতিয়া পিতৰে ক’লে, “হে প্ৰভু, এই দৃষ্টান্ত অকল আমাৰ বাবে ক’লে নে, নাইবা সকলোকে কৈছে?”
42 The Lord said, “Who then is the faithful and wise steward, whom his lord will set over his household, to give them their portion of food at the right times?
৪২তাতে প্ৰভুৱে ক’লে, “নিজৰ ভৃত্য সকলক উচিত সময়ত নিৰূপিত আহাৰ দিবলৈ, প্ৰভুৱে সিহঁতৰ ওপৰত যাক গৰাকী পাতিব এনে বিশ্বাসী আৰু বুদ্ধিমান ঘৰগিৰী কোন?
43 Blessed is that servant whom his lord will find doing so when he comes.
৪৩প্ৰভু অহা সময়ত যাক এনে কৰা দেখে সেই দাস ধন্য।
44 Truly I tell you that he will set him over all that he has.
৪৪মই তোমালোকক সঁচাকৈ কওঁ, তেওঁ নিজৰ সর্ব্বস্বৰ ওপৰত তাক ঘৰগিৰী পাতিব।
45 But if that servant says in his heart, ‘My lord delays his coming,’ and begins to beat the menservants and the maidservants, and to eat and drink and to be drunken,
৪৫কিন্তু সেই দাস জনে যদি নিজৰ মনতে কয়, ‘মোৰ প্ৰভু অহাত পলম হ’ব’, আৰু এনেদৰে আন বন্দী বেটীক যদি কোবাবলৈ ধৰে, আৰু ভোজন-পান কৰি তেওঁ মতলীয়া হয়।
46 then the lord of that servant will come in a day when he isn’t expecting him and in an hour that he doesn’t know, and will cut him in two, and place his portion with the unfaithful.
৪৬তেনেহলে যি দিন আৰু সময়ৰ কথা তেওঁ অলপো চিন্তা নকৰে, সেইদিন আৰু সময়তে তেওঁৰ প্ৰভু আহি হাজিৰ হ’ব৷ তাতে প্ৰভুৱে দাসক কাটি টুকুৰা-টুকুৰ কৰিব আৰু অবিশ্বাসী সকলৰ কাৰণে যি ঠাই যুগুত কৰা হৈছে, তেওঁৰ স্থান তাতেই হ’ব৷
47 That servant who knew his lord’s will, and didn’t prepare nor do what he wanted, will be beaten with many stripes,
৪৭যি দাসে তাৰ প্ৰভুৰ ইচ্ছা জানিও যুগুত হৈ নাথাকে আৰু তেওঁৰ ইচ্ছাৰ দৰে নকৰে, সেই দাসে ভালেমান কোব খাব।
48 but he who didn’t know, and did things worthy of stripes, will be beaten with few stripes. To whomever much is given, of him will much be required; and to whom much was entrusted, of him more will be asked.
৪৮কিন্তু যি জনে নাজানিকোবৰ যোগ্য কর্ম কৰে সি তাকৰ কোব খাব৷ যি জনক অধিক দিয়া হৈছিল, তেওঁৰ পৰা অধিক বিচৰা হব; লোক সকলে যি জনক সৰহকৈ গোটাই দিলে, তেওঁৰ পৰা অধিককৈ খুজিব।
49 “I came to throw fire on the earth. I wish it were already kindled.
৪৯মই পৃথিৱীত জুই পেলাবলৈ আহিলোঁ আৰু অহ! যদি এই আশা পূর্ণ হৈ আগতেই প্ৰজ্বলিত হলহেতেন।
50 But I have a baptism to be baptized with, and how distressed I am until it is accomplished!
৫০কিন্তু মই এটা বাপ্তিস্মৰে বাপ্তাইজিত হ’ব লাগে, আৰু সেয়া সম্পন্ন নোহোৱালৈ মই বহুত কষ্ট পাই আছোঁ!
51 Do you think that I have come to give peace in the earth? I tell you, no, but rather division.
৫১মই পৃথিৱীত শান্তি দিবলৈ আহিছোঁ বুলি ভাবিছা নে? মই তোমালোকক কওঁ, তেনে নহয়, কিন্তু বিভেদহে দিবলৈ আহিলোঁ।
52 For from now on, there will be five in one house divided, three against two, and two against three.
৫২এতিয়াৰ পৰা ঘৰৰ পাঁচ জন ভিন ভিন হৈ, দুজনৰ বিপক্ষে তিনি জন, তিনি জনৰ বিপক্ষে দুজনহে হব।
53 They will be divided, father against son, and son against father; mother against daughter, and daughter against her mother; mother-in-law against her daughter-in-law, and daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law.”
৫৩পুতেকৰ বিপক্ষে বাপেক; বাপেকৰ বিপক্ষে পুতেক; জীয়েকৰ বিপক্ষে মাক, মাকৰ বিপক্ষে জীয়েক; বোৱাৰীৰ বিপক্ষে শাহুৱেক, শাহুৱেকৰ বিপক্ষে বোৱাৰী ভিন ভিন হৈ যাব।”
54 He said to the multitudes also, “When you see a cloud rising from the west, immediately you say, ‘A shower is coming,’ and so it happens.
৫৪ইয়াৰ পাছত যীচুৱে লোক সকলৰ ফালে চাই ক’লে, “পশ্চিম দিশত ডাৱৰ এচটা উঠা দেখিলেই, আপোনালোকে কয় ‘বৰষুণ আহিব’ আৰু পাছত সেইদৰে হয়।
55 When a south wind blows, you say, ‘There will be a scorching heat,’ and it happens.
৫৫দক্ষিণ ফালৰ বতাহ বুলিলে কয় ‘বৰ জহ হব’; পাছত সেই জনো সেইদৰে ঘটে।
56 You hypocrites! You know how to interpret the appearance of the earth and the sky, but how is it that you don’t interpret this time?
৫৬হে কপটীয়া সকল, আপোনালোকে পৃথিৱীৰ আৰু আকাশৰ ৰূপ নির্ণয় কৰিব জানে; কিন্তু এই কালৰ বিষয়ে কিয় আপোনালোকে বিচাৰ কৰিব নাজানে?
57 “Why don’t you judge for yourselves what is right?
৫৭নিজৰ বিষয়ে উচিত বিচাৰ কি কাৰণত কৰিব নোৱাৰে?
58 For when you are going with your adversary before the magistrate, try diligently on the way to be released from him, lest perhaps he drag you to the judge, and the judge deliver you to the officer, and the officer throw you into prison.
৫৮কিয়নো আপোনাৰ গুচৰিয়াৰ সৈতে আপুনি যেতিয়া বিচাৰকৰ ওচৰলৈ যায়, তেতিয়া বাটতেই তেওঁৰ পৰা মুক্ত হবলৈ চেষ্টা কৰে যাতে তেওঁ আপোনাক বিচাৰকর্তাৰ সন্মুখলৈ বলেৰে টানি নিনিয়ে আৰু বিচাৰকর্তাই দাৰোগাৰ হাতত শোধাই নিদিয়ে; তেতিয়া দাৰোগায়ো বন্দীশালত সোমাই থব নোৱাৰিব।
59 I tell you, you will by no means get out of there until you have paid the very last penny.”
৫৯মই আপোনালোকক কওঁ, শেষ পইচাটোও পৰিশোধ নকৰালৈকে কোনো প্ৰকাৰে আপুনি কাৰাগাৰৰ পৰা মুক্ত হব নোৱাৰিব৷”
