Jude 1
1 Jude, a servant of Jesus Christ, and brother of James, to those who are called, sanctified by God the Father, and kept for Jesus Christ:
Judas, siervo de Jesucristo y hermano de Santiago, a los llamados que han sido amados en Dios Padre y guardados para Jesucristo:
2 May mercy, peace, and love be multiplied to you.
misericordia y paz y amor os sean dados en abundancia.
3 Beloved, while I was very eager to write to you about our common salvation, I was constrained to write to you exhorting you to contend earnestly for the faith which was once for all delivered to the saints.
Carísimos, teniendo gran preocupación por escribiros acerca de nuestra común salud, me he visto en la necesidad de dirigiros esta carta para exhortaros a que luchéis por la fe, que ha sido transmitida a los santos una vez por todas.
4 For there are certain men who crept in secretly, even those who were long ago written about for this condemnation: ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into indecency, and denying our only Master, God, and Lord, Jesus Christ.
Porque se han infiltrado algunos hombres —los de antiguo prescritos para este juicio— impíos que tornan en lascivia la gracia de nuestro Dios y reniegan del único Soberano y Señor nuestro Jesucristo.
5 Now I desire to remind you, though you already know this, that the Lord, having saved a people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed those who didn’t believe.
Quiero recordaros, a vosotros que habéis aprendido ya una vez todas estas cosas, que Jesús, habiendo rescatado de la tierra de Egipto al pueblo, hizo después perecer a los que no creyeron.
6 Angels who didn’t keep their first domain, but deserted their own dwelling place, he has kept in everlasting bonds under darkness for the judgment of the great day. (aïdios g126)
También a los ángeles que no guardaron su principado, sino que abandonaron la propia morada, los tiene guardados bajo tinieblas en cadenas perdurables para el juicio del gran día. (aïdios g126)
7 Even as Sodom and Gomorrah and the cities around them, having in the same way as these given themselves over to sexual immorality and gone after strange flesh, are shown as an example, suffering the punishment of eternal fire. (aiōnios g166)
Así mismo Sodoma y Gomorra y las ciudades comarcanas, que de igual modo que estos se habían entregado a la fornicación, yéndose tras carne extraña, yacen para escarmiento sufriendo el castigo de un fuego eterno. (aiōnios g166)
8 Yet in the same way, these also in their dreaming defile the flesh, despise authority, and slander celestial beings.
Sin embargo estos también en sus delirios mancillan igualmente la carne, desacatan el Señorío y blasfeman de las Glorias;
9 But Michael, the archangel, when contending with the devil and arguing about the body of Moses, dared not bring against him an abusive condemnation, but said, “May the Lord rebuke you!”
en tanto que el mismo arcángel, Miguel, cuando en litigio con el diablo le disputaba el cuerpo de Moisés, no se atrevió a lanzar contra él sentencia de maldición, sino que dijo solamente: “¡Reprímate el Señor!”
10 But these speak evil of whatever things they don’t know. They are destroyed in these things that they understand naturally, like the creatures without reason.
Pero estos ora blasfeman de todo lo que no entienden, ora se corrompen con lo que solo naturalmente conocen al modo de las bestias irracionales.
11 Woe to them! For they went in the way of Cain, and ran riotously in the error of Balaam for hire, and perished in Korah’s rebellion.
¡Ay de ellos! Porque han entrado en el camino de Caín y por salario se entregaron al error de Balaam y encontraron su ruina en la revuelta de Coré.
12 These are hidden rocky reefs in your love feasts when they feast with you, shepherds who without fear feed themselves; clouds without water, carried along by winds; autumn trees without fruit, twice dead, plucked up by the roots;
Ellos son las manchas en vuestros ágapes, cuando se juntan para banquetear sin pudor, apacentándose a sí mismos; nubes sin agua, arrastradas al capricho de los vientos; árboles otoñales sin fruto, dos veces muertos, desarraigados;
13 wild waves of the sea, foaming out their own shame; wandering stars, for whom the blackness of darkness has been reserved forever. (aiōn g165)
olas furiosas del mar, que arrojan la espuma de sus propias ignominias; astros errantes, a los cuales está reservada la oscuridad de las tinieblas para siempre. (aiōn g165)
14 About these also Enoch, the seventh from Adam, prophesied, saying, “Behold, the Lord came with ten thousands of his holy ones,
De ellos profetizó ya Enoc, el séptimo desde Adán, diciendo: “He aquí que ha venido el Señor con las miríadas de sus santos,
15 to execute judgment on all, and to convict all the ungodly of all their works of ungodliness which they have done in an ungodly way, and of all the hard things which ungodly sinners have spoken against him.”
a hacer juicio contra todos y redargüir a todos los impíos de todas las obras inicuas que consintió su impiedad y de todo lo duro que ellos, impíos pecadores, profirieron contra Él”.
16 These are murmurers and complainers, walking after their lusts—and their mouth speaks proud things—showing respect of persons to gain advantage.
Estos son murmuradores querellosos que se conducen según sus concupiscencias mientras su boca habla con altanería y, por interés, admiran a las personas.
17 But you, beloved, remember the words which have been spoken before by the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Vosotros, empero, carísimos, acordaos de lo que os ha sido preanunciado por los apóstoles de nuestro Señor Jesucristo,
18 They said to you, “In the last time there will be mockers, walking after their own ungodly lusts.”
que os decían: “En el último tiempo vendrán impostores que se conducirán según sus impías pasiones.
19 These are those who cause divisions and are sensual, not having the Spirit.
Estos son los que disocian, hombres naturales, que no tienen el Espíritu.
20 But you, beloved, keep building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit.
Vosotros, empero, carísimos, edificándoos sobre el fundamento de la santísima fe vuestra, orando en el Espíritu Santo,
21 Keep yourselves in God’s love, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to eternal life. (aiōnios g166)
permaneced en el amor de Dios, esperando la misericordia de nuestro Señor Jesucristo para la vida eterna. (aiōnios g166)
22 On some have compassion, making a distinction,
Y a unos desaprobadlos, como ya juzgados;
23 and some save, snatching them out of the fire with fear, hating even the clothing stained by the flesh.
a otros salvadlos arrebatándolos del fuego; a otros compadecedlos, mas con temor, aborreciendo hasta la túnica contaminada por su carne.
24 Now to him who is able to keep them from stumbling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory in great joy,
A Aquel que es poderoso para guardaros seguros y poneros frente a frente de su Gloria, inmaculados en exultación,
25 to God our Savior, who alone is wise, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and forever. Amen. (aiōn g165)
al solo Dios, Salvador nuestro, por Jesucristo nuestro Señor, sea gloria y majestad, imperio y potestad antes de todos los tiempos y ahora y para siempre jamás. Amén. (aiōn g165)
