Jude 1
1 Jude, a servant of Jesus Christ, and brother of James, to those who are called, sanctified by God the Father, and kept for Jesus Christ:
Judas, servo de Jesus Cristo, e irmão de Thiago, aos chamados, santificados pelo Deus Pai, e conservados por Jesus Cristo:
2 May mercy, peace, and love be multiplied to you.
Misericórdia, e paz, e caridade vos sejam multiplicadas.
3 Beloved, while I was very eager to write to you about our common salvation, I was constrained to write to you exhorting you to contend earnestly for the faith which was once for all delivered to the saints.
Amados, procurando eu escrever-vos com toda a diligência acerca da salvação comum, tive por necessidade escrever-vos, e exhortar-vos a batalhar pela fé que uma vez foi entregue aos santos.
4 For there are certain men who crept in secretly, even those who were long ago written about for this condemnation: ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into indecency, and denying our only Master, God, and Lord, Jesus Christ.
Porque se introduziram alguns, que já de antes estavam escritos para este mesmo juízo, homens ímpios, que convertem em dissolução a graça de Deus, e negam a Deus, único dominador e Senhor nosso, Jesus Cristo.
5 Now I desire to remind you, though you already know this, that the Lord, having saved a people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed those who didn’t believe.
Porém quero lembrar-vos, como a quem já uma vez soube isto, que, havendo o Senhor salvo um povo, tirando-o da terra do Egito, destruiu depois os que não creram;
6 Angels who didn’t keep their first domain, but deserted their own dwelling place, he has kept in everlasting bonds under darkness for the judgment of the great day. (aïdios g126)
E aos anjos que não guardaram a sua origem, mas deixaram a sua própria habitação, reservou debaixo da escuridão, e em prisões eternas até ao juízo daquele grande dia; (aïdios g126)
7 Even as Sodom and Gomorrah and the cities around them, having in the same way as these given themselves over to sexual immorality and gone after strange flesh, are shown as an example, suffering the punishment of eternal fire. (aiōnios g166)
Como Sodoma e Gomorra, e as cidades circunvizinhas, que, havendo fornicado como aqueles, e ido após outra carne, foram postas por exemplo, sofrendo a pena do fogo eterno. (aiōnios g166)
8 Yet in the same way, these also in their dreaming defile the flesh, despise authority, and slander celestial beings.
E contudo também estes, semelhantemente adormecidos, contaminam a carne, e rejeitam a dominação, e vituperam as dignidades.
9 But Michael, the archangel, when contending with the devil and arguing about the body of Moses, dared not bring against him an abusive condemnation, but said, “May the Lord rebuke you!”
Porém o arcanjo Miguel, quando contendia com o diabo, e disputava a respeito do corpo de Moisés, não ousou pronunciar juízo de maldição contra ele; porém disse: O Senhor te repreenda.
10 But these speak evil of whatever things they don’t know. They are destroyed in these things that they understand naturally, like the creatures without reason.
Porém estes dizem mal do que não sabem; e o que naturalmente conhecem, como animais irracionais, nisso se corrompem.
11 Woe to them! For they went in the way of Cain, and ran riotously in the error of Balaam for hire, and perished in Korah’s rebellion.
Ai deles! porque entraram pelo caminho de Caim, e foram levados pelo engano do galardão de Balaão, e pereceram pela contradição de Coré.
12 These are hidden rocky reefs in your love feasts when they feast with you, shepherds who without fear feed themselves; clouds without water, carried along by winds; autumn trees without fruit, twice dead, plucked up by the roots;
Estes são manchas em vossas festas de caridade, banqueteando convosco, e apascentando-se a si mesmos sem temor: são nuvens sem água, levadas dos ventos de uma a outra parte: são como árvores murchas, infrutíferas, duas vezes mortas, desarreigadas;
13 wild waves of the sea, foaming out their own shame; wandering stars, for whom the blackness of darkness has been reserved forever. (aiōn g165)
Ondas impetuosas do mar, que escumam as suas mesmas abominações: estrelas errantes, para os quais está eternamente reservada a escuridão das trevas. (aiōn g165)
14 About these also Enoch, the seventh from Adam, prophesied, saying, “Behold, the Lord came with ten thousands of his holy ones,
E destes profetizou também Enoch, o sétimo depois de Adão, dizendo: Eis que é vindo o Senhor com milhares de seus santos;
15 to execute judgment on all, and to convict all the ungodly of all their works of ungodliness which they have done in an ungodly way, and of all the hard things which ungodly sinners have spoken against him.”
Para fazer juízo contra todos e castigar dentre eles todos os ímpios, por todas as suas obras de impiedade, que impiamente cometeram, e por todas as duras palavras que os ímpios pecadores disseram contra ele.
16 These are murmurers and complainers, walking after their lusts—and their mouth speaks proud things—showing respect of persons to gain advantage.
Estes são murmuradores, queixosos da sua sorte, andando segundo as suas concupiscências, e cuja boca fala coisas mui arrogantes, admirando as pessoas por causa do proveito.
17 But you, beloved, remember the words which have been spoken before by the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Mas vós, amados, lembrai-vos das palavras que vos foram preditas pelos apóstolos de nosso Senhor Jesus Cristo:
18 They said to you, “In the last time there will be mockers, walking after their own ungodly lusts.”
Como vos diziam que no último tempo haveria escarnecedores que andariam segundo as suas ímpias concupiscências.
19 These are those who cause divisions and are sensual, not having the Spirit.
Estes são os que se separam a si mesmos, sensuais, que não tem o espírito.
20 But you, beloved, keep building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit.
Mas vós, amados, edificando-vos a vós mesmos sobre a vossa santíssima fé, orando no Espírito Santo,
21 Keep yourselves in God’s love, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to eternal life. (aiōnios g166)
Conservai-vos a vós mesmos na caridade de Deus, esperando a misericórdia de nosso Senhor Jesus Cristo para a vida eterna. (aiōnios g166)
22 On some have compassion, making a distinction,
E apiedai-vos de alguns que estão duvidosos;
23 and some save, snatching them out of the fire with fear, hating even the clothing stained by the flesh.
Mas salvai os outros por temor, e arrebatai-os do fogo, aborrecendo até a roupa manchada da carne.
24 Now to him who is able to keep them from stumbling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory in great joy,
Ora, àquele que é poderoso para vos guardar de tropeçar, e apresentar-vos irrepreensíveis, com alegria, perante a sua glória,
25 to God our Savior, who alone is wise, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and forever. Amen. (aiōn g165)
Ao único Deus, Salvador nosso, por Jesus Cristo, nosso Senhor, seja glória e magestade, domínio e poder, antes de todos os séculos, agora, e para todo o sempre. amém. (aiōn g165)
