< John 21 >

1 After these things, Jesus revealed himself again to the disciples at the sea of Tiberias. He revealed himself this way.
Sima na yango, Yesu abimelaki lisusu bayekoli na Ye na libongo ya ebale ya Tiberiade. Tala ndenge nini abimelaki bango:
2 Simon Peter, Thomas called Didymus, Nathanael of Cana in Galilee, and the sons of Zebedee, and two others of his disciples were together.
Wana bayekoli oyo bazalaki esika moko: Simona Petelo, Toma oyo babengaka Lipasa; Natanaele, moto ya mboka Kana ya Galile, bana ya Zebede mpe bayekoli mosusu mibale;
3 Simon Peter said to them, “I’m going fishing.” They told him, “We are also coming with you.” They immediately went out and entered into the boat. That night, they caught nothing.
Simona Petelo alobaki na bango: — Bandeko na ngai, nakeyi na ngai koloba mbisi! Balobaki na ye: — Biso mpe tokende elongo na yo! Bakendeki mpe bamataki na bwato; kasi na butu wana, bazwaki ata mbisi moko te.
4 But when day had already come, Jesus stood on the beach; yet the disciples didn’t know that it was Jesus.
Na tongo makasi, Yesu atelemaki na libongo, kasi bayekoli bayebaki te ete ezali Ye.
5 Jesus therefore said to them, “Children, have you anything to eat?” They answered him, “No.”
Yesu abengaki bango: — Bana na Ngai! Boni, bozali na mbisi te? Bazongisaki: — Te!
6 He said to them, “Cast the net on the right side of the boat, and you will find some.” They cast it therefore, and now they weren’t able to draw it in for the multitude of fish.
Alobaki na bango: — Bobwaka monyama na ngambo ya loboko ya mobali ya bwato, mpe bokozwa bambisi. Boye, babwakaki monyama mpe bakokaki lisusu te kobenda yango longwa na mayi, pamba te etondaki na bambisi ebele.
7 That disciple therefore whom Jesus loved said to Peter, “It’s the Lord!” So when Simon Peter heard that it was the Lord, he wrapped his coat around himself (for he was naked), and threw himself into the sea.
Moyekoli oyo Yesu azalaki kolinga mingi alobaki na Petelo: — Bandeko, ezali Nkolo! Tango kaka ayokaki ete ezali Nkolo, Simona Petelo akangaki nzambala na ye na loketo mpe amibwakaki na mayi, pamba te amilongolelaki bilamba mpo na koloba mbisi.
8 But the other disciples came in the little boat (for they were not far from the land, but about two hundred cubits away), dragging the net full of fish.
Ezali bayekoli mosusu nde bazongisaki bwato na libongo, wana bazalaki kobenda monyama etonda na bambisi ebele, pamba te bazalaki mosika te na mokili: bametele pene nkama moko ekabolaki libongo na esika oyo bazalaki.
9 So when they got out on the land, they saw a fire of coals there, with fish and bread laid on it.
Tango bakitaki na mabele, bamonaki mapa mpe moto ya makala oyo na likolo na yango ezalaki na bambisi.
10 Jesus said to them, “Bring some of the fish which you have just caught.”
Yesu alobaki na bango: — Boya na ndambo ya bambisi oyo bowuti kozwa.
11 Simon Peter went up, and drew the net to land, full of one hundred fifty-three great fish. Even though there were so many, the net wasn’t torn.
Simona Petelo amataki na bwato mpe abendaki monyama kino na mokili. Ezalaki ya kotonda na bambisi ya minene pene nkama moko na tuku mitano na misato. Atako bambisi ezalaki penza ebele, monyama epasukaki te.
12 Jesus said to them, “Come and eat breakfast!” None of the disciples dared inquire of him, “Who are you?” knowing that it was the Lord.
Bongo Yesu alobaki na bango: — Boya kolia. Lokola bayekoli bayebaki ete ezali Nkolo, moko te kati na bango amekaki kotuna Ye: « Ozali nani? »
13 Then Jesus came and took the bread, gave it to them, and the fish likewise.
Yesu apusanaki, azwaki mapa mpe akabolaki yango kati na bango; asalaki mpe bongo mpo na mbisi.
14 This is now the third time that Jesus was revealed to his disciples after he had risen from the dead.
Ezalaki mbala ya misato oyo Yesu abimelaki bayekoli na Ye sima na kosekwa na Ye kati na bakufi.
15 So when they had eaten their breakfast, Jesus said to Simon Peter, “Simon, son of Jonah, do you love me more than these?” He said to him, “Yes, Lord; you know that I have affection for you.” He said to him, “Feed my lambs.”
Tango basilisaki kolia, Yesu atunaki Simona Petelo: — Simona, mwana mobali ya Yoane; boni, olingaka Ngai koleka ndenge bango balingaka Ngai? Azongisaki: — Iyo, Nkolo! Oyebi malamu ete nalingaka Yo. Yesu alobaki na ye: — Batela bampate na Ngai.
16 He said to him again a second time, “Simon, son of Jonah, do you love me?” He said to him, “Yes, Lord; you know that I have affection for you.” He said to him, “Tend my sheep.”
Yesu atunaki ye mpo na mbala ya mibale: — Simona, mwana mobali ya Yoane; boni, olingaka Ngai? Azongisaki: — Iyo, Nkolo! Oyebi malamu ete nalingaka yo! Yesu alobaki na ye: — Batela bampate na Ngai.
17 He said to him the third time, “Simon, son of Jonah, do you have affection for me?” Peter was grieved because he asked him the third time, “Do you have affection for me?” He said to him, “Lord, you know everything. You know that I have affection for you.” Jesus said to him, “Feed my sheep.
Bongo Yesu atunaki ye mpo na mbala ya misato: — Simona, mwana mobali ya Yoane; boni, olingaka Ngai? Petelo ayokaki mawa mingi kati na motema mpo ete ekomaki mbala ya misato oyo Yesu atunaki ye: « Olingaka Ngai? » Bongo azongiselaki Yesu: — Nkolo, oyebi makambo nyonso; oyebi malamu ete nalingaka Yo! Yesu alobaki na ye: — Batela bameme na Ngai.
18 Most certainly I tell you, when you were young, you dressed yourself and walked where you wanted to. But when you are old, you will stretch out your hands, and another will dress you and carry you where you don’t want to go.”
Nazali koloba na yo penza ya solo: tango ozalaki elenge, ozalaki kokanga yo moko mokaba na yo mpe ozalaki kokende na esika nyonso oyo olingi. Kasi tango okokoma mobange, okotanda maboko na yo, mpe ekozala moto mosusu nde akokanga yo mokaba mpe akomema yo na esika oyo yo okolinga kutu kokende te.
19 Now he said this, signifying by what kind of death he would glorify God. When he had said this, he said to him, “Follow me.”
Yesu alobaki bongo mpo na kotalisa lolenge ya kufa oyo Petelo asengelaki kokufa mpo na nkembo ya Nzambe. Sima na Ye koloba bongo, alobaki na Petelo: — Landa Ngai!
20 Then Peter, turning around, saw a disciple following. This was the disciple whom Jesus loved, the one who had also leaned on Jesus’ chest at the supper and asked, “Lord, who is going to betray you?”
Petelo atalaki na sima mpe amonaki moyekoli oyo Yesu azalaki kolinga koleka bayekoli mosusu, ye oyo, wana bazalaki kolia, alalelaki Yesu na tolo mpe atunaki Ye: « Nkolo, nani akoteka Yo? » Ye mpe azalaki kolanda bango.
21 Peter, seeing him, said to Jesus, “Lord, what about this man?”
Tango Petelo amonaki ye, atunaki Yesu: — Nkolo, okanisi nini mpo na ye?
22 Jesus said to him, “If I desire that he stay until I come, what is that to you? You follow me.”
Yesu azongisaki: — Soki nalingi ete azala kaka na bomoi kino tango nakoya, wana etali yo na nini? Kasi yo, landa Ngai.
23 This saying therefore went out among the brothers that this disciple wouldn’t die. Yet Jesus didn’t say to him that he wouldn’t die, but, “If I desire that he stay until I come, what is that to you?”
Mpo na yango, sango epanzanaki kati na bandeko ete moyekoli yango akokufa te. Nzokande, Yesu alobaki te ete moyekoli wana akokufa te, kasi alobaki nde: « Soki nalingi ete azala kaka na bomoi kino tango nakoya, wana etali yo na nini? »
24 This is the disciple who testifies about these things, and wrote these things. We know that his witness is true.
Ezali kutu moyekoli yango nde azali kotatola makambo yango mpe akomaki yango na mokanda. Mpe biso toyebi ete litatoli na ye ezali ya solo.
25 There are also many other things which Jesus did, which if they would all be written, I suppose that even the world itself wouldn’t have room for the books that would be written.
Yesu asalaki lisusu makambo mosusu ebele; soki bakomaki yango na mikanda moko sima na mosusu, nakanisi ete mokili mobimba elingaki kokoka te mpo na kobomba babuku oyo balingaki kokoma.
