< James 5 >

1 Come now, you rich, weep and howl for your miseries that are coming on you.
Hinveuvin, nangho mihao hon: Kap'un chule lunghem pumin maoleuvin, ajeh chu tijat um hahsatna ho jouse na masanguva aume.
2 Your riches are corrupted and your garments are moth-eaten.
Nagou thilhou amonlha gamtai, chule napon hoitah tah hou jong nget in ane heng gamtai.
3 Your gold and your silver are corroded, and their corrosion will be for a testimony against you and will eat your flesh like fire. You have laid up your treasure in the last days.
Na sana hou le na dangka hou panna bei asoh gamtai. Na gou thil hou na sahlut u chun na tahsau chu meikah banga aneh mang ding ahi. Hiche gou nakhol khomu chu thutan nikhoa dinga nangho dounaa hung pang ding ahi.
4 Behold, the wages of the laborers who mowed your fields, which you have kept back by fraud, cry out; and the cries of those who reaped have entered into the ears of the Lord of Armies.
Ajeh chu ngaiyun! Naloulhou atohman nalhimlhah peh hou ka awgin ngaiyun. Atohman napehlou hou chun nangho dounan kho ahin samui. Ajeh chu nalouuva tohman napehlou hou kana aw chu Van Pakai sepaite nakolsunga ahung lhung tai.
5 You have lived in luxury on the earth, and taken your pleasure. You have nourished your hearts as in a day of slaughter.
Nanghon leiset chunga hi nomsatah a nahinkhou namanu ahin, na ngaichat chasunu chu nasuh bulhit u ahi. Nangho nakivah thaovu hi nakithana diu nikhoa dinga nahi tauve.
6 You have condemned and you have murdered the righteous one. He doesn’t resist you.
Nanghon suhkhel neilou ho chu themmo nachanuva chule natha vangun, amaho chun nalethuh pouve.
7 Be patient therefore, brothers, until the coming of the Lord. Behold, the farmer waits for the precious fruit of the earth, being patient over it, until it receives the early and late rain.
Sopi deitahte, Pakai hungkilena ding na-nga nauva thoh hat un. Loubol mipan thoh hattah'a goju masa le goju nunung angaji khu ngaito uvin. Amaho chun chang amina chang atphat man lutah chu kinem tah in angah uve.
8 You also be patient. Establish your hearts, for the coming of the Lord is at hand.
Nangho jong thoh hat'un, lung det'un, ajeh chu Pakai hung na ding anaitai.
9 Don’t grumble, brothers, against one another, so that you won’t be judged. Behold, the judge stands at the door.
Sopite, khat le khat kiphun lou jenun, achuti louleh themo changin umget uvinate. Ajeh chu veuvin-Thutanpa chu kot'a adinge!
10 Take, brothers, for an example of suffering and of perseverance, the prophets who spoke in the name of the Lord.
Kasopi deitahte, thohhatna thudola avetsahpi dingin, Pakai mina thusei themgao ho veuvin.
11 Behold, we call them blessed who endured. You have heard of the perseverance of Job and have seen the Lord in the outcome, and how the Lord is full of compassion and mercy.
Thohgimna thoh jouho eihon jabolna lentah ineiyuve. Vetsahnan, nanghon Job thoh hat chu nana heuve. Ajonaa Pakaiyin ichan geiya akhoto hitam, ajeh chu Pakai hi lungset dimset le khoto them ahi.
12 But above all things, my brothers, don’t swear—not by heaven, or by the earth, or by any other oath; but let your “yes” be “yes”, and your “no”, “no”, so that you don’t fall into hypocrisy.
Ahin adehset'in, kasopiteho, van panin ahilouleh lei panin, ahilouleh ipi pen min hijongleh kihahsel hih beh un.
13 Is any among you suffering? Let him pray. Is any cheerful? Let him sing praises.
Nalah uva hahsatna thoh um'em? Natao jing diu ahiye. Chule thangvahna ding ajeh neihon Pakai chu avahchoi jing diu ahi.
14 Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord;
Nalah uva ana damlou um'em? Nanghon houbung upa ho ahunguva, nachung uva Pakai mina thao anuuva chule taona aneina dinguva nakou diu ahi.
15 and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven.
Hitobanga tahsan neitah a taona chun ana chu adamsah a, chule Pakaiyin nadamsah dingu ahi. Chule nanghon chonsetna chu nana bolu ahileh ngaidam chang ding nahiuve.
16 Confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective.
Na dam theina dingun nachonset'u khat in khat koma phong unlang, chule khat chu khat dingin taovun. Michonpha lung gutten'a ataona chun thaneina lentah aneiyin chule kidangtah ahinbol doh e.
17 Elijah was a man with a nature like ours, and he prayed earnestly that it might not rain, and it didn’t rain on the earth for three years and six months.
Elijah chu eimaho tobangbep mihem ahin, chuti ahijeng vang'in lung giltah a gojuh louna dinga ataova ahileh kum 3 le akeh leiset a go ajutapon ahi.
18 He prayed again, and the sky gave rain, and the earth produced its fruit.
Chutah in ama ataokit in ahileh vana konin go ajun chule leiset'in aga asodohtai.
19 Brothers, if any among you wanders from the truth and someone turns him back,
Kasopi deitahteho, nalah uva thutah'a kona avahmanga naumuva ahinlepui kitah auma ahileh,
20 let him know that he who turns a sinner from the error of his way will save a soul from death and will cover a multitude of sins.
Koi hita jongleh michonse hin lepuiya chu, hiche mi chu thinaa kona huh doh ahin chule chonset tampi ngaidamna ahinlhut ding ahi
