Galatians 1
1 Paul, an apostle—not from men, nor through man, but through Jesus Christ, and God the Father, who raised him from the dead—
มนุเษฺยโภฺย นหิ มนุไษฺยรปิ นหิ กินฺตุ ยีศุขฺรีษฺเฏน มฺฤตคณมธฺยาตฺ ตโสฺยตฺถาปยิตฺรา ปิเตฺรศฺวเรณ จ เปฺรริโต โย'หํ เปาล: โส'หํ
2 and all the brothers who are with me, to the assemblies of Galatia:
มตฺสหวรฺตฺติโน ภฺราตรศฺจ วยํ คาลาตียเทศสฺถา: สมิตี: ปฺรติ ปตฺรํ ลิขาม: ฯ
3 Grace to you and peace from God the Father and our Lord Jesus Christ,
ปิเตฺรศฺวเรณาสฺมำก ปฺรภุนา ยีศุนา ขฺรีษฺเฏน จ ยุษฺมภฺยมฺ อนุคฺรห: ศานฺติศฺจ ทียตำฯ
4 who gave himself for our sins, that he might deliver us out of this present evil age, according to the will of our God and Father— (aiōn g165)
อสฺมากํ ตาเตศฺวเรเสฺยจฺฉานุสาเรณ วรฺตฺตมานาตฺ กุตฺสิตสํสาราทฺ อสฺมานฺ นิสฺตารยิตุํ โย (aiōn g165)
ยีศุรสฺมากํ ปาปเหโตราตฺโมตฺสรฺคํ กฺฤตวานฺ ส สรฺวฺวทา ธโนฺย ภูยาตฺฯ ตถาสฺตุฯ (aiōn g165)
6 I marvel that you are so quickly deserting him who called you in the grace of Christ to a different “good news”,
ขฺรีษฺฏสฺยานุคฺรเหณ โย ยุษฺมานฺ อาหูตวานฺ ตสฺมานฺนิวฺฤตฺย ยูยมฺ อติตูรฺณมฺ อนฺยํ สุสํวาทมฺ อนฺววรฺตฺตต ตตฺราหํ วิสฺมยํ มเนฺยฯ
7 but there isn’t another “good news.” Only there are some who trouble you and want to pervert the Good News of Christ.
โส'นฺยสุสํวาท: สุสํวาโท นหิ กินฺตุ เกจิตฺ มานวา ยุษฺมานฺ จญฺจลีกุรฺวฺวนฺติ ขฺรีษฺฏียสุสํวาทสฺย วิปรฺยฺยยํ กรฺตฺตุํ เจษฺฏนฺเต จฯ
8 But even though we, or an angel from heaven, should preach to you any “good news” other than that which we preached to you, let him be cursed.
ยุษฺมากํ สนฺนิเธา ย: สุสํวาโท'สฺมาภิ โรฺฆษิตสฺตสฺมาทฺ อนฺย: สุสํวาโท'สฺมากํ สฺวรฺคียทูตานำ วา มเธฺย เกนจิทฺ ยทิ โฆษฺยเต ตรฺหิ ส ศปฺโต ภวตุฯ
9 As we have said before, so I now say again: if any man preaches to you any “good news” other than that which you received, let him be cursed.
ปูรฺวฺวํ ยทฺวทฺ อกถยาม, อิทานีมหํ ปุนสฺตทฺวตฺ กถยามิ ยูยํ ยํ สุสํวาทํ คฺฤหีตวนฺตสฺตสฺมาทฺ อโนฺย เยน เกนจิทฺ ยุษฺมตฺสนฺนิเธา โฆษฺยเต ส ศปฺโต ภวตุฯ
10 For am I now seeking the favor of men, or of God? Or am I striving to please men? For if I were still pleasing men, I wouldn’t be a servant of Christ.
สามฺปฺรตํ กมหมฺ อนุนยามิ? อีศฺวรํ กึวา มานวานฺ? อหํ กึ มานุเษโภฺย โรจิตุํ ยเต? ยทฺยหมฺ อิทานีมปิ มานุเษโภฺย รุรุจิเษย ตรฺหิ ขฺรีษฺฏสฺย ปริจารโก น ภวามิฯ
11 But I make known to you, brothers, concerning the Good News which was preached by me, that it is not according to man.
เห ภฺราตร: , มยา ย: สุสํวาโท โฆษิต: ส มานุษานฺน ลพฺธสฺตทหํ ยุษฺมานฺ ชฺญาปยามิฯ
12 For I didn’t receive it from man, nor was I taught it, but it came to me through revelation of Jesus Christ.
อหํ กสฺมาจฺจิตฺ มนุษฺยาตฺ ตํ น คฺฤหีตวานฺ น วา ศิกฺษิตวานฺ เกวลํ ยีโศ: ขฺรีษฺฏสฺย ปฺรกาศนาเทวฯ
13 For you have heard of my way of living in time past in the Jews’ religion, how that beyond measure I persecuted the assembly of God and ravaged it.
ปุรา ยิหูทิมตาจารี ยทาหมฺ อาสํ ตทา ยาทฺฤศมฺ อาจรณมฺ อกรวมฺ อีศฺวรสฺย สมิตึ ปฺรตฺยตีโวปทฺรวํ กุรฺวฺวนฺ ยาทฺฤกฺ ตำ วฺยนาศยํ ตทวศฺยํ ศฺรุตํ ยุษฺมาภิ: ฯ
14 I advanced in the Jews’ religion beyond many of my own age among my countrymen, being more exceedingly zealous for the traditions of my fathers.
อปรญฺจ ปูรฺวฺวปุรุษปรมฺปราคเตษุ วาเกฺยษฺวนฺยาเปกฺษาตีวาสกฺต: สนฺ อหํ ยิหูทิธรฺมฺมเต มม สมวยสฺกานฺ พหูนฺ สฺวชาตียานฺ อตฺยศยิฯ
15 But when it was the good pleasure of God, who separated me from my mother’s womb and called me through his grace,
กิญฺจ ย อีศฺวโร มาตฺฤครฺภสฺถํ มำ ปฺฤถกฺ กฺฤตฺวา สฺวียานุคฺรเหณาหูตวานฺ
16 to reveal his Son in me, that I might preach him among the Gentiles, I didn’t immediately confer with flesh and blood,
ส ยทา มยิ สฺวปุตฺรํ ปฺรกาศิตุํ ภินฺนเทศียานำ สมีเป ภยา ตํ โฆษยิตุญฺจาภฺยลษตฺ ตทาหํ กฺรวฺยโศณิตาภฺยำ สห น มนฺตฺรยิตฺวา
17 nor did I go up to Jerusalem to those who were apostles before me, but I went away into Arabia. Then I returned to Damascus.
ปูรฺวฺวนิยุกฺตานำ เปฺรริตานำ สมีปํ ยิรูศาลมํ น คตฺวารวเทศํ คตวานฺ ปศฺจาตฺ ตตฺสฺถานาทฺ ทมฺเมษกนครํ ปราวฺฤตฺยาคตวานฺฯ
18 Then after three years I went up to Jerusalem to visit Peter, and stayed with him fifteen days.
ตต: ปรํ วรฺษตฺรเย วฺยตีเต'หํ ปิตรํ สมฺภาษิตุํ ยิรูศาลมํ คตฺวา ปญฺจทศทินานิ เตน สารฺทฺธมฺ อติษฺฐํฯ
19 But of the other apostles I saw no one except James, the Lord’s brother.
กินฺตุ ตํ ปฺรโภ รฺภฺราตรํ ยากูพญฺจ วินา เปฺรริตานำ นานฺยํ กมปฺยปศฺยํฯ
20 Now about the things which I write to you, behold, before God, I’m not lying.
ยาเนฺยตานิ วากฺยานิ มยา ลิขฺยนฺเต ตานฺยนฺฤตานิ น สนฺติ ตทฺ อีศฺวโร ชานาติฯ
21 Then I came to the regions of Syria and Cilicia.
ตต: ปรมฺ อหํ สุริยำ กิลิกิยาญฺจ เทเศา คตวานฺฯ
22 I was still unknown by face to the assemblies of Judea which were in Christ,
ตทานีํ ยิหูทาเทศสฺถานำ ขฺรีษฺฏสฺย สมิตีนำ โลกา: สากฺษาตฺ มม ปริจยมปฺราปฺย เกวลํ ชนศฺรุติมิมำ ลพฺธวนฺต: ,
23 but they only heard, “He who once persecuted us now preaches the faith that he once tried to destroy.”
โย ชน: ปูรฺวฺวมฺ อสฺมานฺ ปฺรตฺยุปทฺรวมกโรตฺ ส ตทา ยํ ธรฺมฺมมนาศยตฺ ตเมเวทานีํ ปฺรจารยตีติฯ
24 So they glorified God in me.
ตสฺมาตฺ เต มามธีศฺวรํ ธนฺยมวทนฺฯ
