Ezekiel 27
1 Yahweh’s word came again to me, saying,
Y fue palabra de Jehová a mí, diciendo:
2 “You, son of man, take up a lamentation over Tyre;
Y tú, hijo del hombre, levanta endechas sobre Tiro.
3 and tell Tyre, ‘You who dwell at the entry of the sea, who are the merchant of the peoples to many islands, the Lord Yahweh says: “You, Tyre, have said, ‘I am perfect in beauty.’
Y dirás a Tiro, la que habita a los puertos de la mar, la mercadera de los pueblos, de muchas islas: Así dijo el Señor Jehová: Tiro, tú has dicho: Yo soy de perfecta hermosura:
4 Your borders are in the heart of the seas. Your builders have perfected your beauty.
En el corazón de las mares están tus términos: los que te edificaron, acabaron tu hermosura.
5 They have made all your planks of cypress trees from Senir. They have taken a cedar from Lebanon to make a mast for you.
De hayas del monte Senir te fabricaron todas las tillas: tomaron cedros del Líbano para hacerte el mástil:
6 They have made your oars of the oaks of Bashan. They have made your benches of ivory inlaid in cypress wood from the islands of Kittim.
De castaños del Basán hicieron tus remos: compañía de Asirios hizo tus bancos de marfil de las islas de Quitim:
7 Your sail was of fine linen with embroidered work from Egypt, that it might be to you for a banner. Blue and purple from the islands of Elishah was your awning.
De fino lino bordado de Egipto fue tu cortina, para que te sirviese de vela: de cárdeno y grana de las islas de Elisa fue tu toldo.
8 The inhabitants of Sidon and Arvad were your rowers. Your wise men, Tyre, were in you. They were your pilots.
Los moradores de Sidón y de Aruad fueron tus remeros: tus sabios, o! Tiro, estaban en ti, ellos fueron tus pilotos.
9 The old men of Gebal and its wise men were your repairers of ship seams in you. All the ships of the sea with their mariners were in you to deal in your merchandise.
Los ancianos de Gebal y sus sabios repararon tus hendeduras: todas las galeras de la mar, y los remeros de ellas fueron en ti para negociar tus negocios.
10 “‘“Persia, Lud, and Put were in your army, your men of war. They hung the shield and helmet in you. They showed your beauty.
Persas, y Lidos, y Africanos, fueron en tu ejército tus hombres de guerra: escudos y capacetes colgaron en ti: ellos te dieron tu honra.
11 The men of Arvad with your army were on your walls all around, and valiant men were in your towers. They hung their shields on your walls all around. They have perfected your beauty.
Los hijos de Aruad con tu ejército estuvieron sobre tus muros al rededor, y los Pigmeos en tus torres: colgaron sus escudos sobre tus muros al derredor: ellos acabaron tu hermosura.
12 “‘“Tarshish was your merchant by reason of the multitude of all kinds of riches. They traded for your wares with silver, iron, tin, and lead.
Társis tu mercadera, a causa de la multitud de todas riquezas en plata, hierro, estaño, y plomo, dio en tus ferias.
13 “‘“Javan, Tubal, and Meshech were your traders. They traded the persons of men and vessels of bronze for your merchandise.
Grecia, Tubal, y Mesec, tus mercaderes, con hombres, y con vasos de metal dieron en tus ferias.
14 “‘“They of the house of Togarmah traded for your wares with horses, war horses, and mules.
De la casa de Togorma, caballos, y caballeros, y mulos, dieron en tu mercado.
15 “‘“The men of Dedan traded with you. Many islands were the market of your hand. They brought you horns of ivory and ebony in exchange.
Los hijos de Dedán tus negociantes: muchas islas mercadería de tu mano: cuernos de marfil, y pavos te dieron en presente.
16 “‘“Syria was your merchant by reason of the multitude of your handiworks. They traded for your wares with emeralds, purple, embroidered work, fine linen, coral, and rubies.
Siria tu mercadera por la multitud de tus hechuras con carbúnculos, granas, y vestidos bordados, y linos finos, y corales, y perlas, dio en tus ferias.
17 “‘“Judah and the land of Israel were your traders. They traded wheat of Minnith, confections, honey, oil, and balm for your merchandise.
Judá, y la tierra de Israel, tus mercaderes con trigos, Minit, Pannag, y miel, y aceite, y triaca dieron en tu mercado.
18 “‘“Damascus was your merchant for the multitude of your handiworks by reason of the multitude of all kinds of riches, with the wine of Helbon, and white wool.
Damasco tu mercadera por la multitud de tus hechuras, por la abundancia de todas riquezas, con vino de Holbón, y lana blanca.
19 “‘“Vedan and Javan traded with yarn for your wares; wrought iron, cassia, and calamus were among your merchandise.
Y Dan, y Grecia, y Mozel, dieron en tus ferias: hierro limpio, cañafístula, y caña aromática fue en tu mercado.
20 “‘“Dedan was your merchant in precious saddle blankets for riding.
Dedán tu mercadera con paños preciosos para carros.
21 “‘“Arabia and all the princes of Kedar were your favorite dealers in lambs, rams, and goats. In these, they were your merchants.
Arabia y todos los príncipes de Cedar mercaderes de tu mano en corderos, y carneros, y machos de cabrío, en estas cosas fueron tus mercaderes.
22 “‘“The traders of Sheba and Raamah were your traders. They traded for your wares with the best of all spices, all precious stones, and gold.
Los mercaderes de Sabá y de Reema fueron tus mercaderes con lo principal de toda especiería, y toda piedra preciosa, y oro, dieron en tus ferias.
23 “‘“Haran, Canneh, Eden, the traders of Sheba, Asshur and Chilmad, were your traders.
Harán, y Canneh, y Edén: los mercaderes de Sabá, y Asiria, y Quelma, fueron en tu mercadería.
24 These were your traders in choice wares, in wrappings of blue and embroidered work, and in cedar chests of rich clothing bound with cords, among your merchandise.
Estos fueron tus mercaderes en todas suertes de cosas: en mantos de cárdeno, y bordados, y en cajas de ropas preciosas, juntas con cordones, y en collares en tu negociación.
25 “‘“The ships of Tarshish were your caravans for your merchandise. You were replenished and made very glorious in the heart of the seas.
Las naos de Társis, tus cuadrillos fueron en tu negociación, y fuiste llena, y fuiste multiplicada en gran manera en medio de las mares.
26 Your rowers have brought you into great waters. The east wind has broken you in the heart of the seas.
En muchas aguas te trájeron tus remeros: viento solano te quebrantó en medio de las mares.
27 Your riches, your wares, your merchandise, your mariners, your pilots, your repairers of ship seams, the dealers in your merchandise, and all your men of war who are in you, with all your company which is among you, will fall into the heart of the seas in the day of your ruin.
Tus riquezas, y tus mercaderías, y tu negociación, tus remeros, y tus pilotos, los reparadores de tus hendeduras, y los negociantes de tus negocios, y todos tus hombres de guerra que fueron en ti, y toda tu compañía que está en medio de ti, caerán en medio de las mares el día de tu caída.
28 At the sound of the cry of your pilots, the pasture lands will shake.
Al estruendo de las voces de tus marineros temblarán los ejidos.
29 All who handle the oars, the mariners and all the pilots of the sea, will come down from their ships. They will stand on the land,
Y descenderán de sus naves todos los que toman remo: remeros, y todos los pilotos de la mar se pararán sobre la tierra:
30 and will cause their voice to be heard over you, and will cry bitterly. They will cast up dust on their heads. They will wallow in the ashes.
Y harán oír su voz sobre ti, y gritarán amargamente, y echarán polvo sobre sus cabezas, y revolcarse han en la ceniza.
31 They will make themselves bald for you, and clothe themselves with sackcloth. They will weep for you in bitterness of soul, with bitter mourning.
Y harán por ti calva, y ceñirse han de sacos, y endecharán por ti endechas amargas con amargura de alma.
32 In their wailing they will take up a lamentation for you, and lament over you, saying, ‘Who is there like Tyre, like her who is brought to silence in the middle of the sea?’
Y levantarán sobre ti endechas en sus lamentaciones, y endecharán sobre ti: ¿Quién como Tiro, cortada en medio de la mar?
33 When your wares came from the seas, you filled many peoples. You enriched the kings of the earth with the multitude of your riches and of your merchandise.
Cuando tus mercaderías salían de las mares, hartabas muchos pueblos: los reyes de la tierra enriqueciste con la multitud de tus riquezas, y de tus contrataciones.
34 In the time that you were broken by the seas, in the depths of the waters, your merchandise and all your company fell within you.
En el tiempo que serás quebrantada de las mares, en los profundos de las aguas, tu contratación y toda tu compañía caerán en medio de ti.
35 All the inhabitants of the islands are astonished at you, and their kings are horribly afraid. They are troubled in their face.
Todos los moradores de las islas se maravillarán sobre ti, y sus reyes temblarán de temblor: turbarse han en sus rostros.
36 The merchants among the peoples hiss at you. You have come to a terrible end, and you will be no more.”’”
Los mercaderes en los pueblos silbarán sobre ti: conturbada fuiste, mas nunca más serás para siempre.
