Ezekiel 12
1 Yahweh’s word also came to me, saying,
Y fue palabra de Jehová a mí, diciendo:
2 “Son of man, you dwell in the middle of the rebellious house, who have eyes to see, and don’t see, who have ears to hear, and don’t hear; for they are a rebellious house.
Hijo del hombre, tú habitas en medio de casa rebelde, los cuales tienen ojos para ver, y no ven: tienen oídos para oír, y no oyen; porque son casa rebelde.
3 “Therefore, you son of man, prepare your baggage for moving, and move by day in their sight. You shall move from your place to another place in their sight. It may be they will consider, though they are a rebellious house.
Por tanto tú, o! hijo del hombre, hazte aparejos de partida, y pártete de día delante de sus ojos; y pasarte has de tu lugar a otro lugar delante de sus ojos: quizá verán, porque son casa rebelde.
4 You shall bring out your baggage by day in their sight, as baggage for moving. You shall go out yourself at evening in their sight, as when men go out into exile.
Y sacarás tus aparejos, como aparejos de partida, de día delante de sus ojos: mas tú saldrás a la tarde delante de sus ojos, como quien sale para partirse.
5 Dig through the wall in their sight, and carry your baggage out that way.
Delante de sus ojos horadarás la pared, y saldrás por ella.
6 In their sight you shall bear it on your shoulder, and carry it out in the dark. You shall cover your face, so that you don’t see the land, for I have set you for a sign to the house of Israel.”
Delante de sus ojos llevarás sobre tus hombros, sacarás de noche: cubrirás tu rostro, y no mirarás la tierra; porque en señal te he dado a la casa de Israel.
7 I did so as I was commanded. I brought out my baggage by day, as baggage for moving, and in the evening I dug through the wall with my hand. I brought it out in the dark, and bore it on my shoulder in their sight.
Y yo lo hice así de la manera que me fue mandado: saqué mis aparatos de día, como aparatos de partida, y a la tarde horadé la pared a mano: salí de noche: llevé sobre los hombros delante de sus ojos.
8 In the morning, Yahweh’s word came to me, saying,
Y fue palabra de Jehová a mí por la mañana, diciendo:
9 “Son of man, hasn’t the house of Israel, the rebellious house, said to you, ‘What are you doing?’
Hijo del hombre, ¿nunca te dijeron los de la casa de Israel, aquella casa rebelde: Qué haces?
10 “Say to them, ‘The Lord Yahweh says: “This burden concerns the prince in Jerusalem, and all the house of Israel among whom they are.”’
Díles pues: Así dijo el Señor Jehová: Al príncipe que está en Jerusalem es esta profecía grave, y a toda la casa de Israel que está en medio de ellos.
11 “Say, ‘I am your sign. As I have done, so will it be done to them. They will go into exile, into captivity.
Díles: Yo soy vuestra señal: como yo hice, así les harán a ellos: en traspuesta, en cautividad irán:
12 “‘The prince who is among them will bear his baggage on his shoulder in the dark, and will go out. They will dig through the wall to carry things out that way. He will cover his face, because he will not see the land with his eyes.
Y el príncipe que está en medio de ellos llevará a cuestas de noche, y saldrá: horadarán la pared para sacarle por ella: cubrirá su rostro por no ver con sus ojos la tierra.
13 I will also spread my net on him, and he will be taken in my snare. I will bring him to Babylon to the land of the Chaldeans; yet he will not see it, though he will die there.
Mas yo extenderé mi red sobre él, y será preso de mi red, y traerle hé a Babilonia, a tierra de Caldeos: mas no la verá, y allá morirá.
14 I will scatter toward every wind all who are around him to help him, and all his bands. I will draw out the sword after them.
Y a todos los que estuvieren al rededor de él para su ayuda, y a todas sus compañías esparciré a todo viento, y desvainaré espada en pos de ellos.
15 “‘They will know that I am Yahweh when I disperse them among the nations and scatter them through the countries.
Y sabrán que yo soy Jehová, cuando los esparciere entre las naciones; y yo los esparciré por la tierra.
16 But I will leave a few men of them from the sword, from the famine, and from the pestilence, that they may declare all their abominations among the nations where they come. Then they will know that I am Yahweh.’”
Y haré que queden de ellos pocos en número de la espada, y de la hambre, y de la pestilencia, para que cuenten todas sus abominaciones entre las gentes adonde llegaren; y sabrán que yo soy Jehová.
17 Moreover Yahweh’s word came to me, saying,
Y fue palabra de Jehová a mí, diciendo:
18 “Son of man, eat your bread with quaking, and drink your water with trembling and with fearfulness.
Hijo del hombre, come tu pan con temblor, y bebe tus aguas con estremecimiento, y con angustia.
19 Tell the people of the land, ‘The Lord Yahweh says concerning the inhabitants of Jerusalem and the land of Israel: “They will eat their bread with fearfulness and drink their water in dismay, that her land may be desolate, and all that is therein, because of the violence of all those who dwell therein.
Y dirás al pueblo de la tierra: Así dijo el Señor Jehová sobre los moradores de Jerusalem, sobre la tierra de Israel: Su pan comerán con temor, y con espanto beberán sus aguas; porque su tierra será asolada de su multitud, por la maldad de todos los que en ella moran.
20 The cities that are inhabited will be laid waste, and the land will be a desolation. Then you will know that I am Yahweh.”’”
Y las ciudades habitadas serán asoladas, y la tierra será desierta; y sabréis que yo soy Jehová.
21 Yahweh’s word came to me, saying,
Y fue palabra de Jehová a mí, diciendo:
22 “Son of man, what is this proverb that you have in the land of Israel, saying, ‘The days are prolonged, and every vision fails’?
Hijo del hombre, ¿qué refrán es este que tenéis vosotros en la tierra de Israel, diciendo: Alargarse han los días, y perecerá toda visión?
23 Tell them therefore, ‘The Lord Yahweh says: “I will make this proverb to cease, and they will no more use it as a proverb in Israel;”’ but tell them, ‘“The days are at hand, and the fulfillment of every vision.
Por tanto díles: Así dijo el Señor Jehová: Yo hice cesar este refrán, ni refranearán más este refrán, en Israel: mas decirles has: Acercádose han aquellos días, y la cosa de toda visión.
24 For there will be no more any false vision nor flattering divination within the house of Israel.
Porque no habrá más alguna visión vana, ni habrá adivinación de lisonjero en medio de la casa de Israel.
25 For I am Yahweh. I will speak, and the word that I speak will be performed. It will be no more deferred; for in your days, rebellious house, I will speak the word and will perform it,” says the Lord Yahweh.’”
Porque yo Jehová hablaré: la palabra que yo hablare, se hará: no se dilatará más; antes en vuestros días, casa rebelde, hablaré palabra, y la cumpliré, dijo el Señor Jehová.
26 Again Yahweh’s word came to me, saying,
Y fue palabra de Jehová a mí, diciendo:
27 “Son of man, behold, they of the house of Israel say, ‘The vision that he sees is for many days to come, and he prophesies of times that are far off.’
Hijo del hombre, he aquí que los de la casa de Israel, dicen: La visión que este ve es para muchos días, y para luengos tiempos profetiza este.
28 “Therefore tell them, ‘The Lord Yahweh says: “None of my words will be deferred any more, but the word which I speak will be performed,” says the Lord Yahweh.’”
Por tanto díles: Así dijo el Señor Jehová: No se dilatarán más todas mis palabras: la palabra que hablare, se hará, dijo el Señor Jehová.
