1 Thessalonians 2
1 For you yourselves know, brothers, our visit to you wasn’t in vain,
हे भाऊवों-बहिनों, तुम खुदच जानय हय कि हमरो तुम्हरो जवर आनो बेकार नहीं भयो,
2 but having suffered before and been shamefully treated, as you know, at Philippi, we grew bold in our God to tell you the Good News of God in much conflict.
बल्की तुम खुदच जानय हय कि फिलिप्पी म आवन को पहिले कसो दु: ख अऊर अपमान सह्यो? पर भी हमरो परमेश्वर न हम्ख असो हिम्मत दियो, कि हम परमेश्वर को सुसमाचार बहुत विरोध होतो हुयो भी तुम्ख सुनायो।
3 For our exhortation is not of error, nor of uncleanness, nor in deception.
कहालीकि हमरो उपदेश नहीं भ्रम सी हय अऊर नहीं गलत उद्देश सी, अऊर नहीं चालाकी को संग हय;
4 But even as we have been approved by God to be entrusted with the Good News, so we speak—not as pleasing men, but God, who tests our hearts.
पर जसो परमेश्वर न हम्ख लायक ठहराय क सुसमाचार सौंप्यो, हम वसोच बतायजे हंय, अऊर येको म आदमियों ख नहीं, पर परमेश्वर ख, जो हमरो मनों ख परखय हय, खुश करय हंय।
5 For neither were we at any time found using words of flattery, as you know, nor a cloak of covetousness (God is witness),
कहालीकि तुम जानय हय कि हम नहीं त कभी चापलूसी की बाते करत होतो, अऊर नहीं लोभ लायी बहाना करत होतो, परमेश्वर गवाह हय;
6 nor seeking glory from men (neither from you nor from others), when we might have claimed authority as apostles of Christ.
तब भी हम आदमियों सी आदर नहीं चाहत होतो, अऊर नहीं तुम सी, नहीं अऊर कोयी सी।
7 But we were gentle among you, like a nursing mother cherishes her own children.
मसीह को प्रेरित होन को वजह अऊर फिर भी हम मसीह को प्रेरित होन को वजह तुम पर बोझ डाल सकत होतो, जो तरह माय अपनो बच्चां को पालन पोषन करय हय, वसोच हम न भी तुम्हरो बीच म रह्य क नरमता दिखायी हय;
8 Even so, affectionately longing for you, we were well pleased to impart to you not the Good News of God only, but also our own souls, because you had become very dear to us.
अऊर वसोच हम तुम्ख प्रेम करतो हुयो, नहीं केवल परमेश्वर को सुसमाचार पर अपनो अपनो जीव भी तुम्ख देन ख तैयार होतो, येकोलायी कि तुम हमरो प्रिय भय गयो होतो।
9 For you remember, brothers, our labor and travail; for working night and day, that we might not burden any of you, we preached to you the Good News of God.
कहालीकि, हे भाऊवों-बहिनों, तुम हमरो मेहनत ख निश्चितच तुम्ख याद होना; हम न येकोलायी रात दिन काम धन्दा करतो हुयो तुम म परमेश्वर को सुसमाचार प्रचार करयो कि तुम म सी कोयी पर बोझ नहीं होय।
10 You are witnesses with God how holy, righteously, and blamelessly we behaved ourselves toward you who believe.
तुम खुदच गवाह हय, अऊर परमेश्वर भी हय कि तुम विश्वासियों को बीच म हमरो व्यवहार कसो पवित्र, उचित अऊर निर्दोष रह्यो।
11 As you know, we exhorted, comforted, and implored every one of you, as a father does his own children,
तुम जानय हय कि हम तुम्हरो संग असो व्यवहार करजे हय, जसो बाप अपनो बच्चा को संग करय हय।
12 to the end that you should walk worthily of God, who calls you into his own Kingdom and glory.
वसोच हम भी तुम म सी हर एक ख बिनती करत, अऊर शान्ति देतो, अऊर समझावत होतो कि तुम्हरो चाल-चलन परमेश्वर को लायक हो, जो तुम्ख अपनो राज्य अऊर महिमा म भागीदार होन लायी बुलायो।
13 For this cause we also thank God without ceasing that when you received from us the word of the message of God, you accepted it not as the word of men, but as it is in truth, God’s word, which also works in you who believe.
येकोलायी हम भी परमेश्वर को धन्यवाद लगातार करजे हंय कि जब हमरो सी परमेश्वर को सुसमाचार को वचन तुम्हरो जवर पहुंच्यो, त तुम न ओख आदमियों को नहीं पर परमेश्वर को वचन समझ क स्वीकार करयो; अऊर वास्तव म यो असोच हय। अऊर परमेश्वर तुम जो विश्वासियों म काम करय हय, प्रभावशाली हय।
14 For you, brothers, became imitators of the assemblies of God which are in Judea in Christ Jesus; for you also suffered the same things from your own countrymen, even as they did from the Jews
येकोलायी तुम, हे भाऊवों-बहिनों, परमेश्वर की उन मण्डलियों म जो बाते भयी जो यहूदिया म मसीह यीशु म हंय, कहालीकि तुम न भी अपनो लोगों सी वसोच छल पायो जसो उन्न यहूदियों सी पायो होतो,
15 who killed both the Lord Jesus and their own prophets, and drove us out, and don’t please God, and are contrary to all men,
जिन्न प्रभु यीशु ख अऊर भविष्यवक्ता ख भी मार डाल्यो अऊर हम ख सतायो। ऊ परमेश्वर ख अप्रसन्न करजे हय, अऊर आदमियों को विरोध करजे हंय,
16 forbidding us to speak to the Gentiles that they may be saved, to fill up their sins always. But wrath has come on them to the uttermost.
अऊर हि गैरयहूदियों सी उन्को उद्धार लायी परमेश्वर को सुसमाचार करन सी हम्ख रोकय हय कि सदा अपनो पापों को घड़ा भरतो रहे; पर उन पर परमेश्वर को भयानक प्रकोप आय पहुंच्यो हय।
17 But we, brothers, being bereaved of you for a short season in presence, not in heart, tried even harder to see your face with great desire,
हे भाऊवों-बहिनों, जब हम थोड़ो समय लायी, मन म नहीं बल्की प्रगट म, तुम सी अलग भय गयो होतो, त हम न तुम ख याद करयो अऊर दुबारा मिलन की बहुत कोशिश करयो।
18 because we wanted to come to you—indeed, I, Paul, once and again—but Satan hindered us.
येकोलायी हम मय पौलुस न एक सी जादा गन तुम्हरो जवर आवनो चाहयो, पर शैतान हम्ख रोक्यो रह्यो।
19 For what is our hope, or joy, or crown of rejoicing? Isn’t it even you, before our Lord Jesus at his coming?
भलो हमरी आशा यां खुशी यां बड़ायी को मुकुट का हय? का हमरो प्रभु यीशु को आगु ओको आवन को समय तुम भी नहीं रहो?
20 For you are our glory and our joy.
हमरी बड़ायी अऊर खुशी तुमच आय।
