1 Corinthians 16
1 Now concerning the collection for the saints: as I commanded the assemblies of Galatia, you do likewise.
૧હવે સંતોને માટે ફાળો એકઠો કરવા વિષે લખું છું; મેં ગલાતિયાના વિશ્વાસી સમુદાયને જે સૂચના આપી તે પ્રમાણે તમે પણ કરો.
2 On the first day of every week, let each one of you save as he may prosper, that no collections are made when I come.
૨હું આવું ત્યારે ધર્મદાન ઉઘરાવવા પડે નહિ, માટે અઠવાડિયાને પહેલે દિવસે તમારામાંના પ્રત્યેકે પોતાની કમાણી પ્રમાણે અમુક હિસ્સો રાખી મૂકવો.
3 When I arrive, I will send whoever you approve with letters to carry your gracious gift to Jerusalem.
૩જયારે હું આવીશ ત્યારે જેઓને તમે પસંદ કરશો, તેઓને પત્રો આપીને હું તમારાં દાન યરુશાલેમમાં પહોંચાડવા માટે મોકલીશ.
4 If it is appropriate for me to go also, they will go with me.
૪જો મારે પણ જવાનું યોગ્ય લાગશે તો તેઓ મારી સાથે આવશે.
5 I will come to you when I have passed through Macedonia, for I am passing through Macedonia.
૫હું મકદોનિયા થઈને જવાનો છું; તેથી મકદોનિયા પાર કર્યાં પછી હું તમારી પાસે આવીશ.
6 But with you it may be that I will stay with you, or even winter with you, that you may send me on my journey wherever I go.
૬હું કદાચ તમારી સાથે રહીશ, અથવા શિયાળો પણ ગાળીશ કે, જેથી મારે જ્યાં જવાનું છે ત્યાં તમે મને પહોંચાડો.
7 For I do not wish to see you now in passing, but I hope to stay a while with you, if the Lord permits.
૭કેમ કે હમણાં જતા તમને મળવાની મારી ઇચ્છા નથી; પણ જો ઈશ્વરની ઇચ્છા હશે તો હું થોડા સમય સુધી તમારી સાથે રહેવાની આશા રાખું છું.
8 But I will stay at Ephesus until Pentecost,
૮પણ હું પચાસમાના પર્વ સુધી એફેસસમાં જ રહીશ;
9 for a great and effective door has opened to me, and there are many adversaries.
૯કેમ કે એક મહાન કાર્ય સફળ થાય એવું દ્વાર મારે માટે ઉઘાડવામાં આવ્યું છે. જોકે વિરોધીઓ પણ ઘણાં છે.
10 Now if Timothy comes, see that he is with you without fear, for he does the work of the Lord, as I also do.
૧૦પણ જો તિમોથી આવે તો તે તમારી સાથે નિર્ભય રહે, તે વિષે સંભાળ રાખજો, કેમ કે મારી માફક તે પણ પ્રભુનું કામ કરે છે.
11 Therefore let no one despise him. But set him forward on his journey in peace, that he may come to me; for I expect him with the brothers.
૧૧એ માટે કોઈ તેને તુચ્છ ગણે નહીં; પણ શાંતિથી તમે તેને મારી પાસે પહોંચાડજો, કેમ કે ભાઈઓની સાથે તેના આવવાની પ્રતિક્ષા હું કરું છું.
12 Now concerning Apollos the brother, I strongly urged him to come to you with the brothers, but it was not at all his desire to come now; but he will come when he has an opportunity.
૧૨હવે, ભાઈ આપોલસ વિષે મારે આટલું કહેવું છે કે ભાઈઓની સાથે તે તમારી પાસે આવે માટે મેં તેને બહુ વિનંતી કરી; પણ હમણાં ત્યાં આવવાની તેની ઇચ્છા નથી; પણ જયારે અનુકૂળ પ્રસંગ મળશે ત્યારે તે આવશે.
13 Watch! Stand firm in the faith! Be courageous! Be strong!
૧૩જાગૃત રહો, વિશ્વાસમાં સ્થિર રહો, સામર્થ્ય બતાવો, બળવાન થાઓ.
14 Let all that you do be done in love.
૧૪તમે જે કંઈ કરો તે પ્રેમથી કરો.
15 Now I beg you, brothers—you know the house of Stephanas, that it is the first fruits of Achaia, and that they have set themselves to serve the saints—
૧૫ભાઈઓ, તમે સ્તેફનાસના કુટુંબને જાણો છો કે, તે અખાયાનું પ્રથમફળ વિશ્વાસી છે, તેઓ સંતોની સેવામાં હંમેશા સક્રિય રહ્યા છે માટે હું તમને વિનંતી કરું છું કે,
16 that you also be in subjection to such, and to everyone who helps in the work and labors.
૧૬તમે એવા માણસોને અને અન્ય જેઓ સેવામાં પરિશ્રમ કરે છે તેઓને પણ આધીન થાઓ.
17 I rejoice at the coming of Stephanas, Fortunatus, and Achaicus; for that which was lacking on your part, they supplied.
૧૭સ્તેફનાસ તથા ફોર્તુનાતસ તથા અખાઈક્સના આવવાથી હું હર્ષ પામ્યો છું; કેમ કે તમારું જે કામ અધૂરું હતું તે તેઓએ પૂરું કર્યું છે.
18 For they refreshed my spirit and yours. Therefore acknowledge those who are like that.
૧૮તેઓએ મારા તથા તમારા આત્માને પણ ઉત્તેજિત કર્યા. માટે એવા માણસોને માન આપો.
19 The assemblies of Asia greet you. Aquila and Priscilla greet you warmly in the Lord, together with the assembly that is in their house.
૧૯આસિયાના વિશ્વાસી સમુદાય તમને સલામ પાઠવે છે. આકુલા, પ્રિસ્કા તથા તેઓના ઘરમાં મળતા વિશ્વાસી સમુદાયના સર્વ પ્રભુમાં તમને સલામ પાઠવે છે.
20 All the brothers greet you. Greet one another with a holy kiss.
૨૦સર્વ ભાઈઓ પણ તમને સલામ પાઠવે છે. પવિત્ર ચુંબનથી એકબીજાને ક્ષેમકુશળ કહેજો.
21 This greeting is by me, Paul, with my own hand.
૨૧હું પાઉલ મારે પોતાને હાથે તમને સલામ લખું છું.
22 If any man doesn’t love the Lord Jesus Christ, let him be cursed. Come, Lord!
૨૨જો કોઈ પ્રભુ ઈસુ ખ્રિસ્ત પર પ્રેમ કરતો ન હોય, તો તે શાપિત થાઓ.
23 The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with you.
૨૩આપણા પ્રભુ આવવાનાં છે. પ્રભુ ઈસુ ખ્રિસ્તની કૃપા તમારા પર હો.
24 My love to all of you in Christ Jesus. Amen.
૨૪ખ્રિસ્ત ઈસુમાં મારો પ્રેમ તમો સર્વની સાથે હો. આમીન.
