1 Corinthians 10
1 Now I would not have you ignorant, brothers, that our fathers were all under the cloud, and all passed through the sea;
| خوشکان، برایان، نامەوێ نەزانن کە باوباپیرانمان هەموو لەژێر هەوردا بوون و هەمووشیان دەریایان بڕی. |
2 and were all baptized into Moses in the cloud and in the sea;
| جا هەموویان لە هەور و لە دەریادا بۆ موسا لە ئاو هەڵکێشران، |
3 and all ate the same spiritual food;
| هەمووشیان هەمان خواردنی ڕۆحییان خوارد. |
4 and all drank the same spiritual drink. For they drank of a spiritual rock that followed them, and the rock was Christ.
| هەموویان هەمان خواردنەوەی ڕۆحییان خواردەوە، چونکە لەو تاشەبەردە ڕۆحییان دەخواردەوە کە دوایان کەوتبوو، ئەو تاشەبەردەش مەسیح بوو. |
5 However with most of them, God was not well pleased, for they were overthrown in the wilderness.
| بەڵام خودا لە زۆربەیان ڕازی نەبوو، ئەوە بوو تەرمەکانیان لە بیابان پەرشوبڵاو بووەوە. |
6 Now these things were our examples, to the intent we should not lust after evil things as they also lusted.
| ئەم شتانەی ڕوویاندا پەندن بۆمان، تاکو ئارەزووی خراپە نەکەین، وەک ئەوان ئارەزوویان کرد. |
7 Don’t be idolaters, as some of them were. As it is written, “The people sat down to eat and drink, and rose up to play.”
| بتپەرست مەبن وەک هەندێکیان، وەکو نووسراوە: [گەل بۆ خواردن و خواردنەوە دانیشتن، پاشان بۆ ڕابواردن هەستانەوە.] |
8 Let’s not commit sexual immorality, as some of them committed, and in one day twenty-three thousand fell.
| با داوێنپیسی نەکەین وەک هەندێکیان داوێنپیسییان کرد و لە ڕۆژێکدا بیست و سێ هەزاریان کەوت. |
9 Let’s not test Christ, as some of them tested, and perished by the serpents.
| نابێت مەسیح تاقی بکەینەوە، وەک هەندێکیان تاقییان کردەوە و مار لەناوی بردن. |
10 Don’t grumble, as some of them also grumbled, and perished by the destroyer.
| بۆڵەبۆڵ مەکەن وەک هەندێکیان بۆڵەبۆڵیان کرد و فریشتەی لەناوبەر کوشتیان. |
11 Now all these things happened to them by way of example, and they were written for our admonition, on whom the ends of the ages have come. (aiōn g165)
| جا ئەم شتانەیان وەک پەند بەسەرهات، بۆ ئاگاداری ئێمەش نووسراوە، کە لە کۆتایی زەمان دەژین. (aiōn g165) |
12 Therefore let him who thinks he stands be careful that he doesn’t fall.
| کەواتە ئەوەی وا دەزانێت ڕاوەستاوە، با وریابێت نەکەوێت. |
13 No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it.
| هیچ تاقیکردنەوەیەکتان تووش نابێت کە هاوبەش نەبێت لەنێوان مرۆڤەکاندا، بەڵام خودا دڵسۆزە، کە نایەڵێت زیاتر لە توانای خۆتان تاقی بکرێنەوە، بەڵکو لەگەڵ تاقیکردنەوە ڕێگای دەرچوون دەکاتەوە، تاکو بتوانن بەرگە بگرن. |
14 Therefore, my beloved, flee from idolatry.
| بۆیە خۆشەویستانم، لە بتپەرستی ڕابکەن. |
15 I speak as to wise men. Judge what I say.
| وەک بۆ هۆشیاران بێت دەدوێم، ئێوە حوکم بدەن لەوەی دەیڵێم: |
16 The cup of blessing which we bless, isn’t it a sharing of the blood of Christ? The bread which we break, isn’t it a sharing of the body of Christ?
| ئایا ئەو جامەی سوپاسگوزاری لە پێناوی سوپاسی خودا دەکەین، بەشداری نییە لە خوێنی مەسیح؟ ئەو نانەی لەتی دەکەین، بەشداری نییە لە لەشی مەسیح؟ |
17 Because there is one loaf of bread, we, who are many, are one body; for we all partake of the one loaf of bread.
| لەبەر ئەوەی یەک نان هەیە، ئێمە کە زۆرین، یەک لەشین، چونکە هەموومان بەشداری لە یەک ناندا دەکەین. |
18 Consider Israel according to the flesh. Don’t those who eat the sacrifices participate in the altar?
| سەیری ئیسرائیل بکەن کە بەگوێرەی جەستەیە: ئایا ئەوانەی قوربانی دەخۆن لە قوربانگادا هاوبەش نین؟ |
19 What am I saying then? That a thing sacrificed to idols is anything, or that an idol is anything?
| جا چی دەڵێم؟ ئایا ئەوەی بۆ بت سەربڕدراوە شتێکە، یان بتەکە شتێکە؟ |
20 But I say that the things which the Gentiles sacrifice, they sacrifice to demons and not to God, and I don’t desire that you would have fellowship with demons.
| نەخێر بەڵکو ئەوەی سەری دەبڕن، بۆ ڕۆحە پیسەکان سەری دەبڕن نەک بۆ خودا. جا نامەوێت لەگەڵ ڕۆحە پیسەکان هاوبەش بن. |
21 You can’t both drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of demons. You can’t both partake of the table of the Lord and of the table of demons.
| ناتوانن جامی مەسیحی خاوەن شکۆ و جامی ڕۆحە پیسەکان بخۆنەوە. ناتوانن بەشداری خوانی خاوەن شکۆ و خوانی ڕۆحە پیسەکان بکەن. |
22 Or do we provoke the Lord to jealousy? Are we stronger than he?
| یاخود ئیرەیی خاوەن شکۆ هەڵدەستێنین؟ ئایا ئێمە لەو بەهێزترین؟ |
23 “All things are lawful for me,” but not all things are profitable. “All things are lawful for me,” but not all things build up.
| «هەموو شتێک بۆ من دروستە،» بەڵام هەموو شتێک سوودبەخش نییە. «هەموو شتێک بۆ من دروستە،» بەڵام هەموو شتێک بنیادنەر نییە. |
24 Let no one seek his own, but each one his neighbor’s good.
| کەس بەدوای بەرژەوەندی خۆیدا نەگەڕێت، بەڵکو بۆ بەرژەوەندی خەڵک هەوڵ بدەن. |
25 Whatever is sold in the butcher shop, eat, asking no question for the sake of conscience,
| ئەو گۆشتەی لە بازاڕ دەفرۆشرێت بیخۆن، ئەوەندە لێی مەکۆڵنەوە، بەبێ لێپرسینەوەی ویژدان، |
26 for “the earth is the Lord’s, and its fullness.”
| چونکە [زەوی و هەرچی تێدایە هی یەزدانە.] |
27 But if one of those who don’t believe invites you to a meal, and you are inclined to go, eat whatever is set before you, asking no questions for the sake of conscience.
| ئەگەر بێباوەڕێک داوەتتان بکات و ئێوەش ویستتان بچن، جا هەرچییەکتان لەپێش دانرا بیخۆن، بێ لێکۆڵینەوە، لەبەر ویژدان. |
28 But if anyone says to you, “This was offered to idols,” don’t eat it for the sake of the one who told you, and for the sake of conscience. For “the earth is the Lord’s, with all its fullness.”
| بەڵام ئەگەر یەکێک پێی گوتن: «ئەمە کراوەتە قوربانی بت» مەیخۆن، لەبەر ئەوەی پێی گوتن و لەبەر ویژدان، |
29 Conscience, I say, not your own, but the other’s conscience. For why is my liberty judged by another conscience?
| دەڵێم ویژدان، هی تۆ نا، بەڵکو هی ئەوی دیکە. جا بۆچی سەربەستیم لەلایەن ویژدانێکی دیکەوە حوکم بدرێت؟ |
30 If I partake with thankfulness, why am I denounced for something I give thanks for?
| ئەگەر بە سوپاسکردنەوە بەشداری بکەم، ئیتر بۆچی تاوانبار دەکرێم لەسەر ئەوەی سوپاسی خودای لەسەر دەکەم؟ |
31 Whether therefore you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.
| بۆیە ئەگەر خواردتان یان خواردتانەوە یان هەر شتێکتان کرد، هەموو شتێک بۆ شکۆی خودا بکەن. |
32 Give no occasion for stumbling, whether to Jews, to Greeks, or to the assembly of God;
| بۆ جولەکە و ناجولەکە و کڵێسای خودا مەبنە کۆسپ. |
33 even as I also please all men in all things, not seeking my own profit, but the profit of the many, that they may be saved.
| هەروەک منیش لە هەموو شتێک هەمووان ڕازی دەکەم، بەدوای بەرژەوەندی خۆمدا ناگەڕێم، بەڵکو هی زۆران، تاکو ڕزگاریان ببێت. |
