1 Chronicles 23
1 Now David was old and full of days; and he made Solomon his son king over Israel.
၁ဒါဝိဒ်မင်းသည် အသက်ကြီး၍ ကာလပြည့်စုံရာ အချိန်ရောက်သောအခါ၊ သားတော်ရှောလမုန်ကို ဣသ ရေလရှင်ဘုရင်အရာ၌ ခန့်ထား၍၊
2 He gathered together all the princes of Israel, with the priests and the Levites.
၂ဣသရေလမင်း ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ်၊ လေဝိသား အပေါင်းတို့ကို စုဝေးစေတော်မူ၏။
3 The Levites were counted from thirty years old and upward; and their number by their polls, man by man, was thirty-eight thousand.
၃လေဝိသားတို့တွင် အသက်သုံးဆယ် လွန်၍ စာရင်းဝင်သော ယောက်ျားပေါင်းကား၊ သုံးသောင်း ရှစ်ထောင်တည်း။
4 David said, “Of these, twenty-four thousand were to oversee the work of Yahweh’s house, six thousand were officers and judges,
၄ထိုသူတို့တွင် နှစ်သောင်းလေးထောင်တို့သည် ထာဝရဘုရား၏ အိမ်တော်အမှုကို ဆောင်ရွက်ရကြ၏။ ခြောက်ထောင်တို့သည် အရာရှိ၊ တရားသူကြီး လုပ်ရ ကြ၏။
5 four thousand were doorkeepers, and four thousand praised Yahweh with the instruments which I made for giving praise.”
၅လေးထောင်တို့သည် တံခါးကိုစောင့်ရကြ၏။ လေးထောင်တို့သည် ဂုဏ်တော်ကို ချီးမွမ်းစရာတုရိယာ တို့နှင့် ထာဝရဘုရား၏ဂုဏ်တော်ကို ချီးမွမ်းရကြ၏။
6 David divided them into divisions according to the sons of Levi: Gershon, Kohath, and Merari.
၆လေဝိသားဂေရရှုံ၊ ကောဟတ်၊ မေရာရိအမျိုး အသီးအသီးတို့ကို ဒါဝိဒ်ခွဲထား၍ တမျိုးတခြားစီ သင်းဖွဲ့ စေ၏။
7 Of the Gershonites: Ladan and Shimei.
၇ဂေရရှုံအမျိုးသားကား၊ လာဒန်နှင့်ရှိမိတည်း။
8 The sons of Ladan: Jehiel the chief, Zetham, and Joel, three.
၈လာဒန်သားအကြီးကား၊ ယေဟေလ၊ သူ၏ညီ ဇေသံနှင့် ယောလ၊ ပေါင်းသုံးယောက်တည်း။
9 The sons of Shimei: Shelomoth, Haziel, and Haran, three. These were the heads of the fathers’ households of Ladan.
၉ရှိမိသားကား ရှေလောမိတ်၊ ဟာဇေလ၊ ဟာရန်၊ ပေါင်းသုံးယောက်တည်း။ ဤသူတို့သည်လာဒန်အဆွေ အမျိုးသူကြီးဖြစ်ကြ၏။
10 The sons of Shimei: Jahath, Zina, Jeush, and Beriah. These four were the sons of Shimei.
၁၀ရှိမိသားကား ယာဟတ်၊ ဇိဇ၊ ယုရှ၊ ဗေရိ၊ ပေါင်း လေးယောက်တည်း။
11 Jahath was the chief, and Zizah the second; but Jeush and Beriah didn’t have many sons; therefore they became a fathers’ house in one reckoning.
၁၁ယာဟတ်ကားအကြီးဖြစ်၏။ ဇိဇကား ဒုတိယ အရာကို ရ၏။ ယုရှနှင့်ဗေရိ၌ကားသားများစွာမရှိ။ သို့ဖြစ်၍ အဆွေအမျိုးအလိုက် စာရင်းတခုတည်း၌ ပေါင်းကြ၏။
12 The sons of Kohath: Amram, Izhar, Hebron, and Uzziel, four.
၁၂ကောဟတ်သားကားအာမရံ၊ ဣဇဟာ၊ ဟေဗြုန်၊ ဩဇေလ၊ ပေါင်းလေးယောက်တည်း။
13 The sons of Amram: Aaron and Moses; and Aaron was separated that he should sanctify the most holy things, he and his sons forever, to burn incense before Yahweh, to minister to him, and to bless in his name forever.
၁၃အာမရံသားကား အာရုန်နှင့်မောရှေတည်း။ အာရုန်နှင့်သားစဉ်မြေးဆက်တို့သည် ထာဝရဘုရား ရှေ့တော်၌ နံ့သာပေါင်းကိုမီးရှို့ခြင်း၊ အမှုတော်ကို ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း၊ နာမတော်ကိုမြွက်၍ အစဉ်ကောင်းကြီး ပေးခြင်းအမှုကို ပြုရမည်အကြောင်း၊ အလွန်သန့်ရှင်း သောအရာတို့ကို သန့်ရှင်းစေခြင်းငှါ အခြားသူတို့နှင့် ခွဲထားသောသူဖြစ်ကြ၏။
14 But as for Moses the man of God, his sons were named among the tribe of Levi.
၁၄ဘုရားသခင့်လူမောရှေ၏သားကိုကား၊ လေဝိ အမျိုးသားတို့၏ စာရင်း၌သွင်းရ၏။
15 The sons of Moses: Gershom and Eliezer.
၁၅မောရှေသားကားဂေရရှုံနှင့် ဧလျေဇာတည်း။
16 The sons of Gershom: Shebuel the chief.
၁၆ဂေရရှုံသားတို့တွင်၊ ရှေဗွေလသည် အကြီး ဖြစ်၏။
17 The son of Eliezer was Rehabiah the chief; and Eliezer had no other sons, but the sons of Rehabiah were very many.
၁၇ဧလျေဇာသားအကြီးရေဟဘိ တယောက်တည်း ရှိ၏။ ရေဟဘိ၌ကား သားအလွန်များ၏။
18 The son of Izhar: Shelomith the chief.
၁၈ဣဇဟာသားအကြီးကားရှေလောမိတ်၊
19 The sons of Hebron: Jeriah the chief, Amariah the second, Jahaziel the third, and Jekameam the fourth.
၁၉ဟေဗြုန်သားအကြီးကားယေရိ၊ ဒုတိယသား အာမရိ၊ တတိယ သားယဟာဇေလ၊ စတုတ္ထသားယေကမံ၊
20 The sons of Uzziel: Micah the chief, and Isshiah the second.
၂၀ဩဇေလသားအကြီးကားမိက္ခာ၊ ဒုတိယသား ယေရှိတည်း။
21 The sons of Merari: Mahli and Mushi. The sons of Mahli: Eleazar and Kish.
၂၁မေရာရိသားကားမဟာလိနှင့် မုရှိတည်း။ မဟာလိသားကား ဧလာဇာနှင့် ကိရှတည်း။
22 Eleazar died, and had no sons, but daughters only; and their relatives, the sons of Kish, took them as wives.
၂၂ဧလာဇာသည်သားမရှိ။ သမီးသက်သက်ရှိ၍ သေ၏။ သူ့သမီးတို့နှင့်သူ့ညီကိရှသားတို့သည် စုံဘက် ကြ၏။
23 The sons of Mushi: Mahli, Eder, and Jeremoth, three.
၂၃မုရှိသားကား မဟာလိ၊ ဧဒါ၊ ယေရိမုတ်၊ ပေါင်း သုံးယောက်တည်း။
24 These were the sons of Levi after their fathers’ houses, even the heads of the fathers’ houses of those who were counted individually, in the number of names by their polls, who did the work for the service of Yahweh’s house, from twenty years old and upward.
၂၄ဤရွေ့ကားအသက်နှစ်ဆယ်လွန်၍ ထာဝရ ဘုရား၏ အိမ်တော်အမှုကို ဆောင်ရွက်ရသော လေဝိ အမျိုးသား အဆွေအမျိုးအလိုက် စာရင်းဝင်သော အဆွေ အမျိုးသူကြီးဖြစ်သတည်း။
25 For David said, “Yahweh, the God of Israel, has given rest to his people; and he dwells in Jerusalem forever.
၂၅ဣသရေလအမျိုး၏ ဘုရားသခင်ထာဝရ ဘုရားသည် မိမိလူမျိုးအား ငြိမ်ဝပ်သောအခွင့်ကိုပေး၍ ကိုယ်တော်တိုင် ယေရုရှလင်မြို့၌ အစဉ်နေတော်မူသော ကြောင့်၊
26 Also the Levites will no longer need to carry the tabernacle and all its vessels for its service.”
၂၆လေဝိသားတို့သည် တဲတော်နှင့်တဲတော်အမှု ဆောင်ရွက်ရာ တန်ဆာများကို နောက်တဖန်မထမ်းရဟု ဒါဝိဒ်မိန့်တော်မူ၏။
27 For by the last words of David the sons of Levi were counted, from twenty years old and upward.
၂၇နောက်ဆုံးအမိန့်တော်အတိုင်း၊ အသက် နှစ်ဆယ်လွန်သော လေဝိသားတို့ကို စာရင်းယူရ၏။
28 For their duty was to wait on the sons of Aaron for the service of Yahweh’s house—in the courts, in the rooms, and in the purifying of all holy things, even the work of the service of God’s house;
၂၈အကြောင်းမူကား၊ လေဝိသားတို့သည် အာရုန် သားတို့၏လက်ထောက်ဖြစ်သည်နှင့်အညီ၊ သန့်ရှင်းသော အရာရှိသမျှတို့ကို စင်ကြယ်စေ၍၊ ထာဝရဘုရား၏ အိမ်တော်နှင့်တန်တိုင်းများ၊ အခန်းများ၌အမှုကို ဆောင် ရွက်ရကြမည်။
29 for the show bread also, and for the fine flour for a meal offering, whether of unleavened wafers, or of that which is baked in the pan, or of that which is soaked, and for all measurements of quantity and size;
၂၉ရှေ့တော်မုန့်ကို၎င်း၊ ဘောဇဉ်ပူဇော်သက္ကာ မုန့်ညက်ကို၎င်း၊ တဆေးမဲ့မုန့်ပြား၊ သံပြားနှင့်ဖုတ်သော မုန့်၊ မုန့်ဆီကြော်ကို၎င်းလုပ်၍ ဘုရားသခင်၏ အိမ်တော် အမှုကိုလည်း ဆောင်ရွက်ရကြမည်။ တိုင်းတွာ၊ ချိန်တွယ်၊ ခြင်တွက်ခြင်းအမှုအမျိုးမျိုးကိုလည်း စီရင်ရကြမည်။
30 and to stand every morning to thank and praise Yahweh, and likewise in the evening;
၃၀နံနက်တိုင်း၊ ညဦးတိုင်းရပ်လျက်၊ ကျေးဇူးတော် ကြီးလှပါ၏ဟု ဝန်ခံ၍ထာဝရဘုရား၏ ဂုဏ်တော်ကို လည်း ချီးမွမ်းရကြမည်။
31 and to offer all burnt offerings to Yahweh on the Sabbaths, on the new moons, and on the set feasts, in number according to the ordinance concerning them, continually before Yahweh;
၃၁ပညတ်တရားတော်အတိုင်းဥပုသ်နေ့၊ လဆန်း နေ့၊ ဓမ္မပွဲနေ့၊ အစဉ်မပြတ်ထာဝရဘုရားရှေ့တော်၌ မီးရှို့ရာ ယဇ်မျိုးတို့ကို ပူဇော်ရကြမည်။
32 and that they should keep the duty of the Tent of Meeting, the duty of the holy place, and the duty of the sons of Aaron their brothers for the service of Yahweh’s house.
၃၂ပရိသတ်စည်းဝေရာတဲတော်ကို၎င်း၊ သန့်ရှင်း ရာဌာနတော်ကို၎င်း၊ ထာဝရဘုရားအိမ်တော်၌ အမှု တော်ကို ဆောင်ရွက်သော ညီအစ်ကိုအာရုန်သားတို့ကို ၎င်း စောင့်ရကြမည်။
