Titus 2
1 But say the things which fit sound doctrine,
ⲁ̅⳿ⲛⲑⲟⲕ ⲇⲉ ⲥⲁϫⲓ ⳿ⲛⲛⲏⲉⲧⲥⲁⲓⲱⲟⲩ ⳿ⲛϯ ⳿ⲥⲃⲱ ⲉⲑⲟⲩⲟϫ.
2 that older men should be temperate, sensible, sober minded, sound in faith, in love, and in perseverance,
ⲃ̅ⲛⲓϧⲉⲗⲗⲟⲓ ⲉⲑⲣⲟⲩϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲉⲩⲣⲏⲥ ⲉⲩⲟⲓ ⳿ⲛⲥⲉⲙⲛⲟⲥ ⳿ⲛⲥⲁⲃⲉ ⲉⲩⲟⲩⲟϫ ϧⲉⲛ ⳿ⲫⲛⲁϩϯ ϧⲉⲛ ϯⲁⲅⲁⲡⲏ ϧⲉⲛ ϯϩⲩⲡⲟⲙⲟⲛⲏ.
3 and that older women likewise be reverent in behavior, not slanderers nor enslaved to much wine, teachers of that which is good,
ⲅ̅ⲡⲁⲓⲣⲏϯ ⲟⲛ ⲛⲓϧⲉⲗⲗⲱ ⲉⲑⲣⲟⲩϣⲱⲡⲓ ϧⲉⲛ ⲟⲩⲥⲉⲙⲛⲓ ⲉⲩ⳿ⲙ⳿ⲡϣⲁ ⳿ⲙⲡⲓⲧⲟⲩⲃⲟ ⳿ⲉϩⲁⲛⲇⲓ⳿ⲁⲃⲟⲗⲟⲥ ⲁⲛ ⳿ⲛⲥⲉⲟⲓ ⳿ⲙⲃⲱⲕ ⲁⲛ ϧⲉⲛ ⲟⲩⲙⲏϣ ⳿ⲛⲏⲣⲡ ⲉⲩⲟⲓ ⳿ⲛⲣⲉϥϯ⳿ⲥⲃⲱ ⳿ⲉⲛⲁⲛⲉϥ.
4 that they may train the young wives to love their husbands, to love their children,
ⲇ̅ϩⲓⲛⲁ ⳿ⲛⲥⲉϯ⳿ⲥⲃⲱ ⳿ⲛⲛⲓ⳿ⲁⲗⲱⲟⲩ⳿ⲓ ⳿ⲛϩⲓ⳿ⲟⲙⲓ ⳿ⲉⲉⲣⲙⲁⲓϩⲁⲓ ⳿ⲙⲙⲁⲓϣⲏⲣⲓ.
5 to be sober minded, chaste, workers at home, kind, being in subjection to their own husbands, that God’s word may not be blasphemed.
ⲉ̅⳿ⲛⲥⲁⲃⲏ ⲉⲩⲧⲟⲩⲃⲏⲟⲩⲧ ⲛⲓⲣⲉϥⲥⲉϩⲛⲉ ⲡⲟⲩⲏⲓ ⳿ⲛ⳿ⲁⲅⲁⲑⲏ ⲉⲩϭⲛⲟ ⳿ⲛϫⲱⲟⲩ ⳿ⲛⲛⲟⲩϩⲁⲓ ϩⲓⲛⲁ ⲡⲓⲥⲁϫⲓ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉ ⲫϯ ⳿ⲛⲥⲉϫⲉⲟⲩⲁ ⳿ⲉⲣⲟϥ ⲁⲛ.
6 Likewise, exhort the younger men to be sober minded.
ⲋ̅ⲡⲁⲓⲣⲏϯ ⲟⲛ ⲛⲓϧⲉⲗϣ⳿ⲓⲣⲓ ⲙⲁⲛⲟⲙϯ ⲛⲱⲟⲩ ⲉⲑⲣⲟⲩⲉⲣⲥⲁⲃⲉ.
7 In all things show yourself an example of good works. In your teaching, show integrity, seriousness, incorruptibility,
ⲍ̅ⲉⲕ⳿ⲓⲣⲓ ⳿ⲙⲙⲟⲕ ⳿ⲛⲧⲩⲡⲟⲥ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉ ϩⲁⲛ⳿ϩⲃⲏⲟⲩ⳿ⲓ ⳿ⲉⲛⲁⲛⲉⲩ ϧⲉⲛ ϩⲱⲃ ⲛⲓⲃⲉⲛ ϧⲉⲛ ϯⲙⲉⲧⲣⲉϥϯ ⳿ⲥⲃⲱ ϧⲉⲛ ϯⲙⲉⲧⲁⲧⲧⲁⲕⲟ ⲟⲩⲥⲁϫⲓ ⳿ⲛⲥⲉⲙⲛⲟⲥ.
8 and soundness of speech that can’t be condemned, that he who opposes you may be ashamed, having no evil thing to say about us.
ⲏ̅ⲟⲩⲥⲁϫⲓ ⲉϥⲟⲩⲟϫ ⳿ⲛⲁⲧⲉⲣⲕⲁⲧⲁⲅⲓⲛⲱⲥⲕⲓⲛ ⳿ⲙⲙⲟϥ ϩⲓⲛⲁ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉϥϭⲓϣⲓⲡⲓ ⳿ⲛϫⲉ ⲫⲏⲉⲧϯ ⲟⲩⲃⲏⲛ ⳿ⲙⲙⲟⲛⲧⲉϥ ⳿ϩⲗⲓ ⳿ⲙⲡⲉⲧϩⲱⲟⲩ ⳿ⲉϫⲱϥ ϧⲁⲣⲟⲛ.
9 Exhort servants to be in subjection to their own masters and to be well-pleasing in all things, not contradicting,
ⲑ̅ⲛⲓⲉⲃⲓⲁⲓⲕ ⲉⲑⲣⲟⲩϭⲛⲉϫⲱⲟⲩ ⳿ⲛⲛⲟⲩϭⲓⲥⲉⲩ ⲉⲩⲣⲁⲛⲱⲟⲩ ϧⲉⲛ ϩⲱⲃ ⲛⲓⲃⲉⲛ.
10 not stealing, but showing all good fidelity, that they may adorn the doctrine of God, our Savior, in all things.
ⲓ̅⳿ⲛⲥⲉⲟⲓ ⳿ⲛⲣⲉϥϭⲓⲟⲩ⳿ⲓ ⲁⲛ ⲁⲗⲗⲁ ⲉⲩⲟⲩⲟⲛϩ ⳿ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⳿ⲙ⳿ⲫⲛⲁϩϯ ⲧⲏⲣϥ ⲉⲑⲛⲁⲛⲉⲩ ϩⲓⲛⲁ ϯ⳿ⲥⲃⲱ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉ ⲫϯ ⲡⲉⲛⲥⲱⲧⲏⲣ ⳿ⲛⲥⲉⲥⲉⲗⲥⲱⲗⲥ ϧⲉⲛ ϩⲱⲃ ⲛⲓⲃⲉⲛ.
11 For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation to all men,
ⲓ̅ⲁ̅⳿ⲡ⳿ϩⲙⲟⲧ ⲅⲁⲣ ⳿ⲙⲫϯ ⲡⲉⲛⲥⲱⲧⲏⲣ ⲁϥⲟⲩⲟⲛϩ ⳿ⲉⲣⲱⲙⲓ ⲛⲓⲃⲉⲛ.
12 instructing us to the intent that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we would live soberly, righteously, and godly in this present age; (aiōn g165)
ⲓ̅ⲃ̅ⲉϥϯ⳿ⲥⲃⲱ ⲛⲁⲛ ϩⲓⲛⲁ ⳿ⲉⲁⲛϫⲉⲗ ϯⲙⲉⲧⲁⲥⲉⲃⲏ ⲥ ⳿ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲛⲓⲉⲡⲓⲑⲩⲙⲓⲁ ⳿ⲛⲕⲟⲥⲙⲓⲕⲟⲛ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉⲛⲱⲛϧ ϧⲉⲛ ⲟⲩⲙⲉⲧⲥⲁⲃⲉ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲟⲩⲙⲉⲑⲙⲏⲓ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲟⲩⲙⲉⲧⲉⲩⲥⲉⲃⲏⲥ ϧⲉⲛ ⲡⲁⲓⲉⲛⲉϩ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉ ϯⲛⲟⲩ. (aiōn g165)
13 looking for the blessed hope and appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ,
ⲓ̅ⲅ̅ⲧⲉⲛϫⲟⲩϣⲧ ⳿ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϧⲁϫⲱⲥ ⳿ⲛϯⲛⲁⲓⲁⲧⲥ ⳿ⲛϩⲉⲗⲡⲓⲥ ⲛⲉⲙ ⳿ⲫⲟⲩⲱⲛϩ ⳿ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉ ⳿ⲡⲱⲟⲩ ⳿ⲙⲫϯ ⲡⲓⲛⲓϣϯ Ⲡⲭ̅ⲥ̅ Ⲓⲏ̅ⲥ̅ ⲡⲉⲛⲥⲱⲧⲏⲣ.
14 who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity and purify for himself a people for his own possession, zealous for good works.
ⲓ̅ⲇ̅ⲫⲁⲓ ⲉⲧⲁϥⲧⲏⲓϥ ⳿ⲉ⳿ϩⲣⲏⲓ ⳿ⲉϫⲱⲛ ϣⲁⲧⲉϥⲛⲁϩⲙⲉⲛ ⳿ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲁ ⳿ⲁⲛⲟⲙⲓ⳿ⲁ ⲛⲓⲃⲉⲛ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉϥⲧⲟⲩⲃⲟⲛ ⲛⲁϥ ⲉⲩⲗⲁⲟⲥ ⲉϥ⳿ⲥⲙⲟⲛⲧ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⳿ⲛⲣⲉϥⲭⲟϩ ⳿ⲉϩⲁⲛ⳿ϩⲃⲏⲟⲩ⳿ⲓ ⳿ⲉⲛⲁⲛⲉⲩ.
15 Say these things and exhort and reprove with all authority. Let no one despise you.
