Exodus 35
1 Moses/I gathered all the Israeli people together and said to them, “This is what Yahweh has commanded you to do:
Hierauf versammelte Mose die ganze Gemeinde der Israeliten und sprach zu ihnen: Dies ist's, was Jahwe zu thun befohlen hat:
2 [Each week] you may work for six days, but on the seventh day you must rest. It is a sacred day, dedicated to Yahweh. Anyone who does any work on the seventh day must be executed.
Sechs Tage hindurch darf Arbeit verrichtet werden, den siebenten Tag aber sollt ihr heilig halten als einen Jahwe geweihten Tag unbedingter Ruhe. Jeder, der eine Arbeit an ihm verrichtet, soll getötet werden.
3 Do not [even] light a fire in your homes on days of rest.”
Am Sabbattage dürft ihr kein Feuer anzünden in allen euren Wohnungen.
4 Moses/I also said to all the Israeli people, “This is [also] what Yahweh has commanded:
Da gebot Mose der ganzen Gemeinde der Israeliten also: Dies ist's, was Jahwe befohlen hat:
5 Make offerings to Yahweh. Everyone who wants to should bring to Yahweh an offering. [These are the things that they may offer]: Gold, silver, bronze,
Liefert von eurem Besitz eine Beisteuer für Jahwe! Jeder, den sein Herz dazu treibt, möge sie bringen, die Beisteuer für Jahwe: Gold, Silber, Kupfer,
6 fine white linen, blue or purple or red cloth, [cloth made from] goats’ hair,
blauen und roten Purpur, Karmesin, Byssus und Ziegenhaar,
7 rams’ skins that are (tanned/dyed red), fine leather made from goatskins, wood from acacia [trees],
rotgefärbte Widderfelle, Seekuhfelle und Akazienholz,
8 oil for the lamps, spices to put in the olive oil for anointing and in the sweet-smelling incense,
Öl für den Leuchter, sowie Spezereien zum Salböl und zum wohlriechenden Räucherwerk,
9 [valuable] onyx stones or [other] valuable stones to fasten onto the [priest’s] sacred apron and put on his sacred chest pouch.
Schohamsteine und Edelsteine zum Besetzen des Schulterkleids und der Tasche.
10 “All the skilled workers among you should come and make all the things that Yahweh has commanded:
Und alle, die kunstverständig sind unter euch, mögen kommen und alles das verfertigen, was Jahwe gefordert hat:
11 The Sacred Tent and its covering, its fasteners and its frames, its crossbars, its posts, its bases,
die Wohnung mit ihren Zeltwänden und ihrer Decke, ihren Haken, Brettern, Riegeln, Säulen und Füßen,
12 the sacred chest with its poles and its lid, the curtain that will separate the Holy Place from the Very Holy Place,
die Lade mit ihren Stangen, die Deckplatte und den verhüllenden Vorhang;
13 the table with the poles [for carrying it] and all the things that will be used with the table, the sacred bread that will be offered to God,
den Tisch mit seinen Stangen und allen seinen Geräten und den Schaubroten,
14 the lampstand for the lamps with all the things that will be used to take care of them, the oil for the lamps,
den Leuchter mit seinen Geräten und seinen Lampen und das Öl für den Leuchter,
15 the altar for [burning] incense, and the poles [for carrying that altar], the oil for anointing and the sweet-smelling incense, the curtain for the entrance of the Sacred Tent,
den Räucheraltar mit seinen Stangen, das Salböl, das wohlriechende Räucherwerk und den Thürvorhang für die Thüre der Wohnung,
16 the altar for offering [sacrifices that will be completely] burned and its bronze grating, the poles [for carrying] that altar and all the things that will be used with it, the washbasin and its base,
den Brandopferaltar mit seinem kupfernen Gitterwerk, seinen Stangen und allen seinen Geräten, das Becken mit seinem Gestelle,
17 the curtains [to surround] the courtyard and the posts and bases [for the posts from which to hang the curtains], the curtain for the entrance to the courtyard,
die Umhänge des Vorhofs, seine Säulen samt ihren Füßen, sowie den Vorhang für das Thor des Vorhofs,
18 the pegs and ropes for the Sacred Tent and for the courtyard,
die Pflöcke zur Befestigung der Wohnung und die Pflöcke zur Befestigung des Vorhofs samt den zugehörigen Stricken,
19 and the beautiful clothes that Aaron and his sons are to wear when they do their work in the Holy Place.”
die prachtvoll gewirkten Kleider für den Dienst im Heiligtume, die heiligen Kleider für Aaron, den Priester, und die Kleider seiner Söhne zum priesterlichen Dienst.
20 Then all the Israeli people returned [to their tents].
Hierauf ging die ganze Gemeinde der Israeliten von Mose hinweg.
21 Everyone who wanted to brought an offering to Yahweh. They brought some of the things that would be used to make the Sacred Tent and all the other items that would be used in the rituals, and the materials to make the sacred clothes [for the priests].
Sodann aber kam ein jeder, den sein Herz dazu trieb, und jeder, der dazu willig war, und brachte die Beisteuer für Jahwe zur Anfertigung des Offenbarungszeltes und für den gesamten Dienst in ihm und zu den heiligen Kleidern.
22 All the men and women who wanted to brought gold ornaments, earrings, rings, necklaces, and many other kinds of things made of gold, and they dedicated them to Yahweh.
Und zwar brachten sowohl Männer als Frauen: alle, die ihr Herz dazu trieb, brachten Spangen, Ohrringe, Fingerringe und Geschmeide, allerlei goldene Schmucksachen; dazu alle die, welche Jahwe eine Gabe an Gold zu weihen beschlossen hatten.
23 And many [HYP] people who had blue, purple, or red cloth or fine white linen or cloth made from goats’ hair or rams’ skins that were (tanned/dyed red) or leather made from goatskins brought some of these things.
Und alle die, welche blauen und roten Purpur, Karmesin, Byssus und Ziegenhaar, rotgefärbte Widderfelle und Seekuhfelle besaßen, die brachten sie herbei.
24 All those who had silver or bronze brought them as offerings to Yahweh. All those who had some acacia wood that could be used for any of the work brought it.
Alle die, welche eine Beisteuer an Silber und Kupfer liefern wollten, brachten die Beisteuer für Jahwe herbei; und alle die, welche Akazienholz besaßen, wie es allenthalben bei der Anfertigung zu verwenden war, die brachten es.
25 All the women who were skilled to make cloth brought fine linen thread and blue, purple, or red yarn/thread that they had made/spun.
Und alle kunstverständigen Frauen spannen eigenhändig und brachten das Gespinst: blauen und roten Purpur, Karmesin und Byssus.
26 And all the women who wanted to made/spun thread from goats’ hair.
Und alle Frauen, die sich vermöge ihrer Kunstfertigkeit dazu getrieben fühlten, spannen Ziegenhaar.
27 All the leaders brought valuable onyx stones and other valuable stones to be fastened to Aaron’s sacred apron and his sacred chest pouch.
Die Fürsten aber brachten die Schohamsteine und die Edelsteine zum Besetzen des Schulterkleids und der Tasche,
28 They also brought spices [to put in the sweet-smelling incense], and they brought olive oil for the lamps and for the oil for anointing and for putting in the sweet-smelling incense.
dazu die Spezereien und das Öl für den Leuchter und zum Salböl und zum wohlriechenden Räucherwerk.
29 All the Israeli men and women who wanted to brought these things to offer them to Yahweh, for doing the work that he had commanded Moses/me to do.
Alle Männer und Frauen, die sich angetrieben fühlten, für alle die Arbeiten, deren Anfertigung Jahwe durch Mose befohlen hatte, Gaben zu bringen, - als freiwillige Spende an Jahwe brachten die Israeliten ihre Gaben.
30 Moses/I said to the Israeli people, “Listen carefully. Yahweh has chosen Bezalel, the son of Uri and grandson of Hur, from the tribe of Judah.
Mose aber sprach zu den Israeliten: Merket auf! Jahwe hat Bezaleel, den Sohn Uris, des Sohnes Hurs, vom Stamme Juda, namentlich berufen
31 Yahweh has enabled his Spirit to completely control Bezalel and has given him ability and enabled him to know how to do very skilled work.
und ihn erfüllt mit göttlichem Geiste, mit Kunstsinn, Einsicht, Wissen und allerlei Kunstfertigkeiten,
32 He can engrave skillful designs in gold, silver, and bronze.
um Kunstwerke zu ersinnen und in Gold, Silber und Kupfer,
33 He can cut (jewels/valuable stones) and enclose them [in tiny gold frames]. He can carve things from wood and do other skilled work.
sowie mittels Bearbeitung von Edelsteinen zum Besetzen und mittels Bearbeitung von Holz auszuführen und so in allen Gattungen von Kunstwerken zu arbeiten.
34 Yahweh has also given to him and to Oholiab, the son of Ahisamach, from the tribe of Dan, the ability to teach their skills to others.
Aber auch die Gabe der Unterweisung hat er ihm verliehen, ihm und Oholiab, dem Sohne Ahisamachs vom Stamme Dan.
35 He has given to them the ability to do all kinds of work that is done by craftsmen—those who create artistic things, those who make fine white linen, those who embroider designs using blue or purple or red yarn/thread, and those who make other cloth. They are able to do many [HYP] kinds of skillful work.
Er hat sie erfüllt mit Kunstsinn, allerlei Arbeiten auszuführen, wie sie der Schmied und der Zimmermann, der Kunstweber, der Buntwirker in blauem und rotem Purpur, Karmesin und Byssus, sowie der Weber fertigt, indem sie alle Arbeiten ausführen und Kunstwerke ersinnen.
