1 Samuel 15
1 and to say Samuel to(wards) Saul [obj] me to send: depart LORD to/for to anoint you to/for king upon people his upon Israel and now to hear: hear to/for voice: message word LORD
Et Samuel dit à Saül: C'est à moi que l'Éternel a donné la mission de t'oindre pour t'établir roi sur son peuple, sur Israël: écoute donc l'énoncé des paroles de l'Éternel!
2 thus to say LORD Hosts to reckon: list [obj] which to make: do Amalek to/for Israel which to set: put to/for him in/on/with way: journey in/on/with to ascend: rise he from Egypt
Ainsi parle l'Éternel des armées: Je veux punir ce qu'ont fait les Amalécites à Israël en se mettant sur son chemin lorsqu'il sortait de l'Egypte.
3 now to go: went and to smite [obj] Amalek and to devote/destroy [obj] all which to/for him and not to spare upon him and to die from man till woman from infant and till to suckle from cattle and till sheep from camel and till donkey
Dès lors, marche et défais les Amalécites et dévoue tout ce qui est à eux, sans pitié pour eux, et fais mourir hommes et femmes, et l'enfant et le nourrisson, et le bœuf et la brebis, et le chameau et l'âne.
4 and to hear: proclaim Saul [obj] [the] people and to reckon: list them in/on/with Telaim hundred thousand on foot and ten thousand with man Judah
Et Saül adressa l'appel au peuple, et le fit passer à la revue à Telaïm où il compta deux cent mille hommes d'infanterie, et dix mille hommes de Juda.
5 and to come (in): come Saul till city Amalek and to ambush in/on/with torrent: valley
Et Saül s'avança jusqu'à la ville d'Amalek et dressa une embuscade dans la vallée.
6 and to say Saul to(wards) [the] Kenite to go: went to turn aside: depart to go down from midst Amalekite lest to gather you with him and you(m. s.) to make: do kindness with all son: descendant/people Israel in/on/with to ascend: rise they from Egypt and to turn aside: depart Kenite from midst Amalek
Et Saül dit aux Kénites: Allez, faites votre retraite, descendez et sortez du milieu des Amalécites, afin que je ne vous emporte pas avec eux. Car vous avez montré de l'amitié à tous les Israélites lorsqu'ils venaient de l'Egypte. Et les Kénites se retirèrent du milieu des Amalécites.
7 and to smite Saul [obj] Amalek from Havilah to come (in): towards you Shur which upon face: surface Egypt
Et Saül battit Amalek de Havila à Sour qui est au devant de l'Egypte.
8 and to capture [obj] Agag king Amalek alive and [obj] all [the] people to devote/destroy to/for lip: edge sword
Et il prit vivant Agag, roi d'Amalek; et il exécuta l'anathème sur tout le peuple au fil de l'épée.
9 and to spare Saul and [the] people upon Agag and upon best [the] flock and [the] cattle and [the] second and upon [the] ram and upon all [the] good and not be willing to devote/destroy them and all [the] work vile and to melt [obj] her to devote/destroy
Mais Saül et le peuple épargnèrent Agag et les meilleures pièces du menu et du gros bétail, et celles de seconde qualité, et les agneaux, et tout ce qui était bon; et ils ne voulurent pas le dévouer; mais tout ce qui était vil et détérioré, ils le dévouèrent.
10 and to be word LORD to(wards) Samuel to/for to say
Alors la parole de l'Éternel fut adressée à Samuel en ces termes:
11 to be sorry: relent for to reign [obj] Saul to/for king for to return: turn back from after me and [obj] word my not to arise: establish and to be incensed to/for Samuel and to cry out to(wards) LORD all [the] night
Je me repens d'avoir fait Saül roi, car il s'est détourné de moi, et n'a point mis à effet mes paroles. Et Samuel fut irrité, et toute la nuit il éleva des cris vers l'Éternel.
12 and to rise Samuel to/for to encounter: meet Saul in/on/with morning and to tell to/for Samuel to/for to say to come (in): come Saul [the] Carmel [to] and behold to stand to/for him hand: themselves and to turn: turn and to pass and to go down [the] Gilgal
Et Samuel se leva pour rencontrer Saül le matin. Et Samuel reçut cet avis: Saül est venu au Carmel, et voilà qu'il s'érige un monument, et il s'en retourne et passe pour descendre à Guilgal.
13 and to come (in): come Samuel to(wards) Saul and to say to/for him Saul to bless you(m. s.) to/for LORD to arise: establish [obj] word LORD
Et lorsque Samuel arriva près de Saül, Saül lui dit: Sois béni de l'Éternel, car j'ai mis à effet la parole de l'Éternel.
14 and to say Samuel and what? voice: sound [the] flock [the] this in/on/with ear my and voice: sound [the] cattle which I to hear: hear
Et Samuel dit: Mais qu'est-ce que ce que ces bêlements de brebis, qui arrivent à mes oreilles, et ces mugissements de bœufs que j'entends?
15 and to say Saul from Amalekite to come (in): bring them which to spare [the] people upon best [the] flock and [the] cattle because to sacrifice to/for LORD God your and [obj] [the] advantage to devote/destroy
Et Saül dit: ils ont été amenés d'Amalek parce que le peuple a épargné les meilleures pièces du menu et du gros bétail, pour les offrir à l'Éternel, ton Dieu; mais le reste, nous l'avons dévoué.
16 and to say Samuel to(wards) Saul to slacken and to tell to/for you [obj] which to speak: speak LORD to(wards) me [the] night (and to say *QK) to/for him to speak: speak
Et Samuel dit à Saül: Arrête pour que je te déclare ce que l'Éternel m'a dit cette nuit. Et il lui dit: Parle.
17 and to say Samuel not if small you(m. s.) in/on/with eye: appearance your head: leader tribe Israel you(m. s.) and to anoint you LORD to/for king upon Israel
Et Samuel dit: Est-ce que, lors même que tu étais petit à tes propres yeux, tu n'es pas devenu le chef des Tribus d'Israël et par l'onction de l'Éternel ne t'a-t-Il pas créé roi d'Israël?
18 and to send: depart you LORD in/on/with way: journey and to say to go: went and to devote/destroy [obj] [the] sinner [obj] Amalek and to fight in/on/with him till to end: destroy they [obj] them
Et l'Éternel t'avait donné la mission de marcher, et Il t'avait dit: Va et mets sous l'anathème les pécheurs, les Amalécites, et leur fais la guerre jusqu'à ce que tu les aies extermines;
19 and to/for what? not to hear: obey in/on/with voice LORD and to pounce to(wards) [the] spoil and to make: do [the] bad: evil in/on/with eye: seeing LORD
or, pourquoi n'as-tu pas écouté la voix de l'Éternel, et t'es-tu jeté sur le butin, et as-tu fait ce qui est mal aux yeux de l'Éternel?
20 and to say Saul to(wards) Samuel which to hear: obey in/on/with voice LORD and to go: went in/on/with way: journey which to send: depart me LORD and to come (in): bring [obj] Agag king Amalek and [obj] Amalek to devote/destroy
Et Saül dit à Samuel: J'ai écouté la voix de l'Éternel et suivi la route par laquelle Il m'envoyait; et j'ai amené Agag, roi d'Amalek et exécuté l'anathème sur les Amalécites.
21 and to take: take [the] people from [the] spoil flock and cattle first: best [the] devoted thing to/for to sacrifice to/for LORD God your in/on/with Gilgal
Mais le peuple a pris sur le butin des brebis et des bœufs, prémices de l'anathème, pour les sacrifier à l'Éternel ton Dieu, à Guilgal.
22 and to say Samuel pleasure to/for LORD in/on/with burnt offering and sacrifice like/as to hear: obey in/on/with voice LORD behold to hear: obey from sacrifice pleasant to/for to listen from fat ram
Et Samuel dit: L'Éternel prend-Il plaisir aux holocaustes et aux victimes comme à l'obéissance rendue à l'Éternel? Voici, l'obéissance est plus qu'une belle victime, l'attention plus que la graisse des béliers.
23 for sin divination rebellion and evil: wickedness and teraphim to press because to reject [obj] word LORD and to reject you from king
Car la rébellion équivaut au péché de divination, et la révolte au crime d'idolâtrie. Puisque tu as rejeté la parole de l'Éternel, l'Éternel t'a rejeté pour t'ôter la royauté.
24 and to say Saul to(wards) Samuel to sin for to pass: trespass [obj] lip: word LORD and [obj] word your for to fear [obj] [the] people and to hear: obey in/on/with voice their
Et Saül dit à Samuel: J'ai péché en transgressant l'ordre de l'Éternel et tes instructions, car j'ai eu peur du peuple et j'ai écouté sa voix.
25 and now to lift: forgive please [obj] sin my and to return: return with me and to bow to/for LORD
Et maintenant pardonne mon péché, et reviens avec moi, afin que j'adore l'Éternel!
26 and to say Samuel to(wards) Saul not to return: return with you for to reject [obj] word LORD and to reject you LORD from to be king upon Israel
Et Samuel dit à Saül: Je ne retournerai point avec toi! Puisque tu as répudié la parole de l'Éternel, l'Éternel t'a aussi répudié pour que tu ne règnes plus sur Israël.
27 and to turn: turn Samuel to/for to go: went and to strengthen: hold in/on/with wing robe his and to tear
Puis Samuel se tourna pour s'en aller; mais Saül le saisit par la houppe de son manteau, qui fut arrachée.
28 and to say to(wards) him Samuel to tear LORD [obj] kingdom Israel from upon you [the] day: today and to give: give her to/for neighbor your [the] pleasant from you
Alors Samuel lui dit: Aujourd'hui l'Éternel t'arrache la royauté d'Israël, et Il la donne à un autre, meilleur que toi.
29 and also perpetuity Israel not to deal and not to be sorry: relent for not man he/she/it to/for to be sorry: relent
Aussi bien Celui en qui Israël place sa confiance ne ment point et ne se repent point; car Il n'est pas homme, pour se repentir.
30 and to say to sin now to honor: honour me please before old: elder people my and before Israel and to return: return with me and to bow to/for LORD God your
Et [Saül] dit: J'ai péché! toutefois honore-moi devant les Anciens de mon peuple et devant Israël et reviens avec moi, afin que je rende mes adorations à l'Éternel, ton Dieu.
31 and to return: turn back Samuel after Saul and to bow Saul to/for LORD
Alors Samuel retourna à la suite de Saül, et Saül rendit ses adorations à l'Éternel.
32 and to say Samuel to approach: bring to(wards) me [obj] Agag king Amalek and to go: come to(wards) him Agag bond and to say Agag surely to turn aside: depart bitter [the] death
Et Samuel dit: Amenez-moi Agag, roi d'Amalek. Et Agag l'aborda gaiement, et Agag dit: Certes, la mort a perdu son amertume.
33 and to say Samuel like/as as which be bereaved woman sword your so be bereaved from woman mother your and to hew Samuel [obj] Agag to/for face: before LORD in/on/with Gilgal
Et Samuel dit: De même que ton épée a privé des femmes [de leurs enfants], de même entre les femmes ta mère restera sans enfants. Et Samuel coupa Agag en pièces devant l'Éternel à Guilgal.
34 and to go: went Samuel [the] Ramah [to] and Saul to ascend: rise to(wards) house: home his Gibeah Saul
Ensuite Samuel partit pour Rama, et Saül retourna dans sa maison à Gibea de Saül.
35 and not to add: again Samuel to/for to see: see [obj] Saul till day death his for to mourn Samuel to(wards) Saul and LORD to be sorry: relent for to reign [obj] Saul upon Israel
Samuel ne visita plus Saül jusqu'au jour de sa mort; car Samuel était dans le deuil à cause de Saül, et l'Éternel se repentait d'avoir fait Saül roi d'Israël.
