< Romans 14 >

1 The [one] now being weak in the faith do receive not for passing judgment on reasonings.
ⲁ̅ⲠⲈⲦϢⲰⲚⲒ ϦⲈⲚⲪⲚⲀϨϮ ϢⲞⲠϤ ⲈⲢⲰⲦⲈⲚ ϦⲈⲚϨⲀⲚϨⲒⲞⲒ ⲀⲚ ⲚⲦⲈϨⲀⲚⲘⲞⲔⲘⲈⲔ.
2 One indeed believes to eat all things, the [one] however being weak vegetables eats.
ⲃ̅ⲞⲨⲞⲚ ⲠⲈⲐⲚⲀϨϮ ⲘⲈⲚ ⲈⲞⲨⲈⲘ ⲈⲚⲬⲀⲒ ⲚⲒⲂⲈⲚ ⲠⲈⲦϢⲰⲚⲒ ⲆⲈ ϢⲀϤⲞⲨⲈⲘ ⲞⲨⲞϮ.
3 The [one] eating the [one] not eating not he should despise, (and *k) the [one] (now *no) not eating him eating not he should judge; God for him has received.
ⲅ̅ⲪⲎ ⲈⲐⲞⲨⲰⲘ ⲘⲠⲈⲚⲐⲢⲈϤϢⲈϢϤ ⲪⲎ ⲈⲦⲈⲚϤⲞⲨⲰⲘ ⲀⲚ ⲪⲎ ⲈⲦⲈⲚϤⲞⲨⲰⲘ ⲀⲚ ⲘⲠⲈⲚⲐⲢⲈϤϮ ϨⲀⲠ ⲈⲠⲈⲐⲞⲨⲰⲘ ⲪⲚⲞⲨϮ ⲄⲀⲢ ⲀϤϢⲞⲠϤ ⲈⲢⲞϤ.
4 You yourself who are who is judging another’s servant? To the own master he stands or falls. He will be upheld however, (able is *N+kO) for (is *k) the (Lord *N+KO) to uphold him.
ⲇ̅ⲚⲐⲞⲔ ⲚⲒⲘ ⲚⲐⲞⲔ ⲪⲎ ⲈⲦϮϨⲀⲠ ⲈⲞⲨⲂⲰⲔ ⲚϢⲈⲘⲘⲞ ⲈϤⲞϨⲒ ⲈⲢⲀⲦϤ ⲈⲠⲈϤϬⲞⲒⲤ ⲒⲈ ⲈϤⲚⲀϨⲈⲒ ⲈϤⲞϨⲒ ⲆⲈ ⲈⲢⲀⲦϤ ⲞⲨⲞⲚ ϢϪⲞⲘ ⲘⲠϬⲞⲒⲤ ⲈⲦⲀϨⲞϤ ⲈⲢⲀⲦϤ.
5 One indeed (for *no) judges a day [to be] above [another] day, one [other] however judges every day [alike]; Each in the own mind should be fully assured.
ⲉ̅ⲞⲨⲞⲚ ⲠⲈϮϨⲀⲠ ⲄⲀⲢ ⲘⲈⲚ ⲚⲈϨⲞⲞⲨ ϦⲀⲦϨⲎ ⲚⲈϨⲞⲞⲨ ⲞⲨⲞⲚ ⲠⲈⲦϮϨⲀⲠ ⲆⲈ ⲚⲈϨⲞⲞⲨ ⲚⲒⲂⲈⲚ ⲠⲒⲞⲨⲀⲒ ⲠⲒⲞⲨⲀⲒ ⲘⲀⲢⲈϤⲐⲰⲦ ⲚϨⲎⲦ ϦⲈⲚⲠⲈϤϨⲎⲦ ⲘⲘⲒⲚ ⲘⲘⲞϤ.
6 The [one] regarding the day to [the] Lord regards [it] (and the [one] not regarding the day to [the] Lord not regards [it]; *K) (And *no) the [one] eating to [the] Lord eats, he gives thanks for to God; and the [one] not eating to [the] Lord not he eats, and he gives thanks to God.
ⲋ̅ⲪⲎ ⲈⲐⲘⲈⲨⲒ ⲈⲠⲒⲈϨⲞⲞⲨ ⲀϤⲘⲈⲨⲒ ⲈⲠϬⲞⲒⲤ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲠⲈⲐⲞⲨⲰⲘ ⲀϤⲞⲨⲰⲘ ⲘⲠϬⲞⲒⲤ ϤϢⲈⲠϨⲘⲞⲦ ⲄⲀⲢ ⲚⲦⲈⲚ ⲪⲚⲞⲨϮ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲪⲎ ⲈⲦⲈⲚϤⲞⲨⲰⲘ ⲀⲚ ϤⲞⲨⲰⲘ ⲀⲚ ⲘⲠϬⲞⲒⲤ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ϤϢⲈⲠϨⲘⲞⲦ ⲚⲦⲈⲚ ⲪⲚⲞⲨϮ.
7 No [one] for of us to himself lives and no [one] to himself dies.
ⲍ̅ⲘⲘⲞⲚ ϨⲖⲒ ⲄⲀⲢ ⲘⲘⲞⲚ ⲚⲀⲰⲚϦ ⲚⲀϤ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲘⲘⲞⲚ ϨⲖⲒ ⲚⲀⲘⲞⲨ ⲚⲀϤ.
8 If both for we shall live, to the Lord we live, if also we shall die, to the Lord we die. If both therefore we shall live, if also we shall die, the Lord’s we are.
ⲏ̅ⲈϢⲰⲠ ⲄⲀⲢ ⲈⲚⲚⲀⲰⲚϦ ⲈⲚⲚⲀⲰⲚϦ ⲘⲠϬ ⲤⲈϢⲰⲠ ⲆⲈ ⲈⲚⲚⲀⲘⲞⲨ ⲈⲚⲚⲀⲘⲞⲨ ⲘⲠϬⲞⲒⲤ ⲒⲦⲈ ⲞⲨⲚ ⲈⲚⲚⲀⲰⲚϦ ⲒⲦⲈ ⲈⲚⲚⲀⲘⲞⲨ ⲀⲚⲞⲚ ⲚⲀ ⲠϬⲞⲒⲤ.
9 Unto this for Christ (and *k) died (and rose up *K) and (lived again, *N+kO) that both over [the] dead and living He may rule.
ⲑ̅ⲈⲐⲂⲈ ⲪⲀⲒ ⲠⲬⲢⲒⲤⲦⲞⲤ ⲀϤⲘⲞⲨ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲀϤⲰⲚϦ ϨⲒⲚⲀ ⲚⲦⲈϤⲈⲢϬⲞⲒⲤ ⲈⲚⲎ ⲈⲐⲘⲰⲞⲨⲦ ⲚⲈⲘ ⲚⲎ ⲈⲦⲞⲚϦ.
10 You yourself however why judge you the brother or you? or also you yourself why do despise the brother of you? All for we will stand before the judgment seat (of God. *N+KO)
ⲓ̅ⲚⲐⲞⲔ ⲆⲈ ⲈⲐⲂⲈⲞⲨ ⲔϮϨⲀⲠ ⲈⲠⲈⲔⲤⲞⲚ ⲘⲘⲞⲚ ⲚⲐⲞⲔ ϨⲰⲔ ⲈⲐⲂⲈⲞⲨ ⲔϢⲰϢ ⲘⲠⲈⲔⲤⲞⲚ ⲀⲚⲞⲚ ⲄⲀⲢ ⲦⲎⲢⲈⲚ ⲤⲈⲚⲀⲦⲀϨⲞⲚ ⲈⲢⲀⲦⲈⲚ ⲚⲀϨⲢⲈⲚ ⲠⲒⲂⲎⲘⲀ ⲚⲦⲈⲪⲚⲞⲨϮ.
11 It has been written for: Live I myself, says [the] Lord, that to Me myself will bow every knee, and every tongue will confess to God.
ⲓ̅ⲁ̅ⲤⲤϦⲎⲞⲨⲦ ⲄⲀⲢ ϪⲈ ϮⲞⲚϦ ⲀⲚⲞⲔ ⲠⲈϪⲈ ⲠϬⲞⲒⲤ ϪⲈ ⲔⲈⲖⲒ ⲚⲒⲂⲈⲚ ⲈⲨⲈⲔⲰⲖϪ ⲚⲎⲒ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲚⲦⲈⲖⲀⲤ ⲚⲒⲂⲈⲚ ⲞⲨⲰⲚϨ ⲈⲂⲞⲖ ⲘⲪⲚⲞⲨϮ.
12 So then each of us concerning his own account (will give *NK+o) to God.
ⲓ̅ⲃ̅ϨⲀⲢⲀ ⲞⲨⲚ ⲠⲒⲞⲨⲀⲒ ⲠⲒⲞⲨⲀⲒ ⲘⲘⲞⲚ ϤⲚⲀϮⲖⲞⲄⲞⲤ ⲈϪⲰϤ ⲘⲪⲚⲞⲨϮ.
13 No longer therefore one another shall we judge, but this do determine rather, not to put [any] stumbling block before [your] brother or snare.
ⲓ̅ⲅ̅ⲘⲠⲈⲚⲐⲢⲈⲚϮϨⲀⲠ ⲞⲨⲚ ϪⲈ ⲈⲚⲈⲚⲈⲢⲎⲞⲨ ⲀⲖⲖⲀ ⲪⲀⲒ ⲘⲀⲖⲖⲞⲚ ⲘⲀϨⲀⲠ ⲈⲢⲞϤ ⲈϢⲦⲈⲘⲬ ⲀⲞⲨϬⲢⲞⲠ ⲒⲈ ⲞⲨⲤⲔⲀⲚⲆⲀⲖⲞⲚ ⲘⲠⲈⲔⲤⲞⲚ.
14 I know and I have been persuaded in [the] Lord Jesus that nothing [is] unclean through (itself, *NK+o) only except by the [one] reckoning anything unclean to be, to that one unclean [it is];
ⲓ̅ⲇ̅ϮⲈⲘⲒ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲠⲀϨⲎⲦ ⲐⲎⲦ ϦⲈⲚⲠϬⲞⲒⲤ ⲒⲎⲤⲞⲨⲤ ϪⲈ ⲘⲘⲞⲚ ϨⲖⲒ ⲈϤϬⲀϦⲈⲘ ⲈⲂⲞⲖ ϨⲒⲦⲞⲦϤ ⲈⲂⲎⲖ ⲈⲪⲎ ⲈⲐⲘⲈⲨⲒ ⲈⲞⲨⲈⲚⲬⲀⲒ ϪⲈ ϤϬⲀϦⲈⲘ ϤϬⲀϦⲈⲘ ⲚⲦⲞⲦϤ ⲘⲪⲎ ⲈⲦⲈⲘⲘⲀⲨ.
15 If (for *N+kO) on account of food the brother of you is grieved, no longer no longer according to love are you walking. Not with the food of you that one do destroy for whom Christ died.
ⲓ̅ⲉ̅ⲒⲤϪⲈ ⲄⲀⲢ ⲈⲐⲂⲈ ⲞⲨϦⲢⲈ ⲀⲢⲈ ⲠⲈⲔⲤⲞⲚ ⲚⲀⲈⲢⲤⲔⲀⲚⲆⲀⲖⲒⲌⲈⲤⲐⲈ ⲒⲈ ⲔⲘⲞϢⲒ ⲀⲚ ϪⲈ ⲔⲀⲦⲀ ⲞⲨⲀⲄⲀⲠⲎ ⲘⲠⲈⲢⲦⲀⲔⲈ ⲪⲎ ⲈⲦⲀ ⲠⲬⲢⲒⲤⲦⲞⲤ ⲘⲞⲨ ⲈϨⲢⲎⲒ ⲈϪⲰϤ ϦⲈⲚⲦⲈⲔϦⲢⲈ.
16 Not should be denigrated therefore your good.
ⲓ̅ⲋ̅ⲘⲠⲈⲚⲐⲢⲞⲨϪⲈⲞⲨⲀ ⲞⲨⲚ ⲈⲠⲈⲦⲈⲚⲠⲈⲐⲚⲀⲚⲈϤ.
17 Not for is the kingdom of God eating and drinking but righteousness and peace and joy in [the] Spirit Holy;
ⲓ̅ⲍ̅ϮⲘⲈⲦⲞⲨⲢⲞ ⲄⲀⲢ ⲚⲦⲈⲪⲚⲞⲨϮ ⲚⲀⲤϦⲈⲚ ⲞⲨⲰⲘ ⲀⲚ ⲚⲈⲘ ⲞⲨⲤⲰ ⲀⲖⲖⲀ ⲀⲤϦⲈⲚ ⲞⲨⲘⲈⲐⲘⲎ ⲒⲚⲈⲘ ⲞⲨϨⲒⲢⲎⲚⲎ ⲚⲈⲘ ⲞⲨⲢⲀϢⲒ ϦⲈⲚⲞⲨⲠⲚⲈⲨⲘⲀⲈϤⲞⲨⲀⲂ.
18 The [one] for in (this thing *N+KO) serving Christ [is] well-pleasing to God and approved by men.
ⲓ̅ⲏ̅ⲪⲎ ⲄⲀⲢ ⲈⲦⲞⲒ ⲘⲂⲰⲔ ϦⲈⲚⲚⲀⲒ ⲈⲠⲬⲢⲒⲤⲦⲞⲤ ϤⲢⲀⲚⲀϤ ⲘⲪⲚⲞⲨϮ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ϤⲤⲞⲨⲦⲰⲚ ⲠⲈ ϦⲈⲚⲚⲒⲢⲰⲘⲒ.
19 So then the [things] of peace we may pursue and the [things] for edification among each other.
ⲓ̅ⲑ̅ϨⲀⲢⲀ ⲞⲨⲚ ⲘⲀⲢⲈⲚϬⲞϪⲒ ⲚⲤⲀⲚⲀ ϮϨⲒⲢⲎⲚⲎ ⲚⲈⲘ ⲚⲀ ⲠⲒⲔⲰⲦ ⲈⲚⲈⲚⲈⲢⲎⲞⲨ.
20 Not for the sake of food do destroy the work of God. All things indeed [are] clean but [it is] evil to the man through a stumbling block eating;
ⲕ̅ⲘⲠⲈⲢⲂⲈⲖ ⲠⲒϨⲰⲂ ⲚⲦⲈⲪⲚⲞⲨϮ ⲈⲂⲞⲖ ⲈⲐⲂⲈ ⲞⲨϦⲢⲈ ⲤⲈⲞⲨⲀⲂ ⲘⲈⲚ ⲦⲎⲢⲞⲨ ⲀⲖⲖⲀ ⲞⲨⲠⲈⲦϨⲰⲞⲨ ⲠⲈ ⲘⲠⲒⲢⲰⲘⲒ ⲪⲎ ⲈⲐⲚⲀⲞⲨⲰⲘ ⲈⲂⲞⲖ ϨⲒⲦⲈⲚ ⲞⲨϬⲢⲞⲠ.
21 [It is] good neither to eat meat nor to drink wine nor [anything] in which the brother of you stumbles (or is led into sin or is weak *KO)
ⲕ̅ⲁ̅ⲚⲀⲚⲈⲤ ⲈϢⲦⲈⲘⲞⲨⲈⲘ ⲀϤ ⲞⲨⲆⲈ ⲈϢⲦⲈⲘⲤⲈ ⲎⲢⲠ ⲚⲈⲘ ⲪⲎ ⲈⲦⲈ ⲠⲈⲔⲤⲞⲚ ⲚⲀϬⲒϬⲢⲞⲠ ⲚϦⲎⲦϤ.
22 You yourself [the] faith (that *no) you have to yourself do keep before God; Blessed [is] the [one] not judging himself in what he approves.
ⲕ̅ⲃ̅ⲚⲐⲞⲔ ⲞⲨⲞⲚⲦⲀⲔ ⲚⲞⲨⲚⲀϨϮ ⲘⲘⲀⲨ ⲬⲀϤ ⲚϦⲎⲦⲔ ⲘⲠⲈⲘⲐⲞ ⲘⲪⲚⲞⲨϮ ⲰⲞⲨⲚⲒⲀⲦϤ ⲘⲪⲎ ⲈⲦⲈⲚϤⲚⲀϮϨⲀⲠ ⲈⲢⲞϤ ⲀⲚ ϦⲈⲚⲪⲎ ⲈⲦⲈϤⲚⲀⲈⲢⲆⲞⲔⲒⲘⲀⲌⲒⲚ ⲘⲘⲞϤ.
23 The [one] however doubting if he shall eat has been condemned, because [it is] not of faith; everything now that [is] not of faith sin is.
ⲕ̅ⲅ̅ⲪⲎ ⲆⲈ ⲈⲦⲞⲒ ⲚϨⲎⲦ ⲂⲈϢⲰⲠ ⲀϤϢⲀⲚⲞⲨⲰⲘ ⲀϤϨⲒⲦϤ ⲈⲠϨⲀⲠ ϪⲈ ⲚⲞⲨⲈⲂⲞⲖ ϦⲈⲚⲞⲨⲚⲀϨϮ ⲀⲚ ⲠⲈ ϨⲰⲂ ⲆⲈ ⲚⲒⲂⲈⲚ ⲈⲦⲈⲚⲞⲨⲈⲂⲞⲖ ϦⲈⲚⲞⲨⲚⲀϨϮ ⲀⲚ ⲠⲈ ⲞⲨⲚⲞⲂⲒ ⲠⲈ.
