Luke 8
1 And it came to pass afterward soon that He himself was traveling throughout city and village preaching and evangelising of the kingdom of God And the Twelve [were] with Him
૧થોડા સમય પછી ઈસુએ શહેરેશહેર તથા ગામેગામ ઈશ્વરના રાજ્યની સુવાર્તા પ્રગટ કરી અને બાર શિષ્યો પણ તેમની સાથે હતા,
2 and women certain who were cured from spirits evil and infirmities, Mary who is called Magdalene from whom demons seven had gone out,
૨કેટલીક સ્ત્રીઓને દુષ્ટાત્માઓથી તથા રોગોથી સાજી કરવામાં આવી હતી, તેઓમાં જેનાંમાંથી સાત દુષ્ટાત્માઓને કાઢવામાં આવ્યા હતા તે મગ્દલાની મરિયમ,
3 and Joanna wife of Chuza a steward of Herod and Susanna and others many who were ministering (to them *N+KO) (out of *N+kO) the possessions of theirs.
૩હેરોદના કારભારી ખોઝાની પત્ની યોહાન્ના, સુસાન્ના તથા બીજી ઘણી સ્ત્રીઓ, જેઓ પોતાના નાણાં વાપરીને ઈસુની સેવા કરતી હતી તેઓ પણ તેમની સાથે હતી.
4 When were assembling now a crowd great and those from each town are coming to Him He spoke through a parable:
૪જયારે ઘણાં લોકો એકઠા થયા, અને શહેરે શહેરના લોક તેમની પાસે આવ્યા, ત્યારે તેમણે દ્રષ્ટાંત કહ્યું કે,
5 Went out the [one] sowing to sow the seed of him; And in the sowing of him some indeed fell along the road and it was trampled upon, and the birds of the air devoured it.
૫‘એક માણસ બીજ વાવવાને ગયો, વાવતાં વાવતાં કેટલાક બીજ માર્ગની કોરે પડ્યાં. તે પગ નીચે કચરાઈ ગયા અને આકાશના પક્ષીઓ તે બીજ ખાઈ ગયા.
6 However other (fell *N+kO) upon the rock, and having sprung up it withered through not having moisture.
૬બીજાં બીજ પથ્થરવાળી જમીન પર પડયાં અને ઊગ્યાં તેવા જ તે ચીમળાઈ ગયા, કારણ, ત્યાં ભેજ નહોતો.
7 And other fell in [the] midst of the thorns, and having sprung up with [it] the thorns choked choked it.
૭કેટલાક બીજ કાંટાનાં જાળાંમાં પડ્યાં; અને કાંટાનાં જાળાંએ વધીને તેઓને દાબી નાખ્યાં.
8 And other fell (upon *N+kO) the soil good, and having sprung up it produced fruit a hundredfold. These things saying He was calling out; The [one] having ears to hear he should hear.
૮વળી બીજાં બીજ સારી જમીનમાં પડ્યાં, તે ઊગ્યાં અને તેને સોગણો પાક થયો,’ એ વાતો કહેતાં ઈસુએ ઊંચા અવાજે કહ્યું કે, જેને સાંભળવાને કાન છે તે સાંભળે.’”
9 Were asking then Him the disciples of Him (saying: *k) What this would mean the parable
૯તેમના શિષ્યોએ ઈસુને પૂછ્યું કે, ‘એ દ્રષ્ટાંતનો અર્થ શો છે?’”
10 And He said; To you it has been given to know the mysteries of the kingdom of God, to the however rest [it is] in parables so that Seeing not shall they see and hearing not shall they understand.’
૧૦ઈસુએ કહ્યું કે, ‘ઈશ્વરના રાજ્યના મર્મ જાણવાનું તમને આપેલું છે, પણ બીજાઓને દ્રષ્ટાંતોમાં, કે જેથી જોતાં તેઓ જુએ નહિ, ને સાંભળતાં તેઓ સમજે નહિ.
11 Is now this the parable: The seed is the word of God.
૧૧હવે દ્રષ્ટાંતનો અર્થ આ છે; બીજ તો ઈશ્વરનું વચન છે.
12 Those now along the road are which [are] (having heard, *N+kO) then comes the devil and takes away the word from the heart of them that not having believed they may be saved.
૧૨અને માર્ગની કોર પરનાં તો સાંભળનારાં માણસો છે; પછી શેતાન આવીને તેઓનાં મનમાંથી સંદેશ લઈ જાય છે, એ માટે કે તેઓ વિશ્વાસ ન કરે અને ઉદ્ધાર ન પામે.
13 Those now upon the rock, those who when they may hear with joy receive the word; and these a root not have, who for a time believe and in time of testing fall away.
૧૩પથ્થર પર પડેલાં બીજ તો એ છે કે, જેઓ સાંભળીને સંદેશને આનંદથી માની લે છે; અને તેઓને મૂળ કે આધાર ન હોવાથી, તેઓ થોડીવાર સુધી વિશ્વાસ કરે છે, પણ પરીક્ષણના સમયે પાછા હઠી જાય છે.
14 That now into the thorns having fallen, these are those having heard, and under cares and riches and pleasures of life moving along are choked and not do mature.
૧૪કાંટાઓમાં પડેલાં બી એ છે કે, જેઓએ સંદેશ સાંભળ્યો છે, પણ પોતાને માર્ગે ચાલતાં ભૌતિક જગતની ચિંતાઓ તથા દ્રવ્ય તથા વિલાસથી તે દબાઈ જાય છે, અને તેઓને પાકું ફળ આવતું નથી.
15 That now in the good soil, these are those in a heart worthy and good having heard the word keep [it] and they bring forth fruit by perseverance.
૧૫અને સારી જમીનમાં પડેલાં એ છે કે, જેઓ સંદેશો સાંભળીને પ્રમાણિક તથા સારાં હૃદયથી વાત ગ્રહણ કરે છે, અને ધીરજથી ફળ આપે છે.
16 No [one] now a lamp having lighted covers it with a vessel or under a bed puts [it], but on a lampstand (puts [it] *N+kO) so that those entering in may see the light.
૧૬વળી કોઈ માણસ દીવો સળગાવીને તેને વાસણ નીચે ઢાંકતો નથી, અથવા ખાટલા નીચે મૂકતો નથી; પણ તેને દીવી પર મૂકે છે કે અંદર આવનારાઓને અજવાળું મળે.
17 Nothing for is hidden which not manifest will become, nor [is] secret which certainly (not *no) (may be known *N+kO) and to light come.
૧૭કારણ કે, એવી કોઈ છૂપી વસ્તુ નથી કે તે ખુલ્લી નહિ થાય અને જણાશે નહિ, તથા ઉધાડું થશે નહિ, એવું કંઈ ગુપ્ત નથી.
18 do take heed therefore how you hear; who[ever] (maybe *NK+o) for shall have, will be given to him, and who[ever] (maybe *NK+o) not shall have, even what he seems to have it will be taken away from him.
૧૮માટે તમે કેવી રીતે સાંભળો છો તે વિષે સાવધાન રહો; કેમ કે જેની પાસે છે તેને અપાશે; અને જેની પાસે નથી તેની પાસેથી તેનું જે છે તે પણ લઈ લેવાશે.’”
19 (she came *N+kO) then to Him the mother and the brothers of Him and not they were able to get to Him because of the crowd.
૧૯ઈસુનાં મા તથા ભાઈઓ તેમની પાસે આવ્યાં, પણ લોકોની ભીડને લીધે તેઓ તેમની પાસે જઈ શક્યા નહિ.
20 (and *k) It was told (also *no) to Him (saying: *k) The mother of You and the brothers of You have stood outside to see wanting You.
૨૦અને ઈસુને કોઈએ ખબર આપી કે, ‘તમારી મા તથા તમારા ભાઈઓ બહાર ઊભા રહ્યાં છે, અને તમને મળવા માગે છે.’”
21 But answering He said to them; Mother of Mine and brothers of mine those are who the word of God are hearing and doing (it. *k)
૨૧પણ તેમણે ઉત્તર આપતાં તેઓને કહ્યું કે, ‘આ જેઓ ઈશ્વરનાં વચનને સાંભળે છે તથા પાળે છે તેઓ મારાં મા તથા ભાઈઓ છે.’”
22 (and *k) It came to pass (then *no) on one of the days also He himself climbed into a boat with the disciples of Him and He said to them; Let us pass over to the other side of the lake. And they launched out.
૨૨એક દિવસે એમ થયું કે, ઈસુ પોતાના શિષ્યોની સાથે હોડીમાં બેઠા; ત્યારે ઈસુએ શિષ્યોને કહ્યું કે, ‘આપણે સરોવરને સામે પાર જઈએ;’ અને તેઓ નીકળ્યા.
23 When were sailing then they He fell asleep, And came down a storm of wind on the lake, and they were being swamped and were in danger.
૨૩અને તેઓ હંકારતા હતા એટલામાં ઈસુ ઊંધી ગયા; અને સરોવર પર પવનનું ભારે તોફાન આવ્યું; પાણીથી હોડી ભરાઈ જવા લાગી, ને તેઓ જોખમમાં આવી પડ્યા.
24 Having come to [Him] then they awoke Him saying; Master Master, we are perishing! And (having arisen up *N+kO) He rebuked the wind and the raging of the water. and they ceased, and there was a calm.
૨૪એટલે શિષ્યો ઈસુ પાસે આવ્યા, અને તેમને જગાડીને કહ્યું કે, ‘ગુરુજી ગુરુજી, અમે નાશ પામીએ છીએ!’ ત્યારે તેમણે ઊભા થઈને પવનને તથા પાણીનાં મોજાંને ધમકાવ્યાં, એટલે તોફાન બંધ થયું અને શાંતિ થઈ.
25 He said then to them; Where (is *k) the faith of you? Having been afraid then they marveled saying to one another; Who then this is for even to the winds He commands and to the water, and they obey Him?
૨૫ઈસુએ તેઓને કહ્યું કે, ‘તમારો વિશ્વાસ ક્યાં છે?’ તેઓ ભયથી આશ્ચર્ય પામ્યા અને એકબીજાને કહેવા લાગ્યા કે, ‘આ તે કોણ છે કે પવનને તથા પાણીને પણ આજ્ઞા કરે છે અને તે તેમનું માને છે?’”
26 And they sailed down to the region of the (Gerasenes *N+KO) which is opposite Galilee.
૨૬ગાલીલને પેલે પાર આવેલા ગેરાસાનીઓના દેશમાં તેઓ પહોંચ્યા.
27 Having gone forth then to Him upon the land met (with him *ko) a man certain out of the city (who *ko) (is having *N+kO) demons. and (from *k) (time a long *N+kO) not (was wearing *N+kO) clothing and in a house not was abiding but in the tombs.
૨૭પછી ઈસુ કિનારે ઊતર્યા, ત્યારે શહેરમાંથી એક માણસ તેમની સામે આવ્યો. તેને દુષ્ટાત્માઓ વળગેલો હતો; ઘણાં સમયથી તે પોતાનાં વસ્ત્રો પહેરતો ન હતો. અને ઘરમાં નહિ, પણ કબરોમાં રહેતો હતો.
28 Having seen then Jesus (and *k) having cried out he fell down before Him and in a voice loud said; What to me myself and to You, Jesus, Son of God the Most High? I implore of You not me You may torment!
૨૮તેણે ઈસુને જોયા ત્યારે તે બૂમ પાડીને તેમની આગળ પડ્યો અને મોટે ઘાંટે કહ્યું કે, ‘ઓ ઈસુ, પરાત્પર ઈશ્વરના દીકરા, મારે અને તમારે શું છે? હું તમને વિનંતી કરું છું કે મને પીડા ન દો.’”
29 He was commanding for to the spirit unclean to come out from the man; Many for times it had seized him, and (he was shackled *N+kO) with chains and in fetters being kept, and breaking the chains he was driven (by *NK+o) the (demon *N+kO) into the deserts.
૨૯કારણ કે ઈસુએ અશુદ્ધ આત્માને તે માણસમાંથી બહાર નીકળવાની આજ્ઞા કરી હતી. એ દુષ્ટાત્મા તે માણસને વારંવાર વળગ્યા કરતો હતો; અને તેઓ તેને સાંકળોથી તથા બેડીઓથી બાંધતા, પણ તે બંધનો તોડી નાખતો અને દુષ્ટાત્મા તેને જંગલમાં લઈ જતો હતો.
30 Asked now him Jesus (saying: *ko) What your name is And he said; (Legion; *N+kO) because were entered demons many into him.
૩૦ઈસુએ તેને પૂછ્યું કે, ‘તારું નામ શું છે?’ તેણે કહ્યું કે, ‘સેના,’ કેમ કે તેનામાં ઘણાં દુષ્ટાત્માઓ હતાં.
31 And (they were begging *N+kO) Him that not he would command to them into the abyss to go away. (Abyssos g12)
૩૧દુષ્ટાત્માઓએ ઈસુને વિનંતી કરી કે, ‘અમને નીકળીને અનંતઊંડાણમાં જવાનો હુકમ ન કરો.’” (Abyssos g12)
32 There was now there a herd of pigs many (feeding *N+kO) in the mountain, and (they begged *N+kO) Him that He would allow them into them to enter. and He allowed them.
૩૨હવે ત્યાં ઘણાં ભૂંડોનું ટોળું પર્વતની બાજુ પર ચરતું હતું; અને તેઓએ તેમને વિનંતી કરી કે, અમને ‘તેઓમાં પેસવાની રજા આપો.’ ઈસુએ તેઓને રજા આપી.
33 Having gone out then the demons from the man (they entered *N+kO) into the pigs, and rushed the herd down the steep bank into the lake and was drowned.
૩૩દુષ્ટાત્માઓ તે માણસમાંથી નીકળીને ભૂંડોમાં ગયાં; અને ટોળું ટેકરા ઉપરથી સમુદ્રમાં પડી ગયું અને ડૂબી મર્યું.
34 Having seen then those feeding [them] what (already happening *N+kO) they fled and (having gone *K) they reported [it] to the city and to the country.
૩૪જે થયું તે જોઈને ભૂંડ ચરાવનારા ભાગ્યા, અને શહેરમાં તથા ગામડાંઓમાં જઈને તે વિષે ખબર આપી.
35 They went out then to see that having happened and they came to Jesus and found sitting the man from whom the demons (had gone out *N+kO) clothed and being of sound mind at the feet of Jesus, And they were afraid.
૩૫જે થયું તે જોવા સારુ લોકો નીકળ્યા, અને ઈસુની પાસે આવ્યા; ત્યારે જે માણસમાંથી દુષ્ટાત્માઓ નીકળ્યાં હતાં તેને તેઓએ વસ્ત્ર પહેરેલો તથા હોશમાં આવેલો ઈસુના પગ આગળ બેઠેલો જોયો; અને તેઓ ભયભીત થયા.
36 Related then to them (and *k) those having seen [it] how was healed the [one] having been demonised.
૩૬દુષ્ટાત્મા વળગેલો માણસ શી રીતે સાજો થયો, તે જેઓએ જોયું હતું તેઓએ તેમને કહી જણાવ્યું.
37 And (asked *N+kO) Him all the multitude of the surrounding region of the (Gerasenes *N+KO) to depart from them, because with fear great they were seized. He himself now having climbed into (the *k) boat turned back.
૩૭ગેરાસાનીઓની આસપાસના દેશમાં સર્વ લોકોએ ઈસુને વિનંતી કરી કે, ‘અમારી પાસેથી ચાલ્યા જાઓ.’ તેઓ ખૂબ ડરી ગયા હતા. પછી હોડીમાં બેસીને તે પાછા ગયા.
38 (Was begging *N+kO) however Him the man from whom had gone out the demons to be [taken] with Him. He sent away however him (Jesus *K) saying;
૩૮પણ જે માણસમાંથી દુષ્ટાત્માઓ નીકળ્યા હતા તેણે તેમની સાથે રહેવા સારુ વિનંતી કરી; પણ ઈસુએ તેને વિદાય કરતાં કહ્યું કે,
39 do return to the house of you and do relate how much for you has done God. And he departed through all the city proclaiming how much did for him Jesus.
૩૯‘તારે ઘરે પાછો જા, અને ઈશ્વરે તારે માટે કેવાં મોટાં કામ કર્યાં છે તે કહી જણાવ.’ અને તેણે જઈને ઈસુએ કેવાં મોટાં કામ તેને સારુ કર્યા હતાં, તે આખા શહેરમાં કહી જણાવ્યું.
40 (it came to pass *K) When then ([is] returning *N+kO) Jesus received Him the crowd; they were for all looking for Him.
૪૦ઈસુ પાછા આવ્યા, ત્યારે લોકોએ તેમનો આવકાર કર્યો; કેમ કે બધા ઈસુની રાહ જોતાં હતા.
41 And behold came a man whose name [was] Jairus, and (he *N+kO) a ruler of the synagogue was. and having fallen at the feet of Jesus he was begging Him to come to the house of him
૪૧જુઓ, યાઈરસ નામે એક માણસ આવ્યો, અને તે સભાસ્થાનનો અધિકારી હતો; અને તેણે ઈસુને પગે પડીને તેને વિનંતી કરી કે, ‘મારે ઘરે પધારો.’”
42 because daughter an only was to him about years [old] twelve and she was dying. As then [is] to go He the crowds were pressing around Him.
૪૨કેમ કે તેને આશરે બાર વર્ષની એકની એક દીકરી હતી અને તે મરવાની અણી પર હતી. ઈસુ જતા હતા તે દરમિયાન ઘણાં લોકોએ તેમના પર પડાપડી કરી.
43 And a woman being with a flux of blood for years twelve, who (into *k) (on physicians *N+kO) having spent all the living (of her *ko) neither was able (by *N+kO) no [one] to be healed,
૪૩એક સ્ત્રીને બાર વર્ષથી લોહીવાનો રોગ થયો હતો, અને તેણે પોતાનાં બધાં નાણાં વૈદો પાછળ ખરચી નાખ્યાં હતાં પણ કોઈ તેનો રોગ મટાડી શક્યા ન હતા.
44 having come behind [Him] she touched the fringe the of cloak of Him, and immediately stopped the flux of the blood of her.
૪૪તે ઈસુની પાછળ આવીને તેમના ઝભ્ભાની કોરને સ્પર્શી, અને તરત તેનો લોહીવા બંધ થયો.
45 And said Jesus; Who [is] the [one] having touched Me? When is denying [it] however everyone said Peter (and those *KO) (with him: *K+o) Master, the people surround You and press in (and say which one having touched me. *KO)
૪૫ઈસુએ કહ્યું કે, ‘મને કોણે સ્પર્શ કર્યો? અને બધાએ ના પાડી, ત્યારે પિતર તથા જે તેની સાથે હતા તેઓએ કહ્યું કે, ‘ગુરુ, ઘણાં લોકો તમારા ઉપર પડાપડી કરે છે, અને તમને દબાવી દે છે.’”
46 But Jesus said; Touched Me someone; I myself for know power (having left *N+kO) from Me.
૪૬પણ ઈસુએ કહ્યું કે, ‘કોઈ મને અડક્યું ખરું; કેમ કે મારામાંથી પરાક્રમ નીકળ્યું એવી મને ખબર પડી.’”
47 Having seen then the woman that not she was hid, trembling she came and having fallen down before Him, for what cause she touched Him she declared (to him *k) before all the people and how she was healed immediately.
૪૭જયારે તે સ્ત્રીએ જાણ્યું કે હું છૂપી રહી શકી નહિ, ત્યારે તે ધ્રૂજતી ધ્રૂજતી આવી, અને તેમને પગે પડીને શા કારણથી તેણે તેમને સ્પર્શ કર્યો હતો અને શી રીતે તરત સાજી થઈ હતી, તે તેણે બધા લોકોની આગળ ઈસુને કહી સંભળાવ્યું.
48 And He said to her; (Take courage *K) (daughter, *N+kO) the faith of you has healed you; do go in peace.
૪૮ઈસુએ તેને કહ્યું કે, ‘દીકરી, તારા વિશ્વાસે તને સાજી કરી છે; શાંતિએ જા.’”
49 Still when he is speaking comes one from the synagogue ruler saying (to him *ko) that Has died the daughter of You; (no longer *N+KO) do trouble the Teacher.
૪૯ઈસુ હજી બોલતા હતા એટલામાં સભાસ્થાનના અધિકારીને ત્યાંથી એક માણસે આવીને તેને કહ્યું કે, ‘તારી દીકરી મરી ગઈ છે, ગુરુને તસ્દી ન આપીશ.’”
50 But Jesus having heard He answered to him (saying; *k) Not do fear; only (do believe, *N+kO) and she will be saved.
૫૦પણ તે સાંભળીને ઈસુએ તેને ઉત્તર આપ્યો કે, ‘ગભરાઈશ નહિ, માત્ર વિશ્વાસ કર, અને તારી દીકરી સાજી થશે.’”
51 (having entered *N+kO) then into the house not He did allow to go in (anyone *N+kO) (with Him *NO) only except Peter and John and James, and the father of the child and the mother.
૫૧ઈસુ ઘરમાં પહોંચ્યા, ત્યારે પિતર, યાકૂબ, યોહાન, અને છોકરીનાં માબાપ સિવાય ઈસુએ કોઈને પોતાની સાથે આવવા દીધાં નહિ.
52 They were weeping now all and they were mourning for her. But He said; Not do weep; not (for *no) she is dead but sleeps.
૫૨ત્યાં બધાં લોકો છોકરી પાછળ રડતાં તથા વિલાપ કરતાં હતાં; પણ ઈસુએ કહ્યું કે, રડશો નહિ; તે મરી ગઈ નથી, પણ ઊંઘે છે.
53 And they were laughing at Him, knowing that she was dead.
૫૩તે મરી ગઈ છે એમ જાણીને તેઓએ ઈસુને હસી કાઢ્યાં.
54 He himself now (having taken out outside all and *K) having taken hold of the hand of her called out saying: O Child, (do arise. *N+kO)
૫૪પણ ઈસુએ તેનો હાથ પકડીને મોટે અવાજે કહ્યું કે, ‘દીકરી, ઊઠ.’”
55 And returned the spirit of her, and she arose immediately, and He directed to her to be given to eat.
૫૫અને તેનો આત્મા પાછો આવ્યો, અને તે તરત ઊભી થઈ. અને ઈસુએ તે છોકરીને ખાવાનું આપવાનો હુકમ કર્યો.
56 And were amazed the parents of her. and He instructed to them no one to tell what having happened.
૫૬તેનાં માબાપ આશ્ચર્યચકિત થયાં; પણ તેણે તેઓને તાકીદ કરી કે, ‘જે થયું તે વિષે કોઈને કશું કહેશો નહિ.’”
