John 13
1 Before now the feast of the Passover knowing Jesus that (came *N+kO) to him hour that He may depart out of world this to the Father, having loved [his] own who [were] in the world to [the] end He loved them.
अब निस्तार-चाडअगि येशू जान्नुहुन्थ्यो, कि उहाँ यस संसारबाट पिताकहाँ जाने उहाँको समय आएको थियो, यस संसारमा भएका उहाँका आफ्नाहरूलाई प्रेम गरेर उहाँले तिनीहरूलाई अन्त्यसम्मै प्रेम गर्नुभयो ।
2 And supper (taking place, *N+kO) the devil already having put into the heart that he may betray Him (Judas *N+kO) [son] of Simon (Iscariot *NK+o)
अहिले दियाबलसले सिमोनको छोरा यहूदा इस्करियोतको हृदयमा येशूलाई विश्वासघात गर्ने कुरा अगि नै हालिदिएको थियो ।
3 knowing (Jesus *K) that all things (has given *N+kO) to Him the Father into the hands, and that from God He came forth and to God He is going,
येशूले जान्नुहुन्थ्यो, कि पिताले सबै थोक उहाँको हातमा दिनुभएको थियो, उहाँ पिताबाट नै आउनुभएको थियो र फेरि परमेश्वरकहाँ नै फर्केर जाँदै हुनुहुन्थ्यो ।
4 He rises from the supper and lays aside the garments, And having taken a towel He girded Himself.
उहाँ बेलुकीको खाना खाएर उठ्नुभयो र उहाँको बाहिरी वस्त्र फुकाल्नुभयो । त्यसपछि उहाँले एउटा तौलिया लिनुभयो, र आफ्नो कम्मरमा बेर्नुभयो ।
5 After that He pours water into the basin and He began to wash the feet of the disciples and to wipe [them] with the towel with which He was having girded himself.
त्यसपछि उहाँले बाटामा पानी हाल्नुभयो र चेलाहरूका गोडा धुन थाल्नुभयो, अनि उहाँको कम्मरमा बेर्नुभएको तौलियाले तिनीहरूका गोडा पुछ्नुभयो ।
6 He comes then to Simon Peter; (and *k) who says to Him (that [question]; *ko) Lord, You yourself my do wash feet?
उहाँ सिमोन पत्रुसकहाँ आउनुभयो, र पत्रुसले उहाँलाई भने, “प्रभु, के तपाईं मेरा गोडा धुँदै हुनुहुन्छ?”
7 Answered Jesus and said to him; What I myself do you yourself not know presently, you will know however after these things.
येशूले जवाफ दिनुभयो, र तिनलाई भन्नुभयो, “म के गरिरहको छु, तिमी अहिले यसलाई बुझ्दैनौ, तर तिमीले यो पछि बुझ्नेछौ ।”
8 Says to Him Peter; certainly not shall You wash my feet to the age. Answered Jesus to him; only unless I shall wash you, not you have part with Me. (aiōn g165)
पत्रुसले उहाँलाई भने, “तपाईंले मेरा गोडा कहिल्यै पनि धुनुहुनेछैन ।” येशूले तिनलाई जवाफ दिनुभयो, “यदि मैले तिमीलाई धोइनँ भने तिम्रो मसित केही हिस्सा हुनेछैन ।” (aiōn g165)
9 Says to Him Simon Peter; Lord, not the feet of me only but also the hands and the head.
सिमोन पत्रुसले उहाँलाई भने, “प्रभु, मेरा गोडा मात्र होइन, मेरा शिर र हातहरू पनि धोइदिनुहोस् ।”
10 Says to him Jesus; The [one] having bathed himself not has need (only *no) (except *N+KO) the feet to wash, but is clean wholly; and you yourselves clean are but not all.
येशूले तिनलाई भन्नुभयो, “जो नुहाएको छ, त्यसका गोडाबाहेक अरू केही धुनुपर्दैन र त्यो पूर्ण रूपमा शुद्ध हुन्छ; तिमी शुद्ध छौ, तर तिमीहरू सबै जना नै त छैनौ ।”
11 He knew for the [one who] was betraying Him; on account of this He said (that *no) Not all clean you are.
(किनकि कसले उहाँलाई विश्वासघात गर्थ्यो भन्ने येशूलाई थाहा थियो, त्यसैले उहाँले भन्नुभयो, “तिमीहरू सबै जना त शुद्ध छैनौ ।” )
12 When therefore He had washed the feet of them and taken the garments of Him and (he reclined *N+kO) again, He said to them; Do you know what I have done to you?
त्यसैले, जब येशूले तिनीहरूका गोडा धुनुभयो र उनीहरूका लुगा लगाउनुभयो, र फेरि बस्नुभयो, उहाँले तिनीहरूलाई भन्नुभयो, “मैले तिमीहरूका निम्ति के गरेको छु भन्ने के तिमीहरू जान्दछौ?”
13 You yourselves call Me: Teacher and Lord, and rightly you say; I am for.
तिमीहरू मलाई ‘गुरु’ र ‘प्रभु’ भन्छौ र तिमीहरू ठिकै बोलिरहेका छौ, किनकि म त्यही हुँ ।
14 If therefore I myself washed your feet the Lord and the Teacher, also you yourselves ought of one another to wash the feet;
तब म गुरु र प्रभुले तिमीहरूका गोडा धोएको छु भने तिमीहरूले पनि एक अर्काको गोडा धुनुपर्छ ।
15 A pattern for I gave you, that even as I myself did to you also you yourselves may do.
किनकि मैले यो तिमीहरूलाई एउटा उदाहरण दिएको हुँ, ताकि तिमीहरूले पनि मैले तिमीहरूका निम्ति गरेजस्तै गर्न सक ।
16 Amen Amen I say to you; not is a servant greater than the master of him nor [is] a messenger greater than the [one who] having sent him.
साँचो, साँचो म तिमीहरूलाई भन्दछु, नोकर आफ्नो मालिकभन्दा ठुलो हुँदैन न त समाचारवाहक त्यसलाई पठाउनेभन्दा ठुलो हुन्छ ।
17 If these things you know, blessed are you if you shall do them.
यदि तिमीहरूले यी कुराहरू जान्यौ, र ती गर्यौ भने तिमीहरू धन्यका हुनेछौ ।
18 Not about all of you I speak; I myself know (whom *N+kO) I chose; but that the Scripture may be fulfilled: The [one] eating (with *k) (Me *N+kO) the bread lifted up against Me myself the heel of him.’
म तिमीहरू सबै जनाको बारेमा बोलिरहेको छैनँ; मैले जसलाई छानेको छु म तिनीहरूलाई चिन्छु, तर यो यसैले हो, कि धर्मशास्त्र पुरा होस्ः जसले मेरो रोटी खायो, त्यसले नै ममाथि लात उठायो ।
19 From now I am telling you before it comes to pass, so that (you may believe *NK+o) when it may happen that I myself am [He].
म यो घटनअगि नै तिमीहरूलाई भन्छु, ताकि जब यो घटन आउँछ, म उही हुँ भनी तिमीहरूले विश्वास गर्न सक ।
20 Amen Amen I say to you; the [one] receiving (maybe *N+kO) any I shall send, Me myself receives; the [one] now Me myself receiving, receives the [One] having sent Me.
म साँचो, साँचो तिमीहरूलाई भन्दछु, जसले मैले जसलाई पठाउँछु त्यसलाई ग्रहण गर्छ, त्यसले मलाई ग्रहण गर्दछ, र जसले मलाई ग्रहण गर्छ, त्यसले मलाई पठाउनुहुनेलाई ग्रहण गर्दछ ।
21 These things having said Jesus was troubled in spirit and He testified and said; Amen Amen I say to you that one of you will betray Me.
जब येशूले यो भन्नुभयो, उहाँ आत्मामा विचलित हुनुभयो, उहाँले गवाही दिनुभयो, र भन्नुभयो, “साँचो, साँचो म तिमीहरूलाई भन्दछु, कि तिमीहरूमध्ये एक जनाले मलाई विश्वासघात गर्नेछ ।”
22 Were looking (therefore *KO) upon one another the disciples, being uncertain of whom He is speaking.
उहाँले कसको बारेमा कुरा गर्दै हुनुहुन्छ भनेर छक्क पर्दै चेलाहरूले एक आपसमा हेराहेर गर्न थाले ।
23 There was (now *k) reclining one (of *no) the disciples of Him in the bosom of Jesus whom was loving Jesus;
उहाँका चेलाहरूमध्ये एक जना जसलाई येशूले प्रेम गर्नुहुन्थ्यो तिनी टेबलमा येशूको छातीमा अडेस लगेर ढल्किरहेका थिए ।
24 Motions therefore to him Simon Peter (and says to him *o) (to ask *NK+o) who maybe (it would be *NK+o) about whom He is speaking.
यसकारण सिमोन पत्रुसले यो चेलालाई इसारा गरेर भने, “उहाँले हामीमध्ये कसको बारेमा भन्दै हुनुहुन्छ, हामीलाई भन ।”
25 (Having leaned then *N+kO) he (thus *NO) on the breast of Jesus he says to Him; Lord, who is it?
त्यसैले, तिनी येशूको छातीमा ढल्किएर बसे, र उहाँलाई भने, “प्रभु, यो को हो?”
26 Answers (therefore *O) Jesus; He it is to whom I myself (will dip *N+kO) the morsel (and *no) (will give *N+kO) (to him. *no) (And *k) (having dipped *N+kO) (then *NO) the morsel (He takes [it] and *NO) gives [it] to Judas [son] of Simon (Iscariot. *N+kO)
त्यसपछि येशूले जवाफ दिनुभयो, “त्यो त्यही हो, जसलाई म यो रोटीको टुक्रा चोपेर दिन्छु ।” त्यसपछि उहाँले रोटीको टुक्रा चोप्नुभयो र सिमोनको छोरा यहूदालाई दिनुभयो ।
27 And after the morsel, then entered into him Satan. Says therefore to him Jesus; What you enact, do enact quicker.
र रोटी दिइसक्नुभएपछि शैतान त्यसभित्र पस्यो । त्यसैले, येशूले त्यसलाई भन्नुभयो, “तिमीले जे गरिरहेका छौ, सो छिटो गरी हाल ।”
28 This now no [one] knew of those reclining to what He spoke to him.
अब उहाँले त्यसलाई किन यसो भन्नुभएको भन्ने त्यहाँ टेबलमा ढल्किरहेका कसैलाई पनि थाहा भएन ।
29 Some for were thinking, since the money bag had Judas, for is saying to him Jesus; do buy what things need [of] we have for the feast, or to the poor that something he may give.
केहीले यहूदासँग पैसाको थैलो भएको हुनाले येशूले त्यसलाई, “चाडको निम्ति हामीलाई आवश्यक पर्ने सामानहरू किन” वा त्यसले गरिबहरूलाई दिनुपर्छ भन्नुभएको होला भन्ने सोचे ।
30 Having received therefore the morsel he went out immediately; it was now night.
जब यहूदाले रोटी खायो, त्यो तुरुन्तै त्यहाँबाट हिँडी हाल्यो । यो रातको समय थियो ।
31 When therefore he had gone out, says Jesus; Now has been glorified the Son of Man, and God has been glorified in Him,
जब यहूदा त्यहाँबाट गयो, येशूले भन्नुभयो, “मानिसका पुत्रलाई महिमित तुल्याइन्छ, र उसमा परमेश्वरलाई महिमित तुल्याइन्छ ।
32 If God is glorified in Him also God will glorify Him in (Him[self] *N+kO) and immediately will glorify Him.
परमेश्वरले आफैँमा उसलाई महिमित पार्नुहुनेछ र उहाँले उसलाई तुरुन्तै महिमित तुल्याउनुहुनेछ ।
33 Little children, yet a little while with you I am. You will seek Me, and even as I said to the Jews that Where I myself go you yourselves not are able to come, also to you I say now.
साना बालकहरू हो, म तिमीहरूसँग अझ केही समयसम्म हुनेछु । मैले यहूदीहरूलाई भनेझैँ, अहिले म तिमीहरूलाई यो पनि भन्छु, तिमीहरूले मलाई खोज्नेछौ, ‘जहाँ म गइरहेको छु, त्यहाँ तिमीहरू आउन सक्दैनौ ।’
34 A commandment new I give to you that you may love one another, even as I have loved you so also you yourselves may love one another.
म तिमीहरूलाई नयाँ आज्ञा दिइरहेको छु, कि तिमीहरू एकले अर्कोलाई प्रेम गर्नुपर्छ, जसरी मैले तिमीहरूलाई प्रेम गरेको छु । त्यसैले पनि तिमीहरू एकले अर्कालाई प्रेम गर्नुपर्छ ।
35 By this will know all that to Me disciples you are, if love you shall have among one another.
यदि तिमीहरूले एकले अर्कालाई प्रेम गर्यौ भने यसैद्वारा तिमीहरू मेरा चेलाहरू हौ भनी सबैले जान्नेछन् ।
36 Says to Him Simon Peter; Lord, where go You? Answered to him Jesus; Where I go not you are able Me now to follow; you will follow however afterward (to me. *k)
सिमोन पत्रुसले उहाँलाई भने, “प्रभु, तपाईं कहाँ जाँदै हुनुहुन्छ?” येशूले जवाफ दिनुभयो, “म जहाँ जाँदै छु, तिमी अहिले पछ्याउन सक्दैनौ, तर तिमीले पछि पछ्याउनेछौ ।”
37 Says to Him Peter; Lord, because of why not am I able You (to follow *NK+o) presently? The life of mine for You I will lay down.
पत्रुसले उहाँलाई भने, “प्रभु, मैले तपाईंलाई अहिले नै किन पछ्याउन सक्दिनँ? म तपाईंको लागि मेरो ज्यान पनि दिनेछु ।”
38 (answers *N+kO) (to him *k) Jesus; The life of you for Me will you lay down? Amen Amen I say to you; certainly not [the] rooster (may crow *N+kO) until that (you will deny *N+kO) Me three times.
येशूले जवाफ दिनुभयो, “के तिमीले मेरो निम्ति आफ्नो ज्यान नै दिनेछौ त? साँचो, साँचो म तिमीलाई भन्दछु, कि तिमीले मलाई तिन पल्ट इन्कार गरेपछि मात्र भाले बास्नेछ ।”
