Amos 8
1 Thus he showed me [the] Lord Yahweh and there! a basket of summer fruit.
Tas Kungs Dievs man šādu lietu lika redzēt, un raugi, tur bija kurvis ar vasaras augļiem.
2 And he said what? [are] you seeing O Amos and I said a basket of summer fruit and he said Yahweh to me it has come the end to people my Israel not I will repeat again to pass by it.
Un Viņš sacīja: ko tu redzi, Amos? Un es sacīju: kurvi ar vasaras augļiem. Tad Tas Kungs uz mani sacīja: gals ir nācis maniem Israēla ļaudīm, Es tos vairs netaupīšu.
3 And they will wail songs of [the] temple on the day that [the] utterance of [the] Lord Yahweh many the corpse[s] in every place someone will throw hush!
Un Dieva nama dziesmas tai dienā taps par kaukšanu, saka Tas Kungs Dievs; tur būs daudz nomirušas miesas, ikkatrā vietā tās klusi taps nomestas.
4 Hear this O those [who] trample on [the] needy and to put an end to ([the] afflicted [people] of *QK) [the] land.
Klausiet šo vārdu, jūs, kas aprijat nabagu un izdeldat bēdu ļaudis tai zemē,
5 Saying when? will it pass the new moon so we may sell grain grain and the sabbath so we may open grain to make small an ephah and to make great a shekel and to falsify balances of deceit.
Un sakāt: kad jaunais mēnesis pāries, ka labību pārdodam? Un svētdiena, ka labības klētis varam atdarīt un mazāku darām ēfu un sēķeli lielāku, viltīgi pārgrozīdami svaru?
6 To buy for silver poor [people] and [the] needy for sake of a pair of sandals and refuse of grain we will sell grain.
Ka tos mazos varam pirkt par naudu un tos nabagus par pāri kurpju, tad pelus pārdosim par labību.
7 He has sworn Yahweh by [the] pride of Jacob if I will forget to perpetuity all deeds their.
Tas Kungs ir zvērējis pie Jēkaba goda: Es visus viņu darbus neaizmirsīšu nemūžam.
8 ¿ On this not will it tremble the land and he will mourn every [one who] dwells in it and it will rise like the light all of it and it will be tossed (and it will sink *QK) like [the] River of Egypt.
Vai šādas lietas dēļ zemei nebūs kustināties, un visiem iedzīvotājiem iekš tās nebūs bēdāties? Tā visai uzplūdīs kā upe un plūdīs un nosīks kā Ēģiptes upe.
9 And it will be - on the day that [the] utterance of [the] Lord Yahweh and I will cause to go the sun at noon and I will make dark the earth in a day of light.
Un notiks tai dienā saka Tas Kungs Dievs, tad Es saulei likšu noiet dienas vidū un aptumšošu zemi pašā gaismā.
10 And I will turn feasts your into mourning and all songs your into lamentation and I will bring up on all loins sackcloth and on every head baldness and I will make it like [the] mourning of an only [son] and end its [will be] like a day bitter.
Un Es pārvērtīšu jūsu svētkus par bēdām un visas jūsu dziesmas par vaimanām, un uz visiem gurniem likšu maisu un uz visām galvām pleiķi(noskūt galvu), un Es likšu bēdāties kā par vienīgo dēlu, un gals būs rūgta diena.
11 Here! - days [are] coming [the] utterance of [the] Lord Yahweh and I will send a famine in the land not a famine for bread and not a thirst for water that except for hearing [the] words of Yahweh.
Redzi, dienas nāk, saka Tas Kungs Dievs, ka es badu sūtīšu tai zemē, ne badu pēc maizes un ne tvīkšanu pēc ūdens, bet klausīt Tā Kunga vārdus.
12 And people will stagger from sea to sea and from [the] north and to [the] east they will rove about to seek [the] word of Yahweh and not they will find [it].
Un tie skraidīs no vienas jūras līdz otrai, un tecēs apkārt no ziemeļa puses līdz rīta pusei Tā Kunga vārdu meklēt, bet neatradīs.
13 In the day that they will become faint the virgins beautiful and the young men by thirst.
Tai dienā skaistās jaunavas un jaunekļi apģībs no tvīkšanas,
14 Those [who] swear by [the] guilt of Samaria and they will say [by] [the] life of gods your O Dan and [by] [the] life of [the] way of Beer Sheba and they will fall and not they will rise again.
Kas pie Samarijas nozieguma zvērē un saka: tik tiešām kā tavs Dievs dzīvo, Dan, tik tiešām kā tas ceļš uz Bēršebu! Un tie kritīs un vairs necelsies.
