1 Peter 1
1 Peter an apostle of Jesus Christ To [the] elect sojourners of [the] Dispersion of Pontus, Galatia, Cappadocia, Asia, and Bithynia,
Petrus, ein Apostel Jesu Christi, an die auserwählten Fremdlinge in der Zerstreuung in Pontus, Galatien, Kappadocien, Asien und Bithyninen,
2 according to [the] foreknowledge of God [the] Father by [the] sanctification of [the] Spirit unto [the] obedience and sprinkling of [the] blood of Jesus Christ: Grace to you and peace would be multiplied.
Nach dem Ratschlusse Gottes des Vaters durch die Heiligung des Geistes zum Gehorsam und zur Besprengung mit dem Blute Jesu Christi. Gnade und Friede werde euch in Fülle zuteil!
3 Blessed [be] the God and Father of the Lord of us Jesus Christ, the [One] according to the great of Him mercy having begotten again us to a hope living through [the] resurrection of Jesus Christ out from [the] dead,
Gelobt sei Gott und der Vater unseres Herrn Jesus Christus, Der uns nach Seiner großen Barmherzigkeit durch die Auferstehung Jesu Christi von den Toten wiedergeboren hat zu einer lebendigen Hoffnung.
4 to an inheritance imperishable and undefiled and unfading reserved in [the] heavens for (you *NK+O)
Auf ein unvergängliches, unbeflecktes und unverwelkliches Erbteil, das im Himmel aufbehalten ist.
5 who by [the] power of God [are] being guarded through faith for [the] salvation ready to be revealed in [the] time last;
Für euch, die ihr durch die Kraft Gottes mittelst des Glaubens bewahrt werdet für die Seligkeit, die bereit steht, daß sie in der letzten Zeit geoffenbart werde.
6 in which you greatly rejoice for a little while at present, if being necessary it is, (having been put to grief *NK+o) by various trials
Worüber ihr frohlockt, wenn ihr auch jetzt eine kleine Zeit
7 so that the proven genuineness of your faith (more precious *N+kO) than gold which is perishing through fire though being refined it may be discovered towards praise and (towards *o) glory and honor in [the] revelation of Jesus Christ;
Auf daß euer Glaube bewährt und viel köstlicher erfunden werde, als das vergängliche, durch Feuer bewährte Gold, zu Lob, Preis und Herrlichkeit bei der Offenbarung Jesu Christi.
8 whom not (having seen *N+kO) you love, on whom now [though] not seeing believing now (you yourself rejoice *NK+o) with joy inexpressible and glory-filled,
Den ihr liebet, ohne Ihn gesehen zu haben, an Den ihr, ohne Ihn jetzt zu sehen, glaubt, und frohlocket mit unaussprechlicher und herrlicher Freude,
9 receiving the outcome of the faith of you, [the] salvation of [your] souls;
Indem ihr als Ziel eures Glaubens der Seelen Seligkeit davontraget;
10 Concerning this salvation sought out and searched out diligently [the] prophets of the toward you grace having prophesied,
Nach welcher Seligkeit die Propheten, die von der euch bestimmten Gnade weissagten, eifrig gesucht und geforscht haben,
11 inquiring into what or what manner of time was signifying the in them Spirit of Christ testifying beforehand unto Christ's sufferings and the after these glories;
Indem sie nachforschten, auf welche oder welcherlei Zeit Christi Geist deutete, der in ihnen war, und die Christus bevorstehenden Leiden und die darauf folgenden Herrlichkeiten voraus bezeugte;
12 to whom it was revealed that not themselves (you *N+KO) however they were serving in those things which now have been proclaimed to you through those having evangelised you by [the] Spirit Holy having been sent from heaven, into which desire angels to look.
Denen geoffenbart worden, daß nicht ihnen selbst, sondern euch zugut kommen sollte, was euch nun durch die, so euch durch den vom Himmel gesandten Heiligen Geist das Evangelium predigten, verkündigt worden ist, in das hineinzuschauen Engel selbst verlangt.
13 Therefore having girded up the loins of the mind of you, being sober-minded, fully do set [your] hope upon which is being brought to you grace in [the] revelation of Jesus Christ.
Darum umgürtet die Lenden eures Gemütes, seid nüchtern, und setzt eure volle Hoffnung auf die Gnade, die euch durch die Erscheinung von Jesus Christus dargebracht wird;
14 as children of obedience not fashioning yourselves to the former in the ignorance of you desires,
Als Kinder des Gehorsams, indem ihr euch nicht mehr richtet nach den Lüsten in eurer früheren Unwissenheit,
15 But as the [One] having called you [is] holy also yourselves holy in all [your] conduct do be,
Sondern nach dem Heiligen, Der euch berufen hat, auf daß auch ihr in all eurem Wandel heilig werdet.
16 because it has been written: (that *no) Holy (you will be, *N+k+o) because I myself holy (am. *NK)
Weil geschrieben steht: Ihr sollt heilig sein, denn Ich bin heilig.
17 And if [as] Father you call on the [One] impartially judging according to the of each work, in fear during the of the sojourn of you time do conduct yourselves;
Und wenn ihr Den als Vater anruft, Der ohne Ansehen der Person richtet, nach eines jeglichen Werk, so wandelt in Furcht die Zeit eurer Pilgerschaft,
18 knowing that not by perishable things — by silver or by gold — you were redeemed from the futile of you manner of life handed down from [your] fathers,
Indem ihr ja wißt, daß ihr nicht mit vergänglichem Silber oder Gold von eurem eitlen, von den Vätern angeborenen Wandel erlöst seid,
19 but by [the] precious blood as of a lamb without blemish and without spot of Christ,
Sondern mit dem teuren Blut Christi als eines fehllosen und unbefleckten Lammes,
20 foreknown indeed before [the] foundation [the] world, having been revealed however in ([this] last *N+kO) of the times for the sake of you
Der vor Gründung der Welt dazu vorausbestimmt war, und in diesen letzten Zeiten um euretwillen Sich geoffenbart hat,
21 who through Him (believing *N+kO) in God, the [one] having raised up Him out from [the] dead and glory Him having given, so as for the faith of you and hope to be in God.
Die ihr durch Ihn glaubt an Gott, Der Ihn von den Toten auferweckt und Ihm Herrlichkeit verliehen hat, so daß ihr Glauben und Hoffnung auf Gott haben möchtet.
22 The souls of you having purified by obedience to the truth (through spirit *K) unto brotherly love sincere out of purity of heart one another do love fervently;
Und heiligt eure Seelen im Gehorsam gegen die Wahrheit durch den Geist zu ungeheuchelter Bruderliebe und habt aus reinem Herzen einander inbrünstig lieb,
23 born again not of seed perishable but of imperishable through [the] word living of God and abiding (into the age; *K) (aiōn g165)
Als die da wiedergeboren sind nicht aus vergänglichem, sondern aus unvergänglichem Samen, durch das lebendige Wort Gottes, das da ewiglich bleibt. (aiōn g165)
24 because All flesh [is] like grass, and all [the] glory (of it *N+KO) like [the] flower of grass; Withers the grass, and the flower (of him *K) falls away;
Denn alles Fleisch ist wie Gras, und all seine Herrlichkeit wie die Blume des Grases: Das Gras verdorrt und seine Blume fällt ab.
