Revelation 11

1 Then I was given a measure like a rod, and a voice said to me – “Go and measure the Temple of God and the altar, and count the worshiper there.

۱ و نی‌ای مثل عصا به من داده شد و مراگفت: «برخیز و قدس خدا و مذبح وآنانی را که در آن عبادت می‌کنند پیمایش نما.

2 But omit the court outside the Temple, and do not measure that, for it has been given up to the nations; and the holy City will be under their heel for forty-two months.

۲ وصحن خارج قدس را بیرون انداز و آن را مپیمازیرا که به امت‌ها داده شده است و شهر مقدس راچهل و دو ماه پایمال خواهند نمود.

3 Then I will give permission to my Two Witnesses, and for those twelve hundred and sixty days they will continue teaching, clothed in sackcloth.”

۳ و به دوشاهد خود خواهم داد که پلاس در بر کرده، مدت هزار و دویست و شصت روز نبوت نمایند.»

4 These men are represented by the two olive trees and the two lamps that stand before the Lord of the earth.

۴ اینانند دو درخت زیتون و دو چراغدان که در حضور خداوند زمین ایستاده‌اند.

5 When anyone wishes to harm them, fire comes from their mouths and consumes their enemies; and whoever wishes to harm them will, in this way, inevitably perish.

۵ و اگر کسی بخواهد بدیشان اذیت رساند، آتشی از دهانشان بدر شده، دشمنان ایشان را فرو می‌گیرد؛ و هر‌که قصد اذیت ایشان دارد، بدینگونه باید کشته شود.

6 These men have the power to close the heavens, so that no rain may fall during the time that they are teaching; and they have power to turn the streams into blood, and to smite the land with any curse, whenever they will.

۶ اینها قدرت به بستن آسمان دارند تا در ایام نبوت ایشان باران نبارد و قدرت بر آبها دارند که آنها را به خون تبدیل نمایند و جهان را هر گاه بخواهند، به انواع بلایا مبتلا سازند.

7 As soon as they have completed their testimony, the wild Beast that ascends from the bottomless pit will make war on them and conquer and kill them. (Abyssos g12)

۷ و چون شهادت خود را به اتمام رسانند، آن وحش که از هاویه برمی آید، با ایشان جنگ کرده، غلبه خواهد یافت و ایشان را خواهد کشت (Abyssos g12)

8 Their dead bodies will lie in the streets of the great city, which is mystically spoken of as “Sodom” and “Egypt,” where their Master was crucified.

۸ وبدنهای ایشان در شارع عام شهر عظیم که به‌معنی روحانی، به سدوم و مصر مسمی است، جایی که خداوند ایشان نیز مصلوب گشت، خواهد ماند.

9 People of all nations, and tribes, and languages, and races look at their dead bodies for three days and a half, and do not allow them to be laid in a grave.

۹ و گروهی از اقوام و قبایل و زبانها و امت‌ها، بدنهای ایشان را سه روز و نیم نظاره می‌کنند واجازت نمی دهند که بدنهای ایشان را به قبرسپارند.

10 Those who live on the earth rejoice over them and are merry, and they will send presents to one another, because these two prophets brought torments on those who live on the earth.

۱۰ و ساکنان زمین بر ایشان خوشی وشادی می‌کنند و نزد یکدیگر هدایا خواهندفرستاد، از آنرو که این دو نبی ساکنان زمین رامعذب ساختند.

11 After three days and a half the life-giving breath of God entered these men, and they stood up on their feet, and a great terror took possession of those who were watching them.

۱۱ و بعد از سه روز و نیم، روح حیات از خدابدیشان درآمد که بر پایهای خود ایستادند وبینندگان ایشان را خوفی عظیم فرو گرفت.

12 The two men heard a loud voice from heaven which said to them – “Come up here,” and they went up to heaven in the cloud, while their enemies watched them.

۱۲ وآوازی بلند از آسمان شنیدند که بدیشان می‌گوید: «به اینجا صعود نمایید.» پس در ابر، به آسمان بالا شدند و دشمنانشان ایشان را دیدند.

13 At that very time a great earthquake occurred. A tenth part of the city fell, and seven thousand people perished in the earthquake. Those who escaped were much terrified, and praised the God of heaven.

۱۳ و در همان ساعت، زلزله‌ای عظیم حادث گشت که ده‌یک از شهر منهدم گردید و هفت هزارنفر از زلزله هلاک شدند و باقی ماندگان ترسان گشته، خدای آسمان را تمجید کردند.

14 The second Woe has passed; and there is a third Woe soon to follow!

۱۴ وای دوم درگذشته است. اینک وای سوم بزودی می‌آید.

15 Then the seventh angel blew; and loud voices were heard in heaven saying – “The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of his Christ, and he will reign for ever and ever.” (aiōn g165)

۱۵ و فرشته‌ای بنواخت که ناگاه صداهای بلنددر آسمان واقع شد که می‌گفتند: «سلطنت جهان از آن خداوند ما و مسیح او شد و تا ابدالابادحکمرانی خواهد کرد.» (aiōn g165)

16 At this the twenty-four elders, who were seated on their thrones before God, prostrated themselves on their faces and worshiped him,

۱۶ و آن بیست و چهارپیر که در حضور خدا بر تختهای خود نشسته‌اند، به روی درافتاده، خدا را سجده کردند

17 saying – “We thank you, Lord, our God, the Almighty, who is and who was, that you have assumed your great power and reigned.

۱۷ و گفتند: «تو را شکر می‌کنیم‌ای خداوند، خدای قادرمطلق که هستی و بودی، زیرا که قوت عظیم خودرا بدست گرفته، به سلطنت پرداختی.

18 The nations were enraged, and your wrath fell on them; the time came for the dead to be judged, and for you to give the reward to your servants the prophets, and to the people of Christ, and to those who honour your name – the high and the low alike – and to destroy those who are destroying the earth.”

۱۸ و امت هاخشمناک شدند و غضب تو ظاهر گردید و وقت مردگان رسید تا بر ایشان داوری شود و تا بندگان خود یعنی انبیا و مقدسان و ترسندگان نام خود راچه کوچک و چه بزرگ اجرت دهی و مفسدان زمین را فاسد گردانی.»

19 Then the Temple of God in heaven was opened, and the ark containing his covenant was seen in his Temple; and there followed flashes of lightning, cries, peals of thunder, an earthquake, and a great storm of hail.

۱۹ و قدس خدا در آسمان مفتوح گشت وتابوت عهدنامه او در قدس او ظاهر شد و برقها وصداها و رعدها و زلزله و تگرگ عظیمی حادث شد.
