Psalms 9
1 For the leader;’almuth labben. A psalm of David. With all my heart I will praise the Lord, all your wonders I will rehearse.
೧ಪ್ರಧಾನಗಾಯಕನ ಕೀರ್ತನ ಸಂಗ್ರಹದಿಂದ ಆರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡದ್ದು; ಮೂತ್ಲಬ್ಬೇನೆಂಬ ರಾಗ; ದಾವೀದನ ಕೀರ್ತನೆ. ಯೆಹೋವನೇ, ಮನಃಪೂರ್ವಕವಾಗಿ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಕೊಂಡಾಡುವೆನು; ನೀನು ಮಾಡಿದ ಅದ್ಭುತಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ವರ್ಣಿಸುವೆನು.
2 I will rejoice and exult in you, singing praise to your name, Most High;
೨ಪರಾತ್ಪರನಾದ ದೇವರೇ, ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂತೋಷಿಸಿ ಉತ್ಸಾಹಗೊಳ್ಳುವೆನು; ನಿನ್ನ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ಕೀರ್ತಿಸುವೆನು.
3 because backward my foes were turned, they stumbled and perished before you.
೩ನನ್ನ ಹಗೆಗಳು ನಿನ್ನ ಎದುರಿನಿಂದ ಹಿಂದಿರುಗಿ ಎಡವಿಬಿದ್ದು ಹಾಳಾದರಲ್ಲಾ.
4 My right and my claim you have upheld, you did sit on the throne as a fair judge,
೪ನನ್ನ ವ್ಯಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನೀನು ನ್ಯಾಯವನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಿದಿ; ನೀನು ಆಸನಾರೂಢನಾಗಿ ನೀತಿಯಿಂದ ನ್ಯಾಯವನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಣಯಿಸುತ್ತಿ.
5 rebuking the nations, destroying the wicked, and blotting their name out forever and ever.
೫ನೀನು ಜನಾಂಗಗಳನ್ನು ಹೆದರಿಸಿ ದುಷ್ಟರನ್ನು ನಾಶ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಿ, ಅವರ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ಯುಗಯುಗಾಂತರಕ್ಕೂ ಅಳಿಸಿಬಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಿ.
6 The foe is vanished, ruined forever, their cities destroyed, their memory perished.
೬ಶತ್ರುಗಳು ನಿಶ್ಶೇಷವಾದರು; ನೀನು ಕೆಡವಿದ ಅವರ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಹಾಳಾದವು. ಅವರ ಸ್ಮರಣೆಯೇ ಇಲ್ಲವಾಯಿತು.
7 See! The Lord is seated forever on the throne he established for judgment,
೭ಯೆಹೋವನಾದರೋ ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ ನೆಲೆಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದು, ನ್ಯಾಯವಿಚಾರಿಸುವುದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ತನ್ನ ಸಿಂಹಾಸನವನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಿದ್ದಾನೆ.
8 ruling the world with justice, and judging the nations with equity.
೮ಆತನೇ ನೀತಿಗನುಸಾರವಾಗಿ ಲೋಕಕ್ಕೆ ನ್ಯಾಯ ತೀರಿಸುವವನು; ಆತನು ಜನಾಂಗಗಳಿಗೆ ಸತ್ಯಕ್ಕನುಸಾರವಾಗಿ ತೀರ್ಪುಕೊಡುವನು.
9 So the Lord proves a haven to the oppressed, a haven in times of trouble.
೯ಯೆಹೋವನು ಕುಗ್ಗಿದವರಿಗೆ ಆಶ್ರಯವೂ, ಆಪತ್ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ದುರ್ಗವೂ ಆಗಿರುವನು.
10 Well may they trust you who know your name, for those who seek you, you never abandon.
೧೦ಯೆಹೋವನೇ, ನಿನ್ನ ನಾಮಮಹಿಮೆಯನ್ನು ಬಲ್ಲವರು ನಿನ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಭರವಸವಿಡುವರು; ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ನಿನ್ನ ಮೊರೆಹೋಗುವವರನ್ನು ನೀನು ಕೈಬಿಡುವವನಲ್ಲ.
11 Sing praise to the Lord, whose home is in Zion, declare his deeds among the nations.
೧೧ಚೀಯೋನಿನಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಿಸುವ ಯೆಹೋವನನ್ನು ಕೀರ್ತಿಸಿರಿ; ಆತನ ಮಹತ್ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಜನಾಂಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿರಿ.
12 As avenger of blood, he keeps them in mind, he does not forget the cry of the wretched.
೧೨ಆತನು ಕುಗ್ಗಿದವರ ಮೊರೆಯನ್ನು ಮರೆಯದೆ ಪ್ರಾಣಾಪರಾಧಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಯ್ಯಿತೀರಿಸುವವನಾಗಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ಜ್ಞಾಪಕಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವನು.
13 Show me favour, Lord, see how my foes afflict me, lift me up from the gates of death;
೧೩ಯೆಹೋವನೇ, ಮರಣದ್ವಾರದೊಳಗೆ ಸೇರದಂತೆ; ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಉದ್ಧರಿಸುವವನೇ, ಕನಿಕರಿಸು; ಹಗೆಗಳಿಂದ ನನಗುಂಟಾದ ಬಾಧೆಯನ್ನು ಲಕ್ಷ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ತಂದುಕೋ.
14 so I may, in your help exulting, tell forth your praise at the gates of Zion.
೧೪ಆಗ ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನ ಸ್ತೋತ್ರವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ಧಪಡಿಸುವೆನು; ನಿನ್ನಿಂದಾದ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಗಾಗಿ ಚೀಯೋನೆಂಬ ಕುಮಾರಿಯ ಬಾಗಿಲುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹರ್ಷಿಸುವೆನು.
15 The nations are sunk in the pit which they made, in the net that they hid, their own foot is entangled.
೧೫ಜನಾಂಗಗಳವರು ತಾವು ಮಾಡಿದ ಕುಣಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಾವೇ ಬಿದ್ದು ಹೋದರು; ಅವರು ಹಾಸಿದ ಬಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರ ಕಾಲೇ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿಕೊಂಡಿತು.
16 The Lord is revealed in the judgment he wrought, the wicked are snared in their own handiwork. (Selah)
೧೬ಯೆಹೋವನು ನ್ಯಾಯತೀರಿಸುವವನಾಗಿ ತನ್ನನ್ನು ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾನೆ; ದುಷ್ಟರು ತಾವೇ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಿದ ಕುಯುಕ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರಲ್ಲಾ. ಹಿಗ್ಗಾಯೋನ್ (ಸೆಲಾ)
೧೭ದುಷ್ಟರು ಅಂದರೆ ದೇವರನ್ನು ಅಲಕ್ಷ್ಯಮಾಡುವ ಜನಾಂಗಗಳವರೆಲ್ಲಾ ಪಾತಾಳಕ್ಕೆ ಇಳಿದುಹೋಗುವರು. (Sheol h7585)
18 For the needy will not be always forgotten, nor the hope of the helpless be lost forever.
೧೮ದಿಕ್ಕಿಲ್ಲದವರು ಕಡೆಯವರೆಗೆ ಮರೆಯಲ್ಪಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ; ದೀನರ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆಯು ಕೆಡುವುದೇ ಇಲ್ಲ.
19 Arise, Lord; don’t let them triumph: before your face let the nations be judged.
೧೯ಯೆಹೋವನೇ, ಏಳು; ಮನುಷ್ಯಮಾತ್ರದವರು ಬಲಗೊಳ್ಳಬಾರದು. ಜನಾಂಗಗಳಿಗೆ ನಿನ್ನ ಸನ್ನಿಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೀರ್ಪು ಉಂಟಾಗಲಿ.
20 Strike them with fear, Lord: show the nations how frail they are. (Selah)
೨೦ಯೆಹೋವನೇ, ಅವರಿಗೆ ಭಯವನ್ನು ಹುಟ್ಟಿಸು; ಜನಾಂಗಗಳು ತಾವು ಮನುಷ್ಯಮಾತ್ರದವರೆಂದು ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲಿ. (ಸೆಲಾ)
