< Psalms 64 >

1 For the leader. A psalm of David. Hear, O my God, the voice of my lament: guard my life from the dread of the foe.
Wuta na buku ya mokambi ya bayembi. Nzembo ya Davidi. Oh Nzambe, yoka mongongo na ngai kati kolela na ngai, batela ngai mosika ya monguna oyo azali kopesa ngai somo.
2 Hide me from villains who secretly plot, from the blustering throng of the workers of evil,
Bomba ngai mosika ya mikano ya bato mabe, mosika ya makita ya bato ya misala mabe.
3 who have sharpened their tongue like a sword, and aimed bitter words like arrows,
Bapelisaka lolemo na bango ndenge bapelisaka mopanga, babimisaka maloba ya bololo lokola makonga
4 which from ambush they launch at the blameless, shooting swiftly and unafraid.
mpo na kobwakela, na kobombama, moto oyo azangi pamela; babangaka te kobwakela ye yango na mbalakata.
5 They strengthen their wicked purpose, they tell of the snares they have hidden, they say to themselves, ‘Who can see?’
Balendisanaka mpo na mabongisi mabe, bayokanaka kotia mitambo; balobaka: « Nani akomona yango? »
6 They think out their crimes full cunningly hidden deep in their crafty hearts.
Basalaka mabongisi ya kosala bato mabe, balobaka: « Toselingwi na mabongisi na biso! » Makanisi mpe motema ya moto ezali mozindo makasi.
7 But God with his arrow will shoot them, swiftly shall they be smitten.
Kasi Nzambe akobwakela bango makonga na Ye na mbalakata; ekozwa mpe ekozokisa bango.
8 For their tongue he will bring them to ruin, all will shudder with horror at the sight of them.
Maloba na bango moko ekobalukela bango mpe ekomema bango na libebi; mpe moto nyonso oyo akomona bango akoningisa moto.
9 Then every person, touched to awe, as they ponder what God has wrought, will tell the tale of his deeds.
Bato nyonso bakokoma kobanga, kopanza sango ya misala ya Nzambe mpe kososola makambo oyo asalaka.
10 In the Lord shall the righteous rejoice, in him shall they take refuge; and all the true-hearted shall glory.
Moto ya sembo akosepela mpe akomibomba kati na Yawe; bato nyonso oyo bazali na mitema alima bakomikumisa mpo na yango.
