Exodus 22

1 "If a man steals an ox or a sheep, and kills it, or sells it; he shall pay five oxen for an ox, and four sheep for a sheep.

Аще же кто украдет телца или овцу, и заколет или продаст, пять телцев да воздаст за телца и четыри овцы за овцу.

2 If the thief is found breaking in, and is struck so that he dies, there shall be no guilt of bloodshed for him.

Аще же в подкопании обрящется тать, и язвен умрет, несть ему убийство:

3 If the sun has risen on him, there shall be guilt of bloodshed for him; he shall make restitution. If he has nothing, then he shall be sold for his theft.

аще же взыдет солнце над ним, повинен есть, умрет за него: аще же не имать имения, да продастся за татьбу:

4 If the stolen property is found in his hand alive, whether it is ox, donkey, or sheep, he shall pay double.

аще же ят будет, и обрящется в руце его украденое от осляте до овцы живо, сугубо да отдаст я.

5 "If a man causes a field or vineyard to be eaten, and lets his animal loose, and it grazes in another man's field, he shall make restitution from his own field according to his produce; and if he shall have grazed over the whole field, he shall make restitution from the best of his own field, and from the best of his own vineyard.

Аще же кто потравит ниву или виноград, и пустит скот свой пастися на чужей ниве, да даст от нивы своея по плоду его: аще же всю ниву потравит, лучшая нивы своея и лучшая винограда своего да отдаст.

6 "If fire breaks out, and catches in thorns so that the shocks of grain, or the standing grain, or the field are consumed; he who kindled the fire shall surely make restitution.

Аще же изшед огнь обрящет терние и запалит гумно, или класы, или ниву, да отдаст, иже возже огнь.

7 "If a man delivers to his neighbor money or stuff to keep, and it is stolen out of the man's house; if the thief is found, he shall pay double.

Аще же кто даст другу сребро или сосуд сохранити, и украдется из дому мужа того, аще обрящется украдый, да воздаст сугубо:

8 If the thief isn't found, then the master of the house shall come near to God, to find out if he hasn't put his hand to his neighbor's goods.

аще же не обрящется украдый, да приидет господин дому пред бога и да кленется, яко поистинне не слукавствова он о всем положении дружнем.

9 For every matter of trespass, whether it be for ox, for donkey, for sheep, for clothing, or for any kind of lost thing, about which one says, 'This is mine,' the cause of both parties shall come before God. He whom God condemns shall pay double to his neighbor.

По всей реченней неправде, о теляти и о осляти и о овце, и о ризе и о всей гибели нанесенней, что убо ни было бы, пред богом да приидет суд обоих, и обвиненный богом да отдаст сугубо ближнему.

10 "If a man delivers to his neighbor a donkey, an ox, a sheep, or any animal to keep, and it dies or is injured, or driven away, no man seeing it;

Аще же кто даст другу осля или телца, или овцу, или всяк скот хранити, и умрет или погибнет, или пленено будет, и никтоже увесть,

11 the oath of God shall be between them both, whether he hasn't put his hand to his neighbor's goods; and its owner shall accept it, and he shall not make restitution.

клятва да будет Божия между обоими, яко поистинне не слукавствова он о всем ближняго положении, и тако приимет господин его, и да не отдаст:

12 But if it is stolen from him, he shall make restitution to its owner.

аще же украдено будет от него, да отдаст господину:

13 If it is torn in pieces, let him bring it for evidence. He shall not make good that which was torn.

аще же зверь снеде, да ведет его на звероядину, и не отдаст:

14 "If a man borrows anything of his neighbor's, and it is injured, or dies, its owner not being with it, he shall surely make restitution.

аще же кто испросит у друга, и погибнет, или умрет, или пленится, господин же его не будет с ним, отдаст:

15 If its owner is with it, he shall not make it good. If it is a leased thing, it came for its lease.

аще же господин его будет с ним, да не отдаст: аще же наемник есть, да будет ему вместо мзды его.

16 "If a man entices a virgin who isn't pledged to be married, and lies with her, he shall surely pay a dowry for her to be his wife.

Аще же прельстит кто не обручену девицу, и будет с нею, веном да отвенит ю, (и поймет ю) себе в жену:

17 If her father utterly refuses to give her to him, he shall pay money according to the dowry of virgins.

аще же возбраняя возбранит и не восхощет отец ея дати ю ему в жену, сребро да воздаст отцу, елико есть вено девическо.

18 "You shall not allow a sorceress to live.

Волхвом живым быти не попустите.

19 "Whoever has sex with an animal shall surely be put to death.

Всякаго со скотом бывающа смертию убиете его.

20 "He who sacrifices to another god, except to YHWH only, shall be utterly destroyed.

Иже жертву приносит богом, смертию да потребится, но точию Господу единому.

21 "You shall not wrong a foreigner, neither shall you oppress him, for you were foreigners in the land of Egypt.

И пришелца не озлобите, ниже оскорбите его: пришелцы бо бесте в земли Египетстей.

22 "You shall not take advantage of any widow or fatherless child.

Всякия вдовы и сироты не озлобите:

23 If you take advantage of them at all, and they cry at all to me, I will surely hear their cry;

аще же злобою озлобите Я, и возстенавше возопиют ко мне, слухом услышу глас их

24 and my wrath will grow hot, and I will kill you with the sword; and your wives shall be widows, and your children fatherless.

и разгневаюся яростию, и побию вы мечем, и будут жены вашя вдовы, и чада ваша сироты.

25 "If you lend money to any of my people with you who is poor, you shall not be to him as a creditor; neither shall you charge him interest.

Аще же даси сребро взаем брату нищему иже у тебе, не буди его понуждаяй, ниже наложиши ему лихвы.

26 If you take your neighbor's garment as collateral, you shall restore it to him before the sun goes down,

И аще заложит в залог ризу друг твой, до захождения солнца отдаси ему:

27 for that is his only covering, it is his garment for his skin. What would he sleep in? It will happen, when he cries to me, that I will hear, for I am gracious.

есть бо сия покровение ему, сия едина риза стыдения его, в чем спати будет: аще убо возопиет ко Мне, услышу его: милостив бо есмь.

28 "You shall not blaspheme God, nor curse a ruler of your people.

Богов да не злословиши и князю людий твоих да не речеши зла.

29 "You shall not delay to offer from your harvest and from the outflow of your presses. "You shall give the firstborn of your sons to me.

Начатки от гумна и от точила твоего да не косниши принести (Мне): первенцы сынов твоих да даси Мне:

30 You shall do likewise with your cattle and with your sheep. Seven days it shall be with its mother, then on the eighth day you shall give it to me.

тако сотвориши телцу твоему, и овце твоей, и ослу твоему: седмь дний да будет у матери, в осмый же день да отдаси оное Мне.

31 "You shall be holy men to me, therefore you shall not eat any flesh that is torn by animals in the field. You shall cast it to the dogs.

Люди святи будете Ми, и мяса звероядиннаго да не снесте, псом повержете е.
