Psalms 125

1 [A Song of Ascents.] Those who trust in the LORD are as Mount Zion, which cannot be moved, but remains forever.

Canción de las gradas. Los que confían en el SEÑOR son como el monte de Sion que no deslizará; estará para siempre.

2 As the mountains surround Jerusalem, so the LORD surrounds his people from this time forth and forevermore.

Como Jerusalén tiene montes alrededor de ella, así el SEÑOR alrededor de su pueblo desde ahora y para siempre.

3 For the scepter of wickedness won't remain over the allotment of the righteous; so that the righteous won't use their hands to do evil.

Porque no reposará la vara de la impiedad sobre la suerte de los justos; porque no extiendan los justos sus manos a la iniquidad.

4 Do good, LORD, to those who are good, to those who are upright in their hearts.

Haz bien, oh SEÑOR, a los buenos, y a los que son rectos en sus corazones.

5 But as for those who turn aside to their crooked ways, The LORD will lead them away with evildoers. Peace be on Israel.

Mas a los que se apartan tras sus perversidades, el SEÑOR los llevará con los que obran iniquidad; y paz sea sobre Israel.
