Deuteronomy 34

1 Moses went up from the plains of Moab to Mount Nebo, to the top of Pisgah, that is over against Jericho. The LORD showed him all the land of Gilead, to Dan,

Y subió Moisés de los campos de Moab al monte de Nebo, a la cumbre de Pisga, que está enfrente de Jericó; y le mostró el SEÑOR toda la tierra de Galaad hasta Dan,

2 and all Naphtali, and the land of Ephraim and Manasseh, and all the land of Judah as far as the western sea,

y a todo Neftalí, y la tierra de Efraín y de Manasés, toda la tierra de Judá hasta el mar postrero;

3 and the Negev, and the Plain of the Valley of Jericho the city of palm trees, to Zoar.

y el mediodía, y la campiña, la vega de Jericó, ciudad de las palmas, hasta Zoar.

4 The LORD said to him, "This is the land which I swore to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, saying, 'I will give it to your descendants.' I have caused you to see it with your eyes, but you shall not go over there."

Y le dijo el SEÑOR: Esta es la tierra de que juré a Abraham, a Isaac, y a Jacob, diciendo: A tu simiente la daré. Te la he hecho ver con tus ojos, mas no pasarás allá.

5 So Moses the servant of the LORD died there in the land of Moab, according to the word of the LORD.

Y murió allí Moisés siervo del SEÑOR, en la tierra de Moab, conforme al dicho del SEÑOR.

6 And he buried him in the valley in the land of Moab over against Beth Peor: but no man knows of his tomb to this day.

Y lo enterró en el valle, en tierra de Moab, enfrente de Bet-peor; y ninguno sabe su sepulcro hasta hoy.

7 Moses was one hundred twenty years old when he died: his eye was not dim, nor his natural vigor diminished.

Y era Moisés de edad de ciento veinte años cuando murió; sus ojos nunca se oscurecieron, ni perdió su vigor.

8 The children of Israel wept for Moses in the plains of Moab thirty days: so the days of weeping in the mourning for Moses were ended.

Y lloraron los hijos de Israel a Moisés en los campos de Moab treinta días; y así se cumplieron los días del lloro del luto de Moisés.

9 Joshua the son of Nun was full of the spirit of wisdom; for Moses had laid his hands on him: and the children of Israel listened to him, and did as the LORD commanded Moses.

Y Josué hijo de Nun fue lleno del Espíritu de sabiduría, porque Moisés había puesto sus manos sobre él; y los hijos de Israel le escucharon, e hicieron como el SEÑOR mandó a Moisés.

10 There has not arisen a prophet since in Israel like Moses, whom the LORD knew face to face,

Y nunca más se levantó profeta en Israel como Moisés, a quien haya conocido el SEÑOR cara a cara;

11 in all the signs and the wonders, which the LORD sent him to do in the land of Egypt, to Pharaoh, and to all his servants, and to all his land,

en todas las señales y los milagros que le envió el SEÑOR a hacer en tierra de Egipto a Faraón, y a todos sus siervos, y a toda su tierra;

12 and in all the mighty hand, and in all the great terror, which Moses worked in the sight of all Israel.

y en toda la mano fuerte, y en todo el espanto grande que hizo Moisés a ojos de todo Israel.
