1 Corinthians 4

1 So a person should consider us as Christ's servants, and stewards of God's mysteries.

ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ನೀವು ಈ ರೀತಿಯಾಗಿ ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಬೇಕು: ನಾವು ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತ ಯೇಸುವಿನ ದಾಸರೆಂತಲೂ ದೇವರ ರಹಸ್ಯಗಳ ನಂಬಿಗಸ್ತ ನಿರ್ವಾಹಕರೆಂದೂ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಿರಿ.

2 Here, moreover, it is required of stewards, that they be found faithful.

ಹೀಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ನಂಬಿಗಸ್ತರಾಗಿರುವುದು ನಿರ್ವಾಹಕರಲ್ಲಿ ಅವಶ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಕಾಣತಕ್ಕ ಸದ್ಗುಣವಾಗಿದೆ.

3 But with me it is a very small thing that I should be judged by you, or by man's judgment. Yes, I do not judge my own self.

ನನಗಾದರೋ ನಿಮ್ಮಿಂದಾಗಲಿ, ಮನುಷ್ಯರ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದಿಂದಾಗಲಿ ವಿಚಾರಣೆಯಾಗುವುದು ಅತ್ಯಲ್ಪ ಕಾರ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ. ನನ್ನನ್ನು ನಾನೇ ನ್ಯಾಯತೀರ್ಪು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದೂ ಇಲ್ಲ.

4 For I know nothing against myself. Yet I am not justified by this, but he who judges me is the Lord.

ನನ್ನ ಮನಸ್ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಯು ಶುದ್ಧವಾಗಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಅದು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ನಿರ್ದೋಷಿಯೆಂದು ಹೇಳುವಂತಿಲ್ಲ. ನನ್ನ ನ್ಯಾಯತೀರಿಸುವವರು ಕರ್ತದೇವರೇ,

5 Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord comes, who will both bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and reveal the counsels of the hearts. Then each one will get his praise from God.

ಆದುದರಿಂದ ನೀವು ಕಾಲಕ್ಕೆ ಮೊದಲು ಯಾವುದನ್ನು ಕುರಿತೂ ತೀರ್ಪುಮಾಡದೆ, ಕರ್ತದೇವರ ಬರುವಿಕೆಗಾಗಿ ಕಾಯಿರಿ. ಅವರು ಕತ್ತಲಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಗುಪ್ತ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಬೆಳಕಿಗೆ ತಂದು ಮನುಷ್ಯನ ಹೃದಯದ ಉದ್ದೇಶಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರತ್ಯಕ್ಷಪಡಿಸುವರು. ಆಗ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬನಿಗೆ ಬರತಕ್ಕ ಹೊಗಳಿಕೆಯು ದೇವರಿಂದ ಬರುವುದು.

6 Now these things, brothers, I have in a figure transferred to myself and Apollos for your sakes, that in us you might learn not to go beyond the things which are written, that none of you be puffed up against one another.

ಪ್ರಿಯರೇ, ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರಯೋಜನಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಇವುಗಳನ್ನು ದೃಷ್ಟಾಂತರೂಪವಾಗಿ ನನ್ನ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಅಪೊಲ್ಲೋಸನ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನೆ. “ನೀವು ಬರೆದಿರುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಮೀರಿ ಹೋಗಬಾರದು,” ಎಂಬ ಹೇಳಿಕೆಯ ಅರ್ಥವನ್ನು ನಮ್ಮಿಂದ ಕಲಿತುಕೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದು. ಆಗ ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬರು ಮತ್ತೊಬ್ಬರನ್ನು ಅನುಸರಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆಂದು ಹೇಳಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದರ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆ ಪಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

7 For who makes you different? And what do you have that you did not receive? But if you did receive it, why do you boast as if you had not received it?

ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಇತರರಿಗಿಂತಲೂ ವ್ಯತ್ಯಾಸವುಳ್ಳವರಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿದವರು ಯಾರು? ನೀವು ದೇವರಿಂದ ಪಡೆಯದಿರುವಂಥದು ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದಾದರೂ ಇದೆಯೇ? ಹೀಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲವನ್ನೂ ಪಡೆದ ಮೇಲೆ, ಪಡೆಯದವರಂತೆ ನೀವು ಹೆಮ್ಮೆ ಪಟ್ಟುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದೇಕೆ?

8 You are already filled. You have already become rich. You have come to reign without us. Yes, and I wish that you did reign, that we also might reign with you.

ಈಗ ನೀವು ತೃಪ್ತರಾಗಿದ್ದೀರಿ! ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಐಶ್ವರ್ಯವಂತರಾಗಿದ್ದೀರಿ. ನಮ್ಮ ಸಹಾಯವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಆಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದೀರಿ. ನೀವು ನಿಜವಾಗಿಯೂ ಅರಸರಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ, ನಾವು ಸಹ ನಿಮ್ಮೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿ ಆಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವಲ್ಲವೇ?

9 For, I think that God has displayed us, the apostles, last of all, like men sentenced to death. For we are made a spectacle to the world, both to angels and people.

ಅಪೊಸ್ತಲರಾದ ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಮರಣದಂಡನೆ ಹೊಂದಿದವರಂತೆ ದೇವರು ಮೆರವಣಿಗೆಯ ಕಡೆಯವರನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿ ತೋರಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆಂದು ನನಗನಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಏಕೆಂದರೆ, ದೇವರು ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ದೇವದೂತರಿಗೂ ಮನುಷ್ಯರಿಗೂ ಇಡೀ ಜಗತ್ತಿಗೂ ಹಾಸ್ಯಾಸ್ಪದವಾದ ನೋಟವನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

10 We are fools for Christ's sake, but you are wise in Christ. We are weak, but you are strong. You have honor, but we have dishonor.

ನಾವು ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತ ಯೇಸುವಿನ ನಿಮಿತ್ತ ಮೂರ್ಖರಾಗಿದ್ದೇವೆ! ನೀವೋ ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತ ಯೇಸುವಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಬುದ್ಧಿವಂತರು, ನಾವೋ ಬಲಹೀನರು. ನೀವು ಬಲಿಷ್ಠರು, ನೀವು ಮಾನವಂತರು, ನಾವೋ ಮಾನಹೀನರು!

11 Even to this present hour we hunger, thirst, are naked, are beaten, and have no certain dwelling place.

ಈ ಗಳಿಗೆಯವರೆಗೂ ನಾವು ಹಸಿದು ಬಾಯಾರಿದವರೂ, ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ವಸ್ತ್ರವಿಲ್ಲದವರೂ, ಕ್ರೂರವಾಗಿ ಪೆಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಗುರಿಯಾಗುವವರೂ, ಮನೆಯಿಲ್ಲದವರೂ,

12 We toil, working with our own hands. When people curse us, we bless. Being persecuted, we endure.

ಸ್ವಂತ ಕೈಯಿಂದ ಕೆಲಸಮಾಡಿ ದುಡಿಯುವವರೂ ಆಗಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಶಪಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಆಶೀರ್ವದಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ, ಹಿಂಸೆಪಟ್ಟು ಸಹಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇವೆ,

13 Being defamed, we entreat. We are made as the filth of the world, the dirt wiped off by all, even until now.

ಅಪಕೀರ್ತಿ ಹೊಂದಿ ಸಮಾಧಾನವಾಗುತ್ತೇವೆ. ನಾವು ಈಗಿನ ವರೆಗೂ ಭೂಮಿಯ ಕಸವೋ ವಿಶ್ವದ ಹೊಲಸೋ ಎಂಬಂತೆ ಆಗಿದ್ದೇವೆ.

14 I do not write these things to shame you, but to admonish you as my beloved children.

ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ನಾಚಿಕೆಪಡಿಸುವುದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಬರೆಯದೆ, ನನ್ನ ಪ್ರಿಯ ಮಕ್ಕಳೆಂದು ನಿಮಗೆ ಬುದ್ಧಿ ಹೇಳುತ್ತೇನಷ್ಟೆ.

15 For though you have ten thousand tutors in Christ, yet not many fathers. For in Christ Jesus, I became your father through the Good News.

ಏಕೆಂದರೆ, ನಿಮಗೆ ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತ ಯೇಸುವಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಹತ್ತು ಸಾವಿರ ಮಂದಿ ಪೋಷಕರು ಇದ್ದರೂ, ತಂದೆಗಳು ಬಹುಮಂದಿ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಸುವಾರ್ತೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತ ಯೇಸುವಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ತಂದೆಯಾದೆನು.

16 I appeal to you therefore, be imitators of me.

ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ನೀವು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಅನುಕರಣೆ ಮಾಡುವವರಾಗಿ ಇರಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಬೇಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇನೆ.

17 Because of this I have sent Timothy to you, who is my beloved and faithful child in the Lord, who will remind you of my ways which are in Christ, even as I teach everywhere in every church.

ಇದರ ನಿಮಿತ್ತವೇ ಕರ್ತ ದೇವರಲ್ಲಿ ನಂಬಿಗಸ್ತನಾಗಿರುವ ನನ್ನ ಮಗ ತಿಮೊಥೆಯನನ್ನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಅವನು ನನಗೆ ಪ್ರಿಯನಾಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ. ನಾನು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕಡೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಬೋಧಿಸುವುದರ ಪ್ರಕಾರ, ಅವನು ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತ ಯೇಸುವಿನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ನನ್ನ ನಡವಳಿಕೆಯನ್ನು, ನಿಮ್ಮ ನೆನಪಿಗೆ ತರುವನು.

18 Now some are puffed up, as though I were not coming to you.

ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಬರುವುದಿಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ಕೆಲವರು ಅಹಂಕಾರಿಗಳಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

19 But I will come to you shortly, if the Lord is willing. And I will know, not the word of those who are puffed up, but the power.

ಆದರೆ ಕರ್ತದೇವರ ಚಿತ್ತವಿದ್ದರೆ, ನಾನು ಬೇಗ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬಂದು, ಅಹಂಕಾರಿಗಳ ಮಾತನ್ನಲ್ಲ, ಅವರಿಗೆ ಎಷ್ಟು ಶಕ್ತಿ ಇದೆ ಎಂಬುವುದನ್ನು ಕಂಡುಕೊಳ್ಳುವೆನು.

20 For the Kingdom of God is not in word, but in power.

ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ದೇವರ ರಾಜ್ಯವು ಮಾತಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಅಲ್ಲ, ಶಕ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇದೆ.

21 What do you want? Should I come to you with a rod, or in love and a spirit of gentleness?

ಶಿಸ್ತಿನ ಬೆತ್ತವನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿದು ಬಿಗಿಯಲು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಬಳಿ ಬರಲೋ? ಅಥವಾ ಪ್ರೀತಿ ಸೌಮ್ಯದಿಂದ ಬರಲೋ? ನಿಮಗೆ ಯಾವುದು ಇಷ್ಟ?
