1 Chronicles 8
1 And Benjamin became the father of Bela his firstborn, Ashbel the second, and Aharah the third,
ベニヤミンの生んだ者は長子はベラ、その次はアシベル、第三はアハラ、
2 Nohah the fourth, and Rapha the fifth.
第四はノハ、第五はラパ。
3 And Bela had sons: Ard, and Gera, the father of Ehud.
ベラの子らはアダル、ゲラ、アビウデ、
4 These are the sons of Ehud: Abishua, and Naaman, and Ahijah,
アビシュア、ナアマン、アホア、
5 and Gera, and Shephuphan, and Huram.
ゲラ、シフパム、ヒラム。
6 They are the heads of ancestral houses of the inhabitants of Geba, and they carried them captive to Manahath.
エホデの子らは次のとおりである。（これらはゲバの住民の氏族の長であって、マナハテに捕え移されたものである。）
7 And Naaman, and Ahijah, and Gera, he sent them into exile. And Gera became the father of Uzza and Ahihud.
すなわちナアマン、アヒヤ、ゲラすなわちヘグラム。ゲラはウザとアヒフデの父であった。
8 And Shaharaim became the father of children in the field of Moab after he had sent away his wives Hushim and Baara.
シャハライムは妻ホシムとバアラを離別してのち、モアブの国で子らをもうけた。
9 He became the father of Hodesh his wife, Jobab, and Zibia, and Mesha, and Malkam,
彼が妻ホデシによってもうけた子らはヨバブ、ヂビア、メシャ、マルカム、
10 and Jeuz, and Sachia, and Mirmah. These were his sons, heads of ancestral houses.
エウヅ、シャキヤ、ミルマ。これらはその子らであって氏族の長である。
11 Of Hushim he became the father of Abitub and Elpaal.
彼はまたホシムによってアビトブとエルパアルをもうけた。
12 The sons of Elpaal: Eber, and Misham, and Shemer (who built Ono and Lod, with its towns),
エルパアルの子らはエベル、ミシャムおよびセメド。彼はオノとロドとその村々を建てた者である。
13 and Beriah, and Shema, who were heads of ancestral houses of the inhabitants of Aijalon (who put to flight the inhabitants of Gath);
またベリアとシマがあった。（これはアヤロンの住民の氏族の長であって、ガテの住民を追い払ったものである。）
14 and their brothers, Shashak and Jeremoth.
またアヒオ、シャシャク、エレモテ。
15 And Zebadiah, and Arad, and Eder,
ゼバデヤ、アラデ、アデル、
16 and Michael, and Ishpah, and Joha were the sons of Beriah.
ミカエル、イシパおよびヨハはベリアの子らであった。
17 And Zebadiah, and Meshullam, and Hizki, and Heber,
ゼバデヤ、メシュラム、ヘゼキ、ヘベル、
18 and Ishmerai, and Izliah, and Jobab were the sons of Elpaal.
イシメライ、エズリアおよびヨバブはエルパアルの子らであった。
19 And Jakim, and Zikri, and Zabdi,
ヤキン、ジクリ、ザベデ、
20 and Elienai, and Zillethai, and Eliel,
エリエナイ、チルタイ、エリエル、
21 and Adaiah, and Beraiah, and Shimrath were the sons of Shimei.
アダヤ、ベラヤおよびシムラテはシマの子らであった。
22 And Ishpan, and Eber, and Eliel,
イシパン、ヘベル、エリエル、
23 and Abdon, and Zikri, and Hanan,
アブドン、ジクリ、ハナン、
24 and Hananiah, and Omri, and Elam, and Anthothijah,
ハナニヤ、エラム、アントテヤ、
25 and Iphdeiah, and Penuel were the sons of Shashak.
イペデヤおよびペヌエルはシャシャクの子らであった。
26 And Shamsherai, and Shehariah, and Athaliah,
シャムセライ、シハリア、アタリヤ、
27 and Jaareshiah, and Elijah, and Zikri were the sons of Jeroham.
ヤレシャ、エリヤおよびジクリはエロハムの子らであった。
28 These were heads of ancestral houses throughout their generations, chief men: these lived in Jerusalem.
これらは歴代の氏族の長であり、またかしらであって、エルサレムに住んだ。
29 And in Gibeon lived Jeiel, the father of Gibeon, whose wife's name was Maacah;
ギベオンの父エイエルはギベオンに住み、その妻の名はマアカといった。
30 and his firstborn son Abdon, and Zur, and Kish, and Baal, and Ner, and Nadab,
その長子はアブドンで、次はツル、キシ、バアル、ナダブ、
31 and Gedor, and Ahio, and Zecher and Mikloth.
ゲドル、アヒオ、ザケル、
32 Mikloth became the father of Shimeah. They also lived with their brothers in Jerusalem, over against their brothers.
およびミクロテ。ミクロテはシメアを生んだ。これらもまた兄弟たちと向かいあってエルサレムに住んだ。
33 Ner became the father of Kish; and Kish became the father of Saul; and Saul became the father of Jonathan, and Malkishua, and Abinadab, and Ishbaal.
ネルはキシを生み、キシはサウルを生み、サウルはヨナタン、マルキシュア、アビナダブ、エシバアルを生んだ。
34 The son of Jonathan was Mippibaal; and Mippibaal became the father of Micah.
ヨナタンの子はメリバアルで、メリバアルはミカエルを生んだ。
35 The sons of Micah: Pithon, and Melech, and Tarea, and Ahaz.
ミカの子らはピトン、メレク、タレア、アハズである。
36 Ahaz became the father of Jehoaddah; and Jehoaddah became the father of Alemeth, and Azmaveth, and Zimri; and Zimri became the father of Moza.
アハズはエホアダを生み、エホアダはアレメテ、アズマウテ、ジムリを生み、ジムリはモザを生み、
37 Moza became the father of Binea; Rephaiah was his son, Eleasah his son, Azel his son.
モザはビネアを生んだ。ビネアの子はラパ、ラパの子はエレアサ、エレアサの子はアゼルである。
38 Azel had six sons, whose names are these: Azrikam, his firstborn, and Ishmael, and Sheariah, and Azariah, and Obadiah, and Hanan. All these were the sons of Azel.
アゼルには六人の子があり、その名はアズリカム、ボケル、イシマエル、シャリヤ、オバデヤ、ハナンで、皆アゼルの子である。
39 The sons of Eshek his brother: Ulam his firstborn, Jeush the second, and Eliphelet the third.
その兄弟エセクの子らは、長子はウラム、次はエウシ、第三はエリペレテである。
40 The sons of Ulam were mighty men of valor, archers, and had many sons, and sons' sons, one hundred fifty. All these were of the sons of Benjamin.
ウラムの子らは大勇士で、よく弓を射る者であった。彼は多くの子と孫をもち、百五十人もあった。これらは皆ベニヤミンの子孫である。
