Psalms 43

1 A Psalm of David. Judge me, O God, and plead my cause, against an ungodly nation: deliver me from the unjust and crafty man.

Hazme justicia, oh Dios, y aboga en mi causa contra un pueblo impío; líbrame del hombre inicuo y doble.

2 For you, O God, are my strength: therefore have you cast me off? and why do I go sad of countenance, while the enemy oppresses [me]?

Pues Tú, oh Dios, eres mi fortaleza; ¿por qué me desechaste? ¿por qué he de andar afligido, bajo la opresión del adversario?

3 Send forth your light and your truth: they have led me, and brought me to your holy mountain, and to your tabernacles.

Envíame tu luz y tu verdad; que ellas me guíen y me conduzcan a tu santo monte, a tus tabernáculos.

4 And I will go in to the altar of God, to God who gladdens my youth: I will give thanks to you on the harp, O God, my God.

Así llegaré al altar de Dios, al Dios que es la alegría de mi gozo; y te alabaré al son de la cítara oh Dios, Dios mío.

5 Therefore are you very sad, O my soul? and therefore do you trouble me? Hope in God; for I will give thanks to him, [who is] the health of my countenance, [and] my God.

¿Por qué estás afligida, alma mía, y te conturbas dentro de mí? Espera en Dios, pues aún he de alabar al que es mi salvación, mi Dios.
