Revelation 15

1 And I saw another sign in heaven, great and marvellous, seven angels having the seven last plagues; for in them is filled up the wrath of God.

また私は、天にもう一つの巨大な驚くべきしるしを見た。七人の御使いが、最後の七つの災害を携えていた。神の激しい怒りはここに窮まるのである。

2 And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire: and them that had gotten the victory over the beast, and over his image, and over his mark, [and] over the number of his name, stand on the sea of glass, having the harps of God.

私は、火の混じった、ガラスの海のようなものを見た。獣と、その像と、その名を示す数字とに打ち勝った人々が、神の立琴を手にして、このガラスの海のほとりに立っていた。

3 And they sing the song of Moses the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, Great and marvellous [are] thy works, Lord God Almighty; just and true [are] thy ways, thou King of saints.

彼らは、神のしもべモーセの歌と小羊の歌とを歌って言った。 「あなたのみわざは偉大であり、驚くべきものです。主よ。万物の支配者である神よ。あなたの道は正しく、真実です。もろもろの民の王よ。

4 Who shall not fear thee, O Lord, and glorify thy name? for [thou] only [art] holy: for all nations shall come and worship before thee; for thy judgments are made manifest.

主よ。だれかあなたを恐れず、御名をほめたたえない者があるでしょうか。ただあなただけが、聖なる方です。すべての国々の民は来て、あなたの御前にひれ伏します。あなたの正しいさばきが、明らかにされたからです。」

5 And after that I looked, and, behold, the temple of the tabernacle of the testimony in heaven was opened:

その後、また私は見た。天にある、あかしの幕屋の聖所が開いた。

6 And the seven angels came out of the temple, having the seven plagues, clothed in pure and white linen, and having their breasts girded with golden girdles.

そしてその聖所から、七つの災害を携えた七人の御使いが出て来た。彼らは、きよい光り輝く亜麻布を着て、胸には金の帯を締めていた。

7 And one of the four beasts gave unto the seven angels seven golden vials full of the wrath of God, who liveth for ever and ever. (aiōn g165)

また、四つの生き物の一つが、永遠に生きておられる神の御怒りの満ちた七つの金の鉢を、七人の御使いに渡した。 (aiōn g165)

8 And the temple was filled with smoke from the glory of God, and from his power; and no man was able to enter into the temple, till the seven plagues of the seven angels were fulfilled.

聖所は神の栄光と神の大能から立ち上る煙で満たされ、七人の御使いたちの七つの災害が終わるまでは、だれもその聖所に、はいることができなかった。
