Psalms 118

1 O give thanks unto the LORD; for [he is] good: because his mercy [endureth] for ever.

১যিহোৱাৰ ধন্যবাদ কৰা, কিয়নো তেওঁ মঙ্গলময়, কাৰণ তেওঁৰ অসীম প্রেম চিৰকাললৈকে থাকে।

2 Let Israel now say, that his mercy [endureth] for ever.

২ইস্ৰায়েলে কওঁক, “তেওঁৰ অসীম প্রেম চিৰকাললৈকে থাকে।”

3 Let the house of Aaron now say, that his mercy [endureth] for ever.

৩হাৰোণৰ বংশই কওঁক, “তেওঁৰ অসীম প্রেম চিৰকাললৈকে থাকে।”

4 Let them now that fear the LORD say, that his mercy [endureth] for ever.

৪যিহোৱালৈ ভয় ৰাখোঁতাসকলে কওঁক, “তেওঁৰ অসীম প্রেম চিৰকাললৈকে থাকে।”

5 I called upon the LORD in distress: the LORD answered me, [and set me] in a large place.

৫মই সঙ্কটৰ কালত যিহোৱাৰ নামেৰে প্ৰাৰ্থনা কৰিলোঁ; যিহোৱাই মোক উত্তৰ দিলে আৰু এক বহল ঠাইত থলে।

6 The LORD [is] on my side; I will not fear: what can man do unto me?

৬যিহোৱা মোৰ পক্ষত আছে, মই ভয় নকৰোঁ; মানুহে মোক কি কৰিব পাৰে?

7 The LORD taketh my part with them that help me: therefore shall I see [my desire] upon them that hate me.

৭মোক সহায় কৰিবলৈ যিহোৱা মোৰ পক্ষত আছে; গতিকে মই মোৰ বিৰোধীবোৰৰ পৰাজয় দেখা পাম।

8 [It is] better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man.

৮মানুহৰ ওপৰত ভাৰসা ৰখাতকৈ যিহোৱাত আশ্ৰয় লোৱাই ভাল।

9 [It is] better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in princes.

৯অধিপতিসকলৰ ওপৰত ভাৰসা ৰখাতকৈ, যিহোৱাত আশ্ৰয় লোৱাই ভাল।

10 All nations compassed me about: but in the name of the LORD will I destroy them.

১০সমুদায় জাতিয়ে মোক আগুৰি ধৰিলে; মই যিহোৱাৰ অধিকাৰেৰে তেওঁলোকক উচ্ছন্ন কৰিলোঁ।

11 They compassed me about; yea, they compassed me about: but in the name of the LORD I will destroy them.

১১তেওঁলোকে মোক আগুৰি ধৰিলে, হয়, মোক আগুৰি ধৰিলে; মই যিহোৱাৰ নামেৰে তেওঁলোকক উচ্ছন্ন কৰিলোঁ।

12 They compassed me about like bees; they are quenched as the fire of thorns: for in the name of the LORD I will destroy them.

১২তেওঁলোকে মৌ-মাখিৰ দৰে মোক বেৰি ধৰিলে; কাঁইটীয়া বনৰ জুইৰ দৰে ততালিকে তেওঁলোক নুমাই গ’ল; মই যিহোৱাৰ নামেৰে তেওঁলোকক উচ্ছন্ন কৰিলোঁ।

13 Thou hast thrust sore at me that I might fall: but the LORD helped me.

১৩মই যেন পৰি যাও, তাৰ বাবে তেওঁলোকে মোক জোৰকৈ ঠেলা মাৰিছিল, কিন্তু যিহোৱাই মোক সহায় কৰিলে।

14 The LORD [is] my strength and song, and is become my salvation.

১৪যিহোৱা মোৰ বল আৰু প্রবল শক্তি; তেঁৱেই মোৰ পৰিত্ৰাণ হ’ল।

15 The voice of rejoicing and salvation [is] in the tabernacles of the righteous: the right hand of the LORD doeth valiantly.

১৫ধাৰ্মিকসকলৰ তম্বুত বিজয়ৰ আনন্দপূর্ণ ধ্বনি হ’ল; “যিহোৱাৰ সোঁ-হাতে মহৎ কাৰ্য কৰিলে।”

16 The right hand of the LORD is exalted: the right hand of the LORD doeth valiantly.

১৬যিহোৱাৰ সোঁ-হাত উত্তোলিত হ’ল; যিহোৱাৰ সোঁ-হাতে মহৎ কাৰ্য কৰিলে।

17 I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the LORD.

১৭মোৰ মৃত্যু নহ’ব, কিন্তু মই জীয়াই থাকিম, আৰু যিহোৱাই কৰা কাৰ্যবোৰ ঘোষণা কৰিম।

18 The LORD hath chastened me sore: but he hath not given me over unto death.

১৮যিহোৱাই মোক বৰকৈ শাস্তি দিলে; কিন্তু তেওঁ মোক মৃত্যুৰ হাতত শোধাই নিদিলে।

19 Open to me the gates of righteousness: I will go into them, [and] I will praise the LORD:

১৯মোলৈ ধাৰ্মিকতাৰ দুৱাৰবোৰ মুকলি কৰি দিয়া, যাতে সেইবোৰৰ ভিতৰত সোমাই মই যিহোৱাৰ ধন্যবাদ কৰিব পাৰোঁ।

20 This gate of the LORD, into which the righteous shall enter.

২০এয়াই যিহোৱাৰ দুৱাৰ; ইয়াৰ মাজেদিয়েই ধাৰ্মিকসকল সোমায়।

21 I will praise thee: for thou hast heard me, and art become my salvation.

২১মই তোমাৰ ধন্যবাদ কৰোঁ; কিয়নো তুমি মোক উত্তৰ দিলা; তুমি মোৰ পৰিত্ৰাণ থ’লো।

22 The stone [which] the builders refused is become the head [stone] of the corner.

২২ঘৰ নির্মাণকাৰীসকলে যি শিলক অগ্ৰাহ্য কৰিলে, সেয়ে সকলোতকৈ দৰকাৰী চুকৰ প্ৰধান শিল হৈ উঠিল।

23 This is the LORD’s doing; it [is] marvellous in our eyes.

২৩এইয়া যিহোৱাৰেই কার্য, আমাৰ দৃষ্টিত অতি আচৰিত লাগে।

24 This [is] the day [which] the LORD hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.

২৪এয়ে সেই দিন, যি দিন যিহোৱাই নিৰূপণ কৰিলে; আহাঁ, আমি এই দিনত আনন্দ কৰোঁ আৰু উল্লাস কৰোঁ।

25 Save now, I beseech thee, O LORD: O LORD, I beseech thee, send now prosperity.

২৫হে যিহোৱা, মিনতি কৰোঁ, তুমি আমাক ৰক্ষা কৰা! হে যিহোৱা, আমি তোমাক মিনতি কৰোঁ, সফলতা দান কৰা! শুভ কৰা।

26 Blessed [be] he that cometh in the name of the LORD: we have blessed you out of the house of the LORD.

২৬ধন্য সেইজন, যি জন যিহোৱাৰ নামেৰে আহিছে; আমি যিহোৱাৰ গৃহৰ পৰা তোমালোকক আশীর্বাদ কৰিছোঁ।

27 God [is] the LORD, which hath shewed us light: bind the sacrifice with cords, [even] unto the horns of the altar.

২৭যিহোৱাই ঈশ্বৰ আৰু তেঁৱেই আমাক দীপ্তি দিলে; তোমালোকে বলিৰ পশুবোৰ ৰছীৰে যজ্ঞবেদীৰ শিঙলৈকে বান্ধা।

28 Thou [art] my God, and I will praise thee: [thou art] my God, I will exalt thee.

২৮তুমিয়েই মোৰ ঈশ্বৰ, মই তোমাৰ ধন্যবাদ কৰিম; তুমিয়েই মোৰ ঈশ্বৰ, মই তোমাৰ মহিমা কীর্তন কৰিম।

29 O give thanks unto the LORD; for [he is] good: for his mercy [endureth] for ever.

২৯তোমালোকে যিহোৱাৰ ধন্যবাদ কৰা, কিয়নো তেওঁ মঙ্গলময়; তেওঁৰ অসীম প্রেম চিৰকাললৈকে থাকে।
