Ephesians 5
1 Be ye therefore followers of God, as dear children;
১অতো যূযং প্ৰিযবালকা ইৱেশ্ৱৰস্যানুকাৰিণো ভৱত,
2 And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweetsmelling savour.
২খ্ৰীষ্ট ইৱ প্ৰেমাচাৰং কুৰুত চ, যতঃ সোঽস্মাসু প্ৰেম কৃতৱান্ অস্মাকং ৱিনিমযেন চাত্মনিৱেদনং কৃৎৱা গ্ৰাহ্যসুগন্ধাৰ্থকম্ উপহাৰং বলিঞ্চেশ্ৱৰাচ দত্তৱান্|
3 But fornication, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not be once named among you, as becometh saints;
৩কিন্তু ৱেশ্যাগমনং সৰ্ৱ্ৱৱিধাশৌচক্ৰিযা লোভশ্চৈতেষাম্ উচ্চাৰণমপি যুষ্মাকং মধ্যে ন ভৱতু, এতদেৱ পৱিত্ৰলোকানাম্ উচিতং|
4 Neither filthiness, nor foolish talking, nor jesting, which are not convenient: but rather giving of thanks.
৪অপৰং কুৎসিতালাপঃ প্ৰলাপঃ শ্লেষোক্তিশ্চ ন ভৱতু যত এতান্যনুচিতানি কিন্ত্ৱীশ্ৱৰস্য ধন্যৱাদো ভৱতু|
5 For this ye know, that no whoremonger, nor unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, hath any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God.
৫ৱেশ্যাগাম্যশৌচাচাৰী দেৱপূজক ইৱ গণ্যো লোভী চৈতেষাং কোষি খ্ৰীষ্টস্য ৰাজ্যেঽৰ্থত ঈশ্ৱৰস্য ৰাজ্যে কমপ্যধিকাৰং ন প্ৰাপ্স্যতীতি যুষ্মাভিঃ সম্যক্ জ্ঞাযতাং|
6 Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience.
৬অনৰ্থকৱাক্যেন কোঽপি যুষ্মান্ ন ৱঞ্চযতু যতস্তাদৃগাচাৰহেতোৰনাজ্ঞাগ্ৰাহিষু লোকেষ্ৱীশ্ৱৰস্য কোপো ৱৰ্ত্ততে|
7 Be not ye therefore partakers with them.
৭তস্মাদ্ যূযং তৈঃ সহভাগিনো ন ভৱত|
8 For ye were sometimes darkness, but now [are ye] light in the Lord: walk as children of light:
৮পূৰ্ৱ্ৱং যূযম্ অন্ধকাৰস্ৱৰূপা আধ্ৱং কিন্ত্ৱিদানীং প্ৰভুনা দীপ্তিস্ৱৰূপা ভৱথ তস্মাদ্ দীপ্তেঃ সন্তানা ইৱ সমাচৰত|
9 (For the fruit of the Spirit [is] in all goodness and righteousness and truth; )
৯দীপ্তে ৰ্যৎ ফলং তৎ সৰ্ৱ্ৱৱিধহিতৈষিতাযাং ধৰ্ম্মে সত্যালাপে চ প্ৰকাশতে|
10 Proving what is acceptable unto the Lord.
১০প্ৰভৱে যদ্ ৰোচতে তৎ পৰীক্ষধ্ৱং|
11 And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove [them].
১১যূযং তিমিৰস্য ৱিফলকৰ্ম্মণাম্ অংশিনো ন ভূৎৱা তেষাং দোষিৎৱং প্ৰকাশযত|
12 For it is a shame even to speak of those things which are done of them in secret.
১২যতস্তে লোকা ৰহমি যদ্ যদ্ আচৰন্তি তদুচ্চাৰণম্ অপি লজ্জাজনকং|
13 But all things that are reproved are made manifest by the light: for whatsoever doth make manifest is light.
১৩যতো দীপ্ত্যা যদ্ যৎ প্ৰকাশ্যতে তৎ তযা চকাস্যতে যচ্চ চকাস্তি তদ্ দীপ্তিস্ৱৰূপং ভৱতি|
14 Wherefore he saith, Awake thou that sleepest, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give thee light.
১৪এতৎকাৰণাদ্ উক্তম্ আস্তে, "হে নিদ্ৰিত প্ৰবুধ্যস্ৱ মৃতেভ্যশ্চোত্থিতিং কুৰু| তৎকৃতে সূৰ্য্যৱৎ খ্ৰীষ্টঃ স্ৱযং ৎৱাং দ্যোতযিষ্যতি| "
15 See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise,
১৫অতঃ সাৱধানা ভৱত, অজ্ঞানা ইৱ মাচৰত কিন্তু জ্ঞানিন ইৱ সতৰ্কম্ আচৰত|
16 Redeeming the time, because the days are evil.
১৬সমযং বহুমূল্যং গণযধ্ৱং যতঃ কালা অভদ্ৰাঃ|
17 Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord [is].
১৭তস্মাদ্ যূযম্ অজ্ঞানা ন ভৱত কিন্তু প্ৰভোৰভিমতং কিং তদৱগতা ভৱত|
18 And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit;
১৮সৰ্ৱ্ৱনাশজনকেন সুৰাপানেন মত্তা মা ভৱত কিন্ত্ৱাত্মনা পূৰ্য্যধ্ৱং|
19 Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord;
১৯অপৰং গীতৈ ৰ্গানৈঃ পাৰমাৰ্থিককীৰ্ত্তনৈশ্চ পৰস্পৰম্ আলপন্তো মনসা সাৰ্দ্ধং প্ৰভুম্ উদ্দিশ্য গাযত ৱাদযত চ|
20 Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ;
২০সৰ্ৱ্ৱদা সৰ্ৱ্ৱৱিষযেঽস্মৎপ্ৰভো যীশোঃ খ্ৰীষ্টস্য নাম্না তাতম্ ঈশ্ৱৰং ধন্যং ৱদত|
21 Submitting yourselves one to another in the fear of God.
২১যূযম্ ঈশ্ৱৰাদ্ ভীতাঃ সন্ত অন্যেঽপৰেষাং ৱশীভূতা ভৱত|
22 Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord.
২২হে যোষিতঃ, যূযং যথা প্ৰভোস্তথা স্ৱস্ৱস্ৱামিনো ৱশঙ্গতা ভৱত|
23 For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body.
২৩যতঃ খ্ৰীষ্টো যদ্ৱৎ সমিতে ৰ্মূৰ্দ্ধা শৰীৰস্য ত্ৰাতা চ ভৱতি তদ্ৱৎ স্ৱামী যোষিতো মূৰ্দ্ধা|
24 Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so [let] the wives [be] to their own husbands in every thing.
২৪অতঃ সমিতি ৰ্যদ্ৱৎ খ্ৰীষ্টস্য ৱশীভূতা তদ্ৱদ্ যোষিদ্ভিৰপি স্ৱস্ৱস্ৱামিনো ৱশতা স্ৱীকৰ্ত্তৱ্যা|
25 Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it;
২৫অপৰঞ্চ হে পুৰুষাঃ, যূযং খ্ৰীষ্ট ইৱ স্ৱস্ৱযোষিৎসু প্ৰীযধ্ৱং|
26 That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word,
২৬স খ্ৰীষ্টোঽপি সমিতৌ প্ৰীতৱান্ তস্যাঃ কৃতে চ স্ৱপ্ৰাণান্ ত্যক্তৱান্ যতঃ স ৱাক্যে জলমজ্জনেন তাং পৰিষ্কৃত্য পাৱযিতুম্
27 That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.
২৭অপৰং তিলকৱল্যাদিৱিহীনাং পৱিত্ৰাং নিষ্কলঙ্কাঞ্চ তাং সমিতিং তেজস্ৱিনীং কৃৎৱা স্ৱহস্তে সমৰ্পযিতুঞ্চাভিলষিতৱান্|
28 So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself.
২৮তস্মাৎ স্ৱতনুৱৎ স্ৱযোষিতি প্ৰেমকৰণং পুৰুষস্যোচিতং, যেন স্ৱযোষিতি প্ৰেম ক্ৰিযতে তেনাত্মপ্ৰেম ক্ৰিযতে|
29 For no man ever yet hated his own flesh; but nourisheth and cherisheth it, even as the Lord the church:
২৯কোঽপি কদাপি ন স্ৱকীযাং তনুম্ ঋতীযিতৱান্ কিন্তু সৰ্ৱ্ৱে তাং ৱিভ্ৰতি পুষ্ণন্তি চ| খ্ৰীষ্টোঽপি সমিতিং প্ৰতি তদেৱ কৰোতি,
30 For we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his bones.
৩০যতো ৱযং তস্য শৰীৰস্যাঙ্গানি মাংসাস্থীনি চ ভৱামঃ|
31 For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and they two shall be one flesh.
৩১এতদৰ্থং মানৱঃ স্ৱমাতাপিতৰো পৰিত্যজ্য স্ৱভাৰ্য্যাযাম্ আসংক্ষ্যতি তৌ দ্ৱৌ জনাৱেকাঙ্গৌ ভৱিষ্যতঃ|
32 This is a great mystery: but I speak concerning Christ and the church.
৩২এতন্নিগূঢৱাক্যং গুৰুতৰং মযা চ খ্ৰীষ্টসমিতী অধি তদ্ উচ্যতে|
33 Nevertheless let every one of you in particular so love his wife even as himself; and the wife [see] that she reverence [her] husband.
৩৩অতএৱ যুষ্মাকম্ একৈকো জন আত্মৱৎ স্ৱযোষিতি প্ৰীযতাং ভাৰ্য্যাপি স্ৱামিনং সমাদৰ্ত্তুং যততাং|
