Leviticus 9
1 And it came to pass on the eighth day, that Moses called Aaron and his sons, and the elders of Israel;
八日目になって、モーセはアロンとその子たち、およびイスラエルの長老たちを呼び寄せ、
2 And he said unto Aaron, Take you a young calf for a sin offering, and a ram for a burnt offering, without blemish, and offer them before the LORD.
アロンに言った、「あなたは雄の子牛の全きものを罪祭のために取り、また雄羊の全きものを燔祭のために取って、主の前にささげなさい。
3 And unto the children of Israel you shall speak, saying, Take all of you a kid of the goats for a sin offering; and a calf and a lamb, both of the first year, without blemish, for a burnt offering;
あなたはまたイスラエルの人々に言いなさい、『あなたがたは雄やぎを罪祭のために取り、また一歳の全き子牛と小羊とを燔祭のために取りなさい、
4 Also a bullock and a ram for peace offerings, to sacrifice before the LORD; and a food offering mingled with oil: in order to day the LORD will appear unto you.
また主の前にささげる酬恩祭のために雄牛と雄羊とを取り、また油を混ぜた素祭を取りなさい。主がきょうあなたがたに現れたもうからである』」。
5 And they brought that which Moses commanded before the tabernacle of the congregation: and all the congregation drew near and stood before the LORD.
彼らはモーセが命じたものを会見の幕屋の前に携えてきた。会衆がみな近づいて主の前に立ったので、
6 And Moses said, This is the thing which the LORD commanded that all of you should do: and the glory of the LORD shall appear unto you.
モーセは言った、「これは主があなたがたに、せよと命じられたことである。こうして主の栄光はあなたがたに現れるであろう」。
7 And Moses said unto Aaron, Go unto the altar, and offer your sin offering, and your burnt offering, and make an atonement for yourself, and for the people: and offer the offering of the people, and make an atonement for them; as the LORD commanded.
モーセはまたアロンに言った、「あなたは祭壇に近づき、あなたの罪祭と燔祭をささげて、あなたのため、また民のためにあがないをし、また民の供え物をささげて、彼らのためにあがないをし、すべて主がお命じになったようにしなさい」。
8 Aaron therefore went unto the altar, and slew the calf of the sin offering, which was for himself.
そこでアロンは祭壇に近づき、自分のための罪祭の子牛をほふった。
9 And the sons of Aaron brought the blood unto him: and he dipped his finger in the blood, and put it upon the horns of the altar, and poured out the blood at the bottom of the altar:
そしてアロンの子たちは、その血を彼のもとに携えてきたので、彼は指をその血に浸し、それを祭壇の角につけ、残りの血を祭壇のもとに注ぎ、
10 But the fat, and the kidneys, and the lobe above the liver of the sin offering, he burnt upon the altar; as the LORD commanded Moses.
また罪祭の脂肪と腎臓と肝臓の小葉とを祭壇の上で焼いた。主がモーセに命じられたとおりである。
11 And the flesh and the hide he burnt with fire without the camp.
またその肉と皮とは宿営の外で火をもって焼き捨てた。
12 And he slew the burnt offering; and Aaron's sons presented unto him the blood, which he sprinkled round about upon the altar.
彼はまた燔祭の獣をほふり、アロンの子たちがその血を彼に渡したので、これを祭壇の周囲に注ぎかけた。
13 And they presented the burnt offering unto him, with the pieces thereof, and the head: and he burnt them upon the altar.
彼らがまた燔祭のもの、すなわち、その切り分けたものと頭とを彼に渡したので、彼はこれを祭壇の上で焼いた。
14 And he did wash the inwards and the legs, and burnt them upon the burnt offering on the altar.
またその内臓と足とを洗い、祭壇の上で燔祭と共にこれを焼いた。
15 And he brought the people's offering, and took the goat, which was the sin offering for the people, and slew it, and offered it for sin, as the first.
彼はまた民の供え物をささげた。すなわち、民のための罪祭のやぎを取ってこれをほふり、前のようにこれを罪のためにささげた。
16 And he brought the burnt offering, and offered it according to the manner.
また燔祭をささげた。すなわち、これを定めのようにささげた。
17 And he brought the food offering, and took an handful thereof, and burnt it upon the altar, beside the burnt sacrifice of the morning.
また素祭をささげ、そのうちから一握りを取り、朝の燔祭に加えて、これを祭壇の上で焼いた。
18 He slew also the bullock and the ram for a sacrifice of peace offerings, which was for the people: and Aaron's sons presented unto him the blood, which he sprinkled upon the altar round about,
彼はまた民のためにささげる酬恩祭の犠牲の雄牛と雄羊とをほふり、アロンの子たちが、その血を彼に渡したので、彼はこれを祭壇の周囲に注ぎかけた。
19 And the fat of the bullock and of the ram, the rump, and that which covers the inwards, and the kidneys, and the lobe above the liver:
またその雄牛と雄羊との脂肪、すなわち、脂尾、内臓をおおうもの、腎臓、肝臓の小葉。
20 And they put the fat upon the breasts, and he burnt the fat upon the altar:
これらの脂肪を彼らはその胸の上に載せて携えてきたので、彼はその脂肪を祭壇の上で焼いた。
21 And the breasts and the right shoulder Aaron waved for a wave offering before the LORD; as Moses commanded.
その胸と右のももとは、アロンが主の前に揺り動かして揺祭とした。モーセが命じたとおりである。
22 And Aaron lifted up his hand toward the people, and blessed them, and came down from offering of the sin offering, and the burnt offering, and peace offerings.
アロンは民にむかって手をあげて、彼らを祝福し、罪祭、燔祭、酬恩祭をささげ終って降りた。
23 And Moses and Aaron went into the tabernacle of the congregation, and came out, and blessed the people: and the glory of the LORD appeared unto all the people.
モーセとアロンは会見の幕屋に入り、また出てきて民を祝福した。そして主の栄光はすべての民に現れ、
24 And there came a fire out from before the LORD, and consumed upon the altar the burnt offering and the fat: which when all the people saw, they shouted, and fell on their faces.
主の前から火が出て、祭壇の上の燔祭と脂肪とを焼きつくした。民はみな、これを見て喜びよばわり、そしてひれ伏した。
