Psalms 54

1 Save me, O God, by thy name, and judge me by thy strength.

Bože! imenom svojim pomozi mi, i krjepošæu svojom odbrani me na sudu.

2 Hear my prayer, O God; give ear to the words of my mouth.

Bože! usliši molitvu moju, èuj rijeèi usta mojih.

3 For strangers are risen up against me, and oppressors seek after my soul: they have not set God before them. (Selah)

Jer tuðini ustaše na me, i silni traže dušu moju; nemaju Boga pred sobom.

4 Behold, God is mine helper: the Lord is with them that uphold my soul.

Gle, Bog je pomoænik moj, Gospod daje snagu duši mojoj.

5 He shall reward evil unto mine enemies: cut them off in thy truth.

Obratiæe zlo na neprijatelje moje, istinom svojom istrijebiæe ih.

6 I will freely sacrifice unto thee: I will praise thy name, O Yhwh; for it is good.

Rado æu prinijeti žrtvu, proslaviæu ime tvoje, Gospode, jer je dobro.

7 For he hath delivered me out of all trouble: and mine eye hath seen his desire upon mine enemies.

Jer me izbavljaš od svake nevolje, i na neprijatelje moje bez straha gleda oko moje.
