Proverbs 8
1 Doth not wisdom cry? and understanding put forth her voice?
১প্রজ্ঞাই জানো নকয়? সুবুদ্ধিয়ে জানো উচ্চস্বৰে নকয়?
2 She standeth in the top of high places, by the way in the places of the paths.
২বাটৰ কাষৰ ওখ ঠাইত, চাৰিআলিত প্রজ্ঞা থিয় হয়।
3 She crieth at the gates, at the entry of the city, at the coming in at the doors.
৩তাৰ উপৰিও নগৰৰ প্ৰবেশস্থানত, আৰু নগৰৰ দুৱাৰৰ ওচৰত থাকি ৰিঙিয়াই কয়,
4 Unto you, O men, I call; and my voice is to the sons of man.
৪“হে লোকসকল, মই তোমালোকক মাতিছোঁ; আৰু মানৱজাতিৰ সন্তান সকলৰ বাবে মই উচ্ছস্বৰে কওঁ।
5 O ye simple, understand wisdom: and, ye fools, be ye of an understanding heart.
৫যিসকল শিক্ষিত নহয়, তেওঁলোকে সুবুদ্ধিক বুজা উচিত, আৰু যিসকলে জ্ঞানক ঘিণ কৰে, তেওঁলোকৰ সুবিবেচনাৰ হৃদয় থকা উচিত।
6 Hear; for I will speak of excellent things; and the opening of my lips shall be right things.
৬শুনা, মই উত্তম বিষয়ৰ কথা কওঁ, আৰু যেতিয়া মোৰ মুখ মেলোঁ, তেতিয়া মই সত্য কথা কওঁ।
7 For my mouth shall speak truth; and wickedness is an abomination to my lips.
৭কিয়নো মোৰ মুখে বিশ্বাসযোগ্য কথা কয়, আৰু মোৰ ওঁঠে দুষ্টতা ঘিণ কৰে।
8 All the words of my mouth are in righteousness; there is nothing crooked or perverse in them.
৮মোৰ মুখৰ সকলো কথা ন্যায়পৰায়ণ; সেইবোৰৰ মাজত বিকৃত, বা বিভ্রান্তিজনক বিষয়ৰ কথা নাথাকে।
9 They are all plain to him that understandeth, and right to them that find knowledge.
৯যি সকলে বুজি পাই, তেওঁলোকৰ কাৰণে মোৰ কথাবোৰ স্পষ্ট; যি সকলে জ্ঞান লাভ কৰে, তেওঁলোকৰ কাৰণে মোৰ কথাবোৰ সত্য।
10 Receive my instruction, and not silver; and knowledge rather than choice gold.
১০ৰূপতকৈ মোৰ শিক্ষা, আৰু শুদ্ধ সোণতকৈয়ো জ্ঞান গ্ৰহণ কৰা।
11 For wisdom is better than rubies; and all the things that may be desired are not to be compared to it.
১১কিয়নো প্রজ্ঞা পদ্মৰাগতকৈয়ো উত্তম, তুমি ইচ্ছা কৰা কোনো বস্তুকে তাৰ লগত তুলনা কৰিব নোৱাৰি।
12 I wisdom dwell with prudence, and find out knowledge of witty inventions.
১২মই প্ৰজ্ঞাই সুবুদ্ধিয়ে সৈতে বাস কৰোঁ, আৰু মই জ্ঞান আৰু বিবেচনা লাভ কৰোঁ।
13 The fear of Yhwh is to hate evil: pride, and arrogancy, and the evil way, and the perverse mouth, do I hate.
১৩যিহোৱাক ভয় কৰায়েই দুষ্টতাক ঘিণ কৰা হয়; মই অহংকাৰ, গর্ব, কুপথ, আৰু বিপথগামী কথা ঘিণ কৰোঁ।
14 Counsel is mine, and sound wisdom: I am understanding; I have strength.
১৪মোৰ ভাল পৰামৰ্শ আৰু গভীৰ প্রজ্ঞা আছে; সুক্ষ্মদৃষ্টি আৰু পৰাক্ৰম মোৰেই।
15 By me kings reign, and princes decree justice.
১৫মোৰ দ্বাৰাই ৰজাসকলে ৰাজত্ব কৰে, অভিজাত লোকসকল আৰু ন্যায়েৰে যিসকল লোকে শাসন কৰে, সেইসকলো মোৰেই।
16 By me princes rule, and nobles, even all the judges of the earth.
১৬অধিপতি, অভিজাত, আৰু যিসকলে ন্যায়েৰে শাসন কৰে, সেই সকলে মোৰ দ্বাৰাই কৰে।
17 I love them that love me; and those that seek me early shall find me.
১৭যিসকলে মোক প্ৰেম কৰে, ময়ো তেওঁলোকক প্ৰেম কৰোঁ, আৰু যিসকলে মোক আগ্রহেৰে বিচাৰে, তেওঁলোকে মোক বিচাৰি পায়।
18 Riches and honour are with me; yea, durable riches and righteousness.
১৮ঐশ্চৰ্য্য আৰু মান মৰ্য্যদা মোৰ লগতে আছে, এনে কি অক্ষয় সম্পত্তি আৰু ধাৰ্মিকতা আছে।
19 My fruit is better than gold, yea, than fine gold; and my revenue than choice silver.
১৯সোণতকৈ আৰু শুদ্ধ সোণতকৈয়ো মোৰ ফল উত্তম; শুদ্ধ ৰূপতকৈয়ো মই যি উৎপন্ন কৰোঁ সেয়া উত্তম।
20 I lead in the way of righteousness, in the midst of the paths of judgment:
২০মই যি পথেৰে যাওঁ, সেই পথ শুদ্ধ; সেই পথে ন্যায়লৈ লৈ যায়।
21 That I may cause those that love me to inherit substance; and I will fill their treasures.
২১সেয়ে যিসকলে মোক ভাল পায় তেওঁলোকক মই উত্তৰাধিকাৰ দিওঁ, আৰু তেওঁলোকৰ ভঁৰাল পৰিপূৰ্ণ কৰিম।
22 Yhwh possessed me in the beginning of his way, before his works of old.
২২যিহোৱাই আৰম্ভণীৰে পৰা মোক সৃষ্টি কৰিলে- পূৰ্বৰ দৰেই তেওঁৰ প্রথম কাৰ্য।
23 I was set up from everlasting, from the beginning, or ever the earth was.
২৩অনাদি কালৰ পৰা, পৃথিবীৰ আৰম্ভণীৰে পৰা মই স্থাপিত হৈ আছোঁ।
24 When there were no depths, I was brought forth; when there were no fountains abounding with water.
২৪মহাসাগৰৰ আগতে, আৰু পানীৰ ভুমুকবোৰ হোৱাৰ আগতে, মোক জন্ম দিয়া হৈছিল।
25 Before the mountains were settled, before the hills was I brought forth:
২৫পৰ্ব্বতবোৰ স্থাপন হোৱাৰ আগতে, আৰু পাহাৰবোৰৰ পূর্বেই, মোৰ জন্ম হৈছিল।
26 While as yet he had not made the earth, nor the fields, nor the highest part of the dust of the world.
২৬যিহোৱাই পৃথিৱী বা পথাৰবোৰ সৃষ্টিৰ কৰাৰ আগতে, এনেকি পৃথিৱীত উৎপন্ন হোৱা প্রথম ধূলিৰ আগতে মোৰ জন্ম হৈছিল।
27 When he prepared the heavens, I was there: when he set a compass upon the face of the depth:
২৭তেওঁ স্বৰ্গ স্থাপন কৰা সময়ত, আৰু তেওঁ অগাধ জলত দিগন্তৰ সীমা নিৰূপণ কৰোঁতে, মই সেই ঠাইত আছিলোঁ।
28 When he established the clouds above: when he strengthened the fountains of the deep:
২৮তেওঁ যেতিয়া আকাশ-মণ্ডল স্থাপন কৰিছিল, আৰু যেতিয়া গভীৰ ভুমুকবোৰ সৃষ্টি কৰিছিল, তেতিয়া মই সেই ঠাইত আছিলোঁ।
29 When he gave to the sea his decree, that the waters should not pass his commandment: when he appointed the foundations of the earth:
২৯সাগৰ সীমা নিৰূপণ কৰাৰ আগেয়ে মই সেই ঠাইত আছিলোঁ, সেয়ে সাগৰৰ পানী তেওঁ আজ্ঞা কৰা ঠাইৰ বাহিৰে আন ঠাইত যেন প্লাৱিত নহয়। আৰু যেতিয়া তেওঁ পৃথিবীৰ মূল ক’ত স্থাপন হব আদেশ দিছিল।
30 Then I was by him, as one brought up with him: and I was daily his delight, rejoicing always before him;
৩০তেতিয়া মই তেওঁৰ লগত প্ৰধান শিল্পকাৰ ৰূপে আছিলোঁ, আৰু মই দিনৰ পাচত দিন তেওঁত আনন্দ কৰিছিলোঁ, সদায় তেওঁৰ আগত প্রশংসা কৰিছিলোঁ।
31 Rejoicing in the habitable part of his earth; and my delights were with the sons of men.
৩১মই তেওঁৰ সমগ্র পৃথিৱীত প্রশংসা কৰিছিলোঁ, আৰু মানৱজাতিৰ মাজত মোৰ আনন্দ হৈছিল।
32 Now therefore hearken unto me, O ye children: for blessed are they that keep my ways.
৩২এতিয়া হে মোৰ পুত্রসকল, মোৰ কথা শুনা; কাৰণ যিসকলে মোৰ পথত চলে, তেওঁলোক আনন্দিত হ’ব।
33 Hear instruction, and be wise, and refuse it not.
৩৩মোৰ নিৰ্দেশ শুনা আৰু জ্ঞানী হোৱা; ইয়াক অৱজ্ঞা নকৰিবা।
34 Blessed is the man that heareth me, watching daily at my gates, waiting at the posts of my doors.
৩৪যিজনে মোৰ কথা শুনে, তেওঁ আনন্দিত হ’ব- মোৰ দুৱাৰত প্রতি দিনে পৰ দি থাকিব, মোৰ ঘৰৰ দুৱাৰৰ কাষত মোৰ বাবে অপেক্ষা কৰি থাকিব।
35 For whoso findeth me findeth life, and shall obtain favour of Yhwh.
৩৫কাৰণ যি জনে মোক বিচাৰি পায়, তেওঁ জীৱন পায়, আৰু তেওঁ যিহোৱাৰ পৰা অনুগ্ৰহ লাভ কৰে।
36 But he that sinneth against me wrongeth his own soul: all they that hate me love death.
৩৬কিন্তু যি জনে মোক বিচাৰি নাপায়, তেওঁ নিজৰ অনিষ্ট কৰে। যিসকলোৱে মোক ঘিণ কৰে, তেওঁলোকে মৃত্যুক ভাল পায়।”
