4 Noah, She, Ham, and Iapheth.
Noé, Sem, Cam, y Jafet.
5 The sonnes of Iapheth were Gomer, and Magog, and Madai, and Iauan, and Tubal, and Meshech, and Tiras.
Los hijos de Jafet: Gomer, Magog, Madai, Javán, Tubal, Mesec, y Tiras.
6 And the sonnes of Gomer, Ashchenaz, and Iphath and Togarmah.
Los hijos de Gomer: Askenaz, Rifat, y Togarma.
7 Also the sonnes of Iauan, Elishah and Tarshishah, Kittim, and Dodanim.
Los hijos de Javán: Elisa, Tarsis, Quitim, y Dodanim.
8 The sonnes of Ham were Cush, and Mizraim, Put and Canaan.
Los hijos de Cam: Cus, Mizraim, Fut, y Canaán.
9 And the sonnes of Cush, Siba and Hauilah, and Sabta, and Raamah, and Sabtecha. Also the sonnes of Raamah were Sheba and Dedan.
Los hijos de Cus: Seba, Havila, Sabta, Raama, y Sabteca. Y los hijos de Raama: Seba y Dedán.
10 And Cush begate Nimrod, who began to be mightie in the earth.
Cus engendró a Nimrod; éste comenzó a ser poderoso en la tierra.
11 And Mizraim begate Ludim and Anamim, Lehabim, and Naphtuhim:
Mizraim engendró a Ludim, Anamim, Lehabim, Naftuhim,
12 Pathrusim also, and Casluhim, of whome came the Philistims, and Caphtorim.
Patrusim y Casluhim; de éstos salieron los filisteos, y los caftoreos.
13 Also Canaan begate Zidon his first borne, and Heth,
Canaán engendró a Sidón, su primogénito;
14 And the Iebusite, and the Amorite, and the Girgashite,
y al heteo, y al jebuseo, y al amorreo, y al gergeseo;
15 And the Hiuuite, and the Arkite, and the Simite,
y al heveo, y al araceo, y al sineo;
16 And the Aruadite, and the Zemarite, and the Hamathite.
al arvadeo, y al zemareo, y al hamateo.
17 The sonnes of Shem were Elam and Asshur, and Arpachshad, and Lud, and Aram, and Vz, and Hul, and Gether, and Meshech.
Los hijos de Sem: Elam, Asur, Arfaxad, Lud, Aram, Uz, Hul, Geter, y Mesec.
18 Also Arpachshad begate Shelah, and Shelah begate Eber.
Arfaxad engendró a Sela, y Sela engendró a Heber.
19 Vnto Eber also were borne two sonnes: the name of the one was Peleg: for in his dayes was ye earth deuided: and his brothers name was Ioktan.
Y a Heber nacieron dos hijos; el nombre del uno fue Peleg, por cuanto en sus días fue dividida la tierra; y el nombre de su hermano fue Joctán.
20 Then Ioktan begate Almodad and Sheleph, and Hazermaueth and Ierah,
Y Joctán engendró a Almodad, Selef, Hazarmavet, Jera,
21 And Hadoram and Vzal and Diklah,
Adoram, Uzal, Dicla,
22 And Ebal, and Abimael, and Sheba,
Ebal, Abimael, Seba,
23 And Ophir, and Hauilah and Iobab: all these were the sonnes of Ioktan.
Ofir, Havila, y Jobab: todos hijos de Joctán.
24 Shem, Arpachshad, Shelah,
Sem, Arfaxad, Sela,
25 Eber, Peleg, Rehu,
Heber, Peleg, Reu,
26 Serug, Nahor, Terah,
Serug, Nacor, Taré,
27 Abram, which is Abraham.
y Abram, el cual es Abraham.
28 The sonnes of Abraham were Izhak, and Ishmael.
Los hijos de Abraham: Isaac e Ismael.
29 These are their generations. The eldest sonne of Ishmael was Nebaioth, and Kedar, and Adbeel, and Mibsam,
Y estas son sus descendencias: el primogénito de Ismael, Nebaiot; después Cedar, Adbeel, Mibsam,
30 Mishma, and Dumah, Massa, Hadad, and Tema,
Misma, Duma, Massa, Hadad, Tema, Jetur, Nafis, y Cedema. Estos son los hijos de Ismael.
31 Ietur, Naphish and Kedemah: these are the sonnes of Ishmael.
Y Cetura, concubina de Abraham, dio a luz a Zimram, Jocsán, Medán, Madián, Isbac, y a Súa.
32 And Keturah Abrahams concubine bare sonnes, Zimran, and Iokshan, and Medan, and Midian, and Ishbak, and Shuah: and the sonnes of Iokshan, Sheba, and Dedan.
Los hijos de Jocsán: Seba y Dedán.
33 And the sonnes of Midian were Ephah, and Ephar, and Henoch, and Abida, and Eldaah: All these are the sonnes of Keturah.
Los hijos de Madián: Efa, Efer, Hanoc, Abida, y Elda; todos estos fueron hijos de Cetura.
34 And Abraham begate Izhak: the sonnes of Izhak, Esau, and Israel.
Y Abraham engendró a Isaac; y los hijos de Isaac fueron Esaú e Israel.
35 The sonnes of Esau were Eliphaz, Reuel, and Ieush, and Iaalam, and Korah.
Los hijos de Esaú: Elifaz, Reuel, Jeús, Jaalam, y Coré.
36 The sonnes of Eliphaz, Teman, and Omar, Zephi, and Gatam, Kenaz, and Timna, and Amalek.
Los hijos de Elifaz: Temán, Omar, Zefo, Gatam, Cenaz, Timna, y Amalec.
37 The sonnes of Reuel, Nahath, Zerah, Shammah and Mizzah.
Los hijos de Reuel: Nahat, Zera, Sama, y Miza.
38 And the sonnes of Seir, Lotan, and Shobal, and Zibeon, and Anah, and Dishon, and Ezer, and Dishan.
Los hijos de Seir: Lotán, Sobal, Zibeón, Aná, Disón, Ezer, y Disán.
39 And the sonnes of Lotan, Hori, and Homam, and Timna Lotans sister.
Los hijos de Lotán: Hori, y Homam; y Timna fue hermana de Lotán.
40 The sonnes of Shobal were Alian, and Manahath, and Ebal, Shephi, and Onam. And the sonnes of Zibeon, Aiah and Anah.
Los hijos de Sobal: Alván, Manahat, Ebal, Sefo y Onam. Los hijos de Zibeón: Aja, y Aná.
41 The sonne of Anah was Dishon. And the sonnes of Dishon, Amran, and Eshban, and Ithran, and Cheran.
Disón fue hijo de Aná. Los hijos de Disón: Amram, Esbán, Itrán y Querán.
42 The sonnes of Ezer were Bilhan, and Zaauan, and Iaakan. The sonnes of Dishon were Vz, and Aran.
Los hijos de Ezer: Bilhán, Zaaván, y Jaacán. Los hijos de Disán: Uz y Arán.
43 And these were the Kings that reigned in the land of Edom, before a King reigned ouer the children of Israel, to wit, Bela the sonne of Beor, and the name of his citie was Dinhabah.
Y estos son los reyes que reinaron en la tierra de Edom, antes que reinase rey sobre los hijos de Israel. Bela, hijo de Beor; y el nombre de su ciudad fue Dinaba.
44 Then Bela died, and Iobab the sonne of Zerah of Bozrah reigned in his stead.
Y muerto Bela, reinó en su lugar Jobab, hijo de Zera, de Bosra.
45 And whe Iobab was dead, Hussham of the land of the Temanites reigned in his stead.
Y muerto Jobab reinó en su lugar Husam, de la tierra de los temanitas.
46 And when Hussham was dead, Hadad the sonne of Bedad which smote Midian in the fielde of Moab, reigned in his steade, and the name of his citie was Auith.
Muerto Husam, reinó en su lugar Hadad, hijo de Bedad, el cual hirió a Madián en la campaña de Moab; y el nombre de su ciudad fue Avit.
47 So Hadad dyed, and Samlah of Mashrecah reigned in his stead.
Muerto Adad, reinó en su lugar Samla, de Masreca.
48 And Samlah dyed, and Shaul of Rehoboth by the riuer reigned in his stead.
Muerto también Samla, reinó en su lugar Saúl de Rehobot, que está junto al río.
49 And when Shaul was dead, Baal-hanan the sonne of Achbor reigned in his stead.
Y muerto Saúl, reinó en su lugar Baal-hanán, hijo de Acbor.
50 And Baal-hanan dyed, and Hadad reigned in his stead, and the name of his citie was Pai, and his wiues name Mehetabel the daughter of Matred the daughter of Mezahab.
Y muerto Baal-hanán, reinó en su lugar Hadad. El nombre de su ciudad fue Pai; y el nombre de su mujer Mehetabel, hija de Matred, y ésta hija de Mezaab.
51 Hadad dyed also, and there were dukes in Edom, duke Timna, duke Aliah, duke Ietheth,
Muerto Hadad, sucedieron los duques en Edom; el duque Timna, el duque Alva, el duque Jetet,
52 Duke Aholibamah, duke Elah, duke Pinon,
el duque Aholibama, el duque Ela, el duque Pinón,
53 Duke Kenaz, duke Teman, duke Mibzar,
el duque Cenaz, el duque Temán, el duque Mibzar,
54 Duke Magdiel, duke Iram: these were the dukes of Edom.
el duque Magdiel, y el duque Iram. Estos fueron los duques de Edom.
