Psalms 112

1 Praise the Lord! Happy are those who respect the Lord, who love to do what he says!

۱ هللویاه! خوشابحال کسی‌که ازخداوند می‌ترسد و در وصایای اوبسیار رغبت دارد.

2 Their descendants will prosper in the land; the children of those who do good will be blessed.

۲ ذریتش در زمین زورآورخواهند بود. طبقه راستان مبارک خواهند شد.

3 Their families will be wealthy; the good they do has eternal results.

۳ توانگری و دولت در خانه او خواهد بود وعدالتش تا به ابد پایدار است.

4 Light shines in the darkness for those who live right, for those who are gracious, compassionate, and good.

۴ نور برای راستان در تاریکی طلوع می‌کند. او کریم و رحیم و عادل است.

5 Good things come to those who are generous in their lending and are honest in doing business.

۵ فرخنده است شخصی که رئوف و قرض دهنده باشد. او کارهای خود را به انصاف استوارمی دارد.

6 They will never fall. Those who live right won't be forgotten.

۶ زیرا که تا به ابد جنبش نخواهد خورد. مرد عادل تا به ابد مذکور خواهد بود.

7 They aren't afraid of bad news because they rely totally on the Lord.

۷ از خبر بدنخواهد ترسید. دل او پایدار است و بر خداوندتوکل دارد.

8 They are confident and brave, and see their enemies defeated.

۸ دل او استوار است و نخواهد ترسیدتا آرزوی خویش را بر دشمنان خود ببیند.

9 They share generously, giving to the poor; the good they do has eternal results. They are greatly respected.

۹ بذل نموده، به فقرا بخشیده است؛ عدالتش تا به ابدپایدار است. شاخ او با عزت افراشته خواهد شد.

10 The wicked observe all this and are mad; they gnash their teeth in anger. They waste away, and all that they hoped for comes to nothing.

۱۰ شریر این را دیده، غضبناک خواهد شد. دندانهای خود را فشرده، گداخته خواهد گشت. آرزوی شریران زایل خواهد گردید.
