Psalms 64
1 Unto the end. A Psalm of David. Hear, O God, my prayer of supplication. Rescue my soul from the fear of the enemy.
௧இராகத் தலைவனுக்கு தாவீதின் பாடல். தேவனே, என்னுடைய விண்ணப்பத்தில் என்னுடைய சத்தத்தைக் கேட்டருளும்; எதிரியால் வரும் பயத்தை நீக்கி, என்னுடைய உயிரை காத்தருளும்.
2 You have protected me from the assembly of the malignant, from a multitude of workers of iniquity.
௨துன்மார்க்கர் செய்யும் இரகசிய ஆலோசனைக்கும், அக்கிரமக்காரர்களுடைய கலகத்திற்கும் என்னை விலக்கி மறைத்தருளும்.
3 For they have sharpened their tongues like a sword; they have formed their bow into a bitter thing,
௩அவர்கள் தங்களுடைய நாவை வாளைப்போல் கூர்மையாக்கி,
4 so that they may shoot arrows from hiding at the immaculate.
௪மறைவுகளில் உத்தமன்மேல் எய்வதற்காக கசப்பான வார்த்தைகளாகிய தங்களுடைய அம்புகளை நாணேற்றுகிறார்கள்; சற்றும் பயமின்றி திடீரென்று அவன்மேல் எய்கிறார்கள்.
5 They will suddenly shoot arrows at him, and they will not be afraid. They are resolute in their wicked talk. They have discussed hidden snares. They have said, “Who will see them?”
௫அவர்கள் பொல்லாத காரியத்தில் தங்களை உறுதிப்படுத்திக்கொண்டு, மறைவான கண்ணிகளை வைக்க ஆலோசனைசெய்து, அவைகளைக் காண்பவன் யார் என்கிறார்கள்.
6 They have been searching carefully for iniquities. Their exhaustive search has failed. Man will approach with a deep heart,
௬அவர்களுடைய நியாயக்கேடுகளை ஆராய்ந்துதேடி, தந்திரமான யோசனை நிறைவேறும்படி முயற்சி செய்கிறார்கள்; அவர்களில் ஒவ்வொருவனுடைய உட்கருத்தும் இருதயமும் ஆழமாக இருக்கிறது.
7 and God will be exalted. The arrows of the little ones have become their wounds,
௭ஆனாலும் தேவன் அவர்கள்மேல் அம்புகளை எய்வார், திடீரென்று அவர்கள் காயப்படுவார்கள்.
8 and their tongues have been weakened against them. All those who saw them have been troubled;
௮அவர்கள் தள்ளப்பட்டு, கீழே விழும்படி அவர்கள் நாவுகளே அவர்களைக் கெடுக்கும்; அவர்களைக் காண்கிற அனைவரும் ஓடிப்போவார்கள்.
9 and every man was afraid. And they announced the works of God, and they understood his acts.
௯எல்லா மனிதரும் பயந்து, தேவனுடைய செயலை அறிவித்து, அவர் செய்கையை உணர்ந்துகொள்வார்கள்.
10 The just will rejoice in the Lord, and they will hope in him. And all the upright of heart will be praised.
௧0நீதிமான் யெகோவாவுக்குள் மகிழ்ந்து, அவரை நம்புவான்; செம்மையான இருதயமுள்ளவர்கள் அனைவரும் மேன்மைபாராட்டுவார்கள்.
