Psalms 119
1 Alleluia. Blessed are the immaculate in the way, who walk in the law of the Lord.
၁ထာဝရဘုရား၏ တရားလမ်း၌ မလွဲမတိမ်း၊ လိုက်သွားသော သူတို့သည် မင်္ဂလာရှိကြ၏။
2 Blessed are those who examine his testimonies. They seek him with their whole heart.
၂သက်သေခံတော်မူချက်တို့ကို စောင့်၍၊ ကိုယ်တော်ကို စိတ်နှလုံး အကြွင်းမဲ့ရှာသော သူတို့သည် မင်္ဂလာရှိကြ၏။
3 For those who work iniquity have not walked in his ways.
၃ထိုသူတို့သည် ဒုစရိုက်ကိုမပြု၊ လမ်းခရီးတော်၌ လိုက်သွား တတ်ကြ၏။
4 You have ordered your commandments to be kept most diligently.
၄အကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် ကြိုးစား၍ ကျင့်ဘို့ရာ၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် ဩဝါဒပေးတော်မူပြီ။
5 I wish that my ways may be directed so as to keep your justifications.
၅ကိုယ်တော်၏ အထုံးအဖွဲ့များကို စောင့်နိုင်မည် အကြောင်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် လမ်းဖြောင့်ပါစေသော။
6 Then I will not be confounded, when I will look into all your commandments.
၆အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ပညတ်တော် အလုံးစုံတို့ကို ထောက်ထားသောအခါ၊ ရှက်ကြောက်ခြင်းနှင့် ကင်းလွတ် ရပါ၏။
7 I will confess to you with honesty of heart. In this way, I have learned the judgments of your justice.
၇ဖြောင့်မတ်စွာ စီရင်တော်မူချက်များကို အကျွန်ုပ်လေ့ကျက်ပြီးမှ၊ ဂုဏ်တော်ကို ဖြောင့်သော သဘောနှင့် ချီးမွမ်းပါမည်။
8 I will keep your justifications. Do not utterly abandon me.
၈ကိုယ်တော်၏ အထုံးအဖွဲ့များကို စောင့်ပါမည်။ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ရှင်းရှင်းစွန့်ပစ်တော် မမူပါနှင့်။
9 By what does an adolescent correct his way? By keeping to your words.
၉လူပျိုသည် မိမိသွားသောလမ်းကို အဘယ်သို့ သန့်ရှင်းစေနိုင်ပါမည်နည်းဟူမူကား၊ နှုတ်ကပတ်တော် အတိုင်း သတိပြုရမည်။
10 With my whole heart, I have sought you. Do not let me be driven away from your commandments.
၁၀အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ကိုယ်တော်ကို စိတ်နှလုံးအကြွင်း မဲ့ရှာပါ၏။ ပညတ်တော်လမ်းမှ လွဲစေတော်မမူပါနှင့်။
11 I have hidden your eloquence in my heart, so that I may not sin against you.
၁၁ကိုယ်တော်ကို မပြစ်မှားဘဲ နေနိုင်မည် အကြောင်း၊ ဗျာဒိတ်တော်ကို နှလုံးထဲမှာ သိုထားပါပြီ။
12 Blessed are you, O Lord. Teach me your justifications.
၁၂အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် မင်္ဂလာရှိတော် မူ၏။ အထုံးအဖွဲ့တော်တို့ကို အကျွန်ုပ်၌ သွန်သင် တော်မူပါ။
13 With my lips, I have pronounced all the judgments of your mouth.
၁၃စီရင်တော်မူရာ နှုတ်တော်ထွက် အလုံးစုံတို့ကို အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ကိုယ်နှုတ်နှင့် ဟောပြောပါ၏။
14 I have been delighted in the way of your testimonies, as if in all riches.
၁၄ခပ်သိမ်းသော စည်းစိမ်ဥစ္စာကို ရဘိသကဲ့သို့၊ သက်သေခံတော်မူရာလမ်း၌ ဝမ်းမြောက်ပါ၏။
15 I will be trained in your commandments, and I will consider your ways.
၁၅ပေးတော်မူသော ဩဝါဒကို ဆင်ခြင်၍ လမ်း ခရီးတော်တို့ကို ကြည့်ရှုပါ၏။
16 I will meditate on your justifications. I will not forget your words.
၁၆အထုံးအဖွဲ့တော်တို့၌ မွေ့လျော်ပါ၏။ နှုတ်က ပတ်တော်ကို မမှတ်ဘဲမနေပါ။
17 Repay your servant, revive me; and I will keep your words.
၁၇ကိုယ်တော်၏ ကျွန်သည် အသက်ရှင်၍၊ နှုတ်ကပတ်တော်ကို စောင့်နိုင်ပါမည်အကြောင်း၊ ကျေးဇူး ပြုတော်မူပါ။
18 Reveal to my eyes, and I will consider the wonders of your law.
၁၈တရားတော်၌ အံ့ဘွယ်သောအရာတို့ကို မြင်နိုင် ပါမည်အကြောင်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ်၏မျက်စိတို့ကို ဖွင့်တော်မူပါ။
19 I am a sojourner on the earth. Do not hide your commandments from me.
၁၉အကျွန်ုပ်သည် မြေကြီးပေါ်မှာ ဧည့်သည်ဖြစ်ပါ ၏။ ပညတ်တော်တို့ကို ဝှက်ထားတော်မမူပါနှင့်။
20 My soul has longed to desire your justifications at all times.
၂၀စီရင်တော်မူချက်တို့ကို အစဉ်မပြတ် တောင့်တ သောအားဖြင့်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ စိတ်နှလုံးကြေကွဲလျက် ရှိပါ၏။
21 You have rebuked the arrogant. Those who decline from your commandments are accursed.
၂၁မာနကြီးသောသူနှင့် ပညတ်တော်တို့ကို လွန်ကျူး၍၊ အကျိန်ခံရသော သူတို့ကို ကိုယ်တော် ဆုံးမတော်မူ၏။
22 Take me away from disgrace and contempt, for I have sought your testimonies.
၂၂အကျွန်ုပ်သည် သက်သေခံတော်မူချက်တို့ကို စောင့်ပါသည် ဖြစ်၍၊ ကဲ့ရဲ့ခြင်း၊ မထီမဲ့မြင်ပြုခြင်းနှင့် ကင်းလွတ်စေတော်မူပါ။
23 For even the leaders sat and spoke against me. But your servant has been trained in your justifications.
၂၃မင်းတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ်တဘက်၌ ထိုင်၍ပြောကြ ပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်၏ ကျွန်မူကား၊ အထုံးအဖွဲ့တော်တို့ကို ဆင်ခြင်လျက်နေပါ၏။
24 For your testimonies are also my (meditation) and your justifications are my counsel.
၂၄သက်သေခံတော်မူချက်တို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ် မွေ့လျော်ရာ၊ အကျွန်ုပ်တိုင်ပင်ရာ ဖြစ်ကြပါ၏။
25 My soul has adhered to the pavement. Revive me according to your word.
၂၅အကျွန်ုပ်၏ အသက်သည် မြေမှုန့်၌ မှီဝဲလျက် ရှိပါ၏။ နှုတ်ကပတ်တော်အတိုင်း အသက်ရှင်စေတော် မူပါ။
26 I have declared my ways, and you have heeded me. Teach me your justifications.
၂၆အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ကိုယ်အကျင့်တို့ကိုဘော်ပြ၍၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် နားထောင်တော်မူပြီ။ အထုံးအဖွဲ့တော် တို့ကို အကျွန်ုပ်၌ သွန်သင်တော်မူပါ။
27 Instruct me in the way of your justifications, and I will be trained in your wonders.
၂၇ပေးတော်မူသော ဩဝါဒလမ်းကို အကျွန်ုပ် နားလည်စေတော်မူပါ။ သို့ပြုလျှင် အံ့ဘွယ်သော အမှု တော်တို့ကို ဆင်ခြင်အောက်မေ့ပါမည်။
28 My soul has slumbered because of weariness. Confirm me in your words.
၂၈အကျွန်ုပ် ဝမ်းနည်းခြင်းအားဖြင့် စိတ်နှလုံး အရည်ယိုလျက် ရှိပါ၏။ နှုတ်ကပတ်တော်အတိုင်း တည်ကြည်စေတော်မူပါ။
29 Remove the way of iniquity from me, and have mercy on me by your law.
၂၉မုသာလမ်းကို အကျွန်ုပ်ရှောင်ပါမည် အကြောင်း၊ ကယ်မ၍တရားတော်ကို ပေးသနားတော် မူပါ။
30 I have chosen the way of truth. I have not forgotten your judgments.
၃၀သစ္စာလမ်းကို အကျွန်ုပ်ရွေးပါပြီ။ စီရင်တော် မူချက်တို့ကို အကျွန်ုပ်ရှေ့မှာ ထားပါပြီ။
31 I have adhered to your testimonies, O Lord. Do not be willing to confound me.
၃၁သက်သေခံတော်မူချက်တို့၌ မှီဝဲပါပြီ။ အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ အရှက်ကွဲစေတော်မမူပါနှင့်။
32 I have run by way of your commandments, when you enlarged my heart.
၃၂အကျွန်ုပ်ဥာဏ်ကို ပွင့်စေတော်မူသည်ဖြစ်၍၊ ပညတ်တော်လမ်းသို့ အလျင်အမြန် လိုက်ပါမည်။
33 O Lord, place the law before me, the way of your justifications, and I will always inquire into it.
၃၃အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ အထုံးအဖွဲ့တော်လမ်းကို အကျွန်ုပ်အား သွန်သင်တော်မူပါ။ အဆုံးတိုင်အောင် လိုက်သွားပါမည်။
34 Give me understanding, and I will examine your law. And I will keep it with my whole heart.
၃၄ဥာဏ်ကို ပေးတော်မူပါ။ တရားတော်ကို စောင့် ပါမည်။ စိတ်နှလုံး အကြွင်းမဲ့စောင့်ပါမည်။
35 Lead me according to the path of your commandments, for I have desired this.
၃၅ပညတ်တော်လမ်း၌ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ပို့ဆောင်တော် မူပါ။ ထိုလမ်းကို နှစ်သက်ပါ၏။
36 Bend my heart with your testimonies, and not with avarice.
၃၆အကျွန်ုပ်စိတ်နှလုံးကို လောဘဘက်သို့မဟုတ်၊ သက်သေခံတော်မူချက်တို့ ဘက်သို့ ဆွဲတော်မူပါ။
37 Turn my eyes away, lest they see what is vain. Revive me in your way.
၃၇အနတ္တကို ပမာဏမပြုစေခြင်းငှါ အကျွန်ုပ် မျက်စိကို အခြားသို့ လွှဲတော်မူပါ။ လမ်းခရီးတော်၌ အကျွန်ုပ်အသက်ရှင်စေတော်မူပါ။
38 Station your eloquence with your servant, along with your fear.
၃၈ကိုယ်တော်ကို ကြောက်ရွံ့သော ကိုယ်တော်၏ ကျွန်၌ ဗျာဒိတ်တော်ကို တည်စေတော်မူပါ။
39 Cut off my disgrace, which I have taken up, for your judgments are delightful.
၃၉အကျွန်ုပ်ကြောက်သော ကဲ့ရဲ့ခြင်းကို ပယ် ပျောက်စေတော်မူပါ။ စီရင်တော်မူချက်တို့သည် ကောင်း မွန်ကြပါ၏။
40 Behold, I have longed for your commandments. Revive me in your fairness.
၄၀ပေးတော်မူသော ဩဝါဒများကို တောင့်တပါ၏။ ဖြောင့်မတ်ခြင်းတရားတော်အားဖြင့် အကျွန်ုပ်ကို အသက်ရှင်စေတော်မူပါ။
41 And let your mercy overwhelm me, O Lord: your salvation according to your eloquence.
၄၁အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ဗျာဒိတ်တော်အတိုင်း ကရုဏာတော်တည်းဟူသော ကယ်တင်တော်မူခြင်း ကျေးဇူးတော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ်၌ ရောက်ပါစေသော။
42 And I will respond to those who reproach me by word, for I have hoped in your words.
၄၂ထိုသို့ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် နှုတ်ကပတ်တော်ကို ကိုးစားသည်ဖြစ်၍၊ ကဲ့ရဲ့သော သူ၏စကားကို ချေစရာ အကြောင်း ရှိရပါလိမ့်မည်။
43 And do not utterly take away the word of truth from my mouth. For in your judgments, I have hoped beyond hope.
၄၃စီရင်တော်မူချက်တို့ကို အကျွန်ုပ် မြော်လင့်သည် ဖြစ်၍၊ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ နှုတ်ထဲက သစ္စာစကားကို အလျှင်း ရုပ်သိမ်းတော်မမူပါနှင့်။
44 And I will always keep your law, in this age and forever and ever.
၄၄ကိုယ်တော်၏တရားကို မခြားမလပ် အစဉ်အမြဲ ကျင့်စောင့်ပါမည်။
45 And I have wandered far and wide, because I was seeking your commandments.
၄၅ပေးတော်မူသော ဩဝါဒများကို အကျွန်ုပ်ရှာဖွေ မေးမြန်းသည်ဖြစ်၍၊ အဆီးအတားမရှိဘဲ သွားလာရ ပါ၏။
46 And I spoke of your testimonies in the sight of kings, and I was not confounded.
၄၆သက်သေခံတော်မူချက်တို့ကို မင်းများထံမှာ ပြန်ပြော၍၊ ရှက်ကြောက်ခြင်းနှင့်ကင်းလွတ်ပါလိမ့်မည်။
47 And I meditated on your commandments, which I loved.
၄၇အကျွန်ုပ်သည် နှစ်သက်သော ပညတ်တော်တို့၌မွေ့လျော်ပါမည်။
48 And I lifted up my hands to your commandments, which I loved. And I was trained in your justifications.
၄၈နှစ်သက်သော ပညတ်တော် တို့အား လက်တို့ကို ချီ၍၊ အထုံးအဖွဲ့တော်တို့ကို ဆင်ခြင် အောက်မေ့ပါမည်။
49 Be mindful of your word to your servant, by which you have given me hope.
၄၉အကျွန်ုပ် မြော်လင့်စရာအကြောင်း၊ ကိုယ်တော် ၏ကျွန်၌ ထားတော်မူသော နှုတ်ကပတ်တော်ကို အောက်မေ့တော်မူပါ။
50 This has consoled me in my humiliation, for your word has revived me.
၅၀ဗျာဒိတ်တော်အားဖြင့် အကျွန်ုပ်အသက်ရှင် သည် ဖြစ်၍၊ ဆင်းရဲကိုခံရစဉ်တွင်၊ ထိုနှုတ်ကပတ်တော် သည် အကျွန်ုပ်သက်သာစရာအကြောင်း ဖြစ်ပါ၏။
51 The arrogant act altogether iniquitously, but I have not turned aside from your law.
၅၁မာနကြီးသောသူတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ကို အလွန် ကဲ့ရဲ့သော်လည်း၊ ကိုယ်တော်၏ တရားလမ်းကို အကျွန်ုပ် မရှောင်ပါ။
52 I called to mind your judgments of antiquity, O Lord, and I was consoled.
၅၂အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ရှေးကာလ၌ စီရင်တော်မူ ချက်တို့ကို အကျွန်ုပ် အောက်မေ့၍၊ ကိုယ်ကိုကိုယ် နှစ်သိမ့် စေပါ၏။
53 Faintness has taken hold of me, because of the sinners, those who abandon your law.
၅၃တရားတော်ကို စွန့်ပယ်သော အဓမ္မလူတို့ ကြောင့်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်၌ ပူလောင်သော စိတ်စွဲလန်းလျက် ရှိပါ၏။
54 Your justifications were the subject of my worthy singing, in the place of my pilgrimage.
၅၄အကျွန်ုပ်ဧည့်သည် နေရာအိမ်တွင် အထုံးအဖွဲ့ တော်တို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ်သီချင်းဆိုရာအကြောင်းဖြစ်ကြပါ၏။
55 During the night, I remembered your name, O Lord, and I kept your law.
၅၅အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ညဉ့်အချိန်၌ နာမတော်ကို အကျွန်ု အောက်မေ့၍ တရားတော်ကို စောင့်ပါ၏။
56 This has happened to me because I sought your justifications.
၅၆ပေးတော်မူသော ဩဝါဒများကို နားထောင် သောအားဖြင့် အားရပါ၏။
57 O Lord, my portion, I have said that I would keep your law.
၅၇အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ်၏ အဘို့ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ နှုတ်ကပတ်စကားတော်တို့ကို နားထောင်ပါမည်ဟု အကျွန်ုပ်ပြောထားပါပြီ။
58 I have beseeched your face with my whole heart. Be merciful to me according to your word.
၅၈ကျေးဇူးတော်ကို ခံရပါမည်အကြောင်း၊ ကိုယ်တော်ကို စိတ်နှလုံးအကြွင်းမဲ့ တောင်းပန်ပါ၏။ ဗျာဒိတ်တော်အတိုင်း အကျွန်ုကို သနားတော်မူပါ။
59 I have considered my ways, and I have turned my feet toward your testimonies.
၅၉ကိုယ်လိုက်ရာလမ်းကို ဆင်ခြင်သောအခါ၊ သက်သေခံတော်မူ ချက်တို့သို့ လှည့်၍လိုက်ပါ၏။
60 I have been prepared, and I have not been disturbed, so that I may keep your commandments.
၆၀ပညတ်တော်တို့ကို စောင့်ခြင်းငှါ မဖင့်မနွှဲ အလျင်အမြန် ပြုပါ၏။
61 The ropes of the impious have encircled me, and I have not forgotten your law.
၆၁မတရားသောသူ အစည်းအဝေးတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ကိုဝိုင်းကြသော်လည်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် တရား တော်ကို မမေ့မလျော့ပါ။
62 I arose in the middle of the night to confess to you, over the judgments of your justification.
၆၂တရားသဖြင့် စီရင်တော်မူချက်တို့ကို ထောက် ၍၊ ဂုဏ်တော်ကို ချီးမွမ်းခြင်းငှါ၊ သန်းခေါင်အချိန်၌ အကျွန်ုပ် ထတတ်ပါ၏။
63 I am a partaker with all those who fear you and who keep your commandments.
၆၃ကိုယ်တော်ကို ကြောက်ရွံ့သောသူ၊ ပေးတော်မူ သော ဩဝါဒကို နားထောင်သောသူရှိသမျှတို့နှင့် အကျွန်ုပ်ပေါင်းဘော်တတ်ပါ၏။
64 The earth, O Lord, is full of your mercy. Teach me your justifications.
၆၄အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ မြေကြီးသည် ကရုဏာတော် နှင့်ပြည့်ဝပါ၏။ အထုံးအဖွဲ့တော်တို့ကို အကျွန်ုပ်၌ သွန်သင်တော်မူပါ။
65 You have done well with your servant, O Lord, according to your word.
၆၅အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ နှုတ်ကပတ်တော်အတိုင်း ကိုယ်တော်၏ကျွန်၌ ကျေးဇူးပြုတော်မူ၏။
66 Teach me goodness and discipline and knowledge, for I have trusted your commandments.
၆၆ပညတ်တော်တို့ကို အကျွန်ုပ်ယုံကြည်သည် ဖြစ်၍၊ ကောင်းသော ဥာဏ်နှင့် ပညာတော်အတတ်ကို သွင်းပေးတော်မူပါ။
67 Before I was humbled, I committed offenses; because of this, I have kept to your word.
၆၇အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ဆင်းရဲမခံမှီလမ်းလွဲပါ၏။ ယခုမူကား၊ ဗျာဒိတ် တော်အတိုင်း ကျင့်စောင့်ပါ၏။
68 You are good, so in your goodness teach me your justifications.
၆၈ကိုယ်တော်သည် ကောင်းသောသဘော၊ ကျေးဇူး ပြုတတ်သော သဘောရှိတော်မူ၏။ အထုံးအဖွဲ့တော်တို့ကို အကျွန်ုပ်၌ သွန်သင်တော်မူပါ။
69 The iniquity of the arrogant has been multiplied over me. Yet I will examine your commandments with all my heart.
၆၉မာနကြီးသော သူတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ်တဘက်၌ မုသာစကားကို ကြံစည်သော်လည်း၊ ကိုယ်တော်၏ ဥပဒေ သများကို စိတ်နှလုံးအကြွင်းမဲ့ကျင့်ပါ၏။
70 Their heart has been curdled like milk. Truly, I have meditated on your law.
၇၀သူတို့နှလုံး သည် ဆီဥကဲ့သို့ ခဲလျက်ရှိ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ်မူကား၊ ကိုယ်တော်၏တရား၌ မွေ့လျော်ပါ၏။
71 It is good for me that you humbled me, so that I may learn your justifications.
၇၁အထုံးအဖွဲ့တော်တို့ကို သွန်သင်စေခြင်းငှါ၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ဆင်းရဲခံရသော ကျေးဇူးသည် ကြီးပါ၏။
72 The law of your mouth is good for me, beyond thousands of gold and silver pieces.
၇၂နှုတ်တော်ထွက် တရားတော်သည် ရွှေငွေ အထောင်အသောင်းထက်မက၊ အကျွန်ုပ်၌သာ၍ ကောင်းပါ၏။
73 Your hands have created me and formed me. Give me understanding, and I will learn your commandments.
၇၃ကိုယ်တော်၏ လက်တို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ဖန်ဆင်း၍၊ ပုံသဏ္ဍာန်ကိုပေးတော်မူပြီ။ ပညတ်တော် တို့ကို အကျွန်ုပ်သင်နိုင်သော ဥာဏ်နှင့် ပြည့်စုံစေ တော်မူပါ။
74 Those who fear you will see me, and they will rejoice. For I have greatly hoped in your words.
၇၄နှုတ်ကပတ်တော်ကို အကျွန်ုပ် မြော်လင့်သော ကြောင့်၊ ကိုယ်တော်ကို ကြောက်ရွံ့သောသူတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ကို မြင်၍ ဝမ်းမြောက်ကြပါလိမ့်မည်။
75 I know, O Lord, that your judgments are fairness. And in your truth, you have humbled me.
၇၅အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ စီရင်တော်မူချက်တို့သည် ဟုတ်မှန်ကြောင်းကို၎င်း၊ သစ္စာတော်နှင့်အညီ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို ဆင်းရဲစေတော်မူကြောင်းကို၎င်း အကျွန်ုပ်သိပါ၏။
76 Let it be your mercy that consoles me, according to your eloquence to your servant.
၇၆ကိုယ်တော်၏ ကျွန်၌ မိန့်တော်မူချက်အတိုင်း၊ ကရုဏာတော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ချမ်းသာပေးပါစေသော ဟု ဆုတောင်းပါ၏။
77 Let your compassion draw near to me, and I will live. For your law is my (meditation)
၇၇ကိုယ်တော်၏ တရားသည် အကျွန်ုပ်မွေ့လျော် ရာဖြစ်ပါ၏။ ထိုကြောင့် အကျွန်ုပ်အသက်ရှင်မည် အကြောင်း၊ သနားစုံမက်တော်မူခြင်းသည် သက်ရောက် ပါစေသော။
78 Let the arrogant be confounded, for unjustly they have done iniquity to me. But I will be trained in your commandments.
၇၈မာနကြီးသော သူတို့သည် ရှက်ကြောက်ကြပါ စေသော။ အကြောင်းမရှိဘဲ အကျွန်ုပ်၌ မတရားသဖြင့် ပြုကြပါပြီ။ အကျွန်ုပ်မူကား ကိုယ်တော်၏ ဥပဒေသများကို ဆင်ခြင်အောက်မေ့ပါမည်။
79 Let those who fear you turn to me, along with those who know your testimonies.
၇၉ကိုယ်တော်ကို ကြောက်ရွံ့သောသူ၊ သက်သေ ခံတော်မူချက်တို့ကို သိသောသူတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ထံသို့ လှည့်ကြပါစေသော။
80 Let my heart be immaculate in your justifications, so that I may not be confounded.
၈၀ရှက်ကြောက်ခြင်းနှင့် ကင်းလွတ်မည် အကြောင်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ်နှလုံးသည် အထုံးအဖွဲ့တော်တို့၌ စုံလင်ပါစေသော။
81 My soul has faltered in your salvation, yet in your word, I have hoped beyond hope.
၈၁အကျွန်ုပ်၏ ဝိညာဉ်သည် ကယ်တင်တော်မူခြင်း ကျေးဇူးကို တောင့်တလျက်နှင့် ခွန်အားလျော့ပါ၏။ သို့သော်လည်း၊ နှုတ်ကပတ်တော် ကိုမြော်လင့်ပါ၏။
82 My eyes have failed in your eloquence, saying, “When will you console me?”
၈၂အကျွန်ုပ်ကို အဘယ်ကာလမှ ချမ်းသာပေး တော်မူပါမည်နည်းဟူ၍၊ အကျွန်ုပ်မျက်စိတို့သည် ဗျာဒိတ်တော်ကို မြော်လင့်လျက်အားကုန်ပါ၏။
83 For I have become like a wineskin in the frost. I have not forgotten your justifications.
၈၃မီးခိုး၌ရှိသော သားရေဘူးကဲ့သို့ အကျွန်ုပ်ဖြစ်ပါ ၏။ သို့သော်လည်း၊ အထုံးအဖွဲ့တော်တို့ကို မမေ့မလျော့ပါ။
84 How many are the days of your servant? When will you bring judgment against those who persecute me?
၈၄ကိုယ်တော်၏ ကျွန်နေရသော နေ့ရက်ကာလ အဘယ်မျှလောက် ကြာရပါမည်နည်း။ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ညှဉ်းဆဲသောသူတို့အား၊ အဘယ်ကာလမှ တရားဆုံးဖြတ် တော်မူမည်နည်း။
85 The iniquitous have spoken fables to me. But these are unlike your law.
၈၅မာနကြီးသောသူ၊ ကိုယ်တော်၏ တရားကို လွန်ကျူးသော သူတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ်အဘို့တွင်းများကို တူးကြပါပြီ။
86 All your commandments are truth. They have been persecuting me unjustly: assist me.
၈၆အလုံးစုံသော ပညတ်တော်တို့သည် သစ္စာနှင့် ပြည့်စုံကြပါ၏။ သူတပါးတို့သည် အကြောင်းမရှိဘဲ အကျွန်ုပ်ကိုညှဉ်းဆဲကြသည် ဖြစ်၍၊ မစတော်မူပါ။
87 They have nearly consumed me on earth. Yet I have not forsaken your commandments.
၈၇သူတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ကို မြေကြီးပေါ်က သုတ်သင်ပယ်ရှင်းလုပါပြီ။ သို့သော်လည်း၊ ကိုယ်တော်၏ ဥပဒေသများကို အကျွန်ုပ်မစွန့်ပါ။
88 Revive me according to your mercy. And I will keep the testimonies of your mouth.
၈၈ကရုဏာတော်ရှိသည်အတိုင်း အကျွန်ုပ်ကို အသက်ရှင်စေတော်မူပါ။ နှုတ်တော်ထွက် ဗျာဒိတ်တော် ကို စောင့်ပါမည်။
89 O Lord, your word remains firm in heaven, for all eternity.
၈၉အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ နှုတ်ကပတ်တော်သည် ကောင်းကင်ဘုံ၌ အစဉ်အမြဲတည်ပါ၏။
90 Your truth is from generation to generation. You have founded the earth, and it remains firm.
၉၀သစ္စာတော်သည် လူမျိုးအဆက်ဆက် မြဲမြံပါ၏။ မြေကြီးကို တည်စေတော်မူသဖြင့်၊ သူသည်အမြဲနေပါ၏။
91 By your ordinance, the day perseveres. For all things are in service to you.
၉၁ခပ်သိမ်းသောအရာတို့သည် ကိုယ်တော်၏ ကျွန်ဖြစ်၍ စီရင်တော်မူသည်နှင့်အညီ၊ ယနေ့တိုင်အောင် အမြဲနေကြပါ၏။
92 If your law had not been my (meditation) then perhaps I would have perished in my humiliation.
၉၂အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ကိုယ်တော်၏ တရား၌မွေ့လျော် ခြင်းမရှိလျှင်၊ အထက်ကဆင်းရဲခံစဉ် ပျက်စီးပါပြီ။
93 I will not forget your justifications, for eternity. For by them, you have enlivened me.
၉၃ကိုယ်တော်၏ ဥပဒေများကို အစဉ်မမေ့မလျော့ နိုင်ပါ။ အကြောင်းမူကား၊ ထိုဥပဒေသများအားဖြင့်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို အသက်ရှင်စေ တော်မူ၏။
94 I am yours. Accomplish my salvation. For I have inquired into your justifications.
၉၄အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ကိုယ်တော်၏ ကျွန်ဖြစ်ပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်၏ ဥပဒေသများကို ရှာဖွေလိုက်စစ်သော ကြောင့် အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ကယ်တင်တော်မူပါ။
95 The sinners have waited for me, in order to destroy me. I have understood your testimonies.
၉၅အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ဖျက်ဆီးခြင်းငှါ၊ မတရားသော သူတို့သည် စောင့်လျက်နေကြပါ၏။ သို့သော်လည်း၊ သက်သေခံတော်မူချက်တို့ကို အကျွန်ုပ်ဆင်ခြင် အောက် မေ့ပါမည်။
96 I have seen the end of the consummation of all things. Your commandment is exceedingly broad.
၉၆ခပ်သိမ်းသော စုံလင်ခြင်း၏ အဆုံးကို အကျွန်ုပ် မြင်ပါပြီ။ ပညတ်တရားတော်မူကား၊ အလွန်ကျယ်ဝန်း ပါ၏။
97 How have I loved your law, O Lord? It is my meditation all day long.
၉၇ကိုယ်တော်၏တရားကို အကျွန်ုပ်သည် အလွန် နှစ်သက်ပါ၏။ တနေ့လုံးဆင်ခြင်အောက်မေ့လျက် နေပါ၏။
98 By your commandment, you have made me able to see far, beyond my enemies. For it is with me for eternity.
၉၈ပညတ်တရားတော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ်၏ ရန်သူတို့ ထက်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ကိုသာ၍ ပညာရှိစေပါ၏။ ပညတ်တရား တော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ်၌ အစဉ်တည်ပါ၏။
99 I have understood beyond all my teachers. For your testimonies are my (meditation)
၉၉သက်သေခံတော်မူချက်တို့ကို အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ဆင်ခြင်အောက်မေ့သောကြောင့်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ ဆရာ အပေါင်းတို့ထက်သာ၍ နားလည်ပါ၏။
100 I have understood beyond the elders. For I have searched your commandments.
၁၀၀ကိုယ်တော်၏ ဥပဒေသများကို စောင့်သော ကြောင့်၊ အသက်ကြီးသူတို့ထက်သာ၍ ဥာဏ်ကောင်း ပါ၏။
101 I have prohibited my feet from every evil way, so that I may keep your words.
၁၀၁နှုတ်ကပတ်တော်ကို စောင့်လိုသောငှါ၊ မကောင်း သောလမ်း ရှိသမျှတို့ကို လွှဲရှောင်ပါ၏။
102 I have not declined from your judgments, because you have stationed a law for me.
၁၀၂ကိုယ်တော်သည် သွန်သင်တော်မူသောကြောင့်၊ စီရင်တော်မူချက်တို့မှ အကျွန်ုပ်လွှဲ၍ မသွားပါ။
103 How sweet is your eloquence to my palate, more so than honey to my mouth!
၁၀၃မိန့်တော်မူချက်တို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ်အာခေါင်၌ အလွန်ချိုကြပါ၏။ ခံတွင်းထဲမှာ ပျားရည်ထက်သာ၍ ချိုကြပါ၏။
104 I obtained understanding by your commandments. Because of this, I have hated every way of iniquity.
၁၀၄ကိုယ်တော်၏ ဥပဒေသများအားဖြင့်၊ အကျွန်ုပ် သည် ဥာဏ်တိုး ပွား၍၊ မိစ္ဆာလမ်းရှိသမျှတို့ကို မုန်းပါ၏။
105 Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my paths.
၁၀၅နှုတ်ကပတ်တော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ခြေရှေ့မှာ မီးခွက်ဖြစ်၍၊ အကျွန်ုပ်လမ်းခရီးကို လင်းစေပါ၏။
106 I have sworn it, and so I am determined to keep the judgments of your justice.
၁၀၆ဖြောင့်မတ်စွာ စီရင်တော်မူချက်တို့ကို စောင့်ပါ မည်ဟု အကျွန်ုပ်ကျိန်ဆိုသည် အတိုင်းပြုပါမည်။
107 I have been altogether humbled, Lord. Revive me according to your word.
၁၀၇အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် အလွန် ဆင်းရဲခြင်းကို ခံရပါ၏။ နှုတ်ကပတ်တော်အတိုင်း အသက်ရှင်စေတော်မူပါ။
108 Make the willing offerings of my mouth well pleasing, Lord, and teach me your judgments.
၁၀၈အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် စေတနာ စိတ်ရှိ၍၊ ကိုယ်နှုတ်နှင့်ဆက်သော ပူဇော်သက္ကာတို့ကို နှစ်သက်တော်မူပါ၏။ စီရင်တော်မူချက်တို့ကိုလည်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ်၌ သွန်သင်တော်မူပါဟု တောင်းပန်ပါ၏။
109 My soul is always in my hands, and I have not forgotten your law.
၁၀၉အကျွန်ုပ်အသက်သည် ကိုယ်လက်၌ အစဉ်ရှိ ပါ၏။ သို့သော်လည်း၊ တရားတော်ကို မမေ့မလျော့ပါ။
110 Sinners have set a snare for me, yet I have not strayed from your commandments.
၁၁၀မတရားသော သူတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ဘို့ ကျော့ ကွင်းကို ထောင်ထားကြပါ၏။ သို့သော်လည်း၊ ကိုယ်တော် ၏ ဥပဒေသများမှ လွှဲ၍ မသွားပါ။
111 I have acquired your testimonies as an inheritance unto eternity, because they are the exultation of my heart.
၁၁၁သက်သေခံတော်မူချက်တို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ် နှလုံး ရွှင်လန်းရာ ဖြစ်၍၊ ကိုယ်အမွေဥစ္စာဘို့ အစဉ်အမြဲ ခံယူ ပါ၏။
112 I have inclined my heart to do your justifications for eternity, as a recompense.
၁၁၂အထုံးအဖွဲ့တော်တို့ကို အဆုံးတိုင်အောင် အစဉ် လိုက်ခြင်းအလိုငှါ၊ ကိုယ်စိတ်နှလုံးကို တိုက်တွန်းပါ၏။
113 I have hated the iniquitous, and I have loved your law.
၁၁၃အကျွန်ုပ်သည် အဓမ္မလူတို့ကို မုန်း၍၊ ကိုယ်တော်၏တရားကို နှစ်သက်ပါ၏။
114 You are my helper and my supporter. And in your word, I have greatly hoped.
၁၁၄ကိုယ်တော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ်၏ အကွယ်အကာ၊ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ ဒိုင်းလွှားဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ နှုတ်ကပတ်တော်ကို မြော်လင့်လျက်နေပါ၏။
115 Turn away from me, you malignant ones. And I will examine the commandments of my God.
၁၁၅ဒုစရိုက်ကို ပြုသောသူတို့၊ ငါ့ထံမှ ဖယ်သွားကြ။ ငါသည် ဘုရားသခင်၏ ပညတ်တော်တို့ကို ကျင့်စောင် မည်။
116 Uphold me according to your eloquence, and I will live. And let me not be confounded in my expectation.
၁၁၆အကျွန်ုပ်သည် အသက်ရှင်ပါမည် အကြောင်း၊ မိန့်တော်မူချက်အတိုင်း ထောက်မတော်မူပါ။ အကျွန်ုပ် မြော်လင့်ခြင်းအကြောင်းမှ မရှက်မကြောက်ပါစေနှင့်။
117 Help me, and I will be saved. And I will meditate always on your justifications.
၁၁၇အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ချမ်းသာရပါမည်အကြောင်း မစတော်မူပါ။ အထုံးအဖွဲ့တော်တို့ကို အစဉ်အမြဲ ထောက် ရှုပါမည်။
118 You have despised all those who fell away from your judgments. For their intention is unjust.
၁၁၈အထုံးအဖွဲ့တော်တို့မှ လွှဲသွားသမျှသော သူတို့ ကို ပယ်တော်မူ၏။ သူတို့ပရိယာယ်သည် မုသာဖြစ်ပါ၏။
119 I have considered all the sinners of the earth to be transgressors. Therefore, I have loved your testimonies.
၁၁၉မတရားသော မြေသားအပေါင်းတို့ကို ချော်ကဲ့ သို့ မှတ်တော်မူ၏။ ထိုကြောင့် သက်သေခံတော်မူချက် တို့ကို အကျွန်ုပ်နှစ်သက်ပါ၏။
120 Pierce my flesh with your fear, for I am afraid of your judgments.
၁၂၀ကိုယ်တော်ကို ထိတ်လန့်သဖြင့်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ကြက်သီးမွေးညှင်းထ၍၊ စီရင်တော်မူချက်တို့မှာ ကြောက် ပါ၏။
121 I have accomplished judgment and justice. Do not hand me over to those who slander me.
၁၂၁အကျွန်ုပ်သည် တရားဆုံးဖြတ်ခြင်း၊ ဖြောင့်မတ် စွာ စီရင်ခြင်းကို ပြုပါပြီ။ ညှဉ်းဆဲသော သူတို့လက်၌ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ပစ်ထားတော်မမူပါနှင့်။
122 Uphold your servant in what is good. And do not allow the arrogant to slander me.
၁၂၂ကိုယ်တော်၏ ကျွန်အဘို့အလိုငှါ အာမခံတော်မူ ပါ။ မာနကြီး သောသူတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ကို မနှိပ်စက်ကြ ပါစေနှင့်။
123 My eyes have failed in your salvation and in the eloquence of your justice.
၁၂၃ကယ်တင်တော်မူခြင်းကျေးဇူးကို၎င်း၊ ဖြောင့် မတ်ခြင်းတရားတော်နှင့်ယှဉ်သော ဗျာဒိတ်တော်ကို၎င်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ်မျက်စိသည် မျှော်၍ အားကုန်ပါပြီ။
124 Deal with your servant according to your mercy, and teach me your justifications.
၁၂၄ကရုဏာတော်ရှိသည်အတိုင်း၊ ကိုယ်တော်၏ ကျွန်၌ပြု၍၊ အထုံးအဖွဲ့တော်တို့ကို သွန်သင်တော်မူပါ။
125 I am your servant. Give me understanding, so that I may know your testimonies.
၁၂၅အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ကိုယ်တော်၏ ကျွန်ဖြစ်ပါ၏။ သက်သေခံတော်မူချက်တို့ကိုနားလည်နိုင်သော ဥာဏ်ကို ပေးသနားတော်မူပါ။
126 It is time to act, O Lord. They have dissipated your law.
၁၂၆အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ စီရင်တော်မူချိန်ရောက်ပါပြီ။ သူတပါးများတို့သည် တရားတော်ကို ပယ်ကြပါ၏။
127 Therefore, I have loved your commandments beyond gold and topaz.
၁၂၇အကျွန်ုပ်မူကား၊ ပညတ်တော်တို့ကို ရွှေထက် မက၊ ရွှေစင်ထက် သာ၍ နှစ်သက်ပါ၏။
128 Because of this, I was directed toward all your commandments. I held hatred for every iniquitous way.
၁၂၈သို့ဖြစ်လျှင်၊ ကိုယ်တော်၏ ဥပဒေသအလုံးစုံတို့ သည် ဖြောင့်ကြသည်ဟုထင်မှတ်လျက်၊ မိစ္ဆာလမ်းရှိသမျှ တို့ကို မုန်းပါ၏။
129 Your testimonies are wonderful. Therefore, my soul has been examined by them.
၁၂၉သက်သေခံတော်မူချက်တို့သည် အံ့ဩဘွယ် ဖြစ်၍၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ဝိညာဉ်သည် စောင့်ရှောက်တတ်ပါ၏။
130 The declaration of your words illuminates, and it gives understanding to little ones.
၁၃၀နှုတ်ကပတ်တော်ကို ဖွင့်ပြခြင်းသည် အလင်းကို ပေး၍၊ မလိမ္မာသောသူတို့ကို လိမ္မစေတတ်ပါ၏။
131 I opened my mouth and drew breath, for I desired your commandments.
၁၃၁ပညတ်တော်တို့ကို အကျွန်ုပ် တောင့်တအားကြီး သဖြင့်၊ နှုတ်ကို ဖွင့်၍ ပန်းတိုက်ပါ၏။
132 Gaze upon me and be merciful to me, according to the judgment of those who love your name.
၁၃၂နာမတော်ကို ချစ်သော သူတို့၌ ပြုတော်မူတတ် သည်အတိုင်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ကြည့်ရှု၍ ကယ်မသနား တော်မူပါ။
133 Direct my steps according to your eloquence, and let no injustice rule over me.
၁၃၃မိန့်တော်မူချက် အစဉ်အတိုင်း အကျွန်ုပ်ခြေ လှမ်းတို့ကို ဖြောင့်စေတော်မူပါ။ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို အဘယ်မည် သော ဒုစရိုက်မျှအစိုးမရပါစေနှင့်။
134 Redeem me from the slanders of men, so that I may keep your commandments.
၁၃၄လူတို့၏ ညှဉ်းဆဲခြင်းထဲက အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ရွေးနှုတ် တော်မူပါ။ ကိုယ်တော်၏ဥပဒေသများကို စောင့်ပါ မည်။
135 Make your face shine upon your servant, and teach me your justifications.
၁၃၅မျက်နှာတော်၏အလင်းကို ကိုယ်တော်၏ ကျွန် အပေါ်မှာ ထွန်းလင်းစေ၍၊ အထုံးအဖွဲ့တော်တို့ကို သွန်သင်တော်မူပါ။
136 My eyes have gushed like springs of water, because they have not kept your law.
၁၃၆သူတပါးများတို့သည် တရားတော်ကို မစောင့် သောကြောင့်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်မျက်စိတို့မှ မျက်ရည်သည် မြစ်ရေ ကဲ့သို့စီးပါ၏။
137 You are just, O Lord, and your judgment is right.
၁၃၇အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် ဖြောင့်မတ် တော်မူ၏။ စီရင်တော်မူချက်တို့သည် ဖြောင့်မတ်ကြ ပါ၏။
138 You have commanded justice: your testimonies and your truth even more so.
၁၃၈ထားတော်မူသော သက်သေခံတော်မူချက်တို့ သည်လည်း တရားနှင့်ညီ၍ သစ္စာမြဲကြပါ၏။
139 My zeal has caused me to pine away, because my enemies have forgotten your words.
၁၃၉ရန်သူတို့သည် စကားတော်တို့ကို မေ့လျော့သော ကြောင့်၊ စွဲလန်းပူပန်ခြင်းစိတ်သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ညှဉ်းဆဲ ပါ၏။
140 Your eloquence has been greatly enflamed, and your servant has loved it.
၁၄၀နှုတ်ကပတ်တော်သည် အလွန်စင်ကြယ်သည် ဖြစ်၍၊ ကိုယ်တော်၏ကျွန်သည် နှစ်သက်ပါ၏။
141 I am young and treated with contempt. But I have not forgotten your justifications.
၁၄၁အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ငယ်သောသူ၊ မထီမဲ့မြင်ပြုခြင်း ကို ခံရသောသူ ဖြစ်ပါ၏။ သို့သော်လည်း၊ ကိုယ်တော်၏ ဥပဒေသများကို မမေ့မလျော့ပါ။
142 Your justice is justice for all eternity, and your law is truth.
၁၄၂ဖြောင့်မတ်တော်မူခြင်းသည် နိစ္စထာဝရ ဖြောင့် မတ်ခြင်းဖြစ်ပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်၏တရားသည် သစ္စာ တရားဖြစ်ပါ၏။
143 Tribulation and anguish have found me. Your commandments are my (meditation)
၁၄၃ဆင်းရဲညှိုးငယ်ခြင်းသို့ရောက်သော်လည်း၊ ပညတ်တော်တို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ်မွေ့လျော်ရာဖြစ်ပါ၏။
144 Your testimonies are fairness unto eternity. Give me understanding, and I will live.
၁၄၄သက်သေခံတော်မူချက်တို့သည် အစဉ်အမြဲ ဖြောင့်ကြပါ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် အသက်ရှင်ပါမည် အကြောင်း၊ ဥာဏ်ကိုပေးသနားတော်မူပါ။
145 I cried out with my whole heart. Heed me, O Lord. I will ask for your justifications.
၁၄၅အကျွန်ုပ်သည် စိတ်နှလုံးအကြွင်းမဲ့အော်ဟစ် ပါ၏။ အိုထာဝရဘုရား နားထောင်တော်မူပါ။ အထုံးအဖွဲ့တော်တို့ကို စောင့်ပါမည်။
146 I cried out to you. Save me, so that I may keep your commandments.
၁၄၆ကိုယ်တော်ကို အော်ဟစ်ပါ၏။ ကယ်တင်တော် မူပါ။ သက်သေခံတော်မူချက်တို့ကို စောင့်ပါမည်။
147 I arrived first in maturity, and so I cried out. For in your words, I have hoped beyond hope.
၁၄၇မိုဃ်းမလင်းမှီ အကျွန်ုပ် အော်ဟစ်တတ်ပါ၏။ နှုတ်ကပတ်တော်ကို မြော်လင့်လျက်နေပါ၏။
148 My eyes preceded the dawn for you, so that I might meditate on your eloquence.
၁၄၈ဗျာဒိတ်တော်တို့ကို ဆင်ခြင်အောက်မေ့လိုသော ငှါ၊ ညဉ့်ယံမလွန်မှီ အကျွန်ုပ်နိုးတတ်ပါ၏။
149 Hear my voice according to your mercy, O Lord. And revive me according to your judgment.
၁၄၉အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကရုဏာတော်ရှိသည် အတိုင်း အကျွန်ုပ်စကားကို နားထောင်တော်မူပါ။ စီရင် တော်မူချက်နှင့်အညီ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို အသက်ရှင်စေတော် မူပါ။
150 Those who persecute me have drawn near to iniquity, but they have been brought far from your law.
၁၅၀မကောင်းသောအကြံအစည်၌ ကျင်လည်သော သူတို့သည် အနီးသို့ချဉ်းကြပါ၏။ သူတို့သည် ကိုယ်တော် ၏တရားနှင့် ဝေးကြပါ၏။
151 You are near, O Lord, and all your ways are truth.
၁၅၁အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် နီးတော်မူ ၏။ အလုံးစုံသော ပညတ်တော်တို့သည် သစ္စာဖြစ်ကြ ပါ၏။
152 I have known from the beginning about your testimonies. For you founded them in eternity.
၁၅၂သက်သေခံတော်မူချက်တို့ကို အစဉ်အမြဲထား တော်မူကြောင်းကို၊ ရှေ့ဦးစွာမှစ၍ အကျွန်ုပ်သိပါ၏။
153 See my humiliation and rescue me, for I have not forgotten your law.
၁၅၃အကျွန်ုပ်ခံရသော ဆင်းရဲခြင်းကို ကြည့်ရှု၍၊ ကယ်နှုတ်တော်မူပါ။ ကိုယ်တော်၏တရားကို မမေ့ မလျော့ပါ။
154 Judge my judgment and redeem me. Revive me because of your eloquence.
၁၅၄အကျွန်ုပ် အမှုကို စောင့်၍ အကျွန်ုပ်ကိုရွေးနှုတ် တော်မူပါ။ ဗျာဒိတ်တော်အားဖြင့် အသက်ရှင်စေတော် မူပါ။
155 Salvation is far from sinners, because they have not inquired about your justifications.
၁၅၅မတရားသောသူတို့သည် အထုံးအဖွဲ့တော်တို့ကို မရှာသောကြောင့်၊ ကယ်တင်ခြင်းနှင့် ဝေးကြပါ၏။
156 Many are your mercies, O Lord. Enliven me according to your judgment.
၁၅၆အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ သနားစုံမက်တော်မူခြင်း သဘောသည် ကြွယ်ဝပါ၏။ စီရင်တော်မူချက်နှင့်အညီ၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို အသက်ရှင်စေတော်မူပါ။
157 Many are those who persecute me and who trouble me. I have not turned away from your testimonies.
၁၅၇အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ညှဉ်းဆဲသောသူနှင့် ရန်ဘက်ပြု သော သူတို့သည် များကြပါ၏။ သို့သော်လည်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ် သည် သက်သေခံတော်မူချက်တို့မှ လွှဲ၍မသွားပါ။
158 I saw the prevaricators, and I pine away. For they have not kept your word.
၁၅၈သစ္စာမရှိသောသူတို့ကို အကျွန်ုပ်သည်မြင်၍ စိတ်နာပါ၏။ အကြောင်းမူကား၊ သူတို့သည် ဗျာဒိတ်တော် စကားကို နားမထောင်ဘဲ နေကြပါ၏။
159 O Lord, see how I have loved your commandments. Revive me in your mercy.
၁၅၉ကိုယ်တော်၏ ဥပဒသများကို အကျွန်ုပ် နှစ်သက်ကြောင်းကို မှတ်တော်မူပါ။ အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကရုဏာတော်ရှိသည်အတိုင်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို အသက်ရှင် စေတော်မူပါ။
160 The beginning of your words is truth. All the judgments of your justice are for eternity.
၁၆၀နှုတ်ကပတ်တော်အလုံးစုံတို့သည် ဟုတ်မှန်ပါ ၏။ တရားသဖြင့် စီရင်တော်မူချက်ရှိသမျှတို့သည် အစဉ် အမြဲ တည်ကြပါ၏။
161 The leaders have persecuted me without cause. And my heart has been awed by your words.
၁၆၁အစိုးရသော သူတို့သည် အကြောင်းမရှိဘဲ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ညှဉ်းဆဲကြသော်လည်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ်စိတ်နှလုံး သည် စကားတော်ကို ကြောက်ရွံ့ပါ၏။
162 I will rejoice over your eloquence, like one who has found many spoils.
၁၆၂လက်ရဥစ္စာများကို တွေ့သကဲ့သို့ ဗျာဒိတ်တော် စကားကြောင့် အကျွန်ုပ်ဝမ်းမြောက်ပါ၏။
163 I have held hatred for iniquity, and I have abhorred it. Yet I have loved your law.
၁၆၃မုသာစကားကို ကြားပျင်းရွံရှာပါ၏။ တရား တော်ကိုကား နှစ်သက်ပါ၏။
164 Seven times a day, I uttered praise to you about the judgments of your justice.
၁၆၄ဖြောင့်မတ်စွာ စီရင်တော်မူချက်များကြောင့် ကိုယ်တော်ကို တရက်လျှင် ခုနစ်ကြိမ် ချီးမွမ်းတတ်ပါ၏။
165 Those who love your law have great peace, and there is no scandal for them.
၁၆၅တရားတော်ကို နှစ်သက်သော သူတို့၌ ကြီးစွာ သော ငြိမ်ဝပ်ခြင်း ရှိပါ၏။ သူတို့စိတ်ပျက်စရာအကြောင်း မရှိပါ။
166 I have waited for your salvation, O Lord. And I have loved your commandments.
၁၆၆အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကယ်တင်တော်မူခြင်းကျေးဇူး ကို အကျွန်ုပ်မြော်လင့်၍၊ ပညတ်တော်တို့ကို ကျင့်ပါ၏။
167 My soul has kept to your testimonies and has loved them exceedingly.
၁၆၇သက်သေခံတော်မူချက်တို့ကို အကျွန်ုပ်ဝိညာဉ် သည် စောင့်ပါ၏။ အလွန်နှစ်သက်ပါ၏။
168 I have served your commandments and your testimonies. For all my ways are before your sight.
၁၆၈ကိုယ်တော်၏ ဥပဒေသတို့နှင့် သက်သေခံတော် မူချက်တို့ကို စောင့်ပါ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ်အကျင့်ရှိသမျှတို့သည် ရှေ့တော်၌ရှိကြပါ၏။
169 O Lord, let my supplication draw near in your sight. Grant understanding to me according to your eloquence.
၁၆၉အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ အကျွန်ုပ် အော်ဟစ်သံသည် ရှေ့တော်သို့ ရောက်ပါစေသော။ နှုတ်ကပတ်တော် အတိုင်း ဥာဏ်ကို ပေးသနားတော်မူပါ။
170 Let my petition enter before you. Rescue me according to your word.
၁၇၀အသနားခံသောစကားသည် ရှေ့တော်သို့ ရောက်ပါစေသော။ ဗျာဒိတ်တော်အတိုင်း အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ကယ်နှုတ်တော်မူပါ။
171 A hymn will burst forth from my lips, when you will teach me your justifications.
၁၇၁အထုံးအဖွဲ့တော်တို့ကို သွန်သင်တော်မူသော အခါ၊ အကျွန်ုပ်၏နှုတ်သည် ချီးမွမ်းခြင်းကို မြွက်ဆို ပါမည်။
172 My tongue will pronounce your eloquence. For all your commandments are fairness.
၁၇၂အလုံးစုံသော ပညတ်တော်တို့သည် ဖြောင့်မတ် ပါသည်ဖြစ်၍၊ အကျွန်ုပ်လျှာသည် ဗျာဒိတ်တော်ကို သီချင်းဆိုပါမည်။
173 Let it be your hand that saves me. For I have chosen your commandments.
၁၇၃ကိုယ်တော်၏ ဥပဒေသများကို နှစ်သက်ပါ သည်ဖြစ်၍၊ လက်တော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ကို မစပါစေ သော။
174 O Lord, I have longed for your salvation, and your law is my (meditation)
၁၇၄အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကယ်တင်တော်မူခြင်း ကျေးဇူးကို အကျွန်ုပ် တောင့်တပါ၏။ တရားတော်သည် လည်း အကျွန်ုပ်မွေ့လျော်ရာ ဖြစ်ပါ၏။
175 My soul will live and will praise you, and your judgments will assist me.
၁၇၅အကျွန်ုပ်သည် အသက်ရှင်၍၊ ကိုယ်တော်ကို ချီးမွမ်းပါစေသော။ စီရင်တော်မူချက်တို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ကို မစကြပါစေသော။
176 I have gone astray like a sheep that is lost. Seek out your servant, for I have not forgotten your commandments.
၁၇၆ပျောက်သော သိုးကဲ့သို့ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် လမ်းလွဲ ပါပြီ။ ကိုယ်တော်၏ ကျွန်ကိုရှာတော်မူပါ။ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ပညတ်တော်တို့ကို မမေ့မလျော့ပါ။
