Lamentations 3
1 ALEPH. I am the man that sees poverty, through the rod of his wrath upon me.
Алеф. Аз муж видя нищету (мою) в жезле ярости Его на мя:
2 He has taken me, and led me away into darkness, and not [into] light.
поят мя и отведе мя во тму, а не во свет.
3 Nay, against me has he turned his hand all the day.
Обаче на мя обрати руку Свою весь день,
4 He has made old my flesh and my skin; he has broken my bones.
беф. Обетши плоть мою и кожу мою, кости моя сокруши:
5 BETH. He has built against me, and compassed my head, and brought travail [upon me].
согради на мя и объя главу мою и утруди,
6 He has set me in dark places, as them that have long been dead.
в темных посади мя, якоже мертвыя века:
7 He has builded against me, and I can’t come forth: he has made my brazen [chain] heavy.
гимель. Согради на мя, и не изыду, отяготи оковы моя,
8 GIMEL. Yes, [though] I cry and shout, he shuts out my prayer.
и егда воскричу и возопию, загради молитву мою:
9 DALETH. He has built up my ways, he has hedged my paths;
возгради пути моя, загради стези моя, возмяте.
10 he has troubled me, [as] a she-bear lying in wait: he is to me [as] a lion in secret places.
Далеф. Бысть яко медведь ловяй, (приседяй ми) яко лев в сокровенных,
11 He pursued [me] after I departed, and brought me to a stand: he has utterly ruined me.
гна отступившаго, и упокои мя, положи мя погибша:
12 HE. He has bent his bow, and set me as a mark for the arrow.
напряже лук Свои, и постави мя яко знамение на стреляние,
13 He has caused the arrows of his quiver to enter into my reins.
ге. Пусти в лядвия моя стрелы тула Своего.
14 I became a laughing stock to all my people; and their song all the day.
Бых в смех всем людем моим, песнь их весь день.
15 VAU. He has filled me with bitterness, he has drenched me with gall.
Насыти мя горести, напои мя желчи
16 And he has dashed out my teeth with gravel, he has fed me with ashes.
вав. И изя каменем зубы моя, напита мя пепелом
17 He has also removed my soul from peace: I forgot prosperity.
и отрину от мира душу мою. Забых благоты
18 Therefore my success has perished, and my hope from the Lord.
и рех: погибе победа моя и надежда моя от Господа.
19 ZAIN. I remembered by reason of my poverty, and because of persecution my bitterness and gall shall be remembered;
Заин. Помяни нищету мою и гонение мое.
20 and my soul shall meditate with me.
Горесть и желчь мою помяну, и стужит во мне душа моя.
21 This will I lay up in my heart, therefore I will endure.
Сия положу в сердцы моем, сего ради потерплю.
22 HETH. [It is] the mercies of the Lord, that he has not failed me, because his compassions are not exhausted. Pity [us], O Lord, early [every] month: for we are not brought to an end, because his compassions are not exhausted.
Иф. Милость Господня, яко не остави мене, не скончашася бо щедроты Его: пребываяй во утриих, помилуй, Господи, яко не погибохом, не скончашася бо щедроты Твоя.
23 [They are] new every morning: great is your faithfulness.
Новая во утриих, многа есть вера Твоя.
24 The Lord is my portion, says my soul; therefore will I wait for him.
Часть моя Господь, рече душа моя: сего ради пожду Его.
25 TETH. The Lord is good to them that wait for him: the soul which shall seek him
Теф. Благ Господь надеющымся Нань:
26 [is] good, and shall wait for, and quietly expect salvation of the Lord.
души ищущей Его благо (есть), и надеющейся с молчанием спасения Божия.
27 TETH. [It is] good for a man when he bears a yoke in his youth.
Благо есть мужу, егда возмет ярем в юности своей:
28 He will sit alone, and be silent, because he has borne [it] upon him.
иод. Сядет на едине и умолкнет, яко воздвигну на ся:
положит во прахе уста своя, негли како будет надежда:
30 JOD. He will give [his] cheek to him that smites him: he will be filled full with reproaches.
подаст ланиту свою биющему, насытится укоризн.
31 For the Lord will not reject for ever.
Каф. Яко не во век отринет Господь,
32 CHAPH. For he that has brought down will pity, and [that] according to the abundance of his mercy.
яко смиривый помилует по множеству милости Своея,
33 He has not answered [in anger] from his heart, though he has brought low the children of a man.
не отрину от сердца Своего и смири сыны мужеския.
34 LAMED. To bring down under his feet all the prisoners of the earth,
Ламед. Еже смирити под нозе его вся узники земныя,
35 to turn aside the judgement of a man before the face of the Most High,
еже уклонити суд мужа пред лицем Вышняго,
36 to condemn a man [unjustly] in his judgement, the Lord has not given commandment.
осудити человека, внегда судитися ему, Господь не рече.
37 Who has thus spoken, and it has come to pass? the Lord has not commanded it.
Мем. Кто есть той, иже рече, и быти, Господу не повелевшу?
38 Out of the mouth of the Most High there shall not come forth evil and good.
Из уст Вышняго не изыдет зло и добро.
39 MEM. Why should a living man complain, a man concerning his sin?
Что возропщет человек живущь, муж о гресе своем?
40 NUN. Our way has been searched out and examined, and we will turn to the Lord.
Нун. Изыскася путь наш и испытася, и обратимся ко Господу.
41 Let us lift up our hearts with [our] hand to the lofty One in heaven.
Воздвигнем сердца наша с руками к Богу высокому на небеси.
42 We have sinned, we have transgressed; and you have not pardoned.
Мы согрешихом и нечествовахом, сего ради не помиловал еси:
43 SAMECH. You has visited [us] in wrath, and driven us away: you has slain, you has not pitied.
самех. Покрыл еси яростию и отгнал еси нас, убил и не пощадел еси:
44 You have veiled yourself with a cloud because of prayer, that I might be blind,
покрылся еси облаком, да не дойдет к Тебе молитва,
45 and be cast off. AIN. You have set us [alone] in the midst of the nations.
сомжити очи мои и отринути, положил еси нас посреде людий.
46 All our enemies have opened their mouth against us.
Аин. Отверзоша на ны уста своя вси врази наши.
47 Fear and wrath are come upon us, suspense and destruction.
Страх и ужас бысть нам, надмение и сокрушение:
48 Mine eye shall pour down torrents of water, for the destruction of the daughter of my people.
исходища водная излиет око мое о сокрушении дщере людий моих.
49 PHE. Mine eye is drowned [with tears], and I will not be silent, so that there shall be no rest,
Фи. Око мое погрязну: и не умолкну, еже не быти ослаблению,
50 until the Lord look down, and behold from heaven.
дондеже приклонится и увидит Господь с небесе.
51 Mine eye shall prey upon my soul, because of all the daughters of the city.
Око мое закрывается о души моей, паче всех дщерей града.
52 TSADE. The fowlers chased me as a sparrow, all mine enemies destroyed my life in a pit without cause,
Цади. Ловяще уловиша мя яко врабия врази мои туне:
53 and laid a stone upon me.
умориша в рове жизнь мою и возложиша на мя камень.
54 Water flowed over my head: I said, I am cut off.
Возлияся вода выше главы моея: рех: отриновен есмь.
55 KOPH. I called upon your name, O Lord, out of the lowest dungeon.
Коф. Призвах имя Твое, Господи, из рова преисподняго:
56 You heard my voice: close not your ears to my supplication.
глас мой услышал еси: не покрый ушес Твоих на мольбу мою:
57 You drew near to my help: in the day wherein I called upon you you said to me, Fear not.
на помощь мою приближился еси, в день, в оньже призвах Тя, рекл ми еси: не бойся.
58 RECHS. O Lord, you has pleaded the causes of my soul; you has redeemed my life.
Реш. Судил еси, Господи, прю души моея, избавил еси жизнь мою:
59 You have seen, O Lord, my troubles: you have judged my cause.
видел еси, Господи, смятения моя, разсудил еси суд мой:
60 You have seen all their vengeance, [you have looked] on all their devices against me.
веси все отмщение их и вся помышления их на мя.
61 CHSEN. You have heard their reproach [and] all their devices against me;
Шин. Слышал еси укоризны их, вся советы их на мя,
62 the lips of them that rose up against me, and their plots against me all the day;
устне востающих на мя и поучение их на мя весь день,
63 their sitting down and their rising up: look you upon their eyes.
седение их и востание их: призри на очи их.
64 You will render them a recompense, O Lord, according to the works of their hands.
Фав. Воздаси им, Господи, воздаяние по делом руку их:
65 THAU. You will give them [as] a covering, the grief of my heart.
воздаси им заступление, сердца моего труд.
66 You will persecute them in anger, and will consume them from under the heaven, O Lord.
Ты их проженеши во гневе и потребиши их под небесем, Господи.
