Chronicles II 35
1 And Josias kept a passover to the Lord his God; and sacrificed the passover on the fourteenth day of the first month.
੧ਯੋਸ਼ੀਯਾਹ ਨੇ ਯਰੂਸ਼ਲਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਲਈ ਪਸਾਹ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਦੀ ਚੌਧਵੀਂ ਤਾਰੀਖ਼ ਨੂੰ ਪਸਾਹ ਕੱਟਿਆ।
2 And he appointed the priests at their charges, and encouraged them for the services of the house of the Lord.
੨ਉਸ ਨੇ ਜਾਜਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਖੜ੍ਹਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਭਵਨ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਲਈ ਤਕੜਾ ਕੀਤਾ
3 And he told the Levites that were able [to act] in all Israel, that they should consecrate themselves to the Lord: and they put the holy ark in the house which Solomon the son of David king of Israel built: and the king said, You must not carry anything on your shoulders: now then minister to the Lord your God, and to his people Israel.
੩ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਲੇਵੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਲਈ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਸਨ ਕਿ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਸੰਦੂਕ ਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਭਵਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਦਾਊਦ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਸੁਲੇਮਾਨ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਨੇ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਹੈ ਰੱਖੋ ਤਾਂ ਅੱਗੇ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਹਾਡਿਆਂ ਮੋਢਿਆਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਕੋਈ ਭਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਸੋ ਹੁਣ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਪਰਜਾ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਕਰੋ।
4 And prepare yourselves according to the houses of your families, and according to your daily courses, according to the writing of David king of Israel, and [the order] by the hand of his son Solomon.
੪ਆਪਣੇ ਪੁਰਖਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਘਰਾਣਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਵਾਰੀਆਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਦਾਊਦ ਨੂੰ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਸੁਲੇਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਹੈ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਤਿਆਰ ਕਰ ਲਵੋ
5 And stand you in the house according to the divisions of the houses of your families for your brethren the sons of the people; [so] also let there be for the Levites a division of the house of their family.
੫ਅਤੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਸਥਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੁਰਖਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਘਰਾਣਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਵੰਡ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਭਰਾਵਾਂ ਆਮ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਖੜ੍ਹੇ ਹੋਵੋ ਅਤੇ ਲੇਵੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਪੁਰਖਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਘਰਾਣੇ ਦਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਹਰੇਕ ਲਈ ਹੋਵੇ
6 And kill you the passover, and prepare [it] for your brethren, to do according to the word of the Lord, by the hand of Moses.
੬ਅਤੇ ਪਸਾਹ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਢੋ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਕਰੋ ਅਤੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਵਾਕ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਜੋ ਮੂਸਾ ਦੇ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਆਇਆ ਸੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਭਰਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਤਿਆਰ ਕਰੋ।
7 And Josias gave as an offering to the children of the people, sheep, and lambs, and kids of the young of the goats, all for the passover, [even for] all that were found, in number [amounting to] thirty thousand, and three thousand calves, these [were] of the substance of the king.
੭ਯੋਸ਼ੀਯਾਹ ਨੇ ਆਮ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਜਿੰਨੇ ਉੱਥੇ ਸਨ ਇੱਜੜ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਛੱਤਰੇ ਲੇਲੇ ਪਸਾਹ ਲਈ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਤੀਹ ਹਜ਼ਾਰ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਹਜ਼ਾਰ ਵਹਿੜੇ। ਇਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਸ਼ਾਹੀ ਮਾਲ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਸਨ।
8 And his princes gave an offering to the people, and to the priests, and to the Levites: and Chelcias and Zacharias and Jeiel the chief men gave to the priests of the house of God, they even gave for the passover sheep, and lambs, and kids, two thousand and six hundred, and three hundred calves.
੮ਉਸ ਦੇ ਸਰਦਾਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਦੇ ਚੜ੍ਹਾਵੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਅਤੇ ਜਾਜਕਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਲੇਵੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਅਤੇ ਹਿਲਕੀਯਾਹ ਅਤੇ ਜ਼ਕਰਯਾਹ ਅਤੇ ਯਹੀਏਲ ਨੇ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਭਵਨ ਦੇ ਹਾਕਮ ਸਨ ਜਾਜਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਸਾਹ ਲਈ ਦੋ ਹਜ਼ਾਰ ਛੇ ਸੌ ਭੇਡਾਂ ਬੱਕਰੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਸੌ ਵਹਿੜੇ ਦਿੱਤੇ
9 And Chonenias, and Banaeas, and Samaeas, and Nathanael his brother, and Asabias, and Jeiel, and Jozabad, heads of the Levites, gave an offering to the Levites for the passover, of five thousand sheep and five hundred calves.
੯ਅਤੇ ਕਾਨਨਯਾਹ, ਸ਼ਮਅਯਾਹ ਅਤੇ ਨਥਨਏਲ, ਉਸ ਦੇ ਭਰਾ ਅਤੇ ਹਸ਼ਬਯਾਹ ਅਤੇ ਯਹੀਏਲ ਅਤੇ ਯੋਜ਼ਾਬਾਦ ਲੇਵੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਸਰਦਾਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਪਸਾਹ ਲਈ ਲੇਵੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜ ਹਜ਼ਾਰ ਭੇਡਾਂ ਬੱਕਰੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜ ਸੌ ਵਹਿੜੇ ਦਿੱਤੇ।
10 And the service was duly ordered, and the priests stood in their place, and the Levites in their divisions, according to the command of the king.
੧੦ਸੋ ਉਪਾਸਨਾ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਪੂਰਾ ਹੋਇਆ, ਤਾਂ ਜਾਜਕ ਆਪਣੇ ਥਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਲੇਵੀ ਆਪਣੀ-ਆਪਣੀ ਵਾਰੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਖੜ੍ਹੇ ਹੋ ਗਏ।
11 And they killed the passover, and the priests sprinkled the blood from their hand, and the Levites flayed [the victims].
੧੧ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਪਸਾਹ ਨੂੰ ਕੱਟਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਜਾਜਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਹੱਥੋਂ ਲਹੂ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਛਿੜਕਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਲੇਵੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਖੱਲਾਂ ਲਾਹੀਆਂ
12 And they prepared the whole burnt offering to give to them, according to the division by the houses of families, [even] to the sons of the people, to offer to the Lord, as it is written in the book of Moses.
੧੨ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਹੋਮ ਬਲੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਗਏ ਅਤੇ ਆਮ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਪੁਰਖਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਘਰਾਣਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਵੰਡ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਹਜ਼ੂਰ ਭੇਟ ਚੜ੍ਹਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਮੂਸਾ ਦੀ ਪੋਥੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਹੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਵਹਿੜਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਕੀਤਾ।
13 And thus [they did] till the morning. And they roasted the passover with fire according to the ordinance; and boiled the holy [pieces] in copper vessels and cauldrons, and [the feast] went on well, and they quickly served all the children of the people.
੧੩ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਪਸਾਹ ਨੂੰ ਬਿਧੀ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਅੱਗ ਉੱਤੇ ਭੁੰਨਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਭੇਟਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਦੇਗਾਂ, ਤਉੜੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਕੜਾਹੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਕਾਈਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਮ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਛੇਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਪਹੁੰਚਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
14 And after they had prepared for themselves and for the priests, for the priests [were engaged] in offering the whole burnt offerings and the fat until night, then the Levites prepared for themselves, and for their brethren the sons of Aaron.
੧੪ਇਸ ਦੇ ਮਗਰੋਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਲਈ ਅਤੇ ਜਾਜਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਤਿਆਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਹਾਰੂਨ ਦੀ ਵੰਸ਼ ਦੇ ਜਾਜਕ ਹੋਮ ਬਲੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਚਰਬੀ ਚੜ੍ਹਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਰਾਤ ਤੱਕ ਲੱਗੇ ਰਹੇ ਸੋ ਲੇਵੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਲਈ ਅਤੇ ਹਾਰੂਨ ਦੀ ਵੰਸ਼ ਦੇ ਜਾਜਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਤਿਆਰ ਕੀਤਾ,
15 And the sons of Asaph the psalm-singers [were] at their post according to the commands of David, and Asaph, and Aeman, and Idithom, the prophets of the king: also, the chiefs and the porters of the several gates; —it was not for them to stir from the service of the holy things, for their brethren the Levites prepared for them.
੧੫ਅਤੇ ਆਸਾਫ਼ ਦੀ ਵੰਸ਼ ਦੇ ਗਵੱਯੇ ਦਾਊਦ ਅਤੇ ਆਸਾਫ਼ ਅਤੇ ਹੇਮਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਦੇ ਗੈਬਦਾਨ ਯਦੂਥੂਨ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਆਪਣੀ-ਆਪਣੀ ਥਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਖੜ੍ਹੇ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਹਰ ਫਾਟਕ ਉੱਤੇ ਦਰਬਾਨ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਟਹਿਲ ਸੇਵਾ ਤੋਂ ਅੱਡ ਹੋਣਾ ਨਾ ਪਿਆ ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਭਰਾਵਾਂ ਲੇਵੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲਈ ਤਿਆਰ ਕੀਤਾ।
16 So all the service of the Lord was duly ordered and prepared in that day, for keeping the passover, and offering the whole burnt sacrifices on the altar of the Lord, according to the command of king Josias.
੧੬ਸੋ ਉਸ ਦਿਨ ਯੋਸ਼ੀਯਾਹ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਪਸਾਹ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਅਤੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੀ ਜਗਵੇਦੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਹੋਮ ਬਲੀ ਚੜ੍ਹਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੀ ਉਪਾਸਨਾ ਦਾ ਸਾਰਾ ਕੰਮ ਪੂਰਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ।
17 And the children of Israel that were present kept the passover at that time, and the feast of unleavened bread seven days.
੧੭ਇਸਰਾਏਲੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਸਨ ਉਸ ਵੇਲੇ ਪਸਾਹ ਨੂੰ ਅਤੇ ਪਤੀਰੀ ਰੋਟੀ ਦੇ ਪਰਬ ਨੂੰ ਸੱਤਾਂ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਮਨਾਇਆ।
18 And there was no passover like it in Israel from the days of Samuel the prophet, or any king of Israel: they kept not such a passover as Josias, and the priests, and the Levites, and all Juda and Israel that were present, and the dwellers in Jerusalem, kept to the Lord.
੧੮ਇਹੋ ਜਿਹੀ ਪਸਾਹ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਮੂਏਲ ਨਬੀ ਦੇ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਨਾਈ ਗਈ ਅਤੇ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਨੇ ਇਹੋ ਜਿਹੀ ਪਸਾਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਨਾਈ ਜਿਹੜੀ ਯੋਸ਼ੀਯਾਹ ਅਤੇ ਜਾਜਕਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਲੇਵੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਅਤੇ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਯਰੂਸ਼ਲਮ ਦੇ ਵਾਸੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਮਨਾਈ।
19 In the eighteenth year of the reign of Josias this passover was kept, after all these things that Josias did in the house.
੧੯ਇਹ ਪਸਾਹ ਯੋਸ਼ੀਯਾਹ ਰਾਜਾ ਦੇ ਰਾਜ ਦੇ ਅਠਾਰਵੇਂ ਸਾਲ ਮਨਾਈ ਗਈ।
20 And Pharao Nechao king of Egypt went up against the king of the Assyrians to the river Euphrates, and king Josias went to meet him.
੨੦ਇਸ ਸਾਰੇ ਦੇ ਮਗਰੋਂ ਜਦ ਯੋਸ਼ੀਯਾਹ ਭਵਨ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰਾ ਕਰ ਚੁੱਕਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਮਿਸਰ ਦੇ ਰਾਜੇ ਨਕੋਹ ਨੇ ਕਰਕਮੀਸ਼ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਜੋ ਫ਼ਰਾਤ ਉੱਤੇ ਹੈ ਲੜਨ ਲਈ ਚੜ੍ਹਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਤਾਂ ਯੋਸ਼ੀਯਾਹ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਬਾਹਰ ਨਿੱਕਲਿਆ।
21 And he sent messengers to him, saying, What have I to do with you, O king of Juda? I am not come today to war against you; and God has told me to hasten: beware of the God that is with me, lest he destroy you.
੨੧ਪਰ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਕੋਲ ਦੂਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਭੇਜਿਆ ਕਿ ਹੇ ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਦੇ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ, ਤੇਰੇ ਨਾਲ ਮੇਰਾ ਕੀ ਕੰਮ? ਮੈਂ ਅੱਜ ਦੇ ਦਿਨ ਤੇਰੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਨਹੀਂ, ਸਗੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਹੋਰ ਘਰਾਣੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਚੜ੍ਹਾਈ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਛੇਤੀ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ, ਸੋ ਤੂੰ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਮੇਰੇ ਅੰਗ-ਸੰਗ ਹੈ ਟਾਕਰਾ ਨਾ ਕਰ ਮਤੇ ਉਹ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਮਾਰ ਸੁੱਟੇ
22 However, Josias turned not his face from him, but strengthened himself to fight against him, and listened not to the words of Nechao by the mouth of God, and he came to fight in the plain of Mageddo.
੨੨ਪਰ ਤਾਂ ਵੀ ਯੋਸ਼ੀਯਾਹ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮੂੰਹ ਨਾ ਮੋੜਿਆ ਸਗੋਂ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਲੜਨ ਲਈ ਆਪਣਾ ਭੇਸ ਬਦਲਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਨਕੋਹ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਜਿਹੜੀ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਮੂੰਹੋਂ ਨਿੱਕਲੀ ਸੀ ਨਾ ਸੁਣੀ ਸਗੋਂ ਲੜਾਈ ਲਈ ਮਗਿੱਦੋ ਦੀ ਵਾਦੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਗਿਆ
23 And the archers shot at king Josias; and the king said to his servants, Take me away, for I am severely wounded.
੨੩ਤਾਂ ਤੀਰ-ਅੰਦਾਜ਼ਾਂ ਨੇ ਯੋਸ਼ੀਯਾਹ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਨੂੰ ਤੀਰ ਮਾਰਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਨੌਕਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਖਿਆ ਕਿ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਕੱਢ ਲੈ ਚੱਲੋ ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਮੈਂ ਵੱਡਾ ਫੱਟੜ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹਾਂ
24 And his servants lifted him out of the chariot, and put him in the second chariot which he had, and brought him to Jerusalem; and he died, and was buried with his fathers: and all Juda and Jerusalem lamented over Josias.
੨੪ਸੋ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਨੌਕਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਰਥ ਤੋਂ ਲਾਹ ਕੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਦੂਜੇ ਰਥ ਵਿੱਚ ਚੜ੍ਹਾਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਯਰੂਸ਼ਲਮ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਗਏ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਉਹ ਮਰ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਪੁਰਖਿਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਕਬਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੱਬਿਆ ਗਿਆ। ਤਾਂ ਸਾਰੇ ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਅਤੇ ਯਰੂਸ਼ਲਮ ਨੇ ਯੋਸ਼ੀਯਾਹ ਲਈ ਦੇ ਸੋਗ ਕੀਤਾ।
25 And Jeremias mourned over Josias, and all the chief men and chief women uttered a lamentation over Josias until this day: and they made it an ordinance for Israel, and, behold, it is written in the lamentations.
੨੫ਯਿਰਮਿਯਾਹ ਨੇ ਯੋਸ਼ੀਯਾਹ ਉੱਤੇ ਵੈਣ ਪਾਏ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਗਣਾਂ ਸਾਰੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਸੋਗ ਦੇ ਗਾਉਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਅੱਜ ਦੇ ਦਿਨ ਤੱਕ ਯੋਸ਼ੀਯਾਹ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਲੈਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਦਸਤੂਰ ਬਣਾ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਵੇਖੋ, ਉਹ ਸਿਆਪਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਪੋਥੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਖੀਆਂ ਹਨ
26 And the rest of the acts of Josias, and his hope, are written in the law of the Lord.
੨੬ਅਤੇ ਯੋਸ਼ੀਯਾਹ ਦੇ ਬਾਕੀ ਕੰਮ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਦਯਾ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਜੋ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੀ ਬਿਵਸਥਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਹੈ
27 And his acts, the first and the last, behold, [they are] written in the book of the kings of Israel and Judah.
੨੭ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਆਦ ਤੋਂ ਅੰਤ ਤੱਕ, ਵੇਖੋ, ਉਹ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਅਤੇ ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਦੇ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਪੋਥੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਲਿਖੀਆਂ ਹਨ ।
